Summary Another two cardiac glycosides have been isolated from the seeds ofCheiranthus allioni hort. One of them has been identified as bipinogulomethyloside. The second, which we have called glucobipindogulomethyloside is new and is bipindogenin 3-O-[O--D-glucopyranosyl-(14)--D-gulomethylopyranoside].The glycoside M-64 isolated previously from this plant, which is uzarigenen 3-O-[O--D-glucopyranosyl-(14)--D-glucopyranoside] is also new and has been called neouzarin.Khar'kov Scientific-Research Institute of Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Summary From the seends ofCheiranthus allioni hort. another three cardiac glycosides have been isolated. One of them has been identified as cheirotoxin. It has been established that in cheirotoxin the D-glucose is attached to C4 of the D-gulomethylose and this glycoside therefore has the structure of strophanthidin 3-O-[4-O--D-glucopyranosyl--D-gulomethylopyranoside]. Two new steroid glycosides of the spirostan series have been isolated from the fruit ofAllium cepa L. (family Liliaceae): alliospirosides C and D. On the basis of chemical transformations and spectral characteristics it has been established that the aglycon of both glycosides is a new steroid sapogenin — cepagenin — having the structure of (24S,25R)-spirost-5-ene-1,3,24-triol. Two new glycosides have been isolated from the total triterpene glycosides of the holothurianDuasmodactyla kurilensis: kurilosides A (III) and C (IV). The complexation of 2,3-anthracenedicarboxylate (ADC) by- and-cyclodextrins in water containing an organic solvent has been studied by induced circular dichroism. It has been shown that an increase of organic solvent ratio causes the degradation of the 1:1 ADC:-CD complex and the liberation of one guest molecule from the 2:1 ADC:-CD complex in water. The higher the hydrophobicity of the cosolvent, the weaker the complexation of ADC by-CD.  相似文献

The glycosides of the plantAstragalus villosissimus Bunge have been studied. Four glycosides have been isolated from the roots of this plant, and two of them have been identified as -sitosterol -D-glucopyranoside and cycloaraloside C. The most polar glycoside, which has also been isolated from the roots ofAstragalus amarus Pall., proved to be a new triterpene glycoside of the cycloartane series and has been called cycloaraloside F. It is a trioside of cyclosieversigenin containing two molecules of D-glucose and one molecule of D-apiose. Literature information is given on the current state of the study of the chemical transformation of cycloartane triterpenoids. A method has been developed for the transformation of the genin part of glycosides of 20,24-epoxycycloartan-25-ols with retention of the carbohydrate constituents. Conclusions Two additional cardiac glycosides, glucoerysimoside and glucoerysimosol, have been isolated from the seeds ofCheiranthus allioni Hort. Glucoerysimoside is strophanthidin 3-[O--D-digitoxopyranosyl-(4 1)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-(4 1)--D-glucopyranoside]. Glucoerysimosol is a new cardenolide having the same carbohydrate component, but its aglycone is strophanthidol. The holothurianEupentacta pseudoquinquisemita Deichmann collected in Kraternaya Bay, Ushishir Islands has yielded two triterpene pentaosides — the previously known cucumarioside C2, and cucumarioside H, which is a new glycoside. With the aid of13C NMR spectroscopy and solvolytic desulfation its structure has been determined as 6-acetoxy-3-([3-O-methyl--D-xylopyranosyl-(1 3)--D-glucopyranosyl-(1 4)] [-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 4)] [-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 2)]--D-quinovopy-ranosyl-(1 2)-(4-O-sulfato--D-xylopyranosyloxy)holosta-7,22,24(trans)-triene. The known alkaloid lepenine and the new diterpene alkaloid akirine have been isolated from the epigeal part ofAconitum kirinense Nakai. Conclusions For the first time in the isoflavone series, a compound which has the structure of 5,7-dihydroxy-3,4-methylenedioxyisoflavone (3,4-methylenedioxyorobol) and two of its glucosides — 3,4-methylenedioxyorobol 7-O--D-glucoside and 3,4-methylenedioxyorobol 7-O--D-glucosylglucoside — and also a genistein C-monoglucoside, have been described.
