The method of filtration through track membranes with different capillary diameters (50–2500 nm) is used to study the aggregation stability of dilute (10 mg/l) aqueous dispersions of craft lignin in NaCl and CaCl2 solutions (0–10−1 mol/l) at pH 9.5–2.0. It is shown that, in the absence of salts, the isolation of craft lignin on filters increases at decreasing pH, i.e., upon approaching the isoelectric point of craft lignin (pH 2.0). The addition of the salts enhances the efficiency of craft lignin rejection, which is higher in the case of CaCl2. The sizes of craft lignin aggregates in solutions of different compositions are determined from the obtained data.  相似文献

The electrocatalytic activity of a Prussian blue (PB) film on the aluminum electrode by taking advantage of the metallic palladium characteristic as an electron-transfer bridge (PB/Pd–Al) for electrooxidation of 2-methyl-3-hydroxy-4,5-bis (hydroxyl–methyl) pyridine (pyridoxine) is described. The catalytic activity of PB was explored in terms of FeIII [FeIII (CN)6]/FeIII [FeII (CN)6]1− system. The best mediated oxidation of pyridoxine (PN) on the PB/Pd–Al-modified electrode was achieved in 0.5 M KNO3 + 0.2 M potassium acetate of pH 6 at scan rate of 20 mV s−1. The mechanism and kinetics of the catalytic oxidation reaction of PN were monitored by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The results were explained using the theory of electrocatalytic reactions at chemically modified electrodes. The charge transfer-rate limiting reaction step is found to be a one-electron abstraction, whereas a two-electron charge transfer reaction is the overall oxidation reaction of PN by forming pyridoxal. The value of α, k, and D are 0.5, 1.2 × 102 M−1 s−1, and 1.4 × 10−5 cm2 s−1, respectively. Further examination of the modified electrodes shows that the modifying layers (PB) on the Pd–Al substrate have reproducible behavior and a high level of stability after posing it in the electrolyte or Pyridoxine solutions for a long time.  相似文献

Phase transition and thermal decomposition of hexadimethylsulfoxidealuminium chloride were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry (TG) and simultaneous differential thermal analysis (SDTA). The gaseous products of the decomposition were on-line identified by a quadrupole mass spectrometer (QMS). In the temperature range of 95–300 K, [Al(DMSO)6]Cl3 indicates one phase transition at T ch=244.96 K (on heating) and at T cc=220.87 K (on cooling). Large thermal hysteresis of the phase transition (∼24 K) indicates its first order character. Large value of transition entropy (ΔS≈40 J mol−1 K−1) suggests its configurational character. Thermal decomposition of the title compound proceeds in four main stages. In the first stage, which starts just above ca. 300 K, the compound loses two DMSO molecules per one formula unit and undergoes into [Al(DMSO)4]Cl3. In the second stage, the next three DMSO ligands are released and simultaneously decomposed. The third stage, which continues up to ca. 552 K, is connected with a loss of the last DMSO ligand and the formation of AlCl3. In the fourth stage AlCl3 reacts with carbon monoxide that originates from the decomposition of DMSO, and first aluminium oxychloride and next solid Al2O3 plus carbon are created.  相似文献

This work presents a nano-Al2O3 solid phase extraction technique for the determination of ultra-trace amounts of inorganic selenium species in aqueous systems using ion chromatography inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (IC-ICP-MS). In this experiment, the inorganic selenium species were successfully extracted on a nano-Al2O3 solid phase column and then quantitative eluted with a 100 mmol L−1 NaOH solution. Extraction conditions such as solvent identity, solvent concentration, solvent volume, solvent pH and salt addition were optimized. Under the optimum extraction conditions (elute solvent: 100 mmol L−1 NaOH, solvent volume: 4 mL, pH: 7.0), low detection limits (Se (IV): 6 ng L−1, Se (VI): 11 ng L−1; RSD<5.0%) and good linear range (0.5–100 ng mL−1, R2 > 0.999) were obtained for all of the analytes. Good spiked recoveries over the range of 80–98% were obtained by applying the proposed method on real environmental water samples. These results indicated that this method is very sensitive and reliable when monitoring trace levels of inorganic selenium species in aqueous samples.   相似文献

