This work was undertaken to evaluate whether it is possible to determine the variety of a Chinese wine on the basis of its volatile compounds, and to investigate if discrimination models could be developed with the experimental wines that could be used for the commercial ones. A headspace solid-phase microextraction gas chromatographic (HS-SPME-GC) procedure was used to determine the volatile compounds and a blind analysis based on Ac/Ais (peak area of volatile compound/peak area of internal standard) was carried out for statistical purposes. One way analysis of variance (ANOVA), principal component analysis (PCA) and stepwise linear discriminant analysis (SLDA) were used to process data and to develop discriminant models. Only 11 peaks enabled to differentiate and classify the experimental wines. SLDA allowed 100% recognition ability for three grape varieties, 100% prediction ability for Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Gernischt wines, but only 92.31% for Merlot wines. A more valid and robust way was to use the PCA scores to do the discriminant analysis. When we performed SLDA this way, 100% recognition ability and 100% prediction ability were obtained. At last, 11 peaks which selected by SLDA from raw analysis set had been identified. When we demonstrated the models using commercial wines, the models showed 100% recognition ability for the wines collected directly from winery and without ageing, but only 65% for the others. Therefore, the varietal factor was currently discredited as a differentiating parameter for commercial wines in China. Nevertheless, this method could be applied as a screening tool and as a complement to other methods for grape base liquors which do not need ageing and blending procedures.  相似文献

建立了香水中5种合成麝香的顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用分析方法。实验选用65 μm的聚二甲基硅氧烷-二乙烯基苯(PDMS-DVB)萃取纤维,在磁力搅拌600 r/min条件下,考察了萃取温度、平衡时间、萃取时间、解吸时间、进样口温度和盐效应6个方面对实验结果的影响。优化后的条件为: 10 mL顶空瓶中加入适量用水稀释过的样品,于60 ℃平衡3 min后,顶空萃取20 min,随即插入气相色谱进样口,于250 ℃解吸3 min进行定性、定量分析。5种合成麝香在0.05~1.00 μg/g范围内线性关系良好,检出限(LOD)为0.6~2.1 ng/g。空白样品在3个浓度加标水平下(0.05, 0.50, 1.00 μg/g)的回收率为82.0%~103.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.8%~9.4%。本方法简便、准确、快速、灵敏,适用于香水中合成麝香的分析检验工作。  相似文献

Odorous emissions from wastewater collection systems and treatment facilities affecting quality of life have given local populations reasons to complain for decades. In order to characterise the composition of such malodorous emissions, a method based on headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS) has been developed to determine a list of compounds belonging to different chemical families, which have been previously described as potentially responsible for odour complaints, in wastewater matrices. Some parameters affecting the chromatographic behaviour of the target compounds were studied (e.g. splitless time). Experimental conditions affecting the extraction process (temperature, time and salt content) were evaluated by applying a factorial design at two levels. Using a DVB/CAR/PDMS fibre and the optimised HS-SPME conditions, calibration curves were constructed with detection limits in the range of 0.003-0.6 μg L(-1). Recovery values higher than 70% and relative standard deviation values between 5 and 16% (n=5) were obtained for all compounds and found to be satisfactory. In wastewater samples, a decrease in the concentration of the analysed compounds through the different treatments was observed. Most of the target analytes were found in influent samples while only octanal and carvone were detected in samples from the plant effluent.  相似文献

A rapid and solvent-free method for the determination of eight volatile organic sulphur and two selenium compounds in different beverage samples using headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography with atomic emission detection has been developed. The bonded carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane fiber was the most suitable for preconcentrating the analytes from the headspace of the sample solution. Volumes of 20 mL of undiluted beer were used while, in the case of wines and spirits, sample:water ratios of 5:15 and 2:18, respectively, were used, in order to obtain the maximum sensitivity. Quantitation was carried out by using synthetic matrices of beer and wine, and a spiked sample for spirits, and using ethyl methyl sulphide and isopropyl disulphide as internal standards. Detection limits ranged from 8 ng L−1 to 40 ng mL−1, depending on the compound and the beverage sample analyzed, with a fiber time exposure of 20 min at ambient temperature. The optimized method was successfully applied to different samples, some of the studied compounds being detected at concentration levels in the 0.04–152 ng mL−1 range.  相似文献

