Zinc enolates obtained from ethyl 2,2-dialkyl-4,4-dibromo-3-oxobutanoates and zinc react with N-substituted 2-oxochromen-3-carboxamides forming ethyl 3-{1a-(R3-carbamoyl)-2-oxo-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa[c]chromen-1-yl}-2,2-dialkyl-3-oxopropanoate isomer with a Z-position of methine hydrogens. Zinc enolates prepared from alkyl 2,2-dialkyl-4,4-dibromo-3-oxopentanoates and-hexanoates and zinc react with N-substituted 2-oxochromen-3-carboxamides to give rise to esters of 3-{1-alkyl-1a-(R3-carbamoyl)-2-oxo-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa-[c]chromen-1-yl}-2,2-dialkyl-3-oxopropanoic acid as isomers with the E-position of the methine proton and the alkyl substituent. The reaction carried out in the presence of small quantities of THF and HMPA leads to the formation of 9c-alkyl-2-R3-9b,9c-dihydro-5-oxa-2-azacyclopenta[2,3]-cyclopropa[1,2-a]naphthalene-1,3,4-triones. Zinc enolates from alkyl 2,2-dialkyl-4,4-dibromo-3-oxopentanoates and-hexanoates and zinc with the secondary amides of 2-oxochromen-3-carboxylic acid form alkyl 3-{2-oxo-1a-(piperidinocarbonyl)-and 3-{6-R1-1a-(morpholinocarbonyl)-2-oxo-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa[c]chromen-1-yl}-2,2-R2,R2-3-oxopropanoates as single geometrical isomers.  相似文献

The reaction of 4-alkyl-4-hydroxy-2-alkynenitriles with hydrogen halides (HCl and HI) in dioxane is accompanied by intramolecular cyclization with formation of 5,5-dialkyl-4-halo-2-imino-2,5-dihydrofuran hydrohalides. Treatment of the latter with K2CO3 in ethanol yields 5,5-dialkyl-4-halo-2-imino-2,5-dihydrofurans.  相似文献

We have determined the conditions for carrying out the reaction of 4-alkyl-4-hydroxy-2-alkynonitriles containing bulky or spirocyclic substituents with the KSCN-KHSO4 system, leading to 5,5-dialkyl-4-cyanomethylene-1,3-oxathiolan-2-ones in quantitative yield (for this, we had to increase the reaction time and use a 10-fold excess of the hydrothiocyanating system compared with the known conditions). 5,5-Dimethyl-4-cyanomethyl-1,3-oxathiolan-2-one reacts with methanol in the presence of triethylamine (20±2°C), forming 2-cyanomethyl-4-cyanomethylene-2-[(1-methoxycarbonyloxyethyl-1-methyl)]-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-dithiolane (yield 90%).  相似文献

Aromatic hydrazides reacted with 4-aryl-2-hydroxy-4-oxobut-2-enoic and 2-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl- 4-oxohex-2-enoic acids to give 4-aryl-2-(2-aroylhydrazinylidene)-4-oxobutanoic and 5,5-dimethyl-2-(aroylhydrazinylidene)- 4-oxohexanoic acids. The products were found to exist in solution as mixtures of Z/E-hydrazinylidene and cyclic dihydropyrazole tautomers, and they underwent intramolecular cyclization to 5-aryland 5-tert-butyl-3-(aroylhydrazinylidene)furan-2(3H)-ones by the action of acetic anhydride.  相似文献

The binding behavior of pillar[5]arenes (P5As) towards a series of olefin guests ((E)-1,4-dichlorobut-2-ene (1E), (Z)-1,4-dichlorobut-2-ene (1Z), (E)-but-2-ene-1,4-diol (2E), and (Z)-but-2-ene-1,4-diol (2Z), as well as an alkyne derivative 1,4-dichlorobut-2-yne (3)) have been studied in organic solution. P5As exhibit considerable selectivities for the trans-olefin isomers (1E and 2E) over their cis-isomers (1Z and 2Z). The cis/trans-selective interactions hold the potential of utilizing P5As to separate olefin isomers.  相似文献

3,3-Dialkyl-5-(bromomethyl)-1-pyrrolinium bromides, prepared via bromocyclization of N-(2,2-dialkyl-4-pentenylidene)amines by means of bromine in dichloromethane, were reduced to 4,4-dialkyl-2-(bromomethyl)pyrrolidines for the first time using borane dimethyl sulfide in dichloromethane. Furthermore, the latter 2-(bromomethyl)pyrrolidines were transformed into the corresponding piperidin-3-ones through an unprecedented ring expansion-oxidation protocol in dimethylsulfoxide in the presence of potassium carbonate. Reduction of 5,5-dialkylpiperidin-3-ones by means of sodium borohydride in methanol afforded 5,5-dialkyl-3-hydroxypiperidines in good yields.  相似文献

