Tris[o-mercaptophenolato]vanadium(IV) dimer complexes (A)2[V(mp)3NaLL']2 (A = Ph4P+, H2mp = o-mercaptophenol, L = MeCN, L'=EtOH, (1); L' = MeOH, (2)) were prepared by the reaction of anhydrous VC13, and Na2mp in the molar ratio 1:3. Complex (3) (A = Et4N+, L=L' = MeOH) was prepared by the reaction of VC13, Na2mp and Li2S in the molar ratio 1:2:1. The complexes were characterized by X-ray diffraction crystallography, infrared spectra, magnetic susceptibility, and cyclic voltammetric measurements. Complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with a=12.813(6), b = 14.199(4), c = 12.790(5) Å, α = 112.72(2), β = 104.24(4). γ = 88.68(4)°, V = 2073.6 Å3, and Z=1. The structure was refined to R=0.058. Complex 3 crystallizes in the mono-clinic space group P21/n with a=12.359(3), b=17.452(6), c=14.829(13) Å, βequals;96.51(5)°, V=3177.8 Å3, and Z=2. The final R factor is 0.067. Both of the anions of 2 and 3 contain two [V(mp)3]2? fragments linked by sodium ions through the μ3-O bridges with a crystallographic center of symmetry. The V(IV) atom is in a coordination environment intermediate between a trigonal prism and an ideal octahedron.  相似文献

Alkoxo Compounds of Iron(III): Syntheses and Characterization of [Fe2(OtBu)6], [Fe2Cl2(OtBu)4], [Fe2Cl4(OtBu)2] and [N(nBu)4]2[Fe6OCl6(OMe)12] The reaction of iron(III)chloride in diethylether with sodium tert‐butylat yielded the homoleptic dimeric tert‐‐butoxide Fe2(OtBu)6 ( 1 ). The chloro‐derivatives [Fe2Cl2(OtBu)4] ( 2 ), and [Fe2Cl4(OtBu)2] ( 3 ) could be synthesized by ligand exchange between 1 and iron(III)chloride. Each of the molecules 1 , 2 , and 3 consists of two edge‐sharing tetrahedrons, with two tert‐butoxo‐groups as μ2‐bridging ligands. For the synthesis of the alkoxides 1 , 2 , and 3 diethylether plays an important role. In the first step the dietherate of iron(III)chloride FeCl3(OEt2)2 ( 4 ) is formed. The reaction of iron(III)chloride with tetrabutylammonium methoxide in methanol results in the formation of a tetrabutylammonium methoxo‐chloro‐oxo‐hexairon cluster [N(nBu)4]2[Fe6OCl6(OMe)12] ( 5 ). K2Fe[P2S6] was synthesized from the elements at 1173 K in sealed quartz tubes. The compound forms transparent orange crystals, stable against air and moisture. K2Fe[P2S6] crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n (No. 14), with cell dimensions (T = 298.5 K) a = 6.0622(4), b = 12.172(1) and c = 7.3787(8) Å, β = 101.113(7)°, Z = 2. The novel structure type (mP22) is characterized by columns of alternating face-sharing S6 octahedra and trigonal antiprisms (both distorted) parallel to the a axis, which are interconnected by inserted K+ (CN 10; {2,6,2}-polyhedra; d(K? S) = 3.231 ? 3.845 Å). The S6 polyhedra of the columns are centered alternately by Fe (d?(Fe? S) = 2.577 Å) and P2 pairs which are inclined to the a axis by 73.4°. The bond lengths in the hexathiodiphosphate(IV) anions, [P2S6]4?, with approximate 3 2/m – D3d symmetry, are d?(P? P) = 2.20 and d?(P? S) = 2.02 Å. The compound is paramagnetic above TN = 28 K with μ = 4.69 B.M. and orders antiferromagnetically below TN. The internal modes of the observed Raman and FIR spectra of K2Fe[P2S6] are in accord with the factor group analysis, and the spectra are assigned on the basis of [P2S6]4? units, taking into account the deviation from D3d symmetry.  相似文献

