A one dimensional coordination polymer, [(C7H18N)(Ag2l3)]n((C7H18N)^ =Methyltriethylammonium) has been successfully synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction method. Structure analysis shows that the compound consists of organic cations(Methyltriethylammonium) and inorganic anion chains (Ag2l3)s^-.The inorganic moiety consists of AgI4 tetrahedron, which shares the same edges with adjacent AgI4 tetrahedrons to form one-dimensional infinite double chains along a-axis. There exists weak interaction among Ag…Ag atoms in the crystal. Anion chains are surrounded by Methyhriethylammonium cations. Anion chains and cations are in combination with each other by static attracting forces in the crystal to form so-called organic-inorganic hybrid structure. According to the crystal structure data, quantum chemistry calculation with DFT on B3LYP level was used to reveal the electronic structure of title compound. CCDC: 254288.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Na2Cd(2,6-pyda)(N3)2(H2O)6]n (2,6-H2pyda = 2,6- pyridinedicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 24.416(4), b = 10.7638(17), c = 6.9224(11) A^°, β= 106.124(2)A^°, V = 1747.7(5) A^°3, Mr = 515.64, De= 1.960 g/cm^3,μ = 1.365 mm^-1, F(000) = 1024, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0426 and wR = 0.1320. In the title complex, there exist two kinds of metal centers in the structure, cadmium ions and sodium ions. The Cd(Ⅱ) atom shows a distorted pentagonal-dipyramidal geometry defined by two O and one N atoms from one deprotonated pyda ligand and four N atoms from four μ-1,1,3 azido groups. The adjacent cadmium atoms are bridged via two μ-1,1,3 azido groups, along the c axis to afford an extended chain. There is also a 2D network which is comprised of binuclear subunits [NaE(H2O)6] connected by O atoms from coordinated water between the adjacent Cdn(pyda)n(Na)2n infinite chains. Furthermore, each cadmium atom is connected with four adjacent sodium atoms through the bridging N3- ligand in μ-1,3 patterns. Thus, the title complex exhibits a novel three-dimensional network structure.  相似文献

The title complex, [Co(suc)(L)], 1 (L = 2-phenyl-lH-1,3,7,8-tetraazacyclopenta- [1]phenanthrene and H2suc = succinic acid) has been hydrothermally obtained and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pcca with a = 13.936(3), b = 9.918(2), c = 28.670(6)A, V = 3962.4(14)A^3, Z = 8, CoC23H16N4O4, Mr = 471.33, Dc = 1.580 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1928,μ(MoKa) = 0.907 mm^-1, R = 0.0543 and wR = 0.1336. Compound 1 exhibits one-dimensional chain structures which are further stacked by π-π interactions to give a supramolecular layer. Finally, the N-H...O hydrogen bonds between the nitrogen atom of L and carboxylate oxygen atom stabilize the structure of 1.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Pb(phen)(ANS)2]n (ANS = 2-ami- nonaphthalene-1-sulfonate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffrac- tion. The results determined by XRD reveal that the complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 16.8374(14), b = 16.9825(14), c = 9.9392 (8) , β = 95.9830(10)o, V = 2826.5(4) 3, Mr = 831.86, Dc = 1.955 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 6.173 mm-1, F(000) = 1624, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0272 and wR = 0.0694 for 4305 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the complex, the adjacent lead(II) ions are bridged through the oxygen atoms of sulfonate groups in a syn-syn conformation, yielding an infinite zigzag chain. And the intermolecular N–H···O hydrogen bonds link the chains into two-dimensional layered networks, which are further assembled into a separate two-layer-film-like packing structure.  相似文献

A novel manganese(H) coordination polymer [Mn(pdc)]n (pdc = pyridine-2,4- dicarboxylate) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P211n with a = 6.506(4), b = 9.392(6), c = 11.217(7) A, β = 105.650(12)°, V= 660.0(7)A3, Z = 4, Mr = 220.04, Dc = 2.215 g/cm3,μ = 1.971 mm-1, F(000) = 436, Rint = 0.0345, R = 0.0360 and wR = 0.0778 for 1259 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the structure, the Mn(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated in a distorted octahedral arrangement by one pyridine N and five carboxylate O atoms from five pdc ligands, each of which coordinates to five Mn atoms to propagate a three-dimensional layered framework.  相似文献

<正> The title compound C38H72N2PtS10(Mr=1072.74)crystallizes in triclinic system,space group P1 with cell constants a=11.994(4),b=18.117(7),c=11.855(6)A,α=95.55(4),β=99.14(3),γ=75.71(3)°,V=2460.0A3,Z=2 and Dc=1.45 gcm-3.The structure is solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares technique to final R=0.046 and Rw=0.045 based on 5919 independent reflections with I≥3.0(I).The anion [Pt(C3S5)2]2-is approximately planar,of which the platinum-sulfur coordination polyhedron takes a square form with mean Pt-S bond length of 2.310(4)A.  相似文献

Solvothermal reactions of Zn(NO3)2·6H20 with isophthalic acid in the presence of potassium nitrate lead to an acentric three-dimensional (3D) hereto-metallic inorganic-organic hybrid framework [ZnK2(m-BDC)ffH20)2]n (1, m-H2BDC = benzene-l,3-dicarboxylic acid). The crystal was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 is of orthogonal crystal system, acentric space group Cmc2j with a = 19.764(6), b = 19.948(6), c = 12.039(4) A, V = 4746(3) A3, Z = 4, C32H20019KaZn2, Mr = 995.66, Dc= 1.393 g/cm3, F(000) = 2000 andp = 1.426 mm-1. The final R = 0.0761 and wR = 0.1841. The crystal exhibits remarkable blue luminescence emissions with high quantum yield of 56.02% and displays modest powder SHG efficiency of about 0.7 times that produced by a potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) powder. The heteroleptic dmit complex [Et4N]2[Ni2(C2S4)(C3S5)2] has been prepared by the reaction of NiCl2.H2O with Na2dmit, NaSC2H4OH in the MeOH solution. The compound has been characterized by X-ray diffraction study, IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Crystallographic data : space group: P21/n, a=11.843(2), b=11.079(1), c = 15.404(1)(), β=110.33(1)°, V = 1895.1()3, Z=2, Dc=1.62 g/cm3, μ=17.6 cm-1, F(000)=956, R=0.052, Rw=0.061.
