A series of magnetically recyclable Pd/Fe3O4@g-Al2O3 catalysts were synthesized using the superparamagnetic Fe3O4@g-Al2O3core–shell microspheres as the supporter and nano-Pd particles assembled on g-Al2O3 shell as the active catalytic component. The structure of the catalysts was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),N2adsorption–desorption and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The catalytic activity and the recyclability properties of the catalysts for the Heck coupling reaction with aryl bromides and the olefins were investigated. The results show that the microspheres of the magnetic Pd/Fe3O4@g-Al2O3 catalysts were about 400 nm and the nano-Pd particles assembled on g-Al2O3 shell were about 3–4 nm in size. The saturation magnetization(MS) of the magnetic catalysts was sufficiently high to allow magnetic separations. In the Heck coupling reactions, the magnetic Pd/Fe3O4@g-Al2O3 catalysts exhibited good catalytic activity and recyclability. With Pd/Fe3O4@g-Al2O3(0.021 mol%) catalyst, the bromobenzene conversion and product yield reached about 96.8% and 91.2%,respectively,at 120 8C and in 14 h.After being recycled for six times, the conversion of bromobenzene and the recovery of the catalyst were about80% and 90%,respectively.The nano-Pd particles were kept well dispersed in the used Pd/Fe3O4@g-Al2O3 catalysts.  相似文献

The novel nickel-based catalysts with a nickel content of 12 wt% were prepared with the zirconia-alumina composite as the supports. The new carriers, ZrO2 improved alumina, were synthesized by three methods, i.e., impregnation-precipitation, co-precipitation, and impregnation method. The catalytic properties of these catalysts were investigated in the methanation of carbon dioxide, and the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscope (XPS), temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) and temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) techniques. The new catalysts showed higher catalytic activity and better stability than Ni/γ-Al2O3. Furthermore, as a support for new nickel catalyst, the ZrO2-Al2O3 composite prepared by the impregnation-precipitation method was more efficient than the other supports in the methanation of carbon dioxide. The highly dispersed zirconium oxide on the surface of γ-Al2O3 inhibited the formation of nickel aluminate-like phase, which was responsible for the better dispersion of Ni species and easier reduction of NiO species, leading to the enhanced catalytic performance of corresponding catalyst.  相似文献

Four kinds of palladium catalysts dispersed on poly-N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone were prepared by using CH3OH-NaOH, NaBH4, H2O or CH3OH-H2O as the reducing agent in the process of catalyst preparation. The catalysts were characterized by XPS, TEM, XRD and used for the hydrogenation of methyl acrylate. It was found that the valence state of palladium and distribution of palladium particles as well as the hydrogenation rate were greatly affected by the reducing agent. The best evenly dispersed palladium catalyst showing high hydrogenation activity was prepared using CH3OH-NaOH as the reducing agent.  相似文献

A series of hybrid catalysts were made by physically mixing Cu-ZrO 2 and γ-Al 2 O 3,for former it was modified with different loadings of La 2 O 3 prepared by co-precipitation method. The catalysts were characterized by BET,XRD,N 2 O-adsorption,EXAFS,H 2-TPR,NH 3-TPD techniques and evaluated in the synthesis of dimethyl ether from syngas. The results show that La 2 O 3 promoted catalysts displayed a significantly better catalytic performance compared with Cu-ZrO 2 /γ-Al 2 O 3 catalyst in CO conversion and DME selectivity, and the optimum catalytic activity was obtained when the content of La 2 O 3 was 12 wt%.The characterizations reveal that high copper dispersion, facile reducibility of copper particles and appropriate amount of acidic sites are responsible for the superior catalytic performance.  相似文献

