Syntheses and X‐ray structural characterizations of two new Cu(II) complexes Cu(tfbz)2(Htfbz)2(phen) ( 1 ) (Htfbz=2,4,5‐trifluorobenzoic acid, phen=1,10‐phenanthroline) and [Cu(pfbz)2(phen)]2(Hpfbz)2 ( 2 ) (Hpfbz=pentafluorobenzoic acid) are reported. The first complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with the crystal cell parameters a=1.9903(4) nm, b=1.3688(3) nm, c=1.3623(3) nm, β=97.90(3)°, V=3.6762(13) nm3 and Z=4. The second complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P‐1 with the crystal cell parameters a=1.7965(4) Å, b=1.9236(2) Å, c=2.0916(2) Å, α=110.156(2) °, β=105.040(3) °, γ=98.123(3) °, V=6.3372(17) nm3 and Z=4. The crystallographic analyses revealed that F···H–C hydrogen bonds in both complexes lead to formation of infinite three‐dimensional supramolecular networks. A large number of F···F interactions in complex 2 ensure the stability of intricate crystal structure.  相似文献

本文合成并表征了一种新型螺旋桨状配体构型的锰配合物,其结构式为[Mn(N’-benzylidenesalicylhydrazide)3(H2O)]。该配合物的晶体结构用X-射线单晶衍射测定。配合物的晶体为三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数:a=11.6411Å,b=12.728Å,c=16.346Å,α=110.357°,β=96.555°,γ=108.996°,V=2075.2Å3,Z=2,Dcalc=1.265g/cm3。在该配合物中,金属离子为八面体配位形式,使得三个配体以一种螺旋桨状的立体结构排列在它周围。抗菌活性试验表明,对受试微生物,配合物比配体表现出更强烈的活性。  相似文献

Structures of cyclic 2‐(3‐oxo‐3‐phenylpropyl)‐substituted 1,3‐diketones 4a – c were determined by 17O‐NMR spectroscopy and X‐ray crystallography. In CDCl3 solution, compounds 4a – c form an eight‐membered‐ring with intramolecular H‐bonding between the enolic OH and the carbonyl O(11)‐atom of the phenylpropyl group, as demonstrated by increased shielding of specifically labeled 4a – c in the 17O‐NMR spectra (Δδ(17O(11))=36 ppm). In solid state, intermolecular H‐bonding was observed instead of intramolecular H‐bonding, as evidenced by the X‐ray crystal‐structure analysis of compound 4b . Crystals of compound 4b at 293 K are monoclinic with a=11.7927 (12) Å, b=13.6230 (14) Å, c=9.8900 (10) Å, β=107.192 (2)°, and the space group is P21/c with Z=4 (refinement to R=0.0557 on 2154 independent reflections).  相似文献

The solid‐state‐melt reaction of (NH4)2[Re2F8] · 2H2O with 2‐hydroxypyridine (2‐HOpy) produced dark‐red Re2(2‐Opy)4F2 ( 1 ). This air‐stable compound was obtained in crystalline form as 1· CHCl3. It was characterized in the solid state by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and in solution by UV/Vis spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. 1· CHCl3 forms triclinic crystals with α = 8.3254(5) Å, b = 8.5563(5) Å, c = 11.6784(8) Å, α = 82.723(3)°, β = 75.769(3) °, γ = 64.407(2) °. The Re–Re and Re–F distances were 2.2091(7) and 2.115(6) Å, respectively. The molecule is isostructural with the corresponding chloro derivative.  相似文献

通过水热合成技术,一个新颖的基于Zn配合物修饰的Keggin型钴钨酸的有机-无机杂化化合物:[Zn(2,2’-bipy)3]3{[Zn(2,2’-bipy)2(H2O)]2 [HCoW12O40] 2 }.H2O已经被合成,化合物通过红外光谱、热重分析和单晶X-射线衍射进行了表征。单晶X-射线衍射的结果显示标题化合物是由一个单支撑的{[Zn(2,2’-bipy)2(H2O)]2 [HCoW12O40] 2}6-多阴离子,三个[Zn(2,2’-bipy)3]2+阳离子和一个水分子构成。有趣的是[Zn(1)(2,2’-bipy)3]2+阳离子通过氢键连接在一起形成螺旋链。另外标题化合物在空气中是稳定的,并且在室温下显示了强的荧光。  相似文献