This paper describes the synthesis of ZrW2O8 by the use of an aqueous citrate-gel method in order to prepare a fine, pure and homogeneous oxide mixture suitable for ceramic processing. The thermal expansion coefficient thus obtained for α-ZrW2O8 is −10.6 × 10−6 °C−1 (50–125 °C) whereas for the β-ZrW2O8 a value of −3.2 × 10−6 °C−1 (200–300 °C) is obtained. The advantages of the use of a sol–gel method is expressed in the very homogeneous end-products. The paper describes crystallographic data, morphological structure and the thermal expansion properties of the ZrW2O8 material. Moreover, photoluminescence and photochromic properties specific to the precursor gel are described and analyzed. These effects support our views that the precursors show homogeneity up to nanometer level.  相似文献

A new type of oxide–salt composite electrolyte, yttrium doped ceria YDC–Ca3(PO4)2–K3PO4, was developed and demonstrated for its promising use for ammonia synthesis. Using this composite electrolyte, ammonia was synthesized from nitrogen and natural gas at atmospheric pressure in the solid-state proton conducting cell reactor, and the optimal condition for ammonia production was determined . The evolved rate of ammonia is up to 6.95×10−9 mol s−1 cm−2.  相似文献

Solubility product (Lu(OH)3(s)⇆Lu3++3OH) and first hydrolysis (Lu3++H2O⇆Lu(OH)2++H+) constants were determined for an initial lutetium concentration range from 3.72·10−5 mol·dm−3 to 2.09·10−3 mol·dm−3. Measurements were made in 2 mol·dm−3 NaClO4 ionic strength, under CO2-free conditions and temperature was controlled at 303 K. Solubility diagrams (pLuaq vs. pC H) were determined by means of a radiochemical method using 177Lu. The pC H for the beginning of precipitation and solubility product constant were determined from these diagrams and both the first hydrolysis and solubility product constants were calculated by fitting the diagrams to the solubility equation. The pC H values of precipitation increases inversely to [Lu3+]initial and the values for the first hydrolysis and solubility product constants were log10 β* Lu,H = −7.92±0.07 and log10 K*sp,Lu(OH)3 = −23.37±0.14. Individual solubility values for pC H range between the beginning of precipitation and 8.5 were S Lu3+ = 3.5·10−7 mol·dm−3, S Lu(OH)2+ = 6.2·10−7 mol·dm−3, and then total solubility was 9.7·10−7 mol·dm−3.  相似文献

It was found that nitrite anions are effective activators of hydrogen peroxide in the reaction with diethyl sulfide. The observed kinetics are consistent with the proposed intermediate formation of peroxynitrous acid (ONOOH). Liquid-phase reduction NO 3 using monometallic and bimetallic catalysts (5% Rh/Al2O3, 5% Rh-0.5% Cu/Al2O3, 5% Rh-1.5% Cu/Al2O3, 5% Rh-5% Cu/Al2O3 and a physical mixture of 5% Rh/Al2O3 and 1.5% Cu/Al2O3) was studied in a slurry reactor operating at atmospheric pressure. Kinetic measurements were performed for a low concentration of nitrate (0.4 × 10−3−3.2 × 10−3 mol dm−3) and the temperature range 293–313 K. From the experimental data, it was found that the reduction of nitrate is first order with respect to nitrate. A facile hydrothermal strategy was first proposed to synthesize flower-like Co(OH)2 hierarchical microspheres. Further physical characterizations revealed that the flower-like Co(OH)2 microspherical superstructures were self-assembled by one-dimension nanobelts with rich mesopores. Electrochemical performance of the flower-like Co(OH)2 hierarchical superstructures were investigated by cyclic voltammgoram, galvanostatic charge–discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in 3 M KOH aqueous electrolyte. Electrochemical data indicated that the flower-like Co(OH)2 superstructures delivered a specific capacitance of 434 F g−1 at 10 mA cm−2 (about 1.33 A g−1), and even kept it as high as 365 F g−1 at about 5.33 A g−1. Furthermore, the SC degradation of about 8% after 1,500 continuous charge–discharge cycles at 5.33 A g−1 demonstrates their good electrochemical stability at large current densities.  相似文献

