Two new complexes, trans-[MnL2(NCS)2] (1) and trans-[CoL2(H2O)(EtOH)](ClO4)2?·?H2O (2) with asymmetrical triaryltriazole ligands [L?=?3-(p-chlorophenyl)-4-(p-methylphenyl)-5-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole], have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, ESI-MS, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In the complexes each L adopts a chelating bidentate mode via the nitrogen of pyridyl and triazole. Both complexes have a similar distorted octahedral core with two NCS? ions in the trans position in 1, while one H2O and one EtOH are present in the axial sites in 2.  相似文献

The Rh1(diolefin)complexes [Rh(nbd)( 2 )][PF6] [Rh(1,5-cod)( 2 )][PF6], and [Rh((Z)-α -acetamidocinnamic acid)( 2 )][PF6] ( 2 = the chiral P,N-ligand (S)-1-[bis(p-methylphenyl)phospino]-2-[p-methoxybenzyl)amino]-3-methylbutane have been prepared and characterized. These complexes exit as a mixture of isomers arising from different five-membered-ring conformations and diastereoisomers due to both the prochiral nitrogen and olefin ligands. The three-dimensional solutions structures of these complexes have been studied with the specific aim of understanding how the chiral pocket is built. Aspects of the exchange dynamics and their possible relevance to homogeneous hydrogenation are discussed The solid-state structure for the nbd complex, [Rh(nbd)( 2 )][PF6], as well as detailed one- and two-dimensional 31P-, 13C-, and 1H-NMR results are presented.  相似文献

Synthesis and characterisation of (Z)-1-[2(triphenylstannyl)vinyl]-l-cyclododecanol, c-(CH2)11C(OH)CH=CHSnPh3, are reported, together with its halogenation by I2, Br2 and ICI to yield derivatives of the types c-(CH2)11C(OH)CH=CHSnPhs?nXn (n=1, 2; X=I, Br, Cl, respectively). The molecular structures of two compounds have been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The tin atom exhibits a distorted tetrahedral geometry in the crystal of (Z)-l-[2–(triphenylstannyI)vinyl]-l-cyclododecanol, but a trigonal bipyramidal geometry in the monoiodo-derivative (Z)-l-[2]-(diphenyliodo-stannyl)vinyl)-1-cyclododecanol and other derivatives, in which significant intramolecular coordinative interaction HO→Sn ia observed. And the formation of a five-membered tin containing ring is significant for their antitumour activities.  相似文献

Reactions of 3-methyl-6-[4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-piperazinyl]-2(3H)-benzoxazolone, 3-methyl-6-[4-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-1-piperazinyl]-2(3H)-benzothiazolone and 1,3-dimethyl-5-[4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-piperazinyl]-2(3H)-benzimidazolone with cis-{[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl) -2-(1H-imidazol-1-ylmethyl)]-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl}methyl meth-anesulfonate in the presence of sodium hydride furnish the title compounds.  相似文献

The complex fac-(η2-C60)(η2-dppe)Cr(CO)3 (dppe?=?1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane and C60?=?[60]fullerene) reacts with piperidine (pip) to produce fac-(η2-C60)(η1-pip)2Cr(CO)3. The reactions are first order with respect to [?fac-(η2-C60)(η2-dppe)Cr(CO)3] under flooding conditions where [pip]???[?fac-(η2-C60)(η2-dppe)Cr(CO)3]. The pseudo-first order rate constant values (k obsd) are [pip]-dependent. Curved (upward) plots of k obsd versus [pip] and linear plots of k obsd versus [pip]2 indicate that the piperidine-assisted dppe displacement from fac-(η2-C60) (η2-dppe)Cr(CO)3 is second order with respect to [pip]. The proposed mechanism involves a [60]fullerene-stabilized intermediate.  相似文献

