Two cadmium complexes, {[Cd(a-ptt)(ptt)]·H2O} n (1) and [Cd(a-Hmtt)2(SO4)H2O]·CH3OH (2), have been prepared based on 4-amino-3-(4-pyridine)-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole (a-Hptt) and 4-amino-3-methyl-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole (a-Hmtt), respectively. In 1, amino-triazole ligand a-Hptt can partly be deaminated and transformed into 3-(4-pyridine)-5-mercapto-triazole (Hptt) under hydrothermal conditions. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1 exhibits an unusual 2-D lampshade-type layer structure in which the amino ligand a-ptt and the deamination ligand ptt display exo-tridentate bridging and bidentate bridging, respectively. Complex 2 is mononuclear and further assembled into a 3-D supramolecular architecture via non-covalent interactions. Complexes 1 and 2 were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, and thermogravimetric analyses. Furthermore, solid-state luminescent properties of 1 and 2 have also been investigated.  相似文献

Reactions of AgReO4 and AgCH3SO3 with L = 2-amino-4-methylpyrimidine (Ampym, C5H7N3) in a ratio of 1: 2 in acetonitrile gave the complexes [AgL2(ReO4)] (I) and [AgL2(CH3SO3)] (II). Their structures were determined. The crystals of complex I are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 5.985(1), b = 3.465(1), c = 19.071(1) Å, β = 96.52(1)°, V = 1527.0(3) Å3, ρcalcd = 2.507 g/cm3, Z = 4. The crystals of complex II are orthorhombic, space group Pbca, a = 14.784(1), b = 11.991(1), c = 17.711(1) Å, V = 3139.7(4) Å3, ρcalcd= 1.782 g/cm3, Z = 8. Structure I shows discrete cationic complexes [AgL2]+. The silver atom is virtually linearly coordinated to two N atoms of crystallographically equivalent ligands L (Ag-N, 2.156(4) Å; the angle NAgN, 174.7(4)°). The complex cations are united into zigzag chains through the hydrogen bonds N-H...N. The resulting chains are linked by the hydrogen bonds N-H...O to uncoordinated perrhenate anions to form 2D supramolecular layers. In structure II, the Ag+ ion is coordinated by two crystallographically non-equivalent ligands L in a distorted linear fashion: Ag(1)-N(1), 2.166(7) Å;Ag(1)-N(4), 2.181(6) Å; the angle NAgN, 157.2(2)°. The anions CH3SO3 ? are weakly linked to the Ag+ ions (Ag...O 2.72 Å) and are hydrogen-bonded to the complex cations [AgL2]+, uniting them into supramolecular ribbons.  相似文献

A series of dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes with similar hydrazone ligands have been prepared, specifically [MoO2L1(MeOH)] (1), [MoO2L2(MeOH)] (2) and [MoO2L3(MeOH)] (3), where L1, L2 and L3 are the dianionic forms of 2-chloro-N′-(2-hydroxybenzylidene)benzohydrazide, 2-chloro-N′-(2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzylidene)benzohydrazide and N′-(3-bromo-5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-2-chlorobenzohydrazide, respectively. The complexes were characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods and also by single-crystal X-ray determination. The hydrazone ligands coordinate to the Mo atoms through their phenolate O, imine N and enolic O atoms. The Mo atoms are six-coordinated in octahedral geometries. The complexes show high catalytic activities and selectivities in the epoxidation of cyclohexene with tert-butylhydroperoxide as primary oxidant.  相似文献

Two symmetrical macrocyclic dinuclear complexes, [Cu2L1(ClO4)2(H2O)2][Cu2L1(H2O)2] (ClO4)2 (1) and [Cu2L2(ClO4)2] (2), (where H2L1 and H2L2 are the [2?+?2] condensation products of 1,3-diaminopropane with 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenol and 2,6-diformyl-4-flurophenol, respectively), have been synthesized and characterized. The electronic and magnetic properties of the complexes were studied by cyclic voltammetry and magnetic susceptibility. There are strong antiferromagnetic couplings between the two copper(II) centers in both complexes. The strongly electron-withdrawing fluorine groups in H2L2 weaken the antiferromagnetic exchange, but make the metal centers more easily reduced than its analog H2L1. The interactions of the complexes with calf thymus DNA were studied by UV?CVis and CD spectroscopic techniques.  相似文献

