In this paper,a variable separation approach is used to obtain localized coherent structures of the (2 1)-dimensional generalized nonlinear Schroedinger equation:Iφt-(α-β)φxx (α β)φyy-2λφ[(α β)(∫-∞^x|φ|y^2ydx u1(y,t))-(α-β)(∫-∞^y|φ|x^2dy u2(x,t))]=0,By applying a special Baecklund transformation and introducing arbitrary functions of the seed solutions, the abundance of the localized structures of this model are derived.By selecting the arbitrary function appropriately, some special types of localized excitations such as dromions, dromion lattice, breathers and istantons are constructed.  相似文献

The magnon energy band in a four-layer ferromagnetic superlattice is studied by using the linear spin-wave approach and Green's function technique. It is found that three modulated energy gaps exist in the magnon energy band along Kx direction perpendicular to the superlattice plane. The spin quantum numbers and the interlayer exchange couplings all affect the three energy gaps. The magnon energy gaps of the four-layer ferromagnetic superlattice are different from those of the three-layer one. For the four-layer ferromagnetic superlattice, the disappearance of the magnon energy gaps △ω12, △ω23 and △ω34 all correlates with the symmetry of this system. The zero energy gap △ω23 correlates with the symmetry of interlayer exchange couplings, while the vanishing of the magnon energy gaps △ω12 and △ω34 corresponds to a translational symmetry of x-direction in the lattice. When the parameters of the system deviate from these symmetries, the three energy gaps will increase.  相似文献

Data collected at LEP at centre-of-mass energies GeV are used to study correlations of the spin of W bosons using events. Spin correlations are favoured by data, and found to agree with the Standard Model predictions. In addition, correlations between the W-boson decay planes are studied in and events. Decay-plane correlations are measured to be consistent with the Standard Model predictions.Received: 26 October 2004, Revised: 15 January 2005, Published online: 3 March 2005  相似文献

The anomalous weak dipole moments of the lepton are measured in a data sample collected by ALEPH from 1990 to 1995 corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 155 pb-1. Tau leptons produced in the reaction at energies close to the mass are studied using their semileptonic decays to , , or . The real and imaginary components of both the anomalous weak magnetic dipole moment and the CP-violating anomalous weak electric dipole moment, , , and , are measured simultaneously by means of a likelihood fit built from the full differential cross section. No evidence of new physics is found. The following bounds are obtained (95% CL): , , , and .Received: 25 September 2002, Published online: 29 August 2003  相似文献

In our preceding work, a class of k-quantum nonlinear coherent states, i.e., the k eigenstates of the powers B^^k (k≥3) of the annihilation operator B^ =a^ 1/f(N^) of f-oscillators, are introduced. In this paper, we introduce a new kind of higher-order squeezing and an antibunching effect. The quantum statistical properties of the k states are studied. The result shows that the M-th order [M=(n 1/2)k; n=0, 1,...] squeezing effects exist in all of the k states when k is even. There is the antibunching effect in all of the k states.  相似文献

Preliminary differential cross-sections of the reactions and with A = 1 H, 12 C, and nat Pb are presented. A significant nuclear-mass dependence of the invariant-mass distribution is found in the channel. The dependence is not observed in the channel. The in-medium observation in the channel is consistent with an in-medium modification of the interaction in the I = J = 0 channel, changing width and pole position of a resonant state.Received: 30 September 2002, Published online: 22 October 2003PACS: 13.60.Le Meson production - 21.65. + f Nuclear matterJ.G. In this article, we study the magnetic moment of the pentaquark state Θ+(1540) as a diquark-diquark-antiquark ( ) state with the QCD sum rules in an external weak electromagnetic field (EFSR) and the light-cone QCD sum rules (LCSR) respectively. The numerical results indicate that the magnetic moment is about for the EFSR and - for the LCSR. As the values obtained from the EFSR are more stable than the corresponding ones from the LCSR, is more reliable. Theβ-α angular correlation of Li8 has been measured at electron energies of 3·5 and 7·0 Mev. Theβ-energies were selected by a magnetic lens spectrometer. Subtracting the contribution by kinematic effects we find for the coefficientb of the cos2Θ term\(b = \left( {1 \cdot 9\begin{array}{*{20}c} { + 2 \cdot 6} \\ { - 2 \cdot 3} \\ \end{array} } \right)\%\) at 3·5 Mev and\(b = \left( {4 \cdot 0\begin{array}{*{20}c} { + 2 \cdot 0} \\ { - 1 \cdot 3} \\ \end{array} } \right)\%\) at 7·0 Mev. This result is in reasonable agreement with theoretical predictions.  相似文献

In the framework of a five-dimensional (5D) bounce cosmological model, a useful function f(z) is obtained by giving a concrete expression of deceleration parameter q(z)=q1+{q2}/{1+ln (1+ z)}. Then using the obtained Hubble parameter H(z) according to the function f(z), we constrain the accelerating universe from recent cosmic observations: the 192 ESSENCE SNe Ia and the 9 observational H(z) data. The best fitting values of transition redshift zT and current deceleration parameter q0 are given as zT= 0.65-0.120.25 and q0 = - 0.76-0.15+0.15 (1σ). Furthermore, in the 5D bounce model it can be seen that the evolution of equation of state (EOS) for dark energy wde can cross over -1 at about z=0.23 and the current value w0de= - 1.15<- 1. On the other hand, by giving a concrete expression of model-independent EOS of dark energy wde, in the 5D bounce model we obtain the best fitting values zT= 0.660.08+0.11 and q0 = - 0.690.10+0.10 (1σ) from the recently observed data: the 192 ESSENCE SNe Ia, the observational H(z) data, the 3-year Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP), the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) baryon acoustic peak and the x-ray gas mass fraction in clusters.  相似文献