The aroma profile of cocoa products was investigated by headspace solid-phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS). SPME fibers coated with 100 μm polydimethylsiloxane coating (PDMS), 65 μm polydimethylsiloxane/divinylbenzene coating (PDMS-DVB), 75 μm carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane coating (CAR-PDMS) and 50/30 μm divinylbenzene/carboxen on polydimethylsiloxane on a StableFlex fiber (DVB/CAR-PDMS) were evaluated. Several extraction times and temperature conditions were also tested to achieve optimum recovery. Suspensions of the samples in distilled water or in brine (25% NaCl in distilled water) were investigated to examine their effect on the composition of the headspace. The SPME fiber coated with 50/30 μm DVB/CAR-PDMS afforded the highest extraction efficiency, particularly when the samples were extracted at 60 °C for 15 min under dry conditions with toluene as an internal standard. Forty-five compounds were extracted and tentatively identified, most of which have previously been reported as odor-active compounds. The method developed allows sensitive and representative analysis of cocoa products with high reproducibility. Further research is ongoing to study chocolate making processes using this method for the quantitative analysis of volatile compounds contributing to the flavor/odor profile.  相似文献

建立了一种快速简便地测定酱油中挥发性风味成分的顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)-气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)。以2-辛醇为内标,考察了萃取头、萃取时间、离子强度、萃取温度对酱油样品中挥发性风味物质萃取的影响。该方法对酱油中常见挥发性风味成分的测定有良好的重复性和回收率,对常见挥发性物质的定量比较准确。优化的HS-SPME条件为:涂层厚度为85 μm聚丙烯酸酯(PA)萃取纤维头,于45 ℃、NaCl质量浓度为250 g/L下对酱油样品顶空吸附40 min,于250 ℃下解吸2 min后进行GC-MS分离鉴定。酱油样品的分析结果表明,其挥发性风味物质中含量较高的是醇、酸、酯和酚类,此外还有一些羰基化合物和杂环化合物。  相似文献

In this study, a simple and solvent-free method was developed for determination of the volatile compounds from fresh flowers of Syringa oblata using headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The SPME parameters were studied, the optimum conditions of a 65 μm polydimethylsiloxan/divinylbenezene (PDMS/DVB), extraction temperature of 25 °C and extraction time of 30 min were obtained and applied to extraction of the volatile compounds emitted from fresh flowers of S. oblata. The volatile compounds released from fresh flowers of S. oblata were separated and identified by GC-MS. Lilac aldehyde A, lilac aldehyde B, lilac aldehyde C, lilac aldehyde D, lilac alcohol A, lilac alcohol B, lilac alcohol C, lilac alcohol D, α-pinene, sabinene, β-pinene, myrcene, d-limonene, eucalyptol, cis-ocimene, benzaldehyde, terpinolene, linalool, benzene acetaldehyde, α-terpineol, p-methoxyanisole, p-anisaldehyde, (Z,E)-α-farnesene and (E,E)-α-farnesene were the most abundant volatiles released from fresh flowers of S. oblata var. alba. The relative contents of main volatile fragrance were found to be different in emissions from two varieties of S. oblata flowers (white or purple in color). The four isomers of lilac alcohol and four isomer lilac aldehyde were the characteristic components of the scent of fresh flowers of S. oblata. The main volatile fragrance from fresh flowers of S. oblata var. alba in different florescence ((A) flower buds; (B) at the early stage of flower blooming; (C) during the flower blooming; (D) at the end of flower blooming; (E) senescence) were studied in this paper. The results demonstrated that headspace SPME-GC-MS is a simple, rapid and solvent-free method suitable for analysis of volatile compounds emitted from fresh flowers of S. oblata in different florescence.  相似文献

This paper describes a rapid and solvent-free method, microwave-assisted headspace solid-phase microextraction (MA-HS-SPME), for the extraction of six commonly used synthetic polycyclic musks: galaxolide (HHCB), tonalide (AHTN), celestolide (ADBI), traseolide (ATII), cashmeran (DPMI) and phantolide (AHMI) from water samples prior to their determination using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The effects of various extraction parameters for the quantitative extraction of these analytes by MA-HS-SPME were systematically investigated and optimized. The analytes in a 20-mL water sample (in a 40-mL sample-vial containing 4 g of NaCl) were efficiently extracted by a polydimethylsiloxane-divinylbenzene (PDMS-DVB) fiber placed in the headspace when the system was microwave irradiated at 180 W for less than 4 min. The limits of detection (LODs) ranged from 0.05 to 0.1 ng/L, and the limits of quantification (LOQs) were less than 0.2 ng/L. A preliminary analysis of wastewater samples revealed that HHCB and AHTN were the two most commonly detected synthetic polycyclic musks; using a standard addition method, their concentration were determined to range from 1.2 to 37.3 ng/L with relative standard deviation (RSD) ranging from 2 to 6%. The determination of five volatile organochlorine compounds, VOX (chloroform, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, carbon tetrachloride, trichloroethene and tetrachloroethene) in raw landfill leachates and biologically cleansed leachates by GC-MS is investigated. Two extraction and preconcentration procedures were evaluated for recovery of such analies from the samples, including static headspace (HS) and solid phase microextraction by sampling the headspace above the sample (HS-SPME). Optimisation of operating parameters for the best performance of both, sampling and preconcentration techniques was described. Detection limits, time of analysis, precision and linear ranges of both introduction techniques have been established. Application of proposed methods to the determination of the five VOX under study in the above referred samples revealed the absence of such analytes in both leachates. Then both methods were applied to the determination to the five organochlorine compounds under study on spiked leachates samples. While HS-GC-MS offered better analytical precision than HS-SPME-GC-MS, this last technique gave a faster analytical response because no dilution must be done for a reliable VOX determination in landfill leachates. In any case, both sample introduction techniques tested provides excellent recoveries and good analytical precision (ranged from 1 to 3%).  相似文献