The synthesis of a series of Rh(I) and Ir(I) homobimetallic complexes using three different linking scaffolds is described. The cyclooctadiene (COD) complexes [M(2)(COD)(2)(L(scaffold))][BAr(F)(4)](2) (2-7) where M = Rh(I) or Ir(I), and L(scaffold) = bis(1-pyrazolyl)methane ligands, p-C(6)H(4)[CH(pz)(2)](2) (1a), m-C(6)H(4)[CH(pz)(2)](2) (1b) and the anthracene-bridged 1,8-C(14)H(8)[CH(pz)(2)](2) (1c) were synthesized. The COD co-ligands of 2-7 were replaced with the carbonyl co-ligands to form the analogous homobimetallic complexes, [M(2)(CO)(4)(L(scaffold))][BAr(F)(4)](2) (8-13). The solid-state structures of the dicationic homobimetallic complexes 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, and 10, as well as cationic monometallic complexes 15 and 22 of ligands 1b and 1c respectively, were characterized using X-ray crystallography. The solid-state XRD structures of the resulting dirhodium and diiridium complexes with the para- and meta-phenylene and anthracene scaffolds show that there are distinct differences between structures of complexes 2-10 due to the variation in the scaffold structures, in particular the relative positions of the two metal centres. Heterobimetallic RhIr complexes of the m-C(6)H(4)[CH(pz)(2)](2) ligand were also synthesized using a stepwise approach, and the observed exchange of the metal centres in the heterobimetallic complexes was found to be dependent on the nature of the coligand.  相似文献

Two new Schiff base ligands 2-chloro-N′-(5-fluoro-2-hydroxybenzylidene)benzohydrazide (H2La) and 4-fluoro-2-{[2-(2-hydroxyethylamino)ethylimino]methyl}phenol (HLb) were synthesized and characterized. Their respective oxidovanadium complexes, [VOLa(OMe)(MeOH)]·MeOH (1) and [VO(μ-O)Lb]2 (2), were synthesized and characterized by spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The coordination sphere of each V atom is octahedral. Both complexes showed selective heterogeneous catalytic properties with 74–98 % conversion, for the oxidation of cyclohexene, cyclopentene, and benzyl alcohol using H2O2 as primary oxidant.  相似文献

Four new d10 heterometallic coordination polymers have been obtained using three Schiff-base ligands, zinc(II) nitrate, and dicyanometallates: 1[{Zn3(Salen)2}{μ-Au(CN)2}2] (1); 1[Zn(Saldmen){μ-Ag(CN)2}]·2H2O (2); 1[Zn(Salampy){μ-Ag(CN)2}] (3); 1[Zn(Salampy){μ-Au(CN)2}] (4). The Schiff bases are obtained from condensation of salicylaldehyde with ethylenediamine (H2Salen); N,N-dimethyl-ethylenediamine (HSaldmen) and, respectively, 2-aminomethyl-pyridine (HSalampy). The dicyanometallates are K[Ag(CN)2] and K[Au(CN)2]. The compounds were characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, UV–vis spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. In compound 1, the homotrimetallic units, {Zn3(salen)2}2+, are connected by two [Au(CN)2]? bridges, forming a 1-D double chain. In compounds 24, the crystal structures show polymeric zigzag chains generated by the mononuclear zinc(II) nodes and [M(CN)2]? spacers. The luminescence properties of the new heterometallic polymers have also been investigated.  相似文献

Two tripodal ligands, bis(2-benzimidazolylmethyl)(2-pyridylmethyl)amine (L(1)) and bis(2-pyridylmethyl)(2-benzimidazolylmethyl)amine (L(2)), were synthesized. With the third chromophoric ligand antipyrine (Antipy), three series of lanthanide(III) complexes were prepared: [LnL(1)(Antipy)(3)](ClO(4))(3) (series A), [LnL(1)(Antipy)Cl(H(2)O)(2)]Cl(2)(H(2)O)(2) (series B), and [LnL(2)(NO(3))(3)] (series C). The nitrate salt of the free ligand H(2)L(1).(NO(3))(2) and six complexes were structurally characterized: Pr(3+)A, Y(3+)A, Eu(3+)B, Eu(3+)C, Gd(3+)C and Tb(3+)C, in which the two A and three C complexes are isomorphous. Crystallographic studies showed that tripodal ligands L(1) and L(2) exhibited a tripodal coordination mode and formed 1:1 complexes with all lanthanide metal ions. The coordination numbers of the lanthanide metal ions for the A, B, and C complexes were 7, 8, and 10, respectively. Conductivity studies on the B and C complexes in methanol showed that, in the former, the coordinated Cl(-) dissociated to give 3:1 electrolytes and, in the latter, two coordinated NO(3)(-) ions dissociated to give 2:1 electrolytes. Detailed photophysical studies have been performed on the free ligands and their Gd(III), Eu(III), and Tb(III) complexes in several solvents. The results show a wide range in the emission properties of the complexes, which could be rationalized in terms of the coordination situation, the (3)LC level of the complexes, and the subtle variations in the steric properties of the ligands. In particular the Eu(3+)A and Tb(3+)A complexes, in which the central metal ions were wholly coordinated by chromophoric ligands of one L(1) and three antipyrine molecules, had relatively higher emission quantum yields than their corresponding B and C complexes.  相似文献