Treatment of Pd(PPh3)4 with phenylchlorothionoformate, PhOC(S)Cl, in dichloromethane at ?20 °C produces the phenyloxythiocarbonyl complex [Pd(PPh3)21‐C(S)OPh}(Cl)], 1 . The 31P{1H} NMR spectrum of 1 shows the dissociation of either the chloride or the triphenylphosphine ligand to form complex [Pd(PPh3)22‐SCOPh)][Cl], 2 or the dipalladium complex [Pd(PPh3)Cl]2(μ,η2‐SCOPh)2, 3 . Continuous stirring of the dichloromethane solution of 1 at room temperature for 4 h forms the dipalladinum complex [Pd(PPh3)Cl]2(μ,η2‐SCOPh)2, 3 as the final product. Respective reactions of 1 and Et2NCS2Na or dppa {bis(diphenylphosphino)amine} gives complex [Pd(PPh3){η1‐C(S)OPh}(η2‐S2CNEt2)], 4 or [Pd(PPh3){η1‐C(S)OPh}(η2‐dppa)][Cl], 5 . Complex 1 is determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21 with Z = 4. The cell dimensions of 1 are as follows: a = 9.5613(1) Å, b = 33.6732(3) Å, c = 12.2979(1) Å.  相似文献

A copper(II) complex of type {[Cu(phen)(py)(H2O)2]·2H2O}n (where phen=1,10‐phenanthroline, py=pyridine‐3,4‐dicarboxylate) has been synthesized by a normal temperature volatilization method and structurally determined by single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c with the crystal cell parameters of a=7.5258(4) Å, b=12.3184(7) Å, c=21.0000(12) Å, α=90.00°, β=98.0720(10) °, γ=90.00°, V=1927.53(19) Å3 and Z=4. The final reliability factors are R=0.0398 and wR=0.1138 for 3771 reflections with I>2δ(I0). Its mode of interaction with DNA and the binding constants have been determined by fluorescence, ultraviolet spectra and viscometry.  相似文献

Tris)(η 5-cyclopentadienyl-μ-carbonyl-iron)-μ3-nitrosyl cluster was obtained from the reaction of cyclopentadienyl dicarbonyliron dimer with nitrogen monoxide in xylene. The cluster was characterized by elemental analyses, IR, MS and 1H NMR. The crystal structure of [(η5-C5H5)(μ-CO)Fe]3(μ3-NO).C4H8O was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma, a=9.053(2), 6=10.545(2), c=22.525(4) A, V=2150.3(7) A3, Z=4,Dc=1.68 g.cm-3; structure solution and refinement based on 1141 reflections with I > 3.0 (I) (MoKa, A=0.71073 A) converged at R=0.0540. The infrared absorption band at 1325 cm-1 of the μ3-NO in the cluster, which is red shifted, shows that μ3-NO is activated.  相似文献

Two manganese coordination polymers, [Mn2(ip)2(dmf)]·dmf (1) and [Mn4(ip)4(dmf)6]·2dmf (2) (ip=isophthalate; dmf=N,N-dimethylformamide), have been synthesized and characterized. X-ray crystal structural data reveal that compound 1 crystallizes in triclinic space group P?1, a=9.716(3) Å, b=12.193(3) Å, c=12.576(3) Å, α=62.19(2)°, β=66.423(17)°, γ=72.72(2)°, Z=2, while compound 2 crystallizes in monoclinic space group Cc, a=19.80(3) Å, b=20.20(2) Å, c=18.01(3) Å, β=108.40(4)°, Z=4. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibilities of compounds 1 and 2 exhibit overall weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the adjacent Mn(II) ions.  相似文献

A new hydrated lithium borate, Li4[B8O13(OH)2]·3H2O, has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction, FT‐IR spectroscopy, simultaneous TGA‐DTA and chemical analysis. It crystallizes in the triclinic, space group , a=8.4578(5) Å, b=8.7877(5) Å, c=10.8058(7) Å, α=87.740(3)°, β=71.819(3)°, γ=61.569(3)°, Z=2, V=665.26(7) Å3, Dc=2.043 g/cm3. Its crystal structure features polyborate anionic layers with the larger odd 13‐membered boron rings constructed by [B8O13(OH)2]4? FBBs. Through designing the thermochemical cycle, the standard molar enthalpy of formation of this borate was determined to be ?(7953.8±6.6) kJ·mol?1 by using a heat conduction microcalorimeter.  相似文献

