For the case of finite quark and baryon densities, the interaction of light quarks with an instanton liquid is considered in a phase that involves a nonvanishing chiral condensate. The generating functional is considered in the tadpole approximation, and the behavior of the dynamical quark mass and the behavior of the chiral condensate, as well as the behavior of the instanton-liquid (gluon-condensate) density, which grows slightly with the quark chemical potential, are explored. Arguments are presented in favor of the statement that the quark-density threshold for the emergence of a diquark condensate grows sizably owing to interaction with the instanton liquid.  相似文献

We construct phase diagrams of two-flavor quark matter under compact star constraints for two nonlocal, covariant quark models (instanton liquid and one-gluon exchange (OGE) inspired) within the mean field approximation and compare the results for different diquark coupling strengths. The interaction of light quarks with an instanton liquid is considered at nonzero density of quark/baryon matter in a phase where the diquark condensate is nonzero. It is shown that the inclusion of the relevant perturbation of the instanton liquid leads to an increase in the quark chemical potential μc. This in turn induces a considerable growth of the threshold quark-matter density at which one expects the emergence of color superconductivity.  相似文献

Based on the quark propagator in the instanton dilute liquid approximation, we have determined the quark condensate , the mixed quark gluon condensate g,μνσμνq) and the four-quark condensate at the mean-field level in the framework of global color symmetry model. The numerical calculation shows that our result is compatible with the range obtained within other nonperturbative approaches. In particular, we have found that even at the mean-field level the naive vacuum saturation approximation is not a good approximation when we consider nonlocal four-quark condensate.  相似文献

Various QCD correlators are calculated in the instanton liquid model in zeromode approximation and 1/N c expansion. Previous works are extended by including dynamical quark loops. In contrast to the original “perturbative” 1/N c approximation, not all quark loops are suppressed. Renormalization of the instanton density allows the identification of the density with the gluon condensate even in presence of dynamical quark loops. In the flavor singlet meson correlators a chain of quark bubbles survives the N c → ∞ limit causing a massive η′ in the pseudoscalar correlator while keeping massless pions in the triplet correlator. The correlators are plotted and meson masses and couplings are obtained from a spectral fit. They are compared to the values obtained from numerical studies of the instanton liquid and to experimental results.  相似文献

A (nearly) perfect liquid discovered in experiments with ultrarelativistic heavy ion collisions is investigated by studying the quark ensembles with four-fermion interaction considered as a fundamental theoretical approach. A comparative analysis of several quantum liquid models is performed, allowing one to conclude that the presence of gas-liquid phase transition is a characteristic feature of those models. The problem of the instability of the quark droplets with the small number of quarks, related with a possible formation of a chiral soliton, is discussed. A mixed phase of vacuum and baryon matter, as a possible scenario of its stability, is studied. Some aspects of the color superconductivity are considered. In addition, a recently proposed nontrivial thermodynamic state, called the fermion condensate, is studied. An analysis of unexpected opportunity to link the bare and effective coupling constants is performed within the framework of a simple model. It is pointed out that a simple subtraction procedure leads to the finite result without a typical logarithmic singularity for the observed coupling constant as a function of the transferred energy.  相似文献

The nonperturbative effects in the quark form factor are considered in the Wilson loop formalism, within the framework of the instanton liquid model. For the integration path corresponding to this form factor, the explicit expression for the vacuum expectation value of the Wilson operator is found to the leading order. It is shown that the instantons produce the power-like corrections to the perturbative result, which are comparable in magnitude with the perturbative part at the scale of order of the inverse average instanton size. The possible nature of two experimentally observed scalar mesons that are widely spaced in mass and whose special features may be caused by the excitations of the instanton liquid considered as a model of the QCD vacuum. It is shown that mass changes in the scalar sector may prove to be unexpectably large, even though the scale of such corrections to the dynamical quark mass is relatively small.  相似文献

The matrix element of quark axial vector current is shown to be different from the nonrelativistic quark spin sum for a nucleon at rest. The nucleon spin content discovered in polarized deep inelastic scattering is shown to be accommodated in a constituent quark model with 15% sea quark component mixing. The relativistic correction and sea quark pair excitation inherently related to quark axial vector current reduce the nucleon axial charge and this reduction is compensated by the relativistic quark orbital angular momentum exactly and in turn keeps the nucleon spin 1/2 untouched. Nucleon tensor charge has similar but smaller relativistic and sea quark pair excitation reduction.  相似文献

