Five new proton-ionizable macrocyclic ligands containing a pyrimidone-subcyclic unit, 6–10 , were prepared from the previously prepared pyrimidinocrown ethers 1–5 (see Figure 1 and Scheme 1). One of the new proton-ionizable crown ethers is chiral. The proton-ionizable pyrimidonocrown ethers were prepared in high yields by treating the appropriate methoxy-substituted pyrimidinocrown with 5 M sodium hydroxide in a 50% alcohol-water mixture. Complexation properties of four of the pyrimidine-derived macrocycles were studied by various nmr techniques. Pyrimidono-18-crown-6 (9) forms a strong complex with benzylammonium perchlorate and also forms a complex with benzylamine. (S, S)-Dimethyl-substituted pyrimidino- and pyrimidono-18-crown-6 ligands 4 and 9 form stronger complexes with the (R)-form of α-(1-naphthyl)ethylammonium perchlorate than with the (S)-form. (S, S)-Dimethyl-substituted pyrimidono-18-crown-6 ( 9 ) also forms a stronger complex with (R)-α-(1-naphthyl)ethylamine than with the (S)-form. 以3,6-二溴-2,7-二羟基萘为起始原料,经与2-溴-N-苯基乙酰胺醚化,再用硼氢化钠和三氟化硼乙醚还原得基于萘基块新型的开链冠醚,两步总收率为96%.利用单晶X衍射研究其结构,晶体为三斜晶系,P-1空间群,a=9.588(3),b=10.898(3),c=13.060(4),α=103.190(4)°,β=93.953(4)°,γ=115.622(5)°,V=1176.0(6)3,Z=2,Dc=1.571 g/cm3,λ=0.71075 nm,μ(Mo Kα)=3.472 mm-1,Mr=353.22,F(000)=560.在晶体结构中,分子中的一个N—H基团与另外一分子形成双分叉氢键N—H…Br和N—H…O,进而组装成二聚体.这些中心对称的二聚体进一步通过C—H…π相互作用叠加成二维层状结构平行于(110)面.  相似文献

合成并表征了质子化的N-(二茂钌基甲基)-1,4,7-三氮杂-9-冠-3(1)和N,N′,N″-三-(二茂钌基甲基)-1,4,7-三氮杂-9-冠-3(2).用X射线衍射法测定了化合物2的结构.化合物2的晶体属P21/a空间群.晶胞参数a=1.4285(3)nm,b=1.9888(3)nm,c=1.9133(3)nm;β=109.12(2)°;V=5.1358(1.0)nm3;Z=4.Dc=1.665g/cm3.1和2的核磁共振谱表明,化合物中取代Cp环上质子的共振吸收较二茂钌Cp环上质子的吸收向低场移动.这表明质子化的1,4,7-三氮杂-9冠-3对Cp环上质子具有去屏蔽作用.化合物2的电位扫描曲线在0.84V处出现一个氧化波.  相似文献

在冠醚与阳离子配位作用的热力学性质研究中,含苯并冠醚与金属离子配伍作用的能力低于母体冠醚[1].一般认为,这是由于苯环的吸电子效应降低了邻近二个供电氧原子的电荷密度所致,而很少注意引入亚甲基降低苯环的吸电子效应对冠醚配伍作用的影响.我们近来的研究表明,在较阶队骨格冠醚分子中引入额外的亚甲基,与母体冠醚相比,对于键和钠离子具有高度的选择性.这对于设计和合成具有高选择性的功能冠醚,可作为一个较有力的。具[2-4].为了进一步探索在给定供电氧原子的情况下,冠醚的扩环效应,我们研究了含二苯并冠醚(化合物I-m)…  相似文献

合成了四种双(N,N′-乙基,苯基)-2,3-萘-二(氧杂乙酰胺)(L=C30H30N2O4)稀土配合物。通过元素分析、红外光谱、差热-热重及摩尔电导值的分析,确定配合物的组成为[RE(pic)3L],RE=Eu(Ⅲ),Tb(Ⅲ),Ce(Ⅲ),Y(Ⅲ)。电化学实验表明:配体无电化学活性,配合物则呈现出一准可逆的氧化还原过程,在10~1000 mV.s-1扫速范围内配合物的氧化还原峰电流与扫描速度的平方根(ν1/2)呈良好的线性关系,表明其在玻碳电极(GCE)上的伏安行为受扩散控制。另外,通过循环伏安法、光谱法及粘度法研究了配合物与DNA的作用方式,结果表明:配合物均以插入方式与DNA作用,并且作用大小次序是Ce(pic)3L>Tb(pic)3L>Y(pic)3L>Eu(pic)3L。在pH=3.0适宜酸度条件下,建立了以Ce(pic)3L为探针定量测定DNA的分析方法。  相似文献

