本文主要研究了基于压电叠堆惯性作动器的随机振动控制方法并分析了控制力时滞对控制效果的影响规律。首先,对压电叠堆惯性作动器的动力学特性进行分析,建立了考虑惯性作动器动力学的主结构的随机动力学模型;接着,提出主结构随机振动 "线性"二次高斯控制(linear quadratic Gaussian,LQG)方法,并探讨了作动器惯性质量和刚度等对控制效果的影响规律;最后,研究了控制力时滞对控制效果的影响,并提出了利用时滞优化控制效果的方法。研究结果表明,压电叠堆惯性作动器对结构的随机振动具有较好的控制效果,当控制时滞时间$\tau = 0.025$s时控制效果可以得到进一步优化。  相似文献

A novel combination of finite time control and control allocation with uncertain configuration matrix due to actuator misalignment is investigated for attitude stabilization of a rigid spacecraft. Finite time controller using nonsingular terminal sliding mode technique is firstly designed as virtual control of control allocator to produce the three axis torques, and can guarantee finite time reachability of given attitude motion of spacecraft in the presence of external disturbances. The convergences of this feedback controller for the resulting closed loop systems are also proven theoretically. Then, under the condition of uncertainty included in the configuration matrix due to actuator misalignment, a robust least squares-based control allocation is employed to deal with the problem of distributing the three axis torques over the available actuators under redundancy, in which the focus of this control allocation is to find the optimal control vector of actuator by minimizing the worst-case residual, under the condition of the uncertainty included in actuator configuration matrix and control constraints like saturation. Simulation results using the orbiting spacecraft model show good performance under external disturbances and even uncertain configuration matrix, which validates the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

An optimal vibration control strategy for partially observable nonlinear quasi Hamiltonian systems with actuator saturation is proposed. First,a controlled partially observable non-linear system is converted into a completely observable linear control system of finite dimension based on the theorem due to Charalambous and Elliott. Then the partially averaged It stochastic differential equations and dynamical programming equation associated with the completely observable linear system are derived by using the stochastic averaging method and stochastic dynamical programming principle,respectively. The optimal control law is obtained from solving the final dynamical programming equation. The results show that the proposed control strategy has high control effectiveness and control effciency.  相似文献

柔性作动器具有低刚度、大变形等特征,这一方面使主结构具备了强的环境适应性,另一方面也使主结构易受外界微扰影响,从而降低其操作精度.本文以介电弹性体作动器驱动的单自由度非线性系统为研究对象,通过即时微调电压,抑制系统在平衡位置附近的随机振动.通过随机平均法降低系统维数,将原系统的控制问题转化为关于慢变过程的控制问题;结合随机动态规划原理及控制约束导出最优有界控制策略.该策略具干摩擦形式,具有能量耗散本质,在抑制系统振动的同时提高了系统的稳定性.数值研究表明:最优有界控制策略具有良好的控制效果、控制效率及较高的鲁棒性.  相似文献

The vibratory characteristics of rectangular plates attached with continuously and uniformly distributed spring-mass in a rectangular region are studied which may represent free vibration of a human–structure system. Firstly, the governing differential equations of a plate with uniformly distributed spring-mass are developed. When the spring-mass fully occupies the plate, the natural frequencies of the coupled system are exactly solved and a relationship between the continuous system and a series of discrete two degrees-of-freedom system is provided. The degree of frequency coupling is defined. Then, the Ritz–Galerkin method is used to derive the approximate solution, when the spring-mass is distributed on a part of the plate, by using the Chebyshev polynomial series to construct the admissible functions. Comparative studies demonstrate the high accuracy and wide applicability of the proposed method. Finally, the frequency and modal characteristics of the plate partially occupied by distributed spring-mass are numerically analysed. It has been observed that both the natural frequencies and the modes appear in pairs. Moreover, a parametric study is performed for rectangular plates with three edges simply supported and one edge free. The effects of occupation size and position of the distributed spring-mass on natural frequencies of the coupled system are studied in detailed. The present investigation provides an improved understanding of human–structure interaction, such as grandstands or floors occupied by a stationary crowd.  相似文献

曲壳结构已广泛应用于航空航天、航海等领域,结构微小的振动会极大地影响部件性能,抑制曲壳结构的振动就很必要。提出了压电曲壳结构的振动最优控制模型,利用空间曲壳单元理论及多点约束方程实现曲壳基结构壳元和压电壳元的耦合,推导了压电曲壳结构动力学有限元方程,并结合线性二次型最优控制理论,实现了压电作动器对曲壳结构的振动最优控制。数值算例表明,对曲壳结构进行动力分析和振动控制时,在达到同样精度及控制效果的情况下,与平壳相比,曲壳单元及作动器所需数目要少得多。  相似文献

