The title compound, {CdI2(2,2′-bipy)}n, was prepared by the hydrothermal reac- tion of CdI2 and 2,2′-bipy in an aqueous solution, and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal analysis. Crystallographic data for 1: C10H8N2CdI2, monoclinic system, space group C2/c, a = 16.927(1), b = 10.0925(7), c = 7.7422(3) , β = 106.0629(4)°, V = 1271.00(14) 3, Z = 4, F(000) = 944, μ = 6.546 mm-1, Dc = 2.730 g/cm3, Mr = 522.38, the final R = 0.0309 and wR = 0.0805 for 1310 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray crystal structure analysis shows that the Cd atom is coordinated by four iodines and two N atoms from one 2,2′-bipy to form an 1-D chain-like structure through bridging iodines. The fluorescene of the title compound was also discussed.  相似文献

The title compound N,N′-bis(5,5-dimethyl-2-phospha-2-thio-1,3-dioxan-2-yl) ethylene diamine (DPTDEDA, C12H26N2O4P2S2) was synthesized by the reaction of neopentyl glycol, phosphorus thio-chloride and 1,2-ethylenediamine, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra. Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and the thermal property was analyzed by TG analysis. The crystal structure belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 14.557(16), b = 11.299(12), c = 12.163(13) , β = 98.707(19)°, Dc = 1.305 g/cm3, Z = 4, λ = 0.71073 , μ(MoKα) = 0.447 mm-1, Mr = 388.41, V = 1977(4) 3, F(000) = 824, S = 1.107, the final R = 0.0478 and wR = 0.0810 for 1738 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal structure is centrosymmetrically distributed through 1,2-ethylenediamine to join two distorted six-membered rings. The weak N–H···S interactions are observed and link the molecules into sheets. TG analysis shows that the title compound has good thermal stability and char-forming capability, which are required for an excellent intumescent fire retardant.  相似文献

The title compound ZnS6(C12H8N2) was obtained by reaction of zinic powder with sulfur and 1,10-phenathtroline in DMF solvent, and its structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal data for the compound: triclinic, P-1, Z = 2, a = 8. 159(2), b = 9. 485(2), c = 11. 997(2)A , α =110. 00(3)°,β = 99.22(3)°, γ = 100.57(3)°, V = 832A3, Dc =1. 748g/cm3, μ(MoKa)=0. 2219 cm-1, F(000)=440. The structure was refined to R = 0. 0723 and Rw = 0. 0865 for 1427 independent observed reflections. The tilte crystal consists of a discrete molecules, in which the core of ZnS2N2 shows a distorted tetrahedral geometry.  相似文献

The title compound, N‘-( 4-methoxybenzylidene ) -2-( IH-1, 2,4-triazol-1-yl ) acetohydrazide, was synthesized and its structure was confirmed by means of IR, MS,^1H NMR and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray diffraction. The preliminary biological test shows that the synthesized compound has a low antifungal activity.  相似文献

The compound N-(phenethylcarbamothioyl)cyclopent-1-enecarboxamide was synthesized by the reaction of cyclopent-1-enecarbonyl isothiocyanate with phenethylamine in acetone, and its structure was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and X-ray crystal structure determination. The crystal of the title compound belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a = 6.9500(7), b = 9.4618(9), c = 11.3256(11), α = 71.522(9), β = 81.830(8), γ = 89.237(8)o, Z = 2, V = 698.80(12)3, Dc = 1.304 g/cm3, μ = 0.225 mm-1, F(000) = 292, R = 0.0413 and wR = 0.1073 for 1996 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Intramolecular N(2)–H(2)···O(1) interactions as well as intermolecular N(2)–H(2)···O(1), N(1)–H(1)···S(1) and C(12)–H(12)···S(1) hydrogen bonds help to stabilize the crystal structure. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the structure of the new compound exhibits a one-dimensional infinite chain-like structure. The cytotoxicity of the compound was investigated by MTT assay. The results show that the compound is toxic to A549 tumor cell.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized by the reaction of 1-bromo-3,3-dime- thyl-1- (1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butan-2-one with 1-(2-fluorophenyl)thiourea, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a=15.2568(6), b=12.1533(5), c=16.7307(7) , Z=8, V=3102.2(2)3, Mr=317.39, Dc=1.359 g/cm3, S=1.05, μ=0.223 mm-1, F(000)=1328, the final R=0.034 and wR=0.097 for 2590 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). X-ray crystal structure presents the intramolecular N-H…N hydrogen bond, which plays an important role in stabilizing the crystal structure. In addition, the preliminary biological test on the title compound shows good antitumor activity, with IC50 of 0.122 μmol/mL against the Hela cell line.  相似文献