Intramolecular substitutions leading to cyclizations with the ejection of chlorine have been noticed during mass spectral fragmentation of 4-chloro-3-(N-aryliminomethyl) (2H) benzopyrans and benzothiopyrans. Very interesting ortho effects involving intramolecular substitutions have also been observed in 6-methyl-4-diloro-3-[N-(2-methoxyphenyliminomethyl)] (2H) benzopyran and 6-methyl-4-chloro-3-[N-(2-chlorophenyliminomethyl)]-(2H) benzopyran. The proposed fragmentation mechanisms have been supported by the accurate mass measurements and linked scan studies.  相似文献

Two new palladium(II) complexes with 5-methyl-5-(4-pyridyl)-2,4-imidazolidenedione(mpyh) were synthesized: cis-[Pd(mpyh)2Cl2]·H2O and cis-[Pd(mpyh)2Br2]·2H2O. The molecular formulae of the complexes were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR spectra and DTA study. The ligand is coordinated to the palladium ion with N-atom of the pyridine ring. The spectroscopic data indicate a square planar geometry with two N-pyridine atoms and two halogene anions in cis position. The final product of the thermal decomposition of cis-[Pd(mpyh)2Cl2]·H2O is metallic Pd, whereas for cis-[Pd(mpyh)2Br2]·2H2O the residue consists of metallic Pd and C. The cytotoxic effects of the complexes were examined in vitro on some human tumor cell lines. The cis-[Pd(mpyh)2Cl2]·H2O proved to be more active as compared to the cis-[Pd(mpyh)2Br2]·2H2O.  相似文献

The ligands 2-(allyl)pyridine(APy), and 2-(1-methallyl)pyridine (1-MAPy) react with [Pt2X4(PEt3)2] (X = Cl or Br), in acetone solution to give complexes of the type [PtX(PEt3)L] [PtX3(PEt3)], (L = APy or 1-MAPy), which contain a bidentate 2-(alkenyl)pyridine, whereas the same reaction in benzene solution gives trans-[PtBr2(PEt3)L], (L = APy or 1-MAPy), which contains a monodentate 2-(alkenyl)pyridine; 1H NMR spectra indicate that both types of product undergo olefin exchange in solution. The same reaction with 2-(3-methallyl)-pyridine [2-(2-butenyl)pyridine] (3-MAPy), 2-(3,3-dimethylallyl)pyridine [2-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)pyridine] (3,3-DMAPy), and 2-(3-butenyl)pyridine (BPy), in either acetone or benzene solution, gives only trans-[PtBr2(PEt3)L]. The reaction of trans-[PtBr2(PEt3)L] (L = APy or 3-MAPy) with AgClO4 gives [PtBr(PEt3)L]ClO4. Complexes of the type [PtCl2L], which contain bidentate 2-(alkenyl)pyridines, result on reaction of L = APy, 3-MAPy, 3,3-DMAPy, BPy, MBPy with [Pt2Cl4(C2H4)2].  相似文献

Summary NiII and CuII complexes of 2-acetylpyridine 4 N-(2-methylpyridinyl)-, 4 N-(2-ethylpyridinyl)- and 4 N-methyl(2-ethylpyridinyl) thiosemicarbazones (HL4pam, HL4pae, and HL4Mpae, respectively) of general formula [M(HL)X2] have been isolated from boiling EtOH and characterized by physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods. The growth inhibition activities of the thiosemicarbazones and their complexes were measured against Aspergillus nicer and Paecilomyces variotii.  相似文献

