We develop a stochastic calculus on the plane with respect to the local times of a large class of Lévy processes. We can then extend to these Lévy processes an Itô formula that was established previously for Brownian motion. Our method provides also a multidimensional version of the formula. We show that this formula generates many “Itô formulas” that fit various problems. In the special case of a linear Brownian motion, we recover a recently established Itô formula that involves local times on curves. This formula is already used in financial mathematics.  相似文献

Stochastic calculus and stochastic differential equations for Brownian motion were introduced by K. Itô in order to give a pathwise construction of diffusion processes. This calculus has deep connections with objects such as the Fock space and the Heisenberg canonical commutation relations, which have a central role in quantum physics. We review these connections, and give a brief introduction to the noncommutative extension of Itô’s stochastic integration due to Hudson and Parthasarathy. Then we apply this scheme to show how finite Markov chains can be constructed by solving stochastic differential equations, similar to diffusion equations, on the Fock space.  相似文献

We trace Itô’s early work in the 1940s, concerning stochastic integrals, stochastic differential equations (SDEs) and Itô’s formula. Then we study its developments in the 1960s, combining it with martingale theory. Finally, we review a surprising application of Itô’s formula in mathematical finance in the 1970s. Throughout the paper, we treat Itô’s jump SDEs driven by Brownian motions and Poisson random measures, as well as the well-known continuous SDEs driven by Brownian motions.  相似文献

We introduce two types of the Stratonovich stochastic integrals for two-parameter processes, and investigate the relationship of these Stratonovich integrals and various types of Skorohod integrals with respect to a fractional Brownian sheet. By using this relationship, we derive a differentiation formula in the Stratonovich sense for fractional Brownian sheet through Itô formula. Also the relationship between the two types of the Stratonovich integrals will be obtained and used to derive a differentiation formula in the Stratonovich sense. In this case, our proof is based on the repeated applications of differentiation formulas in the Stratonovich form for one-parameter Gaussian processes.  相似文献

Summary A stochastic integral (with respect to Brownian motion) which extends Itô's integral to anticipatory integrands is constructed and investigated. This stochastic integral is different from the Skorokhod integral. The Itô lemma is proved for this integral.  相似文献

The quantum stochastic integral of Itô type formulated by Hudson and Parthasarathy is extended to a wider class of adapted quantum stochastic processes on Boson Fock space. An Itô formula is established and a quantum stochastic integral representation theorem is proved for a class of unbounded semimartingales which includes polynomials and (Wick) exponentials of the basic martingales in quantum stochastic calculus.  相似文献

Brownian and fractional Brownian stochastic currents via Malliavin calculus   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
By using Malliavin calculus and multiple Wiener-Itô integrals, we study the existence and the regularity of stochastic currents defined as Skorohod (divergence) integrals with respect to the Brownian motion and to the fractional Brownian motion. We consider also the multidimensional multiparameter case and we compare the regularity of the current as a distribution in negative Sobolev spaces with its regularity in the Watanabe spaces.  相似文献

Itô’s contributions lie at the root of stochastic calculus and of the theory of excursions. These ideas are also very useful in the study of conformally invariant two-dimensional structures, via conformal loop ensembles, excursions of Schramm–Loewner evolutions and Poisson point processes of Brownian loops.  相似文献

The Stratonovich version of non-commutative stochastic calculus is introduced and shown to be equivalent to the Itô version developed by Hudson and Parthasarathy [1]. The conversion from Stratonovich to Itô version is shown to be implemented by a stochastic form of Wick's theorem: that is, involving the normal ordering of time-dependent noise fields. It is shown for a model of a quantum mechanical system coupled to a Bosonic field in a Gaussian state that under suitable scaling limits, in particular the weak coupling limit (for linear interactions) and low density limit (for scattering interactions), the limit form of the dynamical equation of motion is most naturally described as a quantum stochastic differential equation of Stratonovich form. We then convert the limit dynamical equations from Stratonovich to Itô form. Thermal Stratonovich noises are also presented.  相似文献