采用顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对八角茴香中风味物质进行了分析。选用自制聚丙烯酸树脂涂层,对样品量、萃取时间、萃取温度、解吸时间等参数进行了优化,结果表明0.10g样品在60℃水浴中顶空萃取40min,250℃下解吸2min达到最佳条件。比较了顶空固相微萃取与传统水蒸气蒸馏两种前处理方法,分析结果非常相似。该方法可用于快速分析八角茴香中的风味物质。  相似文献

为全面了解小米黄酒风味成分的构成和气味特征,优化了85μm聚丙烯酸酯(PA)、100μm聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)、75μm碳分子筛(CAR)/PDMS、50/30μm二乙烯基苯(DVB)/CAR/PDMS萃取头提取小米黄酒风味成分的条件,采用顶空固相微萃取(headspace solid phase microextraction,HS-SPME)-气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对风味成分进行定性、定量分析,并计算气味活性值(odor active value,OAV),同时利用OAV分析风味成分的气味特征和气味强度。结果显示:不同萃取头的最优萃取条件为样品量8 mL、萃取时间40 min、萃取温度60℃、NaCl添加量1.5 g。小米黄酒风味成分由醇、酯、含苯化合物、烃、酸、醛、酮、烯、酚和杂环类化合物构成,醇为主要风味成分。通过OAV确定了苯乙醇、苯乙烯、2-甲基萘、1-甲基萘、苯甲醛、苯乙醛、2-甲氧基-苯酚为小米黄酒气味特征成分,苯基乙醇、苯乙醛对气味贡献最大。PA和PDMS萃取头分别对极性和非极性化合物具有较好的吸附效果,CAR/PDMS和DVB/CAR/PDMS萃取头对中等极性化合物具有较好的吸附效果。该研究全面了解了小米黄酒风味成分的构成,为其产品开发及品质控制提供理论了依据。  相似文献

A method using headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) then gas chromatography–mass spectrometry with selected ion monitoring (GC–MS, SIM) has been developed for determination of trace amounts of the fungicides pyrimethanil and kresoxim-methyl in soil and humic materials. Both fungicides were extracted on to a fused-silica fibre coated with 85 m polyacrylate (PA). Response-surface methodology was used to optimise the experimental conditions. For soil samples the linear dynamic range of application was 0.004–1.000 g g–1 for pyrimethanil and 0.013–1.000 g g–1 for kresoxim-methyl. The detection limits were 0.001 g g–1 and 0.004 g g–1 for pyrimethanil and kresoxim-methyl, respectively. HP-SPME–GC–MS analysis was highly reproducible—relative standard deviations (RSD) were between 6.7 and 12.2%. The method was validated by analysis of spiked matrix samples and used to investigate the presence of pyrimethanil and kresoxim-methyl above the detection limits in soil and humic materials.  相似文献

Headspace solid‐phase microextraction coupled with cryotrap gas chromatography and mass spectrometry was applied to the analysis of volatile organic compounds in pleural effusions. The highly volatile organic compounds were separated successfully with high sensitivity by the employment of a cryotrap device, with the construction of a cold column head by freezing a segment of metal capillary with liquid nitrogen. A total of 76 volatile organic compounds were identified in 50 pleural effusion samples (20 malignant effusions and 30 benign effusions). Among them, 34 more volatile organic compounds were detected with the retention time less than 8 min, by comparing with the normal headspace solid‐phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry method. Furthermore, 24 volatile organic compounds with high occurrence frequency in pleural effusion samples, 18 of which with the retention time less than 8 min, were selected for the comparative analysis. The results of average peak area comparison and box‐plot analysis showed that except for cyclohexanone, 2‐ethyl‐1‐hexanol, and tetramethylbenzene, which have been reported as potential cancer biomarkers, cyclohexanol, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, n‐heptane, ethylbenzene, and xylene also had differential expression between malignant and benign effusions. Therefore, the proposed approach was valuable for the comprehensive characterization of volatile organic compounds in pleural effusions.  相似文献