建立主动约束层阻尼板有限元模型,以结构模态阻尼比最大化为目标函数,压电层总电能消耗为约束条件,压电层单元控制电压为设计变量,对主动约束层阻尼板压电层电压进行了拓扑优化,获得了压电层电压最优拓扑分布。通过引入虚拟设计变量,将压电层电压控制不连续问题转化为连续问题。考虑实际工程应用的需要,采用指数函数对电压中间变量进行惩罚。在灵敏度分析基础上,采用移动渐进线(MMA)法,求解了主动约束层阻尼板电压拓扑优化问题。数值算例证实了电压拓扑优化模型以及数值求解方法的有效性。  相似文献

An optimal bounded control strategy for smart structure systems as controlled Hamiltonian systems with random excitations and noised observations is proposed. The basic dynamic equations for a smart structure system with smart sensors and actuators are firstly given. The nonlinear stochastic control system with noised observations is then obtained from the simplified smart structure system, and the system is expressed by generalized Hamiltonian equations with control, random excitation and dissipative forces. The optimal control problem for nonlinear stochastic systems with noised observations includes two parts: optimal state estimation and optimal response control based on estimated states, which are coupled each other. The probability density of optimally estimated systems has generally infinite dimensions based on the separation theorem. The proposed optimal control strategy gives an approximate separate solution. First, the optimally estimated system state is determined by the observations based on the extended Kalman filter, and the estimated nonlinear system with controls and stochastic excitations is obtained which has finite-dimensional probability density. Second, the dynamical programming equation for the estimated system is determined based on the stochastic dynamical programming principle. The control boundedness due to actuator saturation is considered, and the optimal bounded control law is obtained by the programming equation with the bounded control constraint. The optimal control depends on the estimated system state which is determined by noised observations. The proposed optimal bounded control strategy is finally applied to a single-degree-of-freedom nonlinear stochastic system with control and noised observation. The remarkable vibration control effectiveness is illustrated with numerical results. Thus the proposed optimal bounded control strategy is promising for application to nonlinear stochastic smart structure systems with noised observations.  相似文献

This paper aims at modeling and developing vibration control methods for a flexible piezoelectric beam. A collocated sensor/actuator placement is used. Finite element analysis (FEA) method is adopted to derive the dynamics model of the system. A back propagation neural network (BPNN) based proportional-derivative (PD) algorithm is applied to suppress the vibration. Simulation and experiments are conducted using the FEA model and BPNN-PD control law. Experimental results show good agreement with the simulation results using finite element modeling and the neural network control algorithm.  相似文献

提出柔性机械臂末端振动主动控制的一个混合方法。该方法由整形技术(Inptlt shaping Technique-IST)和压电作动器(PZT)的联合作用对机械臂的振动进行控制。IST作为前馈控制技术通过一个序列脉冲和输入扭矩的卷积来抑制机械臂的残留振动。然而,当IST的脉冲作用时间位置不够准确时,将降低机械臂的定位性能。为了提高柔性机械臂的定位精度,对于因脉冲不精确或建模不准所引起的残留振动,由PZT、进行抑制。作用在PZT上的控制电压由线性二次最优调节器(LQR)确定。动态仿真显示,提出的方法不仅对机械臂的振动抑制具有鲁棒性,而且使得PZT、上的控制电压比单独使用PZT进行振动抑制时降低了50%以上,这是非常有利的。  相似文献

通过对蜂窝芯的等效化处理,建立了ANSYS的壳单元模型,并作有限元模态分析,然后与其试验模态分析结果比较,有限元分析结果和试验结果基本一致。通过ANSYS的PSD随机功率谱分析和模态分析所得振型确定了贴片位置,对蜂窝板进行了压电智能结构振动主动控制试验研究,得到了较好的振动抑制效果。分析结果为仪器安装蜂窝板的设计和实现智能结构控制提供了重要参考依据。  相似文献

将传统的瞬时最优化控制和智能算法中的迭代学习控制相结合,提出了基于最优化控制算法和智能控制算法的迭代学习型瞬时最优化控制算法.该方法以线性系统为模型,以系统的响应与期望响应的差值为反馈,以二次型性能泛函为目标函数,通过迭代学习修正主动控制器的控制信号,提高主动控制的效果.针对迭代学习型瞬时最优化控制算法迭代的特性,本文采用范数方法给出了该方法收敛的充分条件.为验证方法的有效性,选取第二代基准模型作为计算模型,埃尔森特罗地震波南北分量作为输入载荷,数值仿真结果表明,迭代学习型瞬时最优控制算法较传统的瞬时最优控制算法有更好的控制效果.  相似文献

