A brief overview of the results of our works concerned with the study of intramolecular dynamics of proteins by the method of tryptophan phosphorescence at room temperature is given. The mechanisms of quenching tryptophan phosphorescence at room temperature are considered. The lifetimes and quantum yields of tryptophan phosphorescence of proteins at room temperature in different states of aggregation are given. The functional importance of the changes recorded by the phosphorescence method in the intramolecular dynamics of fermented proteins is shown.  相似文献

Investigation of deactivation processes in triplet states of a series of aromatic hydrocarbon molecules (antracene, 1,2-benzantracene, and 3,4-benzpyrene) made it possible to reveal the presence of triplet-triplet annihilation of the molecules in aqueous micellar solutions of sodium dodecyl sulfate. It is shown that the effect of microheterogeneous solutions on the process of triplet-triplet annihilation manifests itself in an increase in the probability of excimerization upon dissociation of triplet pairs of 1,2-benzantracene and 3,4-benpyrene molecules compared to one-component solutions. The interaction of acenaphthene, anthracene, and phenanthrene with cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB) was studied. The CPB acts as a quencher provoking inhibition of fluorescence intensity emitted by these hydrocarbons. The existing differences in the fluorescence inhibition for these PAHs allow us to develop a selective synchronous spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of acenaphthene in a CPB micellar medium, with a detection limit of 9.2 and 10.4 ng ml-1 for Δλ = 10 and 40 nm, respectively. The method was applied to the selective determination of acenaphthene in mixtures of typical three-ring hydrocarbons, including anthracene, phenanthrene, and fluorene.  相似文献

Abstract

Luminescent particles of Anionic Polymeric Acryclic Acid Lead (Pb(PAA)2) which containing eosine(HFInBr4), Eosine nanomicroball of anionic polypropylene acid lead contained luminophores (short for E.N.PAA.L.C.L), were synthesized by a sol‐gel method, using anionic polymeric acryclic acid sodium (PAANa) as the precursor and Pb2+ as the precipitant. NH4Ac‐HAc can react with the Pb2+ in E.N.PAA.L.C.L, causing it to decompose into aqueous soluble components. E.N.PAA.L.C.L‐ NH4Ac‐HAc can emit strong and stable solid substrate room temperature phosphorescence (SS‐RTP) on filter paper, and bismuth, mercury or iodine can cause a decrease in phosphorescence intensity. Based on the facts above, a new method for the determination of trace bismuth by an SS‐RTP quenching method was established. The linear range of this method was 0.01–0.20(pg spot?1) (4.0×10?12 g ml?1) of Bi3+, with a detection limit (LD) of 0.0016 pg spot?1, and the regression equation of the working curve was ΔIp=61.01+237.8 mBi3+ (pg spot?1), r=0.9992. This method was applied to the determination of trace bismuth in human hair and well water samples with satisfactory results. The mechanism of SS‐RTP emission was also discussed.  相似文献

We revealed and investigated the increase in the quantum yield of sensitized phosphorescence of naphthalene in a frozen solution of n-hexane as a result of annealing of a specimen near the melting point of a solvent. We show that the reason for the rise in the quantum yield is the increase in the number of acceptor molecules that participate in radiation due to the removal of static quenching.  相似文献

The sensitized phosphorescence of naphthalene and acenaphthene in frozen n-paraffin solutions (n-octane and n-decane) before and after their heating has been investigated. It has been established that heating of the frozen solution leads to an increase in the sensitized phosphorescence intensity. The influence of the solvent concentration on the above phenomenon has been analyzed. On the basis of the results obtained it has been concluded that the nonmonotone character of the temperature dependence of the sensitized phosphorescence intensity and its increase upon the sample heating are due to the removal of the concentration quenching in the process of solution annealing. It has been shown that in this case the intensity increases owing to the increase in the number of acceptor molecules participating in the radiation. The possible mechanisms of this phenomenon are discussed.  相似文献

