This paper is concerned with entire and meromorphic solutions of linear partial differential equations of second order with polynomial coefficients. We will characterize entire solutions for a class of partial differential equations associated with the Jacobi differential equations, and give a uniqueness theorem for their meromorphic solutions in the sense of the value distribution theory, which also applies to general linear partial differential equations of second order. The results are complemented by various examples for completeness.  相似文献

We obtain a sufficient condition for the absence of tangent transformations admitted by quasilinear differential equations of second order and a sufficient condition for the linear autonomy of the operators of the Lie group of transformations admitted by weakly nonlinear differential equations of second order. We prove a theorem concerning the structure of conservation laws of first order for weakly nonlinear differential equations of second order. We give different linear and nonlinear differential relations on Jacobi theta functions with more emphasis on the nonlinear differential equation of the third order of Jacobi. We present different points of view with a special attention to the role played by the second order linear differential equations, and their link to the Riccati equation and the Schwarzian equation. Here, we give a complete group classification of the general case of linear systems of three second‐order ordinary differential equations excluding the case of systems which are studied in the literature. This is given as the initial step in the study of nonlinear systems of three second‐order ordinary differential equations. In addition, the complete group classification of a system of three linear second‐order ordinary differential equations is carried out. Four cases of linear systems of equations are obtained. Linear and nonlinear elliptic complex partial differential equations of higher‐order are considered under Schwarz conditions in the upper‐half plane. Firstly, using the integral representations for the solutions of the inhomogeneous polyanalytic equation with Schwarz conditions, a class of integral operators is introduced together with some of their properties. Then, these operators are used to transform the problem for linear equations into singular integral equations. In the case of nonlinear equations such a transformation yields a system of integro‐differential equations. Existence of the solutions of the relevant boundary value problems for linear and nonlinear equations are discussed via Fredholm theory and fixed point theorems, respectively.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new numerical algorithm for solving linear and non linear fractional differential equations based on our newly constructed integer order and fractional order generalized hat functions operational matrices of integration. The linear and nonlinear fractional order differential equations are transformed into a system of algebraic equations by these matrices and these algebraic equations are solved through known computational methods. Further some numerical examples are given to illustrate and establish the accuracy and reliability of the proposed algorithm. The results obtained, using the scheme presented here, are in full agreement with the analytical solutions and numerical results presented elsewhere.  相似文献

We present a symbolic computation procedure for deriving various high order compact difference approximation schemes for certain three dimensional linear elliptic partial differential equations with variable coefficients. Based on the Maple software package, we approximate the leading terms in the truncation error of the Taylor series expansion of the governing equation and obtain a 19 point fourth order compact difference scheme for a general linear elliptic partial differential equation. A test problem is solved numerically to validate the derived fourth order compact difference scheme. This symbolic derivation method is simple and can be easily used to derive high order difference approximation schemes for other similar linear elliptic partial differential equations.  相似文献

In this survey, results on the existence, growth, uniqueness, and value distribution of meromorphic (or entire) solutions of linear partial differential equations of the second order with polynomial coefficients that are similar or different from that of meromorphic solutions of linear ordinary differential equations have been obtained. We have characterized those entire solutions of a special partial differential equation that relate to Jacobian polynomials. We prove a uniqueness theorem of meromorphic functions of several complex variables sharing three values taking into account multiplicity such that one of the meromorphic functions satisfies a nonlinear partial differential equations of the first order with meromorphic coefficients, which extends the Brosch??s uniqueness theorem related to meromorphic solutions of nonlinear ordinary differential equations of the first order.  相似文献