A series of Ni/SBA-15 catalysts with Ni contents ranging from 5 wt% to 15 wt%, as well as another series of 10%Ni/MgO/SBA-15 catalysts, in which the range of the MgO content was from 1 wt% to 7 wt%, were prepared, and their catalytic performances for the reaction of combined steam and carbon dioxide reforming of methane were investigated in a continuous flow microreactor. The structures of the catalysts were characterized using the XRD, H2-TPR and CO2-TPD techniques. The results indicated that the CO selectivity for this reaction was very close to 100%, and the H2/CO ratio of the product gas could be controlled by changing the H2O/CO2 molar ratio of the feed gas. The simultaneous and plentiful existing of steam and CO2 had a significant influence on the catalytic performance of the 10%Ni/SBA-15 catalyst without modification. After reacting at 850 °C for 120 h over this catalyst, the CH4 conversion dropped from 98% to 85%, and the CO2 conversion decreased from 86% to 53%. However, the 10%Ni/3%MgO/SBA-15 catalyst exhibited a much better catalytic performance, and after reacting for 620 h, the CO2 conversion over this catalyst dropped from 92% to around 77%, while the CH4 conversion was not decreased. Oxidation of the Ni0 species as well as carbon deposition during the reaction were the main reasons for the deactivation of the catalyst without modification. On the other hand, modification by the MgO promoter improved the dispersion of the Ni0 species, and enhanced the CO2 adsorption affinity which in turn depressed the occurring of carbon deposition, and thus retarded the deactivation process.  相似文献

Composite supports Zr0.5Al0.5O1.75 modified by metal oxides, such as La2O3,ZnO,Y2O3 or BaO,were prepared by co-precipitation method, and palladium catalysts supported on the modified composite supports were prepared by impregnation method.Their properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),NH3 temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD),H2 temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR),N2 adsorption/desorption,and CO-chemisorption.The catalytic activity and the resistance to water poisoning of the prepared Pd catalysts were tested in a simulated exhaust gas from lean-burn natural gas vehicles with and without water vapor. The results demonstrated that the modified supports had an apparent effect on the performance of Pd catalysts, compared with the Pd catalyst supported on the unmodified ZrAl.The addition of ZnO or Y2O3 promoted the conversion of CH4.In the absence of water vapor,Pd/ZnZrAl exhibited the best activity for CH4 conversion with the light-off temperature(T50) of 275℃ and the complete conversion temperature(T90) of 314℃,respectively.However,in the presence of water vapor,Pd/YZrAl was the best one over which the light-off temperature(T50) of methane was 339℃ and the complete conversion temperature(T90) was 371℃.These results indicated that Pd catalyst supported on the modified composite ZrAl support showed excellent catalytic activity at low temperature and high resistance to H2O poisoning for the exhaust purification of lean-burn natural gas vehicles.  相似文献

High active and stable gold catalysts supported on crystalline Fe2O3 and CeO2/Fe2O3 were prepared via the deposition-precipitation method. The catalyst with a Au load of 1.0% calcined at 180 °C showed a CO conversion of 100% at -8.9 °C, while Au/CeO2/Fe2O3 converted CO completely at -16.1 °C. Even having been calcined at 500 °C, Au/Fe2O3 still exhibited significant catalytic activity, achieving full conversion of CO at 61.6 °C. The catalyst with a low Au load of 0.5% could convert CO completely at room temperature and kept the activity unchanged for at least 150 h. N2 adsorption-desorption measurements show that the crystalline supports possessed a high specific surface area of about 200 m2/g. Characterizations of X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy indicate that gold species were highly dispersed as nano or sub-nano particles on the supports. Even after the catalyst was calcined at 500 °C, the Au particles remained in a nano-size of about 6―10 nm. X-ray photoelectron spectra reveal that the supported Au existed in metallic state Au0. The modification of Au/Fe2O3 by CeO2 proved to be beneficial to the inhibition of crystallization of Fe2O3 and the stabilization of gold particles in dispersed state, consequently promoting catalytic activity.  相似文献

