A novel ligand, N,N′‐Bis‐[3‐(2‐nitrophenyl)‐allylidene]‐ethane‐1,2‐diamine (nca2en), and their corresponding copper(I) complexes, [Cu(ncaen)2]ClO4 ( 1 ), and [Cu(nca2en)(PPh3)2]BPh4 ( 2 ), have been synthesized and characterized by CHN analyses, 1H and 13C‐NMR, IR, and UV‐Vis spectroscopy. The crystal and molecular structures of [Cu(ncaen)2]ClO4 ( 1 ), and [Cu(nca2en)(PPh3)2]BPh4 ( 2 ), were determined by X‐ray crystallography from single‐crystal data. The coordination polyhedron about the copper(I) atom in the two complexes is best described as a distorted tetrahedron. A quasireversible redox behavior is observed for complex 1 and 2 (E1/2 = 0.55 and 0.95 V, respectively). 相似文献

New mixed-ligand copper(I) complexes, [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)X], [Phca2en = N,N′-bis(β-phenylci-nnamaldehyde)-1,2-diiminoethane and X=Cl (1), Br (2), I (3), NCS (4), N3 (5)] have been synthesized and characterized by various techniques. 1H and 13C-NMR and IR spectral data of these copper(I) complexes are compared with the free ligand to elucidate some structural features. The structures of [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)Br] (2) and [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)I] (3) have been determined from single-crystal data showing that the coordination geometry around copper atom is a distorted tetrahedron. Furthermore, these Cu(I) complexes exhibit supramolecular motifs of the type multiple phenyl embraces resulting from attractive interactions between phenyl rings of PPh3 moieties. The presence of the C–H…Cu weak intramolecular hydrogen bonds, due to the trapping of C–H bonds in the vicinity of the metal atoms, is also reported. 相似文献

The reaction of diethylenetriamine (dien) and 1,2-bis(1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)ethane (btrz) with Cu(ClO4) · 6H2O forms [Cu(dien)(btrz)(ClO4)2] (1), and the reaction of [Cu(en)2(ClO4)2] (en = ethylenediamine) with btrz forms [Cu(en)2(btrz)(ClO4)2] (2). Complexes (1) and (2) were characterized by elemental analysis, i.r., electronic spectroscopy, e.s.r. and magnetic susceptibility. Their crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. In complex (1), Cu is coordinated by a dien and two btrz, forming a distorted CuN5 square pyramid with one btrz bound at the apical position. In complex (2), Cu is coordinated by two en and two nitrogen atoms of btrz forming an elongated octahedron. Both complexes have a one-dimensional chain structure in which btrz ligands bridge between pairs of Cu atom. 相似文献

Reaction of the potassium salts of N-thiophosphorylated thioureas of common formula RC(S)NHP(S)(OiPr)(2) [R = morpholin-N-yl (HL(a)), piperidin-N-yl (HL(b)), NH(2) (HL(c)), PhCH(2)NH (HL(d))] with Cu(PPh(3))(3)I in aqueous EtOH/CH(2)Cl(2) leads to mononuclear [Cu(PPh(3))(2)L-S,S'] complexes. Using copper(i) iodide instead of Cu(PPh(3))(3)I, polynuclear complexes [Cu(n)(L-S,S')(n)] were obtained. The structures of these compounds were investigated by ES-MS, elemental analyses, 1H and 31P NMR in solution, IR and 31P solid-state MAS NMR spectroscopy. In view of the growing interest for the synthesis of metal complexes and their interaction with DNA, we have synthesized and characterized two complexes containing ruthenium as metal center. The complexes are of the type [Ru(dppz)L4](ClO4)2 where L are biologically important ligands such as pyrazole and dimethylpyrazole. The characterization of these complexes is done by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, elemental analysis and mass spectroscopy. The interaction of these complexes with CT DNA was monitored and binding constants were determined using absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. The mode of binding was found to be intercalative for both complexes and was determined using hydrodynamic viscosity studies. The complexes were further studied for photocleavage studies with supercoiled plasmid pBR322 DNA. 相似文献

Two new cobalt(III) complexes of the Schiff base N,N′-disalicylidene-1,2-phenylendiimine dianion (salophen), trans- [CoIII(salophen)(ta)2]ClO4, (ta = thioacetamide) (1) and trans-[CoIII(salophen)(tb)2]ClO4, (tb = thiobenzamide) (2) were synthesized and characterized using single-crystal X-ray diffraction and spectroscopic techniques. Both complexes show solvatochromism in a variety of solvents. Complex (1) crystallized from CHCl3 as a solvate of orthorhombic symmetry, space group Pca21 with a = 17.3480(10) Å, b = 18.7522(10) Å, c = 18.8128(11) Å, α = β = γ = 90°, and Z = 8. The cobalt(III) center lies in a distorted octahedral environment. The crystal structure of (1) consists of two independent [CoIII(salophen)(ta)2]+ cations and ClO4 - anions held together essentially via hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. Complex (2), forming also a CHCl3 solvate, crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 14.710(3) Å, b = 13.506(3) Å, c = 18.595(4) Å, β = 100.295(4)°, and Z = 4. The geometry around cobalt(III) center is a distorted octahedron. The crystal structure of (2) contains a [CoIII(salophen)(tb)2]+ complex with a remarkably twisted salophen ligand. Three Co(III) complexes of the type [Co(salophen)(amine)2]ClO4, salophen=N,N′-disalicylidene-1,2-phenylendiamine dianion and amine=morpholine (1), pyrrolidine (2), and piperidine (3), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV–Vis, 1H, and 13C NMR spectroscopy. [Co(salophen)(morpholine)2]ClO4 (1) and [Co(salophen)(pyrrolidine)2]ClO4 (2) have been studied by X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in ribbons of complexes and perchlorates held together by weak NH⋯O and CH⋯O hydrogen bonds between morpholines and perchlorates. The latter also interconnect the chains to a 3D network. Some minor π–π interactions exist. Compound 2 crystallizes as endless chains of complexes linked by weak CH⋯O hydrogen bonds to the disordered perchlorates. The pyrrolidine moiety is turned by 90° with respect to 1 and forms intramolecular NH⋯O hydrogen bonds. The coordination polyhedra of 1 and 2 possess Cs symmetry, and the salophens are not planar in either of them. 相似文献