The reaction of TbCl3 with K[2,4-(CH3)2 C5H5] at 0°C in THF followed by crystallization at ?90°C led to a pale yellow hexagonal prismatic crystalline product [2,4-[CH3)25-C5H5]3-Tb·1/ 2THF , which is highly sensitive to air and water and rapidly efflorescent at ambient temperature. The single crystal X-ray diffraction data of the compound have been collected at low temperature (-60°C) and the crystal structure has been solved by heavy atom method. It belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with lattice parameters α=8.477 Å , b=12.583 Å , c=12.858 Å , α=118.08°, β=91.38°, γ=108.75°, V=1120.36 Å3 and Z=2. Least-squares refinement converged to a final value R=0.043. The compound possesses an idealized C3h symmetry with three 2,4dimethylpentadienyl ligands bound to the central terbium atom in a pentahapto mode (η5). Each unit cell contains two molecules of [2,4-(CH3)25-C5H5]3Tb and one molecule of solvent THF, of which the role in the lattice has been discussed in detail.  相似文献

The reaction of NiCl2 and 3‐hydrazine‐4‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazole (Hatr) in the mixed solvent of EtOH and H2O yielded a dimer compound ([Ni2(Hatr)2(H2O)2(EtOH)2Cl2]Cl2·EtOH) with water and EtOH molecules coordinated to nickle ions. It crystallized in trigonal space group R‐3, a=b=29.67(1) Å, c=8.95(7) Å, β=120(1)°, as determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Then, they were fully characterized by the IR spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry (TG), and elemental analysis.  相似文献

A new energetic material, 4,5‐diacetoxyl‐2‐(dinitromethylene)‐imidazolidine (DADNI), was synthesized by the reaction of 4,5‐dihydroxyl‐2‐(dinitromethylene)‐imidazolidine (DDNI) and acetic anhydride, and characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. Crystal data for DADNI are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=15.9167(3) Å, b=8.6816(4) Å, c=8.5209(3) Å, β=103.294(9)°, V=1145.9(3) Å3, Z=4, µ=0.150 mm−1, F(000)=600, Dc=1.682 g·cm−3, R1=0.0565 and wR2=0.1649. Thermal decomposition behavior of DADNI was studied and an intensely exothermic process was observed. The kinetic equation of the decomposition reaction is: dα/dT=(1016.64/β)×4α3/4exp(−1.582×105/RT). The critical temperature of thermal explosion is 163.76°C. The specific heat capacity of DADNI was studied with micro‐DSC method and theoretical calculation method. The molar heat capacity is 343.30 J·mol−1·K−1 at 298.15 K. The adiabatic time‐to‐explosion of DADNI was calculated to be 87.7 s.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized by the reaction of α-dithionaphthoic acid with CuCl2 in pyridine or by recrystallizing Cu4(α-C10H7CSS2)4 ? 1/2CS2 in a mixture of pyridine and alcohol. The structure of the title compound is determined by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic space group with unit cell parameters: a=7.085(2)Å, b= 8.672(3)Å and c=13.598(5)Å; a=92.40(3)°, β=102.59(4)° and γ=105.67(4)°; V=780.6Å2; Z=1. The structure was refined to R=0.058 for 2390 reflections. The molecule of the title compound sits on a center of symmetry. The shorter Cu—Cu bond length (2.606Å) shows considerable interaction between copper atoms. If the Cu—Cu interaction is ignored, the neighbouring S and N atoms are coordinated to copper atom in a configuration of distorted tetrahedron.  相似文献

New ruthenium(II) complexes containing labile nitrile ligands have been prepared by treatment of either the polymer [{RuCl2(COD)}x] (COD = cycloocta-1,5-diene) (1) or its derivative [RuCl2(COD)(NCCH3)2]·NCCH3 (2) with the appropriate nitrile ligands in refluxing acetonitrile under argon. A new route to synthesis of trans-dichlorotetrakis(diphenylphosphine)ruthenium(II) (7) was also reported. A redetermination of the structure of 7 was undertaken and X-ray crystallographic data revealed that the complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with unit cell dimensions a = 12.7016(9) Å, b = 13.0847(10) Å, c = 14.1498(10) Å, α = 101.46(3)°, V = 2080.6(3) Å3, Z = 2 and R = 0.0309. Its polymorph 7′ was also obtained. The crystal structure of 4 was also determined. This complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with unit cell dimensions a = 27.0510(3) Å, b = 11.0984(13) Å, c = 13.0450(16) Å, α = 90°, V = 3886.5(8) Å3, Z = 8 and R = 0.0282.  相似文献