It is built up from isolated octahedral [CrF5·OH2]2? anions separated by potassium cations. The dehydration of K2[CrF5·H2O] leads to anhydrous orthorhombic K2CrF5: a = 7.334(2) Å, b = 12.804(4) Å, c = 20.151(5) Å, Z = 16, space group Pbcn (no 60), isostructural with K2FeF5.  相似文献

Ca2[BN2]H was synthesized from a mixture of the binary components Ca3N2, CaH2 and BN (molar ratio 1 : 1 : 2) in a sealed steel ampoule encapsulated in an evacuated silica tube at 1273 K. Ca2[BN2]H crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma (no. 62) with a = 9.2015(8)Å, b = 3.6676(2)Å and c = 9.9874(12)Å (Z = 4; Pearson symbol oP24). The crystal structure is a filled variant of the Co2P type and can be formulated as Co2P(□t)3(□py)3 ≡ Ca2[N—B—N]H(□t)2(□py)3 (□t and □py = tetrahedral and square‐pyramidal hole, respectively). The d(B—N) bond lengths and bond angle for the linear [N—B—N]3— anion are: d(B—N1) = 1.324(3)Å, d(B—N2) = 1.350(2)Å and ∠N—B—N = 177.2(2)°. The vibrational spectra of Ca2[BN2]H confirm the presence of [N—B—N]3— groups deviating only slightly from the ideal Dh symmetry. The vibrational frequencies and the ?(B—N) force constants are discussed and compared with those of the isotypic compound Ca2[BN2]F.  相似文献

Complex Co4mp4(Hmp)(PBu 3 n )3 (1) (H2mp=o-Mercaptophenol) was obtained from the reaction of CoCl2 and H2mp in the presence of PBu n 3 and NaOMe with restricted oxidation. X-ray crystallographic data: triclinic, space group ,a=15.657(5) Å,b=20.469(8) Å,c=12.383(3) Å,=93.59(3)°, =112.45(2)°, =93.65(3)°,V=3648.7 Å3,Z=2,D c =1.33 g/cm3;R=0.065. The molecule consists of four cobalt atoms unsymmetrically bridged by S or S and O atoms from four of the five mp ligands. The fifth mp is terminally chelated to Co(4) which is in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, while Co(1)-Co(3) are square pyramidal. Atom Co(2) is bonded to Co(1) and Co(3) (average distance 2.632 Å) with strong interactions while Co(4) is only loosely connected to Co(1) (3.402 Å) and Co(3) (2.956 Å) through oxygen bridges and a hydrogen bond. The different coordination environments O2S2P, S4P, and O4S of the cobalt atoms make the molecule highly asymmetrical. XPS fitting data confirm the difference of the Co atoms. FABMS data indicate the possible fragmentation routes. The complex is paramagnetic with eff=5.2 B.  相似文献

Two CoII complexes, Co(phen)(HL)2 ( 1 ) and [Co2(phen)2(H2O)4L2]·H2O ( 2 ) (H2L = HOOC‐(CH2)5‐COOH), were synthesized and structurally characterized on the basis of single crystal X‐ray diffraction data. In complex 1 the Co atoms are tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and two O atoms of different hydrogenpimelato ligands. Through π—π stacking interactions between carboxyl group and phen ligand, the complex molecules are assembled into 1D columnar chains, which are connected by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Complex 2 consists of the centrosymmetric dinuclear [Co2(phen)2(H2O)4L2] molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The Co atoms are each octahedrally surrounded by two N atoms of one phen ligand and four O atoms from two bis‐monodentate pimelato ligands and two H2O molecules at the trans positions. The results about thermal analyses, which were performed in flowing N2 atmosphere, on both complexes were discussed. The crystal structures of Co3[Co(CN)6]2, 12 H2O (a, = 10.210 ± 0.005 Å) and Cd3[Co(CN)6]2, 12 H2O (a = 10.590 ± 0.005 Å) have been determined by X-ray powder methods. According to the measured density the unit cell contains 1 1/3 formula units with 4 Co2+ (Cd2+) in 4a, 2 2/3 Co3+ in 4b, 16 C and 16 N in 24e, 8 H2OI near 24e, (96k) and 8 H2OII near 8 c (192 l). Structure factor calculations based on the space group Oh5 - F m 3 m lead to the following final values of the reliability index R: 0.038 (Co3[Co(CN)6]2, 12 H2O) and 0.037 (Cd3[Co(CN)6]2, 12 H2O). The interatomic distances for the cobaltous compound (in parentheses for the cadmium compound) are: Co3+-C: 1.88 Å (1.89); C-N: 1.15 Å (1.17); Co2+-N: 2.08 Å (2.24); Co2+-OI: 2.10 Å (2.27); shortest OI-H-OII-bonds: 2.89 Å (2.82). Co3+ is octahedrally coordinated by six carbon atoms, the divalent metal ion by four nitrogen atoms and two water molecules. The two different metal ions are connected by M2+-N-C-Co3-bonds to a threedimensional network. The infrared and electronic spectra are shown to be in agreement with the results of the structure analyses of these compounds. The observed positions of the OH-stretching vibrations lead to a hydrogenbond-length of 2.8–2.95 Å.  相似文献