Structural vibration and noise control of a cavity-backed three-layered smart piezo-coupled rectangular panel system under harmonic or transient loads is achieved by using purely active, passive, and hybrid active/passive piezoelectric shunt networks. Problem formulation is based on the classical lamination plate theory, Maxwell’s equation for piezoelectric materials, linear circuit theory, and wave equation for the enclosed acoustic domain. The orthogonal mode expansions along with the modal coupling theory are employed to obtain the coupled differential equations of the electro-mechanical-acoustic system, which are then put into the convenient state-space form, and subsequently solved numerically in both frequency and time domains. A triple-mode hybrid RLC shunt circuit, in series with an external active voltage source and connected to a single electroded piezoelectric segment, is tuned to the dominant resonance frequencies of the composite structure. The linear quadratic optimal control (LQR) theory is adopted for obtaining the active control gains. The frequency and time domain performances of the passive, active and hybrid multi-modal piezoelectric systems are calculated and discussed in terms of sensor output voltage, local sound pressure, and control effort. It is found that the hybrid control methodology with properly tuned circuit parameters can be an excellent candidate for simultaneous vibration and structure-borne noise control of the cavity-coupled smart panel with decreased control effort. Also, the active control strategy integrated in the hybrid control system is demonstrated to enhance the overall system damping characteristics and improve the control authority at frequencies where the passive shunt network performs weakly. Limiting cases are considered and correctness of the mathematical model is verified by using a commercial finite element software as well as by comparisons with the literature.  相似文献

磁悬浮隔振器的核心部件是电磁作动器,得到其输出电磁力与线圈电流及气隙之间的模型对实现磁悬浮隔振器的主动隔振有着重要的意义.实际系统中,磁悬浮隔振器运动频率对电磁力模型参数有较大影响,为了得到比较精确的符合实际的电磁力模型,对原有模型进行了修正,给出了新的考虑频率因素的修正模型;并且设计了基于MTS809的动态电磁力实验建模方案,直接根据电磁力实时测量数据辨识得到动态电磁力修正模型,而不需要对磁路进行任何假设.实验结果表明,该方法建立的电磁力修正模型更符合实际情况.  相似文献

Summary We present an account of an implementation of an active nonlinear vibration absorber that we have developed. The control technique exploits the saturation phenomenon that is known to occur in quadratically-coupled multi-degree-of-freedom systems subjected to primary excitation and possessing a two-to-one internal resonance. The technique is based on introducing an absorber and coupling it with the structure through a sensor and an actuator, where the feedback and control signals are quadratic. First, we consider the case of controlling the vibrations of a single-degree-of-freedom system. We develop the equations governing the response of the closed-loop system and use the method of multiple scales to obtain an approximate solution. We investigate the performance of the control strategy by studying its steady-state and transient characteristics. Additionally, we compare the performance of the quadratic absorber with that of a linear absorber. Then, we present theoretical and experimental results that demonstrate the versatility of the technique. We design an electronic circuit to emulate the absorber and use a variety of sensors and actuators to implement the active control strategy. First, we use a motor and a potentiometer to control the vibration of a rigid beam. We develop a plant model that includes Coulomb friction and demonstrate that the closed-loop system exhibits the saturation phenomenon. Second, we extend the strategy to multi-degree-of-freedom systems. We use PZT ceramics and strain gages to suppress vibrations of flexible steel beams when subjected to single- and simultaneous two-mode excitations. Third, we employ Terfenol-D, a nonlinear actuator, and accelerometers to control the vibrations of flexible beams. An approach for implementing an active nonlinear vibration absorber for flexible structures is presented. The technique exploits the saturation phenomenon exhibited by multidegree-of-freedom systems with quadratic nonlinearities possessing two-to-one autoparametric resonances. The strategy consists of introducing second-order controllers and coupling each of them with the plant through a sensor and an actuator, where both the feedback and control signals are quadratic. Once the structure is forced near its resonances, the oscillatory response is suppressed through the saturation phenomenon. We present theoretical and experimental results of the application of the proposed vibration absorber. The structure consists of a cantilever beam, the feedback signal is generated by a strain gage, and the actuation is achieved through piezoceramic patches. The equations of motion are developed and analyzed through perturbation techniques and numerical simulation. Then, the strategy is tested by assembling the controllers in electronic components and suppressing the vibrations of the first and second modes of two beams.  相似文献

伸展臂由于受到空间温度变化和卫星机动动作的影响,不可避免地会产生振动。在阻尼较低的空间环境中,这种振动衰减较慢,影响伸展臂的正常工作。因此,合适的振动控制方法对于伸展臂的正常工作至关重要。本文采用拉绳作为作动器的空间桁架结构伸展臂,研究其作动绳上铰链串联顺序的优化和模型预测控制律的设计,这两部分内容均考虑了作动绳的单边约束和饱和约束。首先,通过ANSYS软件获取结构的模态信息;然后结合系统可控性原理和遗传算法计算出作动绳上铰链串联最优顺序;最后,在数值仿真中,通过设计的控制率对一个由四个单元组成的桁架结构伸展臂的振动控制过程进行仿真分析。结果表明,提出的作动绳串联铰链的方式能够有效抑制伸展臂的振动。  相似文献