Cobalt(III) complex [CoL3], where L=(5‐bromo‐2‐hydroxybenzyl‐2‐furylmethyl)imine, has been synthesized by reacting cobalt(II) nitrate with L. The complex has been characterized by elemental analysis and FT‐IR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of [CoL3] was determined by X‐ray crystallography from single crystal data. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group$ P {\bar 1} $ with unit cell parameters:a=9.6644(10) Å,b=11.5657(11) Å,c=16.5809(17) Å,α=102.833(4)°,β=102.999(3)°,γ=105.480(3)°,V=1659.9(3) Å3andZ=2. A novel zinc porphyrin, {[ZnTCPP(EtOH)][Zn(en)]2}n(EtOH)2n ( 1 ) (TCPP=meso‐tetra(4‐carboxyphenyl)‐porphyrin; EtOH=ethanol; en=ethylenediamine) was obtained via a hydrothermal reaction and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the space group C2/c of the monoclinic system with eight formula units in a cell: a=32.465(4) Å, b=10.527(3) Å, c=31.845(3) Å, β=95.524(6) °, V=10832(4) Å3, C58H57N8O11Zn3, Mr=1238.23, Dc=1.518 g/cm3, S=1.005, µ(Mo Kα) =1.388 mm?1, F(000) =5112, R=0.0650 and wR=0.1574. Complex 1 features a novel 2‐D layered motif. The spectral data of UV‐vis, FT‐IR and fluorescence are reported.  相似文献

Two Ln26@CO3 (Ln=Dy and Tb) cluster‐based lanthanide–transition‐metal–organic frameworks (Ln MOFs) formulated as [Dy26Cu3(Nic)24(CH3COO)8(CO3)11(OH)26(H2O)14]Cl ? 3 H2O ( 1 ; HNic=nicotinic acid) and [Tb26NaAg3(Nic)27(CH3COO)6(CO3)11(OH)26Cl(H2O)15] ? 7.5 H2O ( 2 ) have been successfully synthesized by hydrothermal methods and characterized by IR, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), elemental analysis, and single X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group Cc with a=35.775(12) Å, b=33.346(11) Å, c=24.424(8) Å, β=93.993(5)°, V=29065(16) Å3, whereas 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P with a=20.4929(19) Å, b=24.671(2) Å, c=29.727(3) Å, α=81.9990(10)°, β=88.0830(10)°, γ=89.9940(10)°, V=14875(2) Å3. Structural analysis indicates the framework of 1 is a 3D perovskite‐like structure constructed out of CO3@Dy26 building units and Cu+ centers by means of nicotinic acid ligand bridging. In 2 , however, nanosized CO3@Tb26 units and [Ag3Cl]2+ centers are connected by Nic? bridges to give rise to a 2D structure. It is worth mentioning that this kind of 4d–4f cluster‐based MOF is quite rare as most of the reported analogous compounds are 3d–4f ones. Additionally, the solid‐state emission spectra of pure compound 2 at room temperature suggest an efficient energy transfer from the ligand Nic? to Tb3+ ions, which we called the “antenna effect”. Compound 2 shows a good two‐photon absorption (TPA) with a TPA coefficient of 0.06947 cm GM?1 (1 GM=10?50 cm4 s photon?1), which indicates that compound 2 might be a good choice for third‐order nonlinear optical materials.  相似文献

Abstract. The cadmium borophosphate compound Cd3[B2P4O14(OH)4] was synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions. The crystal structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction [triclinic, space group P$\bar{1}$ (no. 2), a = 5.4362(11) Å, b = 8.2190(16) Å, c = 8.3918(17) Å, and α = 111.87(3)°, β = 104.63(3)°, γ = 90.73(3)°, V = 334.29(12) Å3 and Z = 1]. The 3D open framework of the title compound is constructed from BO3(OH) tetrahedra and 2D layers along the [100] direction. The resulting framework contains twisted eight‐membered rings that form 1D channels.  相似文献