A variety of [Ru(CO)2L(η4enone)] complexes (L = phosphines, phosphites, and arsines, enone = (E)-4-phenylbut-3-en-2-one) have been synthesized. 1H-, 13C-, and 31P-NMR spectra are reported and the X-ray structures of two Ru complexes with L ? Ph3P(7), Et3P ( 10 ) and one Fe complex with L ? Ph3P ( 14 ) are presented. All three compounds crystallize in the same monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 10.575(2) Å, b =9.213(2) Å, and c = 27.608(5) Å, β = 100.04(2)°, Z = 4 for 7 , a = 10.276(3) Å, b = 12.935(3) Å, and c = 14.854(2) Å, β = 96.96(2)°, Z = 4 for 10 , and a = 10.492(2) Å, b = 9.232(3) Å, and c = 27.129(3) Å, β = 98.67(2)°, Z = 4 for 14 . The structures of the Ru complexes are compared with the Fe analogues. In the case of M ? Ru and L ? (EtO)3P, (MeO)3P, and (i-PrO)3P ( 9 , 11 , and 13 , respectively) stereoisomers could be detected by 31P-NMR at room temperature, wich arise from rotation at the coordinated metal centre.  相似文献

The structure, spectroscopic, and electrochemical properties of [Co{(Me-sal)2dien}(N3)] and [Co{(Me-sal)2dpt}(N3)], where (Me-sal)2dien = 2,2′-[1,1′-(3-azapentane-1,5-diyldinitrilo)diethylidyne] diphenolate and (Me-sal)2dpt = 2,2′-[1,1′-(4-azapentane-1,7-diyldinitrilo)diethylidyne] diphenolate, have been investigated. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV–Vis, and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of these complexes have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1, with a = 7.8443(4) Å, b = 11.0660(5) Å, c = 11.6216(6) Å, α = 73.360(1)°, β = 76.965(1)°, γ = 84.436(1)° and Z = 2. Complex 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, with a = 12.1985(13) Å, b = 10.9332(12) Å, c = 15.2808(16) Å, β = 76.965(1)° and Z = 4. The coordination geometry around cobalt(III) in both complexes is a distorted octahedron. The electrochemical reduction of these complexes at a glassy carbon electrode in acetonitrile indicates that the first reduction corresponding to CoIII–CoII is electrochemically irreversible, accompanied by dissociation of the axial Co–N(N3) bond. The second reduction step of Co(II/I) leads to decomposition of the complex. These observations are rationalized based on the structure-function relations.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [(C5H4BMe2)2Fe]‐4,4′‐bipyridine [ 2 · bipy]n has been determined by the method of simulated annealing from high resolution X‐ray powder diffraction at room temperature. The compound is of interest, because it proves that highly ordered organometallic macromolecules can be formed in the solid state via the self‐assembly of N–B‐donor‐acceptor bonds. [ 2 · bipy]n crystallizes in the triclinic space group, P 1, Z = 2, with unit cell parameters of a = 8.3366(2) Å, b = 11.4378(3) Å, c = 12.6740(5) Å, α = 112.065(2)°, β = 108.979(1)°, γ = 90.551(2)°, and V = 1047.06(6) Å3. For the structure solution of [ 2 · bipy]n 11 degrees of freedom (3 translational, 3 orientational, 5 torsion angles) were determined within several hours, demonstrating that the crystal packing and the molecular conformation of medium sized (< 50 non‐hydrogen atoms) coordination compounds can nowadays be solved routinely from high resolution powder diffraction data.  相似文献

