The direct electrosynthesis of Cu, Cd and Zn complexes of the anti-inflammatory drugs piroxicam (4-hydroxy-2-methyl-N-(2-pyridyl)-2H-1,2-benzothiazine-3-carboxamide-1,1,-dioxide=H-pir) and isoxicam (4-hydroxy-2-methyl-N-(5-methyl-3-isoxazolyl)-2H-1,2-benzothiazine-3-carboxamide-1,1-dioxide=H-isox) was accomplished by electrochemical dissolution of sacrificial metallic anodes in an acetonitrile solution of the ligand. The chemical and electrochemical in-situ generation of supporting electrolyte was used as a means to obtain pure coordination compounds without the use of supporting electrolytes such as tetraalkylammonium or lithium salts in nonaqueous media. Characterization of the complexes obtained by direct synthesis and comparison with those obtained by traditional synthesis shows that a new copper–piroxicam complex was synthesized.  相似文献

A series of 4-hydroxy-2H-1,2-benzothiazme-3-carboxamide 1,1-dioxides substituted on the sulfonamide nitrogen with ethoxycarbonylalkyl, cyanoalkyl and dialkylaminoalkyl groups was synthesized. Spectroscopic properties of the obtained products were analyzed. Findings from the pharmacological study of some of the compounds as antiinflammatory and analgesic agents are reported.  相似文献

From 4-hydroxy-2-methylquinoline-3-propionyl chlorides hydrochlorides the corresponding thiosemicarbazides were synthesized. The cyclization of the latter both in alkaline and acidic media furnished 4-hydroxy-2-methyl-3-[2-(5-mercapto-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)ethyl]quinolines. The reaction of the above propionyl chlorides with anthranilic acid afforded the corresponding 2-[2-(4-hydroxy-2-methyl-3-quinolyl)ethyl]-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-4-ones.  相似文献

通过2-氨基-4-(4-甲氧基苯基)-5-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1,3-噻唑与取代苯甲醛发生缩合,合成了一系列新型含三唑环的噻唑席夫碱类化合物.利用1H NMR和元素分析对所有化合物进行了结构表征.初步的毒性试验表明,部分标题化合物具有一定的抗肿瘤活性.  相似文献

We report a novel synthesis of 4-chloro-2-cyclohexyl-6,7-dimethoxy-2H-1,2-benzothiazine-1,1-dioxide 6 from 3,4-dimethoxychalcone 1. Chlorosulfonation of 1 followed by amination, then epoxidation under basic conditions with immediate elimination of the benzoyl group and electrophilic chlorination resulted in 6. The title compound, C12H7NO3, consists of a chromone moiety substituted in position 3 with an acrylonitrile group in a Z configuration. The two planar groups are twisted with respect to one another. The only significant hydrogen bond in the structure is an intra­molecular O—H·O bond. π–π contacts connecting aromatic groups and C—H·O inter­molecular weak inter­actions lead to a supramolecular layer arrangement.  相似文献

A protocol for the synthesis of 3-[4-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-yl]-2-(4-aryl)-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one derivatives (5a–e) has been developed from 1-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-2-bromoethanone (2),which served as a key intermediate for the synthesis of the title compounds. The reaction of compound 2 with thiourea furnished 4-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-amine 3, which upon further reaction with various aromatic aldehydes, gave Schiff bases 4a–e. These Schiff bases, when treated with thioacetic acid in the presence of catalytic amount of anhydrous ZnCl2, yielded thiazolidinone derivatives 5a–e. All the newly synthesized compounds have been characterized by analytical and spectral data and screened for their antimicrobial and analgesic activity.

The 2-methyl-2H-1,2-benzothiazin-4-(3H)-one 1,1 dioxide ( 2 ), obtained according to a new, one-pot method, is transformed into the pyrrolidino enamine 3 . Reaction of p-toluenesulphonyl azide with 3 gives, via an unstable triazoline adduct which loses nitrogen, the two isomeric tosylamino derivatives 4 and 5 . The structures have been assigned by exhaustive nmr analysis and some aspects on their formation and chemical behaviour are discussed.  相似文献

The title compound, 4-hydroxy-2H-1,2-benzothiazine-3-carbohydrazide 1,1-dioxide-oxalohydrazide (1:1), is determined using X-ray diffraction techniques and the molecular structure is also optimized at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level using density functional theory (DFT). The asymmetric unit consists of four independent molecules. The oxalohydrazide molecules have the centre of symmetry at the mid-point of the central C-C bond. Each thiazine ring adopts a half-chair conformation. Intermolecular C-H...O, N-H...O and N-H...N hydrogen bonds produce R 2 2 (10), R 2 2 (13), R 3 3 (12) and R 3 3 (15) rings, which lead to one-dimensional polymeric chains. An extensive three-dimensional supramolecular network of N-H...N, N-H...O, C-H...O and O-H...O hydrogen bonds is responsible for crystal structure stabilization.  相似文献