The new title compound, 1-benzoyl-3,6-diphenyl-1,4-dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (C21H16N4O, Mr = 340.38), has been prepared and its crystal structure can not be confirmed by the results of MS, elemental analysis, IR spectrum and 1H NMR spectrum, but determined by X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in an orthorhombic space group P212121 with a = 7.1100(19), b = 12.115(3), c = 19.884(6), V = 1712.7(8)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.320 g/cm3, F(000) = 712, μ = 0.085 mm-1, MoKa radiation (λ = 0.71073), R = 0.0334 and wR = 0.0845 for 2254 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the central tetrazine adopts an unsymmetrical boat conformation. According to the bond lengths of tetrazine ring, the molecule should be 1,4-dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine, rather than 1,2-dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine. The crystal structure is stabilized mainly by intermolecular N–H···O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound 2-amino-4-chloro-5-(4-methylbenzyl)-6-methylpyrimidine (C26H28Cl2N6, Mr = 495.44) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 14.892(7), b = 6.129(3), c = 14.889(7) , β = 109.795(8)°, V = 1278.7(10) 3, Z = 2, F(000) = 520, Dc = 1.287 g/cm3, μ = 0.280 mm-1, the final R = 0.0577 and wR = 0.1589 for 1357 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). A total of 6091 reflections were collected, of which 2257 were independent (Rint = 0.033). The X-ray analysis reveals that the chlorine atom and methyl of the title compound are disordered.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C21H19ClF2N2OS, was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group Pbca with a = 12.6479(13), b = 13.1204(13), c = 14.1341(15), Z = 4, V = 2011.5(4)3, Mr = 420.89, Dc = 1.390 g/cm3, S = 1.023, μ = 0.326 mm-1, F(000) = 872, the final R = 0.0365 and wR = 0.0880 for 6101 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)), and R = 0.0507, wR = 0.0978 for 7779 independent reflections. X-ray crystal structure displays that the hydrogen bonding interactions observed link the molecules to form a dimeric unit. The preliminary biological test of the title compound shows good antitumor activity, with IC50 of 0.046 μmol/mL against the Hela cell line.  相似文献

The mononuclear crystal structure extends into a two-dimensional net- work via hydrogen-bonding interactions and a three-dimensional framework is further formed by means of π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The solution reactions of the metal salts with 2,2'-bipyfidine (2,2'-bipy) and ethyl tetrazole-5-carboxylate (Hetzc) afforded two new tetrazole-based complexes M(2,2'-bipy)2(etzc)2 (M=Mn 1, Zn 2), and their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Crystallographic data for 1: C28H26MnN12O4, Mr = 649.55, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a= 19.326(15), b = 11.051(6), c = 16.388(13)А,β= 117.38(4)° V= 3108(4) А^3, Z= 4, Dc = 1.388 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1340, R = 0.0557 and wR = 0.1269; and those for 2: C28H26ZnN12O4, Mr = 659.98, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 19.173(4), b = 11.006(2), c = 16.266(4) А, β= 118.11(3)°, V= 3027.4(11) А^3, Z = 4, Dc=1.448 g/cm3, F(000) = 1360, R = 0.0428 and wR = 0.1000. The structures of 1 and 2 are isomorphic and consist of isolated neutral mononuclear units. The metal atoms have highly distorted octahedral coordination environments with two N atoms from two etzc ligands and four N atoms from two 2,2'-bipy molecules. The isolated mononuclear units are connected by π…π stacking interactions to generate one-dimensional chains. The thermal stability and photoluminescence have also been discussed.  相似文献

The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2 1/c with a = 10.8081(13), b = 14.4328(17), c = 10.2530(12) A, β = 98.504(2)°, V= 1581.8(3) ]A3, C16H14CdN4O5, Mr= 454.71, Dc = 1.909 g/cm^3, μ(MoKa) = 1.420 mm^-1, F(000) = 904, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0230 and wR = 0.0554 for 2901 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The title compound features a discrete molecular structure, which is connected with each other through extensive O-H…O hydrogen bonds into an intricate 3D supramolecular network.