In the octahedrally coordinated complexes two cis coordination sites – essential for catechol binding – are occupied by chloride ligands. The significant intradiol cleaving catechol dioxygenase activity of the model complexes was examined using 3,5‐di‐tert‐butylcatechol as a substrate.  相似文献

K2Mn[P2S6] is isotypic to K2Fe[P2S6], being the second member of this structure type. The internal modes of the observed Raman and FIR/IR spectra of K2Mn[P2S6] are in accord with the factor group analysis, and the fundamentals are assigned on the basis of [P2S6]4? units, taking into account the deviation of the D3d symmetry.  相似文献

(HgBr2)3(As4S4)2 is obtained by high temperature reaction of stoichiometric amounts of HgBr2 and As4S4. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with the lattice constants a = 9.593(5) Å, b = 11.395(5) Å, c = 13.402(5) Å, β = 107.27(3)°, V = 1399(1) Å3, and Z = 2. The crystal structure consists of molecular units built from two undistorted As4S4 cages which are coordinated weakly by three almost linear HgBr2 units. Raman spectra clearly indicate minor bonding interactions between HgBr2 and As4S4.  相似文献

Three new oxo‐centered trinuclear mixed‐bridged carboxylate complexes with terminal unsaturated ligands ([M2M′(μ3‐O)(μ‐O2C3H3)5(μ‐O4C6H7)(O2C3H3) (H2O)2]·2H2O [M = Fe, M′ = Fe ( 1 ); M = Fe, M′ = Cr ( 2 ); M = Cr, M′ = Fe ( 3 )]) have been synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analyses, IR spectra and crystal structure analyses. The compounds crystallize isotypically in the orthorhombic space group type Pbcn with a = 24.622(3) Å, b = 16.304(2) Å, c = 17.491(2) Å, V = 7021.5(15) Å3 ( 1 ), a = 24.708(5) Å, b = 16.290(2) Å, c = 17.394(2) Å, V = 7001.0(18) Å3 ( 2 ), a = 24.611(4) Å, b = 16.300(3) Å, c = 17.359(3) Å, V = 6964(2) Å3 ( 3 ), and Z = 8. The infrared spectra show resolved bands arising from νasym(OCO) and νsym(OCO) vibrations of monodentate and bridging carboxylate ligands along with those of νasym(M2M′O) vibrations in the complexes.  相似文献

C–H-Activation: Syntheses and Properties of Acetonato( C )-acidophthalocyaninato(2–)metallates(III) of Rhodium and Iridium; Crystal Structure of Tetra(n-butyl)ammonium Acetonato( C )azidophthalocyaninato(2–)iridate(III) Phthalocyaninato(2–)metallate(I) of rhodium and iridium reacts with carbonyl substrates like acetone or acetylacetone and halides or pseudohalides forming acetonato(C)- or acetylacetonato(C)acidophthalocyaninato(2–)metallates(III), that are isolated as tetra(n-butyl)ammonium complex salts (nBu4N)[M(R)(X)pc2–] (M = Rh, Ir; R = aC, acaC; X = Cl, I, N3, SCN/NCS). (nBu4N)[Ir(aC)(N3)pc2–] · 0,25(C2H5)2O · 0,5 CH2Cl2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with cell parameters a = 16.267(8) Å, b = 17.938(3) Å, c = 18.335(4) Å, α = 74.77(2)°, β = 73.73(3)°, γ = 84.25(3)°, V = 4954(3) Å3, Z = 4. There are two crystallographically independent anions, differing by the orientation of the azido ligand either towards an isoindole group or a Naza bridge of the phthalocyaninate, while the σ-C bonded acetonate is always oriented towards an isoindole group (gauche and ecliptical configuration). The Ir–C distances are 2.12(1) and 2.14(1) Å. Due to the trans influence of the acetonate-C atom the Ir-azide-N distances of 2.22(1)/2.24(1) Å are longer than expected. The electrochemical properties and the optical, vibrational, and 1H-NMR spectra are discussed.  相似文献