Heating a mixture formed by alkali isomerization of methyl linolenoate (1) produces a complex mixture with the bicyclic hexahydroindenoic esters 4β-(7-methoxycarbonylheptyl)-5α-methyl-2,3,3aα,4,5,7aαhexahydroindene (CL5) and 4β-ethyl-5α-(6-methoxycarbonylhexyl)-2,3,3aα,4,5,7aα-hexahydroindene (CL6) as main components. Similar isomerization reactions of three synthetic model compounds, methyl 9Z,13E,15Z-octadecatrienoate (2), 9Z,14E,16E-octadecatrienoate (4) and 9Z,11E,15Z-octadecatrienoate (5) corroborated the results obtained with alkali isomerized methyl linolenoate.  相似文献

Two unstable antimicrobial metabolites have been isolated from aqueous methanolic extracts of fresh samples of the red alga Laurencia hybrida. Reactions of arylamines with 4-aryl-2-hydroxy-4-oxobut-2-enoic and 2-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-4-oxohex-2-enoic acids gave rise to 4-aryl-2-arylamino-4-oxobut-2-enoic and 2-aryl-amino-5,5-dimethyl-4-oxohex-2-enoic acids that existed in solutions as Z- and E-isomers or in a ring form as 3-arylamino-5-tert-butyl-5-hydroxyfuran-2(5H)-ones. The probable cyclization mechanism of these compounds into 5-R-3-arylimino-3H-furan-2-one derivatives was considered.  相似文献

Alkyl isocyanides react with 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde or 2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzaldehyde to afford N-alkyl-2-aryl-2-oxoacetamides and N2,N4-dialkyl-2-aryl-4H-1,3-benzodioxine-2,4-dicarboxamides in nearly 1:1 ratios. Treatment of 2,6-dimethylphenyl isocyanide with 2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzaldehyde affords only the 2-oxoacetamide derivative.  相似文献

Nucleophilic addition of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole to 4-alkyl-4-hydroxy-2-alkynonitriles at 1:1 ratio in the presence of 4-6 wt% of Et3N occurs regio- and stereospecifically to afford (Z)-4-alkyl-3-(benzothiazolyl-2-thio)-4-hydroxy-2-alkenonitriles (yield 40-51%). In the presence of 1.3 wt% of Dabco the thiazole and 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentynonitrile (1:1) give rise to a mixture of 2-alkenonitrile and 2-(3,3,6,6-tetramethyl-2-cyanomethyl-5-cyanomethylene-1,4-oxathian-2-yl)thiobenzothiazole. At the use of 4-6 wt% of LiOH arises an intractable mixture containing 1,4-oxathiane, benzothiazol-2-one, 2-[1-(5,5-dimethyl-2-cyanomethyl)-4-cyanomethylene-1,3-oxathiolan-2-yl)-1-methylethyl]thiobenzothiazole, bis(2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-6-cyanomethyl-3-cyanomethylene-1,4-oxathian-6-yl) disulfide, bis[1-(5,5-dimethyl-2-cyanomethyl-4-cyanomethylene-1,3-oxathiolan-2-yl)-1-methylethyl] disulfide, and 3-[1-(5,5-dimethyl-2-cyanomethyl-4-cyanomethylene-1,3-oxathiolan-2-yl)-1-methylethyl]benzothiazol-2-one (according to 1H and 13C NMR data). 2-mercaptobenzothiazole adds to 3-phenyl-2-propynonitrile in the presence of 7 wt% of KOH with regio- and stereospecific formation of (Z)-3-(benzothiazolyl-2-thio)-3-phenyl-2-propenonitrile (88%).  相似文献

enThe 1(Z),4(Z)-1,5-dilithium-3R-3-methoxypenta-1,4-dienes react with diaryldichlorogermanes and dialkyldichlorogermanes to give the 1,1-diaryl- and 1,1-dialkyl-4R-4-methoxy-1-germacyclohexa-2,5-dienes, respectively.With phenyltrichlorogermane, methyl- and ethyl-trichlorogermanes the E/Z-isomeric 1-phenyl(methyl,ethyl)-1-chloro-4R-4-methoxy-1-germacyclohexa-1,3-dienes are obtained, reduction of these with LiAlH4 makes the corresponding 1-aryl-(alkyl)-1H-4R-4-methoxy-1-germacyclohexa-2,5-dienes available.Reduction of 1-ethyl-1-chloro-4-phenyl-4-methoxy-1-germacyclohexa-2,5-diene with LiAlH4 yields by additional ether cleavage 1-ethyl-1H-4-phenyl-1-germacyclohexa-2,4-diene.The 1H NMR (60 MHz, 90 MHz), 13C NMR, IR and mass spectra are discussed, several 1H NMR spectra are calculated according to the LAOCOONLAME program.  相似文献