Treatments of p-ferrocenylbenzoate [p-NaOOCH4C6Fc, Fc=(η5-C5H5)Fe(η5-C5H4)] with Ln(NO3)3·nH2O afford seven p-ferrocenylbenzoate lanthanide complexes {[Ln(OOCH4C6Fc)2(μ2-OOCH4C6Fc)2(H2O)2](H3O)}n [Ln=Ce (1), Pr (2), Sm (3), Eu (4), Gd (5), Tb (6) and Dy (7)]. X-ray crystallographic analysis reveals that the isomorphous complexes {[Ce(OOCH4C6Fc)2(μ2-OOCH4C6Fc)2(H2O)2](H3O)}n (1) and {[Pr(OOCH4C6Fc)2(μ2-OOCH4C6Fc)2(H2O)2](H3O)}n (2) form a unique 1D double-bridged infinite chain structure bridged by μ2-OOCH4C6Fc groups. Each Ln(III) ion adopts a dodecahedron coordination environment with eight coordinated oxygen atoms from two terminal monodentate coordinated FcC6H4COO units, two terminal monodentate coordinated H2O molecules and four μ2-OOCH4C6Fc units. The luminescent spectra reveal that only 4 and 6 exhibit characteristic emissions of lanthanide ions, Eu(III) and Tb(III) ions, respectively. The variable-temperature magnetic properties of 5 and 7 suggest that a ferromagnetic coupling between spin carriers may exist in 5.  相似文献

The self-assembly of 5-methylpyrazine-2-carboxylate (Hmpca) with silver nitrate generated two coordination polymers [Ag2(Hmpca)(mpca)(NO3)] n (1) and [Ag(mpca)] n (2) in the presence of Er3+ or Mn2+ via hydrothermal synthesis. The complexes have been characterized by IR, elemental analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 possesses a novel 1D looped-chain topology structure. Complex 2 shows an extended honeycomb-like 3D framework. The luminescent properties of complexes 1 and 2 were investigated.  相似文献

Three Ag(I) complexes of reduced Schiff base amino acid ligands, [Ag2(Hshis)2]·3H2O (1), Ag(Hcgly) (2), and Ag(cala) (3) (H2shis = N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-l-histidine, H2cgly = N-(2-hydroxy-5-chlorobenzyl)-glycine, Hcala = N-(4-chlorobenzyl)-d,l-alanine), have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 shows a dimeric structure, while complex 2 shows one-dimensional zigzag chains, which are extended into a two-dimensional supramolecular sheet by hydrogen bonds. Complex 3 exhibits a 2D sheet structure with dangling arms. The antimicrobial activities of the complexes have been investigated.  相似文献

The synthesis, spectral characterization and crystal structures of two nitrobenzoatocopper(II) complexes, namely [Cu(2-O2Nbz)2(pca)2(H2O)2] (1) and [Cu(3,5-(O2N)2bz)2(pca)2(H2O)2] (2) (where 2-O2Nbz = 2-nitrobenzoate, 3,5-(O2N)2bz = 3,5-dinitrobenzoate, pca = pyrazinecarboxamide), are reported. Complexes 1 and 2 consist of centrosymmetric molecules with the Cu(II) atom monodentately coordinated by a pair of anionic 2-nitrobenzoato (1) or 3,5-dinitrobenzoato (2) ligands and a pair of pyrazinecarboxamide ligands, forming a nearly tetragonal basal plane, and by a pair of water ligands that complete the tetragonal–bipyramidal coordination polyhedron. The molecules of both complexes are linked by N–H⋯O and O–H⋯O hydrogen bonds and lie in planes, which have different orientations depending on the space group. Similar experiments with 3-nitrobenzoic acid resulted in the isolation of the hydrolysis product [Cu(pyzCOO)2] n (3) (pyzCOO = pyrazinecarboxylate). The known crystal structure of complex 3 has been re-determined at low temperature with significantly higher precision. The crystal packing and C–H⋯O/C–H⋯N hydrogen bonds are discussed.  相似文献

