基于1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯的多环化合物的合成

1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-4-溴-3-羧酸乙酯经LiAlH4还原后再在冰水浴下与PBr3反应制得3-溴甲基-4-溴-1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯(3);3与PPh3在苯中回流,然后与对甲氧基苯甲醛进行Wittig反应,再经分子内异构化制得3-(p-甲氧基苯乙烯基)-4-溴-1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯(trans-5);trans-5在钯盐催化下完成分子间耦合合成了基于1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯的多环化合物,其结构经NMR,IR和MS表征.     

新型N-取代-R-氧基羰基-1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-3,4-二甲酰亚胺的无溶剂合成

在无溶剂条件下,1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-3,4-二甲酸酐与尿素反应制得1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-3,4-二甲酰亚胺(2);2与KOH的甲醇溶液于常温反应得1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-3,4-二甲酰亚胺钾(3);3与氯甲酸酯反应合成了4个新型的N-酯基取代的1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-3,4-二甲酰亚胺,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,MS和HR-MS表征。     

新型N-氨基取代的1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-3,4-二甲酰亚胺的无溶剂合成

以1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-3,4-二乙酯为原料,简便地合成了二甲酸酐(2);2与肼在氮气保护下,无溶剂于170 ℃反应30 min,以较高收率合成了4个新型N-氨基取代的1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-3,4-二甲酰亚胺,其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS及HR-MS表征.     

简便合成3,3'-联-1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯

以1,6-二甲酰基环庚三烯为原料通过10π电子环化反应等3步反应制备了3-溴代-1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯, 通过3-溴代-1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯的碱诱导的偶联反应, 简便地合成3,3'-联-1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯, 并用NMR, MS等波谱进行了表征.     

简便合成3,3′-联-1，6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯

以1，6-二甲酰基环庚三烯为原料通过10π电子环化反应等3步反应制备了3-溴代-1，6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯，通过3-溴代-1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯的碱诱导的偶联反应，简便地合成3，3′-联-1，6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯，并用NMR，MS等波谱进行了表征。     

N-羟基-1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-3,4-酰亚胺/乙酸钴液相催化氧化3-甲基吡啶制备烟酸

以1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-3,4-二甲酸酐为原料,与羟胺基盐酸盐经酰化和脱水反应制得N-羟基-1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-3,4-酰亚胺(2);构建了2/乙酸钴催化体系,以氧分子为氧源,乙腈为溶剂,在1 MPa氧气压力下于120℃反应20 h,氧化3-甲基吡啶制备烟酸,产率70%,其结构经~1H NMR和IR确证。     

10-氯-5-二乙氧基甲基-1,3-二甲基色烯并[4,3-d]吡唑并[3,4-b]吡啶-6(3H)-酮的合成和晶体结构

利用L-脯氨酸催化的5-氯水杨醛(1)与6-甲基-4-羟基吡喃酮(2)的缩合反应及硫酸铜催化下与1,3-二甲基-5-氨基吡唑(3)的串联反应,合成得到了10-氯-1,3-二甲基-5-(2-氧代丙基)色烯并[4,3-d]吡唑并[3,4-b]吡啶-6(3H)-酮(4)和10-氯-5-二乙氧基甲基-1,3-二甲基色烯并[4,3-d]吡唑并[3,4-b]吡啶-6(3H)-酮(5).化合物5的结构通过单晶X射线衍射法确定:晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群P-1;相对分子质量Mr=803.68;晶胞参数a=1.03160(10)nm,b=1.42900(13)nm,c=1.44268(15)nm;V=1.9448(3)nm~3;Z=2;晶胞密度Dc=1.372g/cm~3;吸收系数μ=0.228mm-1;单胞中电子的数目F(000)=840.晶体结构用直接法解出,经全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正,最终的偏离因子为R=0.0681,w R=0.2051.在晶体结构中色烯环与吡啶环及吡唑环近似于共平面.     