An efficient synthetic method for the preparation of (E)- and (Z)-3(5)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-styrylpyrazoles has been developed. The reaction of (E)- and (Z)-3-styrylchromones with hydrazine hydrate afforded the corresponding (E)- and (Z)-4-styrylpyrazoles, respectively, saved 4′-nitro-derivatives where both (E)- and (Z)-4′-nitro-3-styrylchromones afforded (E)-3(5)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-(4-nitrostyryl)pyrazoles. The reaction mechanism for these transformations was discussed and the stereochemistry of all products was assigned by NMR experiments.  相似文献

4-Alkyl-2-imino-1,3-oxaselenolanes were prepared in good yields with high regioselectivity under mild conditions by the reaction of selenocarbamates with I2 or NIS. The resulting 4-alkyl-2-imino-1,3-oxaselenolanes on dehydrohalogenation gave 4-alkylidene-2-imino-1,3-oxaselenolanes. The formation of the (Z)- or (E)-isomer of 4-alkylidene-2-imino-1,3-oxaselenolanes, strongly depends on the configuration of the double bond of O-allylselenocarbamates.  相似文献

The reaction of 5-arylidene(alkylidene)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-diones (1) (Meldrum's acid derivatives) with dimethylsulfoxonium methylide gave 1- aryl(alkyl) - 6,6 - dimethyl - 4,8 - dioxo - 5,7 -dioxaspiro [2.5] octanes (2) which, on treatment with sodium methoxide or ammonium hydroxide, gave exclusively E-1-methoxy-carboyl-2-aryl-cyclopropanecarboxylic acids (4) or Z-1-carbamoyl-2-aryl(alkyl)-cyclopropanecarboxylic acids (7), respectively. Compounds, 4, under conditions of Curtius-type reactions, yielded Z-methyl 1-isocyanate-2-aryl-cyclopropanecarboxylates (5), while derivatives 7 were treated with hypobromite, leading to E-1-methoxy-carbonylamino-2-aryl(alkyl)-cyclopropanecarboxylic acids (8).Reaction of compounds 5 and 8 with hydrochloric acid produced the corresponding Z and E 1-amino-2-aryl (alkyl)-cyclopropanecarboxylic acids hydrochlorides (6). The 1H-NMR spectral data were analyzed to deduce the stereochemistry of the compounds obtained.  相似文献

The reaction of (2-phenylaminobenzoyl)hydrazine with 4-aryl-2-hydroxy-4-oxobut-2-enoic and 2-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-4-oxohex-2-enoic acids results in the formation of 4-aryl-2-(2-phenylaminobenzoyl-hydrazono)-4-oxobutanoic and 5,5-dimethyl-2-(2-phenylaminobenzoylhydrazono)-4-oxohexanoic acids. The products in solutions are present as mixtures of a Z,E-hydrazono form and a cyclic pyrazolinic form, and under the action of acetic anhydride they cyclize in 5-aryl- and 5-tert-butyl-3-(2-phenylaminobenzoylhydrazono)-furan-2,3-diones. 4-Aryl-2-(2-phenylaminobenzoylhydrazono)-4-oxobutanoic and 5,5-dimethyl-2-(2-phenyl-aminobenzoylhydrazono)-4-oxohexanoic acids were tested for antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory activity.

4′-Chloroaurone (1a), the only aurone reported from a marine source, Spatoglossum variabile was synthesized from 2-hydroxyacetophenone along with six structural analogs. The products obtained were Z-isomers and these were converted into E-isomers by photoisomerization. The E and Z isomers of aurones showed distinct proton and carbon chemical shifts. However, the spectroscopic data of either Z-4′-chloroaurone (1a) or its E-isomer (2a) did not match with those reported for the natural product and thus requires revision of the structure assigned. The proton NMR spectroscopic data reported for the natural product matches with those reported for a known isocoumarin (5). The synthesized E and Z aurones were evaluated for their antioxidant and antibacterial activities. The aurone, Z-2-[(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)methylene]benzo[b]furan-3-one exhibited significant antioxidant activity. Interestingly, Z-aurones are active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, whereas the corresponding E-aurones were inactive.  相似文献