Sorption behavior of 241Am (~10−9 M) on naturally occurring mineral pyrite (particle size: ≤70 μm) has been studied under varying conditions of pH (2–11), and ionic strength (0.01–1.0 M (NaClO4)). The effects of humic acid (2 mg/L), other complexing anions (1 × 10−4 M CO3 2−, SO4 2−, C2O4 2− and PO4 3−), di- and trivalent metal ions (1 × 10−3 M Mg2+, Ca2+ and Nd3+) on sorption behavior of Am3+ at a fixed ionic strength (I = 0.10 M (NaClO4)) have been studied. The sorption of 241Am on pyrite increased with pH from 2.8 (84%) to 8.1 (97%). The sorption of 241Am decreased with ionic strength at low pH values (2 ≤ pH ≤ 4), but was insensitive in the pH range of 4–10, suggesting the formation of outer-sphere complexes on pyrite surface at lower pH, and inner-sphere complexes at higher pH values. The sorption of 241Am increased in the presence of (i) humic acid (5 < pH < 7.5), and (ii) C2O4 2− (2 < pH < 3). By contrast, other complexing anions such as (carbonate, phosphate, and sulphate) showed negligible influence on 241Am sorption. The presence of Mg2+, Ca2+ ions showed marginal effect on the sorption profile of 241Am; while the presence of Nd3+ ion suppressed its sorption significantly under the conditions of present study. The sorption of 241Am on pyrite decreased with increased temperature indicating an exothermic process.  相似文献

A highly sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic method with fluorescence detection has been developed for determination of vitamin B1. Vitamin B1 was converted into a fluorescent compound by treatment with hydrogen peroxide–horseradish peroxidase and the derivative was subsequently analyzed by HPLC on a Waters Spherisorb ODS2 column (250 mm×4.6 mm ID, 5 μm) with 40:60 methanol–pH 8.5 acetate buffer solution as mobile phase and fluorescence detection at 440 nm (with excitation at 375 nm). The calibration graph was linear from 5.00×10−10 mol L−1 to 5.00×10−7 mol L−1 for vitamin B1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991 (n=9). The detection limit was 1.0×10−10 mol L−1. The method was successfully used for determination of vitamin B1 at pg mL−1 levels in microalgal fermentation media and seawater after solid-phase extraction. Recovery was from 89 to 110% and the relative standard deviation was in the range 1.1 to 4.3%.  相似文献

The complex impedance method in the temperature range of 291–660 K was used to study conductivity of oxofluoride BiO0.1F2.8 belonging to the tysonite structural type (LaF3). Bismuth oxofluoride was synthesized using a solid-phase method at 770–870 K for 1–2 h in an argon atmosphere. Heterovalent substitution of fluoride ions F by oxygen ions O2− in the anionic BiF3 matrix sublattice results in high ionic conductivity (∼0.1 S/cm at 660 K) of BiO0.1F2.8 ceramic samples.  相似文献

The interaction between tert-butyl chloride and activated aluminum was studied by attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy near room temperature (18–25°C). A long induction period of ∼240–260 min was observed. The ionic aluminum chloride complexes [Al n Cl3n+1] (n = 1, 2) and the molecular species AlCl3 were identified at the activated aluminum/tert-butyl chloride interface during the reaction. The formation of the ion in the AlCl4 ion in the liquid medium and the presence of the same ion and a molecular AlCl3-tert-butyl chloride complex in the resinous products of the reaction were confirmed by 27Al NMR spectroscopy. The reaction products were analyzed qualitatively by GC/MS. The reactivities of activated aluminum and anhydrous aluminum chloride toward tert-butyl chloride under the same conditions were compared. A distinctive feature of the interaction activated aluminum and tert-butyl chloride is the dominant formation of the AlCl4 ion. By contrast, the interaction between aluminum chloride and tert-butyl chloride yields the polynuclear ion Al2Cl7 and, likely, Al3Cl10.  相似文献

A method for the synthesis of the silver(I) complex with the closo-decaborate anion and triphenylphosphine [Ag2(Ph3P)2B10H10] n was developed and the structure of this complex was studied. The polymeric chain of the complex is formed with participation of Ag(I) atoms, which coordinate the B10H102− anions through the apical (B(1)–B(2), B(9)–B(10)) and equatorial (B(3)–B(6), B(5)–B(8)) edges, the metalligand bonding occurring through three-center two-electron bonds (MHB). The P atoms of two triphenylphosphine molecules are also incorporated in the inner coordination sphere of the metal: the CN of the silver atom is 4 + 1.  相似文献