Potential energy curves of the X$^{1}\Sigma ^{+}$ and A$^{1}\Pi $ states of the AlF molecule are studied through the combination of the multi-reference configuration interaction (MRCI) approach and Davidson corrections (MRCI$+$Q). The AWCV5Z basis set is employed in the calculations. The transition dipole moments (TDMs) of the A$^{1}\Pi \leftrightarrow {\rm X}^{1}\Sigma^{+}$ transition are explored based on the AWCV5Z basis set and (4, 2, 2, 0) active space. The Schrödinger equation is solved via the LEVEL 8.2 program, and the vibrational levels and rotational constants of the X$^{1}\Sigma^{+}$ and A$^{1}\Pi $ states are calculated. It is shown that the AlF molecule has high diagonal Franck-Condon factors ($f_{00}=0.9949$ and $f_{11}=0.9854$) and large Einstein coefficients for the transition of A$^{1}\Pi {(\nu }'=0)\leftrightarrow {\rm X}^{1}\Sigma^{+}{\rm (\nu }'=0)$. In addition, the radiative lifetimes of the vibrational levels are close to 10$^{-9}$ s for the A$^{1}\Pi $ state. The line intensities of the A$^{1}\Pi {\rm (\nu }'=4-15)\leftrightarrow {\rm X}^{1}\Sigma^{+}{\rm (\nu }'=0)$ transitions are also calculated. The calculated TDMs and transition probabilities in this work are credible and provide some guidance for the study of similar transitions, particularly for exploring interstellar space.  相似文献

This paper studies quantum diffusion in semi-infinite one-dimensional periodic lattice and quasiperiodic Fibonacci lattice. It finds that the quantum diffusion in the semi-infinite periodic lattice shows the same properties as that for the infinite periodic lattice. Different behaviour is found for the semi-infinite Fibonacci lattice. In this case, there are still C(t) - t^-δ and d(t) - t^β. However, it finds that 0 〈δ 〈 1 for smaller time, and δ = 0 for larger time due to the influence of surface localized states. Moreover, β for the semi-infinite Fibonacci lattice is much smaller than that for the infinite Fibonacci lattice. Effects of disorder on the quantum diffusion are also discussed.  相似文献

Clear windows onto emergent hadron mass(EHM)and modulations thereof by Higgs boson interactions are provided by observable measures of pion and kaon structure, many of which are accessible via generalised parton distributions(GPDs).Beginning with algebraic GPD Ans?tze, constrained entirely by hadron-scaleπand K valence-parton distribution functions(DFs),in whose forms both EHM and Higgs boson influences are manifest, numerous illustrations are provided. They include the properties of electromagnetic form factors, impact parameter space GPDs,gravitational form factors and associated pressure profiles, and the character and consequences of allorders evolution. The analyses predict that mass-squared gravitational form factors are stiffer than electromagnetic form factors;reveal that K pressure profiles are tighter than profiles, with both mesons sustaining near-core pressures at magnitudes similar to that expected at the core of neutron stars;deliver parameter-free predictions for and K valence, glue, and sea GPDs at the resolving scale l=2GeV;and predict that at this scale the fraction of meson mass-squared carried by glue and sea combined matches that lodged with the valence degrees-of-freedom,with a similar statement holding for mass-squared radii.  相似文献

Magnetic susceptibility, specific heat, and neutron powder diffraction measurements have been performed on polycrystalline Li$_{2}$Co(WO$_{4}$)$_{2}$ samples. Under zero magnetic field, two successive magnetic transitions at $T_{\rm N1}\sim 9.4$ K and $T_{\rm N2}\sim 7.4$ K are observed. The magnetic ordering temperatures gradually decrease as the magnetic field increases. Neutron diffraction reveals that Li$_{2}$Co(WO$_{4}$)$_{2}$ enters an incommensurate magnetic state with a temperature dependent $\bm k$ between $T_{\rm N1}$ and $T_{\rm N2}$. The magnetic propagation vector locks-in to a commensurate value $\bm k = (1/2, 1/4, 1/4)$ below $T_{\rm N2}$. The antiferromagnetic structure is refined at 1.7 K with Co$^{2+}$ magnetic moment 2.8(1) $\mu_{\rm B}$, consistent with our first-principles calculations.  相似文献

Theory of nine elastic constants of biaxial nematics   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文
刘红 《中国物理 B》2008,17(3):1060-1069
In this paper, a rotational invariant of interaction energy between two biaxial-shaped molecules is assumed and in the mean field approximation, nine elastic constants for simple distortion patterns in biaxial nematics are derived in terms of the thermal average (Dmn^(l)) (Dm'n'^(l')), where Dmn^(l) is the Wigner rotation matrix. In the lowest order terms, the elastic constants depend on coefficients Γ,Γ', λ, order parameters Q0 = Q0(D00^(2)) +Q2(D02^(2)+D0-2^(2)) and Q2 = Q0(D20^(2)) + Q2(D22^(2)+D2-2^(2)). Here Γ and Γ' depend on the function form of molecular interaction energy vj′j″j (τ12) and probability function fk′k″k (τ12), where r12 is the distance between two molecules, and λ is proportional to temperature. Q0 and Q2 are parameters related to multiple moments of molecules. Comparing these results with those obtained from Landau-de Gennes theory, we have obtained relationships between coefficients, order parameters used in both theories. In the special case of uniaxial nematics, both results are reduced to a degenerate case where K11=K33.  相似文献
