Motivated by the well-known charged BTZ black holes, we look for (2 + 1)-dimensional solutions of F(R) gravity. At first we investigate some near horizon solutions and after that we obtain asymptotically Lifshitz black hole solutions. The (2+1)-dimensional Maxwell-Chern-Simons gravity with phantom dilaton field coupling is studied in this paper.It is shown that black hole solution to exist when electromagnetic coupled to dilaton field in the non-trivial way.Moreover,asymptotic index and distribution parameter of current density are calculated by using black hole solution,some new features of this solution are briefly discussed.  相似文献

The multivortex solutions of (2+l)-dimensional Abelian Higgs model with a Chern-Simons term are stlrrlied. The Bogomol'nyi-type equations and corresponding Weinberg's index theorem have been derived for a sixth-order Higgs potential. The magnetic field is different from that of the Abelian Chern-Simons Higgs model which has no Maxwell term, and has a maximum at the center of the vortex.  相似文献

We reexamine the charged AdS domain wall solution to the Einstein-Abelian-Higgs model proposed by Gubser et al. as holographic superconductors at quantum critical points and comment on their statement about the uniqueness of gravity solutions. We generalize their explorations from (3+1)-dimensions to arbitrary n+1Ds and find that the n+1≥qslant5D charged AdS domain walls are unstable against electric perturbations.  相似文献

The (2+1)-dimensional Einstein equations are solved exactly for a viscous fluid with both rotation and expansion. The thermodynamic relations are investigated and relevant physical quantities, including coefficients of viscosity and thermal conductivity, are shown to be physically reasonable for a range of coordinate values corresponding to an interior fluid solution. This range of coordinates must be restricted further if closed timelike curves are to be excluded.  相似文献

In this paper, using the generalized G'/G-expansion method and the auxiliary differential equation method, we discuss the (2+1)-dimensional canonical generalized KP (CGKP), KdV, and (2+1)-dimensional Burgers equations with variable coefficients. With the help of self-similarity transformation, we construct and study the nonautonomous vortices with different topological charges inside a planar graded-index nonlinear waveguide, analytically, and numerically. Although these vortices are approximate, they can reflect the real properties of self-similar optical beam during a short-term propagation. Existence of these autonomous vortices require delicate balances between the system parameters such as diffraction, nonlinearity, gain, and external potential. We are concerned with some special but interesting situations, and discussing the changes of the height, width, energy, and central position of the vortices as the increase of propagation distance. Moreover, we are also interested in the azimuthal modulational instability of the system, and comparing our prediction for the modulational instability growth rates to numerical results.  相似文献

In this letter, we point out that if there is a (2+1)-dimensional extension of the KdV equation,then we can get a corresponding (2+1)-dimensional sine-Gordon (SG) or sinh-Gordon (SHG) extension which is related to the negative flow equation of the KdV extension. The (2+1)-dimensional SG (or SHG) extensions related to the KP, breaking soliton and Nizhnik-Novikov-Veselov equations are known in literature while the (2+1)-dimensional SHG extension related to the negative Aow equation of the Boiti-Leon-Manna-Pempinelli (BLMP) equation is obtained in this letter thanks to the Schwartz form of the BLMP equation being conformal invariant.  相似文献

After generalizing the Clarkson-Kruskal direct similarity reduction ansatz, one can obtain various newtypes of reduction equations. Especially, some lower-dimensional turbulent systems or chaotic systems may be obtainedfrom the general form of the similarity reductions of a higher-dimensional Lax integrable model. Furthermore, anarbitrary three-order quasi-linear equation, which includes the Korteweg de-Vries Burgers equation and the generalLorenz equation as two special cases, has been obtained from the reductions of the (2+1)-dimensional dispersive longwave equation system. The Casimir energy of massive scalar field with hybrid (Diriehlet-Neumann) boundary condition is calculated. In order to regularize the model, the typical methods named as mode summation method and Green's function method are used respectively. It is found that the regularized zero-point energy density depends on the scalar field's mass. When the field is massless, the result is consistent with previous literatures.  相似文献

We evaluate exactly both the nonrelativistic and relativistic fermion determinant in 2+1 dimensions in a constant background field at finite temperature. The effect of finite chemical potential is also considered. In both cases, the systems are decoupled into an infinite number of 1+1 fermions by Fourier transformation in the -variable. Using the modified direct method, we derive the theorem of general symmetry gro.ups to (2+1)-dimensional HBK system. Based on our theorem, some new forms of solutions are obtained. In this paper, we use the classical Lie group symmetry method to get the Lie point symmetries of the (2+1)-dimensional hyperbolic nonlinear Schrödinger (HNLS) equation and reduce the (2+1)-dimensional HNLS equation to some (1+1)-dimensional partial differential systems.
