阐述了InP基高功率短波长量子级联激光器(QCL)的设计原理和设计方案。从有源区设计模型出发,介绍了器件的理想和实际载流子传输路径,进而指出有源区设计的发展趋势和方法。根据器件的发展进程,综述了双声子共振设计,非共振抽取式设计,超强耦合设计,深阱设计,浅阱设计,短注入区设计等先进设计方案,这些设计方案使得QCL在低温下的电光转换效率在50%以上,最大室温连续输出功率超过3 W,而器件的特征温度T0和T1的最大值分别达到383 K和645 K。针对量子级联激光器的短波长高功率提供的先进设计方案扩大了QCL在民用与军用领域的应用前景,该设计方案亦可为其它波段量子级联激光器实现室温高功率的设计提供借鉴。 相似文献

The paper proposes a catadioptric infrared dual band optical system based on catadioptric configuration and optically passive athermal design method. The system shares primary mirror, secondary mirror and collimating lens group, and achieves abruption in longwave infrared and midwave infrared using a dichroic beam splitter. The influence of temperature on optical parameters, the design theory and design method are analyzed. A design example is presented. The detailed optimization design method and some considering factors in engineering design moment are discussed. The design results illustrate that the system can obtain good image quality in environment temperature of 10–40?°C, which could satisfy the design requirement. The actual test result not only satisfies the design requirement, but also validates the availability of the method in the paper. 相似文献

The diffractive optical element (DOE) is widely used to generate various illumination modes in the projection lithography system. The working principle and design methods of the DOE are discussed in detail in this paper. A mixed multi-region design method is proposed to calculate the phase of DOE based on the poor spatial coherence of excimer laser, using the Gerchberg–Saxton (GS) algorithm. The DOEs generating circular, dipole and quadrupole illumination modes are designed and simulated by three different methods: single region design, repeated multi-region design and mixed multi-region design. The performance of these DOEs are compared and analyzed with these three design methods. The mixed multi-region design method is used to design the DOEs generating three illumination modes, the diffraction efficiencies are greater than 85%, and the non-uniformities of illumination are less than 3%. The analysis results indicate that the DOE designed by the mixed multi-region design can achieve higher diffraction efficiency and illumination uniformity of the far-field intensity distribution without modifying the GS algorithm. 相似文献

带抽头的微带交指滤波器初始设计方法繁多,但设计不够全面、简洁,同时精度不高,因此给出了一套详细、简洁的初始设计流程。设计步骤为:指标“规范化”,确定低通原型滤波器,求解滤波器阶数,求解归一化电导值,设计抽头的线长和线宽,设计谐振器的线宽,设计非输入输出谐振器的线长,设计相邻谐振器间距,设计输入输出谐振器的线长和抽头的位置,交指滤波器整体建模仿真。最后以Ka波段滤波器为案例进行初始设计,初始设计结果显示中心频率在30.19 GHz附近,通带比29.40~31.00 GHz略大,通带内最大插入损耗为4.22 dB,最小回波损耗为9.32 dB,27.00 GHz和33.40 GHz的带外抑制大于30.00 dB,已经基本满足设计指标,后续只需要稍加优化就能完全满足设计指标,验证了此套设计流程的可行性及其较高的精度。 相似文献

在膜系的优化设计中,以膜系结构为参数的评价函数是一个非常复杂的多峰值函数。传统的优化算法强烈地依赖于膜系的初始设计,且易陷入较接近于初始结构的一个局部极值处。为解决这一矛盾,将全局寻优的自适应进化算法用于光学薄膜的膜系优化设计,设计中只需问题解的编码和适应度函数,而不依赖其他任何辅助信息(包括初始结构),有利于自动设计的进行。将该方法与常用设计方法进行了比较。高反膜、分光镜的实例优化表明:在相同设计要求下,用自适应进化算法可以得到更加合理的膜系结构,而且膜系结构简单,设计灵活,容易实现。理论和实践均表明该方法是高效和可靠的。 相似文献

A systematic prefilter design process for reducing operator-induced rigid body vibrations of rubber tire mounted machines is presented. The contribution of this work is the development of a systematic prefilter design process and interpretation of the results. The class of heavy equipment considered in this work are those machines having rigid body main frame vibrations dominated by linear dynamics. The reduction in machine vibrations is accomplished through the design of prefilters that reduce the machine resonant frequencies from the operator commands. The machine information required for the design process includes the bandwidth of the electro-hydraulic (E/H) valves and rigid body resonant frequencies of the machine mainframe. The prespecified performance in the design process is the desired attenuation of machine resonant frequencies which is related to the acceptable level of machine vibration. The design methodology has been applied to a telescopic boom lift to illustrate the procedure and the effectiveness of the design. 相似文献

A design for a 3-dB single-mode Y-junction has been developed and investigated by the beam propagation method with a purpose of decreasing radiation loss in the case of power dividers. The design has two aspects. The first introduces a general design of the boundaries of the 3-dB Y-junction. The second aspect is the replacement of a strip of the guiding material with a lower refractive index near the branching vertex. 推导出了超-超引射器性能计算和优化设计模型,借助Pareto优胜、Pareto最优解和Pareto前端等概念,采用基于多目标进化/分解算法(MOEA/D)的多目标优化方法,计算得到超-超引射器多目标优化问题的Pareto前端,解决了超-超引射器多目标优化设计问题,并与常规参数分析方法进行了比较。结果表明:超-超引射器性能影响参数相互关系复杂,增压比和引射系数作为引射器主要性能参数相互冲突,通过常规分析难以得到较清晰的设计准则,利用多目标优化设计方法可有效地辅助多属性决策和系统优化设计。 相似文献