Nine new cobalt(II) compounds, trans-[Co(LPAQ)2(Py)2] (1), trans-[Co(LPAQ)2(3-MePy)2] (2), trans-[Co(LMeAQ)2(Py)2] (3), trans-[Co(LOMeAQ)2(Py)2] (4), trans-[Co(LOEtAQ)2(Py)2]·2(H2O) (5), trans-[Co(LCAQ)2(Py)2] (6), trans-[Co(LBAQ)2(Py)2] (7), cis-[Co(LBAQ)2(3-MePy)2] (8a) and trans-[Co(LBAQ)2(3-MePy)2]·2(3-MePy) (8b) (primary ligand: LXAQ?=?substituted 5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-olate; secondary ligands: Py?=?pyridine, 3-MePy = 3-methylpyridine), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-vis spectroscopy. Magnetic measurements of the cobalt compounds were performed in solution by 1H NMR spectroscopy using the Evans’ method while their redox properties were studied by cyclic voltammetry. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of the compounds revealed their octahedral geometries and trans configuration, except for 8a, which has a cis configuration. Intermolecular noncovalent interactions were detected, π···π interactions in 5, C?–?H···π interactions in 2 and C?–?H···π edge-to-face (T-shaped) arrangements in 3, 4, 6, and 7.  相似文献

This study describes a convenient protocol for the synthesis of (2S)-tert-butyl 2-(2-bromopropanamido)-5-oxo-5-(tritylamino)pentanoate, which can serve as an appropriate precursor of (2S)-5-amino-2-(2-[18F]fluoropropanamido)-5-oxopentanoic acid (N-(2-[18F]fluoropropionyl)-L-glutamine, [18F]FPGLN) for tumor positron emission tomography imaging. Five-step synthesis starting from L-glutamine provided the desired precursor with high yields. In addition, a simple method for the preparation of [18F]FPGLN from this easily available precursor was developed using a two-step 18F-labeling strategy.  相似文献

A new ligand, 3-methyl-4-(p-bromophenyl)-5-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole (L) and its complexes, trans-[CuL2(ClO4)2] (1) and cis-[CoL2(H2O)2](ClO4)2·H2O·CH3OH (2), have been synthesized and characterized by UV, IR, electrospray ionization mass spectrum, elemental analyses, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. In the structure, two L ligands are stabilized by intermolecular π···π interactions between the triazole rings. In the complexes, each L ligand adopts a chelating bidentate mode through N atom of pyridyl group and one N atom of the triazole. Both complexes have a similar distorted octahedral [MN4O2] core (M = Cu2+ and Co2+) with two ClO4 ions in the trans position in 1 but two H2O molecules in the cis arrangement in 2.  相似文献

The reaction of Mn(OAc)2 · 4H2O and 1-alkyl-2-(arylazo)imidazole [RaaiR′ where R = H (a), Me (b); R′ = Me (1/3/), Et (2/4/)] and NH4NCS in MeOH in a 1:2:2 mole ratio afforded [Mn(RaaiR′)2(NCS)2] (3) and (4) complexes. They were characterized by different physicochemical methods and the structure has been confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction study for title compound. 2-(Methyl)-4-(arylazo)imidazole (RLH) (1, 2) are new series of azoimidazoles. Upon treatment of alkylhalide in dry THF in presence of NaH has synthesised 1-alkyl-2-(methyl)-4-(arylazo)imidazole (RLR′) (3, 4). They belong to the azoimine family of N,N′-chelating ligand. They stabilize the Cu(I) oxidation state and we have synthesized [Cu(RLR′)2](ClO4) (5, 6). These complexes show a moderately intense visible band (500–600 nm) which has been assigned to 3d(Cu) → π*(ligand) transition. Ag(I) complexes of RLR′ (7, 8) are also very stable under ambient conditions and show weak transitions in the visible region. The Cu(I)-complexes show high potential Cu(II)/Cu(I) redox couple > 0.4 V vs Ag, AgCl/Cl reference electrode. All these complexes have been structurally characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopic data.  相似文献

Six new organotin(IV) carboxylates, [Me2SnL2] (1), [n-Bu2SnL2] (2), [n-Oct2SnL2] (3), [Me3SnL] (4), [n-Bu3SnL] (5) and [Ph3SnL] (6), where L = 3-(4-ethoxyphenyl)-2-methylacrylate, have been synthesized and characterized by FT-IR, NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. The synthesized compounds were tested for in vitro antibacterial and antifungal activities. The complexes 4–6 demonstrated higher activity than the complexes 1–3. UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy indicated that the ligand and its complexes interacted with DNA via partial intercalation as well as minor groove binding.