The bimetal-bearing (CePt or LaPt) 12-tungstophosphoric acid (H3PW12O40 (PW)) catalysts supported on dealuminated USY zeolite (DUSY) were prepared by impregnation and characterized by XRD, BET, IR, and H2-chemisorption. Their catalytic activities were tested in the hydroisomerization of n-heptane with a continuous atmospheric fixed-bed reactor. After the steam treatment combined with the acid leaching, as well as the supporting with PW and the bimetals, the DUSY support retains the Y zeolite porosity and the PW well keeps its Keggin structure in catalysts. The doping of Ce into the catalysts enhances the dispersion of Pt on the catalyst surface. The Pt-bearing PW catalysts doped with Ce or La, especially Ce, exhibit much higher catalytic activity and selectivity than the catalysts without dopants at lowered reaction temperatures. At the optimal reaction conditions, i.e., the reaction temperature of 250℃ and WHSV of 1.4 h1, the catalyst with a Pt loading of 0.4%, PW loading of 10% and a molar ratio of Ce to Pt of 15:1 shows a conversion of n-heptane of 70.3% with a high selectivity for isomerization products of 94.1%.  相似文献

Ni/Al2O3 catalysts with different amounts of manganese ranging from 1 to 3 wt% as promoter were prepared by co-impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by N2 physisorption, XRD, TPR, SEM and TEM. Their catalytic activity towards syngas methanation reaction was also investigated using a fixed-bed integral reactor. It was demonstrated that the addition of manganese to Ni/Al2O3 catalysts can increase the catalyst surface area and average pore volume, but decrease NiO crystallite size, leading to higher activity and stability. The effects of reaction temperature, pressure and weight hourly space velocity (WHSV) on carbon oxides conversion and CH4 formation rate were also studied. High carbon oxides conversion, CH4 selectivity and formation rate were achieved at the reaction temperature range of 280 300℃.  相似文献

CeO2-promoted Ni/Al2O3-ZrO2 (Ni/Al2O3-ZrO2-CeO2) catalysts were prepared by a direct sol-gel process with citric acid as gelling agent. The catalysts used for the methane reforming with CO2 was studied by infrared spectroscopy (IR), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), microscopic analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and temperature-programmed reduction (TPR). The catalytic performance for CO2 reforming of methane to synthesis gas was investigated in a continuous-flow micro-reactor under atmospheric pressure. TGA, IR, XRD and microscopic analysis show that the catalysts prepared by the direct sol-gel process consist of Ni particles with a nanostructure of around 5 nm and an amorphous-phase composite oxide support. There exists a chemical interaction between metallic Ni particles and supports, which makes metallic Ni well dispersed, highly active and stable. The addition of CeO2 effectively improves the dispersion and the stability of Ni particles of the prepared catalysts, and enhances the adsorption of CO2 on the surface of catalysts. The catalytic tests for methane reforming with CO2 to synthesis gas show that the Ni/Al2O3-ZrO2-CeO2 catalysts show excellent activity and stability compared with the Ni/Al2O3 catalyst. The excellent catalytic activity and stability of the Ni/Al2O3-ZrO2-CeO2 are attributed to the highly, uniformly and stably dispersed small metallic Ni particles, the high reducibility of the Ni oxides and the interaction between metallic Ni particles and the composite oxide supports.  相似文献

Inexpensive γ-alumina-based nickel-copper bimetallic catalysts were studied for the hydrogenolysis of levulinic acid,a key platform molecule for biomass conversion to biofuels and other valued chemicals, into γ-valerolactone as a first step towards the production of 2-methyltetrahydrofurane.The activities of both monometallic and bimetallic catalysts were tested.Their textural and chemical characteristics were determined by nitrogen physisorption, elemental analysis,temperature-programmed ammonia desorption, and temperature-programmed reduction. The monometallic nickel catalyst showed high activity but the highest bγ-product production and significant amounts of carbon deposited on the catalyst surface. The copper monometallic catalyst showed the lowest activity but the lowest carbon deposition. The incorporation of the two metals generated a bimetallic catalyst that displayed a similar activity to that of the Ni monometallic catalyst and significantly low bγ-product and carbon contents, indicating the occurrence of important synergetic effects. The influence of the preparation method was also examined by studying impregnated- and sol-gel-derived bimetallic catalysts.A strong dependency on the preparation procedure and calcination temperature was observed. The highest activity per metal atom was achieved using the sol-gel-derived catalyst that was calcined at 450 ℃.High reaction rates were achieved;the total levulinic acid conversion was obtained in less than 2 h of reaction time, yielding up to 96%γ-valerolactone,at operating temperature and pressure of 250 ℃ and 6.5 MPa hydrogen, respectively.  相似文献

