Oxidation of N-(N-arylsulfonylimidoyl)-4-aminophenols gave the corresponding N-[N-arylsulfonylimidoyl)-1,4-benzoquinonimines, derivatives of N-aroyl- and N-acetyl-1,4-benzoquinonimines. The structure of the products was studied by the X-ray diffraction method and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. N-(N-Arylsulfonylimidoyl)-1,4-benzoquinonimines were found to undergo fast (on the NMR time scale) Z E isomerization about the CÍN bond in the quinonimine fragment. N-(N-Arylsulfonylacetimidoyl)-1,4-benzoquinonimines in solution give rise to dynamic Z E-isomerization with respect to the CÍN bond in the N-arylsulfonylacetimidoyl fragment.  相似文献

The structure of the novel produets, 2,4-ltis-(N-benzy1-4-nitroanilino)-Δ2-1,3,4-oxadiazolin-5-one (VII), 2-benzy1-1-(N-benzy1-4-chloroanilino)-4-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,2,4-triazolidin-3,5-dione (XIVa), and 2-benzy1-1-(N-benzylanilino)-4-pheny1-1,2,4-triazolidin-3,5-dione (XIVb), obtained upon thermal reaction of N-bcnzyl-N-(4-nitrophenyl)carbamoyl azide (la), N-benzyl-N-(4-chloro-phenyl)carbamoyl azide (Ib) and N-benzyl-N-phcnylcarbamoyl azide (le), respectively, were determined.  相似文献

Eleven N-substituted carbazoles (CZ) with terminal vinyl groups were synthesized by five sequences of reaction: N-(p-vinylbenzyl)- and N-β-(vinyloxyethyl)CZ by N-alkylations of potassium CZ with corresponding chlorides; N-(β-acryloyloxyethyl)CZ by the esterification of N-(β-hydroxyethyl)CZ with acryloyl chloride; N-acrylamido-or methacryl-amido-methyl CZ from N-hydroxymethyl CZ and acryl- or methacrylamide; N-(3-acryloyl- or methacryloyl-oxy-2-hydroxypropyl)CZ and N-[3-(p- or m-vinylanilino)-2-hydroxypropyl] CZ from N-(2,3-epoxypropyl)CZ and acrylic or methacrylic acid and p- or m-vinylaniline, respectively; and 2-[β-(N-carbazyl)propionyloxy]ethyl acrylate or methacrylate by the Michael addition of CZ to 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate or methacrylate, followed by esterifications. The vinyl polymers with pendant carbazyl groups more or less distant from the polymer backbones, prepared by conventional radical or cationic polymerization procedures, indicated charge-transfer spectra with 2,4,7-trinitrofluorenone (TNF) in tetrahydrofuran (THF) solutions that are spread over most of the visible range.  相似文献

Synthesis of N-Methyl- and N,N-Dimethylmerucathine and of N-Methyl- and N,N--Dimethylpseudomerucathine Starting from L -Alanine Starting form L -alanine, N-methylmerucathine (= (3R,4S)-4-(methylamino)1-phenyl-1-penten-3-ol; (3R,4S,)- 6 ), N,N-dimethylmerucathine (= (3R,4S)-4-(dimethylamino)-1-phenyl-1-penten-3-ol; (3R,4S)- 9 ), N-methylpseudomerucathine (= (3S,4S)-4-(methylamino)-1-phenyl-1-penten-3-01; (3S,4S)-6), and N,N-dimethylpseudomerucathine (= (3S,4S)-4-(dimethylamino)-1-phenyl-1-penten-3-ol; (3S,4S)- 9 ) were synthesized. █tl="American"█The synthesis of the three N,N′-di(4-coumaroyl)tetramines, i.e., of (E,E)-N-{3-[(2-aminoethyl)amino]propyl}-3,3′-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-N,N′-(ethane-1,2-diyl)bis[prop-2-enamide] ( 1a ), (E,E)-N-{4-[(2-aminoethyl)amino]butyl}-3,3′-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-N,N′-(ethane-1,2-diyl)bis[prop-2-enamide] ( 1b ), and (E,E)-N-{6-[(2-aminoethyl)amino]hexyl}-3,3′-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-N,N′-(ethane-1,2-diyl)bis[prop-2-enamide] ( 1c ), is described. It proceeds through stepwise construction of the symmetric polyamine backbone including protection and deprotection steps of the amino functions. Their behavior on TLC in comparison with that of 1,4-di(4-coumaroyl)spermine (=(E,E)-N-{4-[(3-aminopropyl)amino]butyl}-3,3′-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-N,N′-(propane-1,3-diyl)bis[prop-2-enamide]; 2 ) is discussed.  相似文献