Heteropoly acid (HPA) H8(PW11TiO39)2xH2O (I) is synthesized by three different ways and studied by chemical analysis, potentiometric titration, mass-spectrometry, IR, 31P, 183W, and 17O NMR spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, and transmission electron microscopy. Anion I consists of two subparticles of the Keggin structure bridged by Ti-O-Ti. The dimeric anion exists in HPA aqueous solutions at [I] > 0.02 M. At pH > 0.6 it splits to a [PW11TiO40]5− monomer stable up to pH ∼ 6. When heated (150–400)°C, I splits into H3PW12O40 and, apparently, H3PW10Ti2O38 without phase separation. Thermolysis products are soluble and when dissolved in water turn again into I. Complete decomposition of I to oxides occurs at ∼450°C.  相似文献

One multidentate ligand, 1,13-di-(1,10-phenanthroline-2-methylene)-1,4,7,10,13-pentaazatridecane(L), has been synthesized and characterized. The kinetics of hydrolysis of 2-hydroxypropyl-p-nitrophenyl phosphate (HPNP) and p-nitrophenyl phosphate (NPP) catalyzed by complexes of L with Zn2+ have been studied. Both Zn2L and Zn2LH−1 had the ability to catalysis a hydrolysis of HPNP and NPP, and the kinetics of hydrolysis of HPNP and NPP were examined in aqueous solution at 25.0 ± 0.1 °C, I = 0.1 mol dm−3 KNO3 at the pH range of 7.0–8.5, respectively. Kinetic studies showed that Zn2LH−1 was a more active species than Zn2L in the hydrolysis of HPNP and NPP. A new mechanism was proposed for the hydrolysis of HPNP and NPP catalyzed by Zn2L and Zn2LH−1.  相似文献

The electrolyses of solutions of bismuth oxide and tellurium oxide in nitric acid with molar ratios of Bi:Te=3:3–4:3 lead to cathodic deposits of films of bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3), an n-type semiconductor. Current densities of 2–5 mA/cm2 were applied. Voltammetric investigations showed that Bi2Te3 deposition occurred at potentials more negative than −0.125 V (Ag/AgCl, 3 M KCl). The deposit was identified as bismuth telluride (γ-phase) by X-ray analysis. Hall-effect measurements verified the n-type semiconducting behaviour. The films can be deposited in microstructures for thermoelectric microdevices like thermoelectric batteries or thermoelectric sensors.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigated three ligand systems, symmetric and asymmetric pyridyl-containing tridentate ligands (L1NH2 = (bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-amino)-ethylamine, L2H = (bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-amino)-acetic acid, L3NH2 = [(6-amino-hexyl)-pyridyl-2-methyl-amino]-acetic acid) as bifunctional chelating agents for labeling biomolecules. These ligands reacted with the precursor fac-[188Re(CO)3(H2O)3]+ and yielded the radioactive complexes fac-[188Re(CO)3L] (L = three ligands), which were identified by RP-HPLC. The corresponding stable rhenium tricarbonyl complexes (1–3) were allowed for macroscopic identification of the radiochemical compounds. 188Re tricarbonyl complexes, with log P o/w values ranging from −1.36 to −0.32, were obtained with yields of ≥90% using ligand concentrations within the 10−6−10−4M range. Challenge studies with cysteine and histidine revealed the high stability properties of these radioactive complexes, and biodistribution studies in normal mice indicated a fast rate of blood clearance and high rate of total radioactivity excretion, primarily through the renal-urinary pathway. In summary, these asymmetric and symmetric pyridyl-containing tridentate ligands are potent bifunctional chelators for the future biomolecules labeling of fac-[188Re(CO)3(H2O)3]+.  相似文献

Data obtained for the kinetics of oxidation of diethyl sulfide (Et2S) by hydrogen peroxide in aqueous solution catalyzed by boric acid indicate that monoperoxoborates B(O2H)(OH) 3 and diperoxoborates B(O2H)2(OH) 2 are the active species.
