Column chromatographic separation of a MeOH extract of the aerial parts of Saussurea triangulata led to the isolation of a new sesquiterpene glycoside 6, together with three quinic acid derivatives, two phenolics, two sesquiterpene glycosides and two flavonoids. The new compound 6 was identified as amarantholidol A glycoside by spectroscopic and chemical methods.  相似文献

A new flavonol glycoside, isorhamnetin 3-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)]-beta-D-galactopyranoside, and the known diglycoside, isorhamnetin 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-galactopyranoside were isolated from the aerial parts of Astragalus vulneraria. Three new pentacyclic triterpenoids, camaryolic acid (1), methylcamaralate (2) and camangeloyl acid (3) and six known compounds beta-sitosterol 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4), octadecanoic acid (5), docosanoic acid (6), palmitic acid (7), camaric acid (8) and lantanolic acid (9) were isolated from the aerial parts of Lantana camara. A new steroidal glycoside and a new phenyl glycoside have been isolated from a ripe cherry tomato [Lycopersicon esculentum var. cerasiforme (DUNAL) ALEF., Solanaceae] along with two known steroidal alkaloid glycosides, esculeoisides A and B, and five aromatic compounds, zizibeoside I, benzyl alcohol beta-gentiobioside, rutin, methyl caffeate, and phenylalanine. Reversed-phase preparative HPLC analyses of the methanol extract of the aerial parts of Stachys lavandulifolia afforded a new phenylethanoid glycoside, 4,3',4'-trimethoxy-lavandulifolioside A, named lavandulifolioside B, together with three other known phenylethanoid glycosides, lavandulifolioside A, verbascoside and leucosceptoside A, and an iridoid glycoside 5-O-β-allopyranosyloxy-aucubin (5-O-β-allopyranosyl-monomelittoside). While the structures of the known compounds, except the iridoid glycoside, were established by direct comparison of their spectroscopic data with respective literature data, lavandulifolioside B and 5-O-β-allopyranosyloxy-aucubin were identified comprehensively by extensive 1D and 2D NMR analyses. The distribution of the isolated compounds within the genus Stachys has been discussed.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the aerial parts of Uvaria rufa (Dunal) Blume collected from Vietnam yielded one new lignan glycoside, ufaside (1), along with six known compounds, oxoanolobine (2), ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (3), catechin (4), epicatechin (5), daucosterol (6) and glutin-5-en-3-one (7). Their chemical structures were determined by using NMR, HR-MS spectroscopic analyses and in comparison with the reported data. A cytotoxic analysis of U. rufa herb extracts was performed for the first time using nine human cancer cell lines (MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, LNCaP, MKN7, SW480, KB, LU-1, HepG2 and HL-60) derived from different tumour types. Of these seven constituents, compounds 2 and 3 displayed moderate cytotoxicity against the human lung adenocarcinoma cell line (LU-1) with IC50 values of 9.22 ± 1.02 μg/mL and 10.21 ± 1.16 μg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

Isolation of flavonoids from the aerial parts of Taverniera aegyptiaca Bioss. (Fabaceae) led to identification of one new flavonol glycoside, isorhamnetin-3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-l-arabinopyranoside (1), along with eleven compounds, which previously have not been isolated from this plant quercetin-3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-galactopyranoside] (2), isorhamnetin-3-O-α-l-arabinopyranoside (3), quercetin-3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranoside (4), isorhamnetin-3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranoside (7), isorhamnetin 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-galactopyranoside] (8), isorhamnetin 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranoside] (9), kaempferol 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-galactopyranoside] (10), isorhamnetin (11), 4,4′-dihydroxy-2′-methoxychalcone (12), formononetin (13) and calycosin (15)] and some compounds already known from this plant [quercetin-3-O-robinobioside (5), isorhamnetin-3-O-robinobioside (6), afrormosin (14) and odoratin (16)].  相似文献

Two new steroid glycosides, named trikamsterosides A and B, and a new sesquiterpenoid glycoside named trikamsesuquiside A were isolated from the underground parts of Trillium kamtschaticum PALL. along with 18 known compounds comprising 12 steroids, one sesquiterpenoid glycoside, one phenylpropanoid, one flavonoid glycoside, and three phenylpropanoid sucrose esters. Their chemical structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data and chemical evidence. Among them, one phenylpropanoid sucrose ester showed almost the same radical-scavenging effect on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl as that of alpha-tocopherol.  相似文献

Column chromatography of purified butanol extract obtained after fractionation from aqueous methanolic extract of aerial parts of Swertia paniculata afforded one xanthone glycoside (1,5-dihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone-8-O-β-d-glucopyranoside). Repeated fractionation of the acetylated methanol extract of Prasium majus afforded acetylated derivatives of a new iridoid glycoside hamighriprasin (1), myoporoside (2), beta-D-glycopyranose (3) and saccharose (4). Two new triterpenoids, 2alpha,3beta,11alpha,13beta-tetrahydroxy-12-ketooleanan-28-oic acid(1) and 3beta-hydroxy-12-keto-9(11)-ursen-28,13beta-olide (2) were isolated from the leaves ofPhotinia serrulata. Their structures were identified by spectral methods. Two new triterpenoids (1–2) were isolated and elucidated from the roots of Gypsophila oldhamiana, together with four known triterpenoids (3–6). Their structures were identified to be 3β-hydroxyolean-13(18)-ene-23, 28-dioic acid (1), 3β, 12α-dihydroxy-23-carboxyolean-28, 13β-olide (2), 3β, 16α-dihydroxy-23-oxoolean-13(18)-en-28-oic acid (3), gypsogenin (4), quillaic acid (5) and gypsogenic acid (6) by spectral methods. All compounds were tested for their cytotoxicities against human tumour cell lines (lung cancer H460 and gastric cancer SGC-7901) and for their antiangiogenic effects using a zebra fish model. Two new triterpenoids and three 27-nor-triterpenoids were isolated from the stems (with bark) of Nauclea officinalis. Their structures were identified to be 2β,3β,19α,23-tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid (1), 2β,3β,19α,23-tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl (1-2)-β-d-glucopyranosyl] ester (2), pyrocincholic acid 3β-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (3), pyrocincholic acid 3β-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosy1-28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl ester (4), pyrocincholic acid 3β-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosy1-28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-d-glucopyranosyl ester (5) by spectroscopic methods including 1D, 2D NMR and HR-MS analyses. The cytotoxic activity of 15 against lung cancer A-549 cells was also investigated.  相似文献

Two new triterpenoids trivially named as atriplicoide A and B were isolated from the n-BuOH extract of the whole plant of Zygophyllum eurypterum. Based on EI-MS, IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR, and 2D-NMR (HMQC, HMBC, COSY and NOESY) data, the structures of the new compounds were determined as 30-carboxy-3beta,24-dihydroxy-urs-28,13beta-lactam-N-acetate (1) and 3beta,24-dihydroxyursan-28,13beta-olide (2).  相似文献