基于固相微萃取-气相色谱(SPME-GC)建立了检测茶叶中氟虫腈及其代谢物(脱亚硫酰基氟虫腈、硫化氟虫腈、氟虫腈砜、酰胺氟虫腈)残留的分析方法。实验中采用85 μm聚丙烯酸酯(PA)萃取头,萃取温度为60 ℃,萃取缓冲体系的pH值为9。当添加水平为2~10 μg/kg时,回收率在71.2%~109.3%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.2%~7.1%之间。方法的检出限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别在0.3~1.2 μg/kg和1.0~4.0 μg/kg之间。对所建立的方法采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)进行确证,结果令人满意。本方法灵敏度、精密度和LOD均符合残留分析要求,具有快速、灵敏度高的特点,适合于茶叶中氟虫腈及其代谢物残留的痕量分析。  相似文献

A robotic method has been established for the determination of bromate in sea water and drinking deep-sea water. Bromate in water was converted into volatile derivative, which was measured with headspace solid-phase micro extraction and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (HS-SPME GC–MS). Derivatization reagent and the HS-SPME parameters (selection of fibre, extraction/derivatization temperature, heating time and; the morality of HCl) were optimized and selected. Under the established conditions, the detection and the quantification limits were 0.016 μg L−1 and 0.051 μg L−1, respectively, and the intra- and inter-day relative standard deviation was less than 7% at concentrations of 1.0 and 10.0 μg L−1. The calibration curve showed good linearity with r2 = 0.9998. The common ions Cl, NO3, SO42−, HPO42−, H2PO4, K+, Na+, NH4+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Ba2+, Mn4+, Mn2+, Fe3+ and Fe2+ did not interfere even when present in 1000-fold excess over the active species. The method was successfully applied to the determination of bromate in sea water and drinking deep-sea water.  相似文献

In this work an analytical procedure based on headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (HS-SPME–GC/MS) is proposed to determine chlorophenols with prior derivatization step to improve analyte volatility and therefore the decision limit (CCα). After optimization, the analytical procedure was applied to analyze river water samples. The following analytes are studied: 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP), 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TrCP), 2,3,4,6-tetrachlorophenol (2,4,6-TeCP) and pentachlorophenol (PCP). A D-optimal design is used to study the parameters affecting the HS-SPME process and the derivatization step. Four experimental factors at two levels and one factor at three levels were considered: (i) equilibrium/extraction temperature, (ii) extraction time, (iii) sample volume, (iv) agitation time and (v) equilibrium time. In addition two interactions between four of them were considered. The D-optimal design enables the reduction of the number of experiments from 48 to 18 while maintaining enough precision in the estimation of the effects. As every analysis took 1 h, the design is blocked in 2 days.  相似文献

采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱/质谱法(HS-SPME-GC/MS)分析了白肋烟烟叶中挥发性、半挥发性成分。20 mg烟粉在60℃条件下孵化8 min,采用聚二甲基硅氧烷/二乙烯基苯(PDMS/DVB)65 μm纤维头萃取40 min,然后在250℃解吸3 min,通过与标准品和质谱数据库进行比对,初步定性了白肋烟烟叶中122种挥发性、半挥发性成分,并采用内标法进行半定量分析。通过主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘-判别分析(PLS-DA)等化学计量学方法,直观反映了白肋烟烘焙前后挥发性、半挥发性成分的变化。该方法具有样品用量小、前处理简单、灵敏度高等特点,结合化学计量学方法可用于白肋烟烘焙前后化学成分变化分析,为白肋烟烘焙条件的优化提供了科学的检测方法。  相似文献

Chromatographic profiles obtained by headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography (GC) were processed as continuous and non-specific signals through multivariate analysis techniques in order to select and identify the most discriminate volatile marker compounds related to the geographical origin of extra virgin olive oils. The blind analysis of the chromatographic profiles was carried out on several steps including preliminary mathematical treatments, explorative analysis, feature selection and classification. The results obtained through the application of stepwise linear discriminant analysis (SLDA) method revealed a perfect discrimination between the different Spanish geographical regions considered (La Rioja, Andalusia and Catalonia). The assignment success rate was 100% in both classification and prediction by using cross validation procedure. In addition, it must be noted that the proposed strategy was able to verify the geographical origin of the samples involving only a reduced number of discriminate retention times selected by the stepwise procedure. This fact emphasizes the quality of the accurate results obtained and encourages the feasibility of similar procedures in olive oil quality and traceability studies. Finally, volatile compounds corresponding to the predictors retained were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for a chemical interpretation of their importance in quality virgin olive oils.  相似文献