K-promoted iron/carbon nanotubes composite(i.e., Fe K-OX) was prepared by a redox reaction between carbon nanotubes and K_2FeO_4followed by thermal treatments on a purpose as the Fischer–Tropsch catalyst for the direct conversion of syngas to lower olefins. Its catalytic behaviors were compared with those of the other two Fe-IM and Fe K-IM catalysts prepared by impregnation method followed by thermal treatments. The novel Fe K-OX composite catalyst is found to exhibit higher hydrocarbon selectivity, lower olefins selectivity and chain growth probability as well as better stability. The catalyst structureperformance relationship has been established using multiple techniques including XRD, Raman, TEM and EDS elemental mapping. In addition, effects of additional potassium into the Fe K-OX composite catalyst on the FTO performance were also investigated and discussed. Additional potassium promoters further endow the catalysts with higher yield of lower olefins. These results demonstrated that the introduction method of promoters and iron species plays a crucial role in the design and fabrication of highly active, selective and stable iron-based composite catalysts for the FTO reaction.  相似文献

The preparation of supported Pd nanoparticles on Tris(tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane)‐ modi‐fied Si O2 gel and their catalytic application in Heck coupling are investigated. The catalyst was char‐acterized using a combination of X‐ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, field‐emission scanning electron microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy/energy‐dispersive X‐ray spec‐troscopy. The supported Pd nanoparticles were found to be a highly active and reusable catalyst for the Heck reaction at a low Pd loading(0.02 mol%) because of stabilization by the Tris moieties. Several reaction parameters, including the type and amount of solvent, base, and temperature, were evaluated. The heterogeneity of the catalytic system was investigated using different approaches, and showed that slight Pd leaching into the reaction solution occurred under the reaction condi‐tions. Despite this metal leaching, the catalyst can be reused seven times without significant loss of its activity.  相似文献

An extensive study of Fischer-Tropsch (FT) synthesis on cobalt nano particles supported on γ-alumina and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) catalysts is reported.20 wt% of cobalt is loaded on the supports by impregnation method. The deactivation of the two catalysts was studied at 220 C,2 MPa and 2.7 L/h feed flow rate using a fixed bed micro-reactor.The calcined fresh and used catalysts were characterized extensively and different sources of catalyst deactivation were identified.Formation of cobalt-support mixed oxides in the form of xCoO yAl2O3 and cobalt aluminates formation were the main sources of the Co/γ-Al2O3 catalyst deactivation. However sintering and cluster growth of cobalt nano particles are the main sources of the Co/CNTs catalyst deactivation. In the case of the Co/γ-Al2O3 catalyst, after 720 h on stream of continuous FT synthesis the average cobalt nano particles diameter increased from 15.9 to 18.4 nm,whereas, under the same reaction conditions the average cobalt nano particles diameter of the Co/CNTs increased from 11.2 to 17.8 nm.Although, the initial FT activity of the Co/CNTs was 26% higher than that of the Co/γ-Al2O3,the FT activity over the Co/CNTs after 720 h on stream decreased by 49% and that over the Co/γ-Al2O3 by 32%.For the Co/γ-Al2O3 catalyst 6.7% of total activity loss and for the Co/CNTs catalyst 11.6% of total activity loss cannot be recovered after regeneration of the catalyst at the same conditions of the first regeneration step.It is concluded that using CNTs as cobalt catalyst support is beneficial in carbon utilization as compared to γ-Al2O3 support, but the Co/CNTs catalyst is more susceptible for deactivation.  相似文献