Treatment of 4-(1-adamantyl)-1,2,3-thiadiazole with potassium tert-butoxide generated potassium 2-(1-adamantyl)ethynethiolate which reacted with aromatic carboxylic acid chlorides to give unstable S-[2-(1-adamantyl)ethynyl] arenecarbothioates whose acid hydrolysis afforded S-[2-(1-adamantyl)-2-oxoethyl] arenecarbothioates. The latter reacted with ammonium acetate in acetic acid yielding 4-(1-adamantyl)-2-aryl-1,3-thiadiazoles. Reactions of 4-(1-adamantyl)-2-(4-chloro-3-nitrophenyl)-1,3-thiadiazole with cyclic secondary amines gave the corresponding products of nucleophilic replacement of the chlorine atom in the aromatic ring.  相似文献

The syntheses of 4-(benzo[b]furan-3-yl)piperidines, 4-(benzo[b]furan-2-yl)piperidines and 4-(benzo[b]thiophen-3-yl)piperidines with 5-HT2 antagonist activity are described. Reaction of 1-acetyl-4-(2,4-difluorobenzo-yl)piperidine 2 with methyl glycolate gave methyl 6-fluoro-3-(1-acetylpiperidin-4-yl)benzo[b]furan-2-carboxylate 3 , which was converted to 2-[2-[4-(benzo[b]furan-3-yi)piperidin-1-yl]ethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo-[4,3-a]pyridin-3(2H)-one hydrochloride 9 . Analogous benzo[b]furans 17a-d and benzo[b]thiophenes 10a,b and 18a were prepared by a similar method. Cyclization of 4-fluoro-2-(4-pyridinylmethoxy)acetophenones 20a,b afforded 4-(benzo[b]furan-2-yl)pyridines 21a,b , which were converted to 2-[2-[4-(benzo[b]furan-2-yl)-piperidin-1-yl]ethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3(2H)-one hydrochlorides 24a,b. Among them, benzo[b]furans 9 and 17a,d and benzo[b]thiophenes 10 and 18a showed potent 5-HT2 antagonist activity in vitro.  相似文献

Reaction of 3-(Dimethylamino)-2H-azirines with 1,3-Oxazolidine-2-thione to 3-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-2- thiohydantoins The reaction of 3-(dimethylamino)-2H-azirines 1 and 1,3-oxazolidine-2-thione ( 6 ), in MeCN at room temperature, yields, after hydrolytic workup, 3-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-thiohydantoins 7 (Scheme 2). In the case of the spirocyclic 1c , crystallization of the crude reaction mixture leads to spiro [cyclopentane-1, 7′(7′aH)-imidazo [4, 3-b] oxazole] -5′-thione 8c . Reactions of allyl and 2-(vinyloxy)ethyl isothiocyanates with alyylmagnesium bromide (THF-Et2O, 20-30°C, 1-3 h) after hydrolysis or alkylation of adducts afforded respectively N-allyl- and N-[2-(vinyloxy)ethyl]-3-butenethioamides or N-allyl- and N-[2-(vinyloxy)ethyl]-1-(methylmercapto)-3-buten-1-imines. The reaction carried out in ethyl ether yielded instead of Nt-allyl-3-butenethioamide its isomer N-allyl-2-butenethioamide that cleanly isomerized in the system KOH-DMSOH2O into N-(1-propenyl)-2-butenethioamide. N-[2-(vinyloxy)ethyl]-3-butenethioamide suffers a prototropic rearrangement into N-[2-(vinyloxy)ethyl]-2-butenethioamide only in the system  相似文献