冠醚液晶出现至今仅十几年,由于其具有冠醚和液晶的各种性质而受到人们的关注[‘-‘1.我们在已有工作的基础上,设计合成了5种酸胺型冠醚液晶分子(4—8),其中3种分子(4-6)具有液晶性.合成路线如下:1结果与讨论合成样品4-8经IR、MS、‘HNMR和元素分析确证其结构.用DSC和Texture图测定了4-6的液晶性质,其结果见图1.化合物7、8无液晶性,分子长径比分别为5.8:I,满足一般律状向列液晶分子长径比的要求.当在其分子链中增加1个苯环(5、6)时,分子的刚性链比例增大,整个分子的刚性增加,则具有液晶性.双臂型冠醚液…  相似文献

The novel unique structures of bis-crown ethers were successfully synthesized from tri (propylene glycol) di-acrylate with amino- and aza-crown ethers through Michael addition. The crown ethers contained the primary and the secondary amine group such as 2-aminomethyl crown ethers, 4-aminobenzo crown ethers and 1-aza crown ethers. The newly synthesized bis-crown ethers were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass spectrum, respectively. The newly synthesized host compounds of bis-crown ethers showed complex ability with various sizes of alkali metal cations such as Na+, K+, Rb+ and Cs+. The complexation behavior was examined by 1H NMR spectroscopy and UV spectrometry.  相似文献

Pyrimidino-crown ethers were prepared in 30-50% yields by reactingthe ditosylate derivative of the appropriate oligoethylene glycol with4-methoxy-5-methyl-2,6-pyrimidinedimethanol under basic conditions. A newmacrocyclic ligand containing a proton-ionizable pyrimidone subcyclic unitwas prepared in 88% yield by treating the appropriatepyrimidino-crown ether with 5 M NaOH in 50% (v/v) aqueous methanol.Preliminary complexation properties of some of these new compounds werestudied using various NMR spectral techniques. A series of novel C2-symmetrical chiral bis(oxazoline) and bis(thiazoline) ligands containing noncyclic crown ether type was synthesized. Their structures were determined by IR spectra, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C NMR, and elemental analysis. The copper complexes of the above ligands were used in catalytic asymmetrical Henry reactions. Enantioselectivities up to 33% were observed. A small series of boron-dipyrromethene (BODIPY) dyes, characterized by the presence of multibranched fluorinated residues, were designed and synthesized. The dyes differ in both the position (para-perfluoroalkoxy-substituted phenyl ring or boron functionalization) and number of magnetically equivalent fluorine atoms (27 or 54 fluorine atoms per molecule). Photophysical and crystallographic characterization of the synthesized BODIPYs was carried out to evaluate the effect of the presence of highly fluorinated moieties on the optical and morphological properties of such compounds.  相似文献

Five novel chiral dinuclear Salen complexes M2L (M = Fe3+Cl-, Mn3+Cl-, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+) and Ba2+-crown ether complex H4BaL(ClO4)2 were synthesized. The complexes were synthesized by reaction between ligand 3(H4L) and corresponding metal salts (FeCl3, Mn(OAc)2·4H2O, Co(OAc)2·4H2O, Ni(OAc)2·4H2O, Cu(OAc)2·H2O, Ba(ClO4)2·2H2O). The chiral two discrete Salen ligand 3 was condensed from 3,3′-[Oxybis(2,l-ethanediyloxy)]bis(2-hydroxybenzaldehyde) and (R,R)-1,2-diamino-cyclohexane. The structure of complexes is two discrete Salen unit bridged with crown ether from two sides. We found that ligand 3 had three complex cites. The two N2O2 cavities can found complexes with d-metals (compound 4), while the O10 cavity can found complex with alkali metals and alkaline-earth metals (compound 5). The compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, 1H NMR, Mass-spectra, FT-IR, UV-Vis and CD spectra. The FT-IR, UV-Vis and CD spectra property of complexes were minutely analyzed.  相似文献

A novel series of benzo crown ether (dibenzo 18-crown-6 ether, benzo 18-crown-6 ether, and benzo 15-crown-5 ether) functionalized enamines derivatives from amino benzo crown ether (4-amino dibenzo 18-crown-6 ether, 4-amino benzo 18-crown-6 ether, 4-amino benzo 15-crown-5 ether) and substituted 3-(dimethylamino)-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one compounds have been synthesized. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, distortionless enhancement polarization transfer, and mass and elemental analysis techniques.