“一锅法”合成11,11′-双(8,11-二氢苯并[f]呋喃并[3,4-b]喹啉-10-酮)(英文)

微波辐射下,不使用催化剂,在醋酸和DMF的混合溶剂中二醛、季酮酸和萘胺反应,"一锅法"合成11,11′-双(8,11-二氢苯并[f]呋喃并[3,4-b]喹啉-10-酮)。所合成化合物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振光谱和高分辨率质谱予以确证。该方法具有产率高、操作简单、反应时间短等优点。     

3,6-二烷硫基-1-苯基-吡唑并[3,4-d]嘧啶-4-酮衍生物的合成与除草活性

通过3-甲硫基-1-苯基-吡唑并[3,4-d]嘧啶-6-硫酮和卤代烃RX(BrR'Br)亲核取代反应合成了16种标题化合物,其结构使用元素分析、IR,1H NMR及LC-MS进行了表征.初步的生物活性测试表明,部分化合物对单、双子叶植物根的生长具有优异的抑制作用.     

新型1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑类衍生物合成及其抗病毒活性

以没食子酸为先导,经甲基醚化、无溶剂闭环、缩合反应合成了8个未见文献报道的1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑类衍生物,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和元素分析表征.初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物具有一定的抗黄瓜花叶病毒活性.

Summary Syntheses of 1,6-methano[10]annulene-phthalimido-derivatives4,5 a,5 b,5 c, and6 are described, starting from 2,7-disubstituted 1,6-methano[10]annulenes; derivative8 was prepared from 2-bromo-11,11-difluoro-1,6-methano[10]annulene (9).4 and8 can be changed to the 2-amino-1,6-methano[10]annulenes10 and11.

2-Trimethylsilylethinylated 1,6-methano[10]annulene1 a was obtained by reaction of 2-bromo-1,6-methano[10]annulene with trimethylsilylacetylene in the presence of bis-(triphenylphosphin-)-Pd (II) chloride and Cu(I) and also by reaction of 1,1-diiodo-2-(1,6-methano[10]annulene-2-yl)-ethene (2) withn-buthyl-lithium followed by hydrolysis.1 a reacts with 2N NaOH to 2-ethinyl-1,6-methano[10]annulene (1 b). 2,7- and 2,10-dibromo-1,6-methano[10]annulene can be substituted to give the trimethylsilylethinylated compounds3 a–6 a, which then can be transformed with 2N NaOH into the desilylated products3 b–5 b.

Synthesis and properties of tricyclo[6.4.1.0]trideca-1,3(6),7,9,11-pentaene

A new cyclobutene-fused 1,6-methano[10]annulene was synthesized by pyrolysis of the sulfone and sulfinate adducts of 3,4-bis(methylene)-1,6-methano[10]annulene and its physical and chemical properties were disclosed.     

Synthesis and properties of 1,6-methano[10]annuleno[3,4-c]thiophene and its 1,3-dicyano derivative

New thiophene-annulated 1,6-methano[10]annulene 1 and 2 were synthesized. The anisotropic deshielding effect from the π-electron system, based on the chemical shift values of the bridged methylene protons, is reduced compared with that of 3, and their crystal structures show clear bond alternation.     

Disubstituted 1,6-methano[10]annulene derivatives for use in organic light-emitting diodes

Bis(carbazolylphenyl) and bis(diphenylaminophenyl) derivatives of 1,6-methano[10]annulene, which is luminescent material and contains seven-membered rings, are synthesized. The bis(phenylcarbazole) derivative 3 have high melting point and glass transition temperature. Electroluminescence characteristics of organic light-emitting diodes using these methano[10]annulenes were investigated.     

Synthesis of Some New Pyrazolo[3,4-b]Pyridlne and Pyrazolo[3,4-d]Pyrimidine Derivatives1

Several pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine (3,4) and pyrazolo-[3,4-d]pyrimidine (5-13) derivatives were prepared using 5-amino-l-(5-ethyl-5H-1,2,4-triazino[5,6-b]-indol-3-yl)-lH-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile (2) . The pyridine derivatives 3 and 4 were obtained by reaction of 2 with malononitrile and ethyl cyanoacetate, respectively, while pyrimidine analogs 5-13 were synthesized cither by a one-step or multi-step sequence.