Two new dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes, [MoO2L1(CH3OH)] (1) and [MoO2L2(H2O)] (2), where L1 and L2 are dianionic form of N′-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzylidene)-4methoxybenzohydrazide and N′-(2-hydroxy-3methoxybenzylidene)-2-hydroxybenzohydrazide, respectively, have been synthesized and structurally characterized by spectroscopic methods and single-crystal X-ray determination. The complexes are mononuclear molybdenum(VI) compounds. Mo in each complex is octahedral. The difference in the substituent groups in the benzohydrazides leads to coordination of different solvent molecules. Crystals of the complexes are stabilized by hydrogen bonds. The complexes are effective catalysts for sulfoxidation.  相似文献

Condensation of Ph(2)PH and paraformaldehyde with 2-amino-7-methyl-1,8-naphthyridine gave the new flexible tridentate ligand 2-[N-(diphenylphosphino)methyl]amino-7-methyl-1,8-naphthyridine (L). Reaction of L with [Cu(CH(3)CN)(4)]BF(4) and/or different ancillary ligands in dichloromethane afforded N,P chelating or bridging luminescent complexes [(L)(2)Cu(2)](BF(4))(2), [(micro-L)(2)Cu(2)(PPh(3))(2)](BF(4))(2) and [(L)Cu(CNN)]BF(4) (CNN = 6-phenyl-2,2'-bipyridine), respectively. Complexes [(L)(2)Pt]Cl(2), [(L)(2)Pt](ClO(4))(2) and [(L)Pt(CNC)]Cl (CNC = 2,6-biphenylpyridine) were obtained from the reactions of Pt(SMe(2))(2)Cl(2) or (CNC)Pt(DMSO)Cl with L. The crystal structures and photophysical properties of the complexes are presented.  相似文献

Abstract  Three new complexes, [Co(L)2(SCN)2] (1), [Co2(L)4(μ-N3)2](ClO4)2(H2O)1.5 (2), and [Ni(L)3](ClO4)2(CH3OH)2 (3), have been synthesized and structurally characterized, where L is 3-(3′,5′-dimethyl-pyrazole)-6-Cl-pyridazine. Single crystal X-ray analyses show that all three complexes crystallize in the monoclinic crystal system. In complex (1), the Co(II) atom is in a distorted octahedral environment consisting of four nitrogen atoms from two ligands and two nitrogen atoms of SCN, which is further extended into a 1D chain by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Two Co(II) atoms in complex (2) are linked by two azide anions in a μ-1,1 mode to make a binuclear structure. Without any auxiliary ligand, the Ni(II) atom in complex (3) adopts a distorted octahedral geometry involving six nitrogen atoms from three ligands. The electronic absorption spectra of the title compounds are discussed as well. The effects of auxiliary ligands on the structures and properties of the title complexes have been studied and discussed. Graphical Abstract  Three new complexes, [Co(L)2(SCN)2] (1), [Co2(L)4(μ-N3)2](ClO4)(H2O)1.5 (2) and [Ni(L)3](ClO4)2(CH3OH)2 (3), have been synthesized and structurally characterized, where L is 3-(3′,5′-dimethyl-pyrazole)-6-Cl-pyridazine. Complexes (1) and (3) are mononuclear compounds, which are different from the binuclear complex (2). Auxiliary ligands are the main reasons that results in the different structures of the title complexes and their different fungicidal activities. A pair of Mo(VI) complexes, [MoO2L1(MeOH)] (1) and [MoO2L2(MeOH)] (2), where L1 and L2 are the dianions of 2-amino-N’-(3-bromo-5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzylidene)benzohydrazide (H2L1) and 2-amino-N’-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxybenzylidene)benzohydrazide (H2L2), respectively, have been prepared and characterized by physico-chemical methods and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The Mo atom in each complex is coordinated by the phenolate oxygen, imino nitrogen and enolate oxygen of the hydrazone ligand, together with a methanol ligand and two oxo groups, giving a distorted octahedral geometry. The complexes proved to be effective catalysts for the oxidation of various olefins.  相似文献

Two dinuclear molecule-bridged Cu(I) complexes, (μ-bpym)[Cu(PPh3)Cl]2 (1), [(μ-bpym)(CuL)2](ClO4)2·(CH3CN)2(H2O) (2) (bpym = 2,2′-bipyrimidine, L = (R)-(+)-2,2′-bis(diphenylphospho)-1,1′-dinaphthalene) have been synthesized and characterized. The molecular structures of the two new dinuclear compounds exhibit bridging of two copper(I) centers by the symmetrically bis-chelating bpym ligand. Intriguingly, compound 1 features a remarkable “intramolecular organic sandwich” configuration where the central 2,2′-bipyrimidine bridging ligand interacts in π/π/π fashion with two phenyl rings from the coligands above and below the central plane, while chiral compound 2 exhibits second-order nonlinear optical effect and temperature-dependent luminescence. Upon decreasing the temperature from 298 to 10 K, compound 2 shows a red light emission.  相似文献