Inclusion of an N-6 acetate into the ambident nucleophile, sodium 1-N-methylisoguanide, resulted in a shift in alkylation preference from N-9 to N-3. The preparation of the N-6 acetate of 1-N-methylisoguanine, 9-N-acetyl-1-N-methylisoguanine (4) , and related acetate analogs are described and evidence presented for their structural determination. Analysis of long range 13C-1H coupling data facilitated the structural elucidation of the predominant alkylation products and provided evidence for the unusual N-7 hydrogen tautomeric form in one of them, 3-N-benzyl-6-N-acetyl-1-N-methylisoguanine (8).  相似文献

Derivatives of N-(2-hydroxyethyl)cytisine, N-(2-hydroxypropyl)-, N-(2-hydroxy-2-(1-adamantyl)ethyl)-, and N-(2-hydroxy-2-phenylethyl)cytisine, were synthesized by reduction of N-(2-oxopropyl)-, N-(2-oxo-2-(1-adamantyl)ethyl)-and N-(2-oxo-2-phenylethyl)cytisine with metal hydrides. Reactions of allyl and 2-(vinyloxy)ethyl isothiocyanates with alyylmagnesium bromide (THF-Et2O, 20-30°C, 1-3 h) after hydrolysis or alkylation of adducts afforded respectively N-allyl- and N-[2-(vinyloxy)ethyl]-3-butenethioamides or N-allyl- and N-[2-(vinyloxy)ethyl]-1-(methylmercapto)-3-buten-1-imines. The reaction carried out in ethyl ether yielded instead of Nt-allyl-3-butenethioamide its isomer N-allyl-2-butenethioamide that cleanly isomerized in the system KOH-DMSOH2O into N-(1-propenyl)-2-butenethioamide. N-[2-(vinyloxy)ethyl]-3-butenethioamide suffers a prototropic rearrangement into N-[2-(vinyloxy)ethyl]-2-butenethioamide only in the system  相似文献

The preparation of isonipecotinoyl analogues of aminopterin and methotrexate is described. Condensation of diethyl N-isonipecotinoyl-L-glutamate 4 with 2-amino-5-bromomethyl-3-cyanopyrazine 5 afforded diethyl N-(N-[(2-amino-3-cyanopyrazin-5-yl)methyl]isonipecotinoyl)-L-glutamate 6 . Cyclisation of 6 with guanidine followed by blocking group hydrolysis afforded N-([N-(2,4-diaminopteridin-6-yl)methyl]isonipecotinoyl)-L-glutamic acid 8 . Coupling of N-(2-amino-4(3H)ioxopteridin-6-yl]methyl)isonipecotinic acid 11 with diethyl L-glutamate gave diethyl N-[(N-[2-amino-4(3H)-oxopteridin-6-yl]methyl)isonipecotinoyl]-L-glutamate 12 . Blocking group hydrolysis afforded N-[(N-[2-amino-4(3H)-oxopteridin-6-yl]methyl)isonipecotinoyl]-L-glutamic acid 13 .  相似文献