基于Dyson-Schwinger方程(DSEs)所确定的夸克传播子和算符成积展开(OPE),在彩虹近似下,预言了QCD真空中非定域夸克真空凝聚的结构。这种结构由夸克自能函数Af和Bf决定,通过数值求解DSEs就可以得到这些自能函数。但是,直接数值求解DSEs方程非常复杂,这里采用Roberts和Williams提出的参数化方法,用参数化的夸克传播函数σf v(p2)和σf s(p2)计算夸克自能函数。同时,也计算了定域的夸克真空凝聚值,夸克胶子混合的真空凝聚值,以及夸克的虚度。理论预言和计算结果均与标准QCD求和定则、格点QCD和瞬子模型的理论结果大致相符。和这些模型的结果相比,参数化方法得到的轻夸克(u,d,s)的定域真空凝聚偏大,这主要是由于模型依赖导致的。与u,d夸克相比,s夸克的真空凝聚比较大,这是因为s夸克自身质量较大的缘故。当然,Roberts-Williams参数化的夸克传播子只是一个经验公式,只能近似描述夸克的传播。  相似文献

分别基于组夸克质量模型和流夸克质量模型, 讨论了超新星核心区两味夸克物质到更稳定的三味夸克物质的相变过程. 结果表明, 两种质量模型下相变的特征时标都短于10-8s, 且质量越小的流夸克质量模型的相变速率越快;组分夸克质量模型下所得到的超新星核区的s夸克丰度, 中微子丰度及中微子总能量(除温度)相比前人的结果有轻微的增加, 而流夸克质量模型下所得到的这些参量的增加更为明显, 采用流夸克质量模型更有利于超新星的中微子延迟爆发机理的成功. 关键词: 夸克相变 组分夸克质量 流夸克质量 超新星  相似文献

According to extensive study of the Dyson-Schwinger equations for a fully dressed quark propagator in the "rainbow" approximation with an effective gluon propagator, a parametrized fully dressed confining quark propagator is suggested in this paper. The parametrized quark propagator describes a confined quark propagation in hadron, and is analytic everywhere in complex p2-plane and has no Lehmann representation. The vector and scalar self-energy functions [1 - Af(p2)] and [Bf(p2) - mf], dynamically running effective mass of quark Mf(p2) and the structure of non-local quark vacuum condensates as well as local quark vacuum condensates are predicted by use of the parametrized quark propagator. Based on an extensive study of the Dyson-Schwinger equations for a fully dressed quark propagator in the “rainbow” approximation, a parametrized form of the quark propagator is suggested. The corresponding quark self-energy Σf and the structure of non-local quark vacuum condensate <0|:\bar{q}(x)q(0):|0> are investigated. The algebraic form of the quark propagator proposed in this work describes a confining quark propagation, and is quite convenient to be used in any numerical calculations.  相似文献

The leading-twist distribution amplitude for the longitudinal rho-meson was studied using QCD Sum Rules with nonlocal condensates and a spectral density which includes next-to-leading order radiative corrections. The obtained profile is compared with results from standard QCD sum rules, lattice QCD, holographic QCD, a light-front quark model, and the instanton liquid model. Preliminary estimates for the first two moments of the transverse ρ-meson distribution amplitude are also given.  相似文献

We compute observable quantities like the multiplicity and momentum distributions of hadrons in gluon and quark jets in the framework of a recursive cascade model, which is strongly motivated by the fundamental interactions of QCD. Fragmentation occurs via 3 types of breakups: quark → meson+ quark, gluon→meson+gluon, gluon→quark+ antiquark. In our model gluon jets are softer than quark jets. The ratio of gluon jet to quark jet multiplicity is found to be 2 asymptotically, but much less at lower energies. Some phenomenological consequences for λ decay are discussed.  相似文献

Based on the quark propagator in the instanton dilute liquid approximation, we have determined the nonlocal four-quark condensate at the mean-field level in the framework of global color symmetry model. By making use of this formula, the vacuum susceptibility (pionsusceptibility) was calculated in this paper. The theoretical analysis and numerical calculation show that even at the mean-field level the naive vacuum saturation approximation is not a good approximation when we consider nonlocal four-quark condensate.  相似文献