A novel environmentally benign process for the synthesis of methyl N-phenyl carbamate (MPC) from methanol and phenylurea was studied. Effect of solvent and catalyst on the reaction behavior was investigated. The IR spectra of methanol and phenylurea dissolved in different solvents were also recorded. Compared with use of methanol as both a reactant and a solvent, phenylurea conversion and selectivity to MPC increased by using toluene, benzene or anisole as a solvent, while phenylurea conversion decreased slightly by using n-octane as a solvent. The phenylurea conversion declined nearly 50% when dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was used as a reaction media, and MPC selectivity decreased as well. The catalytic reaction tests showed that a basic catalyst enhanced the selectivity to MPC while an acidic catalyst promoted the formation of methyl carbamate and aniline. Moderate degree of basicity showed the best catalytic performance in the cases studied.  相似文献

Two series of Sr-Pb-O and Sr-Pb-O/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts of differentcomposition were investigated for the oxidative coupling of methane.Theeffects of reaction conditions on the catalytic behavior have been studied.Catalyst characterization was carried out by XRD,TPR,TPD and XPS tech-niques.It was found that a strong interaction took place between Sr-Pb-Oand γ-Al_2O_3 so that Sr_3Al_(32)O_(51)phase and a small amount of PbAl_2O_4 formedin the bulk and the surface was mainly enriched with Pb.A 30 wt% Sr-Pb-O/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst gave a 30.4% methane conversion and a 50% C_2 selec-tivity at 750℃ and with a feed gas composition of CH_4:O_2=2.5:1.Theenrichment of Pb on the surface may be responsible for the higher catalyticactivity and selectivity.  相似文献

In the current study simultaneous reactions of hydrodesulfurization(HDS) of dibenzothiophene(DBT) and reforming of methanol in a micro-autoclave reactor were studied over bi-metallic(Co-Mo/Al2O3 and Ni-Mo/Al2O3) and tri-metallic(Pd-Co-Mo/Al2O3 and Pd-Ni-Mo/Al2O3) catalyst systems which were prepared by incipient impregnation method. In situ hydrogen utilization and low Pd loadings were the major targets of this study. For comparison purpose, catalytic activity was separately determined for both the methanol reforming and HDS of DBT reactions as well.Ni based catalysts were confirmed with better activity than Co ones for both the reactions with Pd promoted ones ranking at the top i.e.Pd-Ni-Mo/Al2O3 > Ni-Mo/Al2O3 > Pd-Co-Mo/Al2O3 > Co-Mo/Al2O3 where Pd-Ni-Mo/Al2O3 showed 91% DBT conversion at 380 ℃ and 12 h reaction time. Some of the selected organic additives on catalytic activity were tested for their effect toward HDS reaction which was unique with close relation to their chemical nature.Reaction products were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed via HPLC and GC-MS techniques respectively which helped in elucidating reaction mechanism.  相似文献

Copper-promoted nickel-based metal nanoparticles(NPs) with high dispersion and good thermal stability were derived from layered-double hydroxides(LDHs) precursors that were facilely developed by a coprecipitation strategy. The copper-promoted Ni-based metal NPs catalysts were investigated for methane reforming with carbon dioxide to hydrogen and syngas.A series of characterization techniques including XRD,N_2 adsorption and desorption,H_2-TPR,XPS,CO_2-TPD,TEM,TGA and in situ CH_4-TPSR were utilized to determine the structure-function relationship for the obtained catalysts. The copper addition accelerated the catalyst reducibility as well as the methane activation, and made the Ni species form smaller NPs during both preparation and reaction by restricting the aggregation. However, with higher copper loading, the derived catalysts were less active during methane reforming with CO_2 to syngas. It was confirmed that the catalyst with 1 wt%Cu additive gave the higher catalytic activity and remained stable during long time reaction with excellent resistance to coking and to sintering.Furthermore, the mean size of metal NPs changed minimally from 6.6 to 7.9 nm even after 80 h of time on stream at temperature as high as700℃ for this optimized catalyst. Therefore, this high dispersed anti-coking copper-promoted nickel catalyst derived from LDHs precursor could be prospective catalyst candidate for the efficient heterogeneous catalysis of sustainable CO_2 conversion.  相似文献