以氧化石墨凝胶制备的氧化石墨烯(GO)溶胶为前驱体,在100—350℃温度下还原获得不同还原程度的还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)样品,并采用旋涂工艺制备还原氧化石墨烯气敏薄膜元件.采用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱和气敏测试等手段研究还原温度对样品结构、官能团和气敏性能的影响.结果表明:经热还原处理的氧化石墨烯结构向较为有序的类石墨结构转变,还原温度为200℃时,样品处于GO向rGO转变的过渡阶段,还原温度达到250℃时,则表现出还原氧化石墨烯特性;无序程度随还原温度的升高先由0.85增大至1.59,随后减小至1.41,总体呈现增加趋势;氧化石墨烯表面含氧官能团随还原温度的升高逐渐热解失去,不同含氧官能团的失去温度范围不同;热还原氧化石墨烯具有优异的室温H_2敏感性能,随着还原温度的升高,元件灵敏度逐渐减小,响应-恢复时间逐渐增大,最佳灵敏度为88.56%,响应时间为30 s.  相似文献

We have studied the characteristic features of carbazole phosphorescence quenching by benzophenone in toluene at 77 K. We have shown that the decrease in the relative phosphorescence intensity for carbazole (energy donor) by a greater factor than we see for the relative change in its decay time is due to the fact that a change in the phosphorescence decay time occurs only for carbazole molecules participating in triplet-triplet energy transfer, while the substantial decrease in the phosphorescence intensity for carbazole with no change in the phosphorescence decay time is connected with quenching of its singlet states. __________ Translated from Zhurnal Prikladnoi Spektroskopii, Vol. 73, No. 4, pp. 554–556, July–August, 2006.  相似文献

Series of polycrystalline manganese perovskite oxides La0.7−xNdxPb0.3MnO3 (x=0, 0.05, and 0.1) are prepared by the sol-gel technique, La0.65Nd0.05Pb0.3MnO3 were representatively investigated because the peculiar double resistivity peaks were found; the maximum magnetic entropy change ΔSH=−2.03 J/kg K and its good refrigerant capacity 71.05 J/kg around room temperature were obtained under 9 kOe magnetic field variation. The expected double peaks of magnetocaloric effect had not occurred since magnetic entropy change originated from the differential coefficient of magnetic moment to temperature; the relatively well refrigerant capacity possibly results from the faint magnetic inhomogeneity mixed in the double exchange strong magnetic signal.  相似文献

Silicon oxynitride films, possessing various compounds of SiO2 and Si3N4, were deposited by ion beam sputtering at room temperature. This technique can easily and precisely control the refractive index and composition of the silicon oxynitride film. Properties of these films, such as the refractive index, the extinction coefficient, the surface roughness, and so on were measured in this study.  相似文献

Prolonged luminescence of tryptophan and indole in liquid solutions of different polarity has been registered in a microsecond time-scale at room temperature; by nature it differs from phosphorescence or delayed fluorescence of P and E types. The data presented suggest that the observed prolonged luminescence is caused by recombination of the radicals formed upon UV irradiation of indole chromophores by laser pulses.  相似文献

利用电化学腐蚀方法制备了n型有序多孔硅, 并以此为基底用直流磁控溅射法在其表面溅射不同厚度的氧化钨薄膜. 利用X射线和扫描电子显微镜表征了材料的成分和结构, 结果表明, 多孔硅的孔呈柱形有序分布, 溅射10 min的WO3薄膜是多晶结构, 比较松散地覆盖在整个多孔硅的表面. 分别测试了多孔硅和多孔硅基氧化钨在室温条件下对二氧化氮的气敏性能, 结果表明, 相对于多孔硅, 多孔硅基氧化钨薄膜对二氧化氮的气敏性能显著提高. 对多孔硅基氧化钨复合结构的气敏机理分析认为, 多孔硅和氧化钨薄膜复合形成的异质结对良好的气敏性能起到主要作用, 氧化钨薄膜表面出现了反型层引起了气敏响应时电阻的异常变化. 关键词: 有序多孔硅 氧化钨薄膜 二氧化氮 室温气敏性能  相似文献

In this study, a fully self-consistent method was developed to obtain the wave functions of the positron and electrons in molecules simultaneously. The wave function of a positron at room temperature, with a characteristic energy of approximately 0.04 eV [1], was used to analyse the experimental results of its annihilation in helium, neon, hydrogen, and methane molecules. The interactions between the positron and molecule provide a significant correction in the gamma-ray spectra of the annihilating electron–positron pairs. It was also observed that high-order correlations offered almost no correction in the spectra, as the interaction between the low-energy positron and electrons cannot drive the electrons into excited electronic states. More accurate studies, which consider the coupling of the positron–electron pair states and vibration states of nuclei, must be undertaken.  相似文献