Stochastic integration w.r.t. fractional Brownian motion (fBm) has raised strong interest in recent years, motivated in particular by applications in finance and Internet traffic modelling. Since fBm is not a semi-martingale, stochastic integration requires specific developments. Multifractional Brownian motion (mBm) generalizes fBm by letting the local Hölder exponent vary in time. This is useful in various areas, including financial modelling and biomedicine. The aim of this work is twofold: first, we prove that an mBm may be approximated in law by a sequence of “tangent” fBms. Second, using this approximation, we show how to construct stochastic integrals w.r.t. mBm by “transporting” corresponding integrals w.r.t. fBm. We illustrate our method on examples such as the Wick–Itô, Skorohod and pathwise integrals.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the linear stochastic heat equation with additive noise in dimension one. Then, using the representation of its solution X as a stochastic convolution of the cylindrical Brownian motion with respect to an operator-valued kernel, we derive Itô's- and Tanaka's-type formulae associated to X.  相似文献

We use the stochastic calculus of variations for the fractional Brownian motion to derive formulas for the replicating portfolios for a class of contingent claims in a Bachelier and a Black–Scholes markets modulated by fractional Brownian motion. An example of such a model is the Black–Scholes process whose volatility solves a stochastic differential equation driven by a fractional Brownian motion that may depend on the underlying Brownian motion.  相似文献

In this paper, we develop a stochastic calculus related to a fractional Brownian sheet as in the case of the standard Brownian sheet. Let be a fractional Brownian sheet with Hurst parameters H=(H1,H2), and (2[0,1],B(2[0,1]),μ) a measure space. By using the techniques of stochastic calculus of variations, we introduce stochastic line integrals along all sufficiently smooth curves γ in 2[0,1], and four types of stochastic surface integrals: , i=1,2, , , , . As an application of these stochastic integrals, we prove an Itô formula for fractional Brownian sheet with Hurst parameters H1,H2∈(1/4,1). Our proof is based on the repeated applications of Itô formula for one-parameter Gaussian process.  相似文献

The paper is concerned with the existence and uniqueness of a strong solution to a two-dimensional backward stochastic Navier-Stokes equation with nonlinear forcing, driven by a Brownian motion. We use the spectral approximation and the truncation and variational techniques. The methodology features an interactive analysis on the basis of the regularity of the deterministic Navier-Stokes dynamics and the stochastic properties of the Itô-type diffusion processes.  相似文献

Tempered fractional Brownian motion is obtained when the power law kernel in the moving average representation of a fractional Brownian motion is multiplied by an exponential tempering factor. This paper develops the theory of stochastic integrals for tempered fractional Brownian motion. Along the way, we develop some basic results on tempered fractional calculus.  相似文献

In this paper, the approximate controllability for Sobolev-type fractional neutral stochastic evolution equations with fractional stochastic nonlocal conditions and fractional Brownian motion in a Hilbert space are studied. The results are obtained by using semigroup theory, fractional calculus, stochastic integrals for fractional Brownian motion, Banach's fixed point theorem, and methods adopted directly from deterministic control problems for the main results. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of our result.  相似文献

In this paper, we use the formula for the Itô–Wiener expansion of the solution of the stochastic differential equation proven by Krylov and Veretennikov to obtain several results concerning some properties of this expansion. Our main goal is to study the Itô–Wiener expansion of the local time at the fixed point for the solution of the stochastic differential equation in the multidimensional case (when standard local time does not exist even for Brownian motion). We show that under some conditions the renormalized local time exists in the functional space defined by the L2L2-norm of the action of some smoothing operator.  相似文献

Fractional Brownian Motion and Sheet as White Noise Functionals   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In this short note, we show that it is more natural to look the fractional Brownian motion as functionals of the standard white noises, and the fractional white noise calculus developed by Hu and Фksendal follows directly from the classical white noise functional calculus. As examples we prove that the fractional Girsanov formula, the Ito type integrals and the fractional Black-Scholes formula are easy consequences of their classical counterparts. An extension to the fractional Brownian sheet is also briefly discussed.  相似文献