Condensation of pyridinium N-alkyl-, N-cycloalkyl-, N-benzyl-, and N-phenethylcarb-amoylmethylenides with ethyl arylidenecyanoacetates stereoselectively gives 4,5-trans-1-alkyl-, 4,5-trans-l-cycloalkyl-, 4,5- trans-1-benzyl-, and 4,5-trans-1-phenethyl-4-aryl-3-cyano-6-oxo-5-(3-R-1-pyridinio)-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridin-2-olates. The synthesis and characterization of N-[2-[[4-iodo-2,6-bis(1-methylethyl)phenyl]amino]-2-oxoethyl]-N-(carboxymethyl)glycine and N-[2-[(4-iodo-2,6-diethylphenyl)amino]-2-oxoethyl]-N-(carboxymethyl)glycine is presented, as well as a modified and improved synthesis of N-[2-[(2,4-diiodo-6-methylphenyl)amino]-2-oxoethyl]-N-(carboxymethyl)glycine. An X-ray diffraction analysts of two N-acyl derivatives of symmetrical dialkylureas, N-[Nα-(benzyloxycarbonyl)-L -valyl] -N, N′-diisopropylurea ( 1 ) and N-{Nα(tert-butyloxy)carbonyl -L -valyl}-N-N′-dicyclohexylurea ( 2 ), and one N-acyl derivative of an unsymmetrical N-N′-dialkylurea, N-[Nα-(benzyloxycarbonyl)-L -valyl] -N′-(tert-butyl)-N-ethylurea ( 3 ), has been performed. It was established that it is the least hindered O-acylisourca N-atom that attacks intramolecularly the carbonyl group of the Nα-protected amino acid activated by the unsymmetrical carbodiimide to form the major rearrangement product. The occurrence and nature of intra- and intermolecularly H? bonded forms of the N-acylureas in the crystal state were also assessed. It was also shown that soluble N-acylureas may compete with intermolecular (peptide)N? H…O?C(peptide) H-bonds in CH2Cl2.  相似文献

Acyl iodides RCOI (R = Me, Ph) reacted with morpholine and piperidine to give the corresponding N-acyl derivatives and morpholine or piperidine hydroiodides. Reactions of acyl iodides with N-methyl- and N-ethylpiperidines involved cleavage of the exocyclic R-N bond with formation of N-acylpiperidine and alkyl iodide and were accompanied (to insignificant extent) by cleavage of the endocyclic N-C bond, leading to N-alkyl-N-(5-iodopentyl)acylamides. In the reaction of acetyl iodide with N-phenylpiperidine, the main process was cleavage of just endocyclic N-C bond to produce N-(5-iodopentyl)-N-phenylacetamide and its dehydroiodination product, N-(pent-4-en-1-yl)-N-phenylacetamide. Analogous reaction with benzoyl iodide afforded N-(5-iodopentyl)-N-phenylbenzamide in a poor yield.  相似文献

Abstract

N-Phthaloyl, N-acetyl, N-benzyl, N-acetyl-N-methyl, N,N-dimethyl, N-benzoyl, and N,N-dibenzoyl derivatives of the trisaccharide β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-3)-O-(2-deoxy-2-amino-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(1-4)-O-β-D-glucopyranose were synthesized and analyzed by FAB MS. The intensity ratios of the peaks resulting from cleavage of the anomeric bond of the glucosamine residue and the respective molecular ion peaks turned out to be high for the N-acyl derivatives and up to two orders of magnitude lower for the N-alkyl compounds. These results show that fragmentation at the anomeric carbon of the amino sugar may be assisted by the carbonyl group and the resulting cation is stabilized by delocalization of the positive charge.  相似文献

The study of chlorination of N-(N-arylsulfonylarylimidoyl)-1,4-benzoquinone imines and of N-(N-arylsulfonylarylimidoyl)-1,4-aminophenols revealed that the dominant stage in the process was the formation of cyclohexene structures, 4-(N-arylsulfonylarylimidoyl)imino-2,5,6-trichloro-2-cyclohexene-1- ones, resulting from addition of a Cl2 molecule across the C = C bond of the quinoid ring. These substances suffer a prototropic rearrangements yielding N-(N-arylsulfonylarylimidoyl)-2,3,6-trichloro-4-aminophenols. The latter are the most common reaction products. The products of deeper chlorination were also obtained.  相似文献