Herein, we report our observations on voltammetric investigations about the redox behaviour of para‐nitrotoluene, 1,4‐benzoquinone and ferrocene, aimed at exploring the unusual aspects of ion‐pairing phenomena in imidazolium‐based room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs). Our observations indicate that the stabilization of electrogenerated ion/radical ion intermediates depends upon the potential of the working electrode and the overall composition of RTILs. In light of observed relative trends and quantum mechanical calculations, we propose that the ion‐pair stabilization of electrogenerated charged species in RTILs is closely related to the structural organization and composition of electrode/RTIL interface. This paper deals with a comprehensive study of the mixed micellization and adsorption behavior of mixed systems enclosing an amphiphilic antidepressant drug nortriptyline hydrochloride (NOT) and Triton X‐114 (TX‐114) (nonionic surfactant) in aqueous/urea (500 mmol·kg?1 and 1000 mmol·kg?1) solutions by tensiometric method. The NOT is used for the cure of depression. For comparison purpose cmc value of pure drug NOT was also evaluated by conductimetric technique. Different theoretical models like Clint, Rubingh, and Rosen were used to get information about the nature of interaction between the components in bulk and at the interface. Because of the occurrence of urea increase in the surface charge of the micelles was obtained resulting a delay of the micelles formation. The cmc values of the mixed systems of NOT and TX‐114 were found to be in between the cmc values of pure components, which signify nonideal mixed system having attractive interactions in the absence and presence of urea. Various parameters such as micellar mole fractions of TX‐114 (X1m, X1σ) in solution and at interface, interaction parameter (βm/βσ) in solution and at interface, and activity coefficient in solution and at interface were evaluated and discussed using Rubingh's and Rosen's models. Surface excess (Γmax) increases that means minimum area per head group (Amin) decreases as mole fraction (α1) of TX‐114 increases in the absence/presence of urea. Different thermodynamic parameters have been calculated and discussed. The ?G0m values achieved are all negative both in the absence and occurrence of urea.  相似文献

Granular GaAs:(Mn,Ga)As films were prepared by annealing the Ga0.985Mn0.015As/GaAs layers at 500 °C or 600 °C. It is commonly accepted that this processing should result in the formation of cubic or hexagonal MnAs clusters, respectively. We demonstrate that such a priori assumption is not justified. If in the as grown sample there are not many defects with the interstitial Mn atoms, only small cubic clusters can be formed even after annealing at 600 °C. Moreover, in a sample containing solely cubic GaMnAs clusters, the Mn ions are ferromagnetically coupled at room temperature. This fact was explained by the existence of GaMnAs solid solution in the clusters, with content of Mn close to 20% (higher than ever found in the layers) as was confirmed by experiment and theory. Extended X‐ray absorption spectroscopy studies excluded the possibility of formation of the hypothetic zinc blende MnAs clusters. Arylated anthraquinone derivatives of different sizes and different π‐basicities have been prepared, and the electrochemical behaviour of these substances has been studied on screen printed graphite electrodes in the three room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs), 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C4MIM][PF6]), 1‐hexyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C6MIM][PF6]) and 1‐octyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C8MIM][PF6]). Half redox potentials for the first and second one electron reduction waves were identified, and the diffusion coefficient values were estimated from cyclic voltammetry measurements. The influence of the nature of the RTIL and of the substitution pattern of the anthraquinone on the solvodynamic radii were studied. 文中采用甘氨酸-硝酸盐法分别制备了La2/3(Ca0.45Sr0.55)1/3MnO3/xAg纳米复合材料(x=0;0.1;0.2;0.3).通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和磁电阻效应测试,对合成产物的结构及性能进行表征.结果表明,随Ag复合量增加,样品均为正交钙钛矿结构,低场室温磁电阻效应增强,电阻率减小.  相似文献

The effect of temperature on absorption spectra of Rhodamine 6G at concentrations of 10−6 and 10−3 M in water:ethanol solutions of various ethanol content was studied. The dimeric molecular fraction of Rhodamine 6G (10−3 M) was found as a function of temperature and ethanol content in the aqueous solution. It was shown that the absorption spectrum of Rhodamine 6G dimers (10−3 M) is dependent on temperature and ethanol content in the aqueous solution. Based on the relationship between J-and H-bands in the absorption spectrum of Rhodamine 6G dimers, both the angle between planes of associated Rhodamine 6G dye molecules and the free enthalpy of association were calculated. The structure of Rhodamine 6G dimers depends essentially on the ethanol content and aqueous ethanol solution temperature while experiencing the most temperature changes at an ethanol concentration of 25%.
