Reactions of various diketo compounds with Deoxofluor [(CH(3)OCH(2)CH(2))(2)NSF(3)] have been investigated. When reacted with Deoxofluor, alpha-diketones, R(1)COCOR(2) (R(1) = R(2) = Ph; R(1) = R(2) = 4-Me-C(6)H(4); R(1) = Ph, R(2) = Me; R(1) = Me, R(2) = Et) (1a-d) formed difluoro derivatives (2a-d) in the presence of a catalytic amount of HF and/or tetrafluoro (3a-d) products depending on the reaction conditions and stoichiometry used. Reactions of beta-diketones, R(3)COCH(2)COR(4) (R(3) = R(4) = Ph; R(3) = R(4) = Me; R(3) = Me, R(4) = Ph) (4e-g), with Deoxofluor in the presence of a catalytic amount of HF led to the formation of difluoroalkenones as a mixture of E (5e-g) and Z (6e-g) isomers in good yield. Reaction of other diones, R(5)CO-X-COR(6) (R(5) = R(6) = Ph, X = -CH=CH-; R(5) = R(6) = Me, X = -C(6)H(4)C(6)H(4)-; R(5) = R(6) = Ph, X = -CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)-; R(5) = R(6) = Me, X = -CH(2)CH(2)-) (7h-k) with Deoxofluor produced mainly difluoro products (8h-k) with low yields of tertrafluoro derivatives (9h-k). Acyclic alpha-keto amides react poorly to give the corresponding difluoro derivatives, whereas cyclic alpha-keto amides (10l-p) react smoothly under very mild conditions to produce the corresponding difluoro products (11l-p) in >88% isolated yield.  相似文献

Reduction of CpMoCl(4) with 3.1 equiv of Na/Hg amalgam (1.0% w/w) in the presence of 1 equiv of dmpe and 1 equiv of trimethylphosphine afforded the molybdenum(II) chloride complex Cp(dmpe)(PMe(3))MoCl (1) (Cp = 1,2,3,4,5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl, dmpe = 1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane). Alkylation of 1 with PhCH(2)MgCl proceeded in high yield to liberate PMe(3) and give the 18-electron pi-benzyl complex Cp(dmpe)Mo(eta(3)-CH(2)Ph) (2). Variable temperature NMR experiments provided evidence that 2 is in equilibrium with its 16-electron eta(1)-benzyl isomer [Cp(dmpe)Mo(eta(1)-CH(2)Ph)]. This was further supported by reaction of 2 with CO to yield the carbonyl benzyl complex Cp(dmpe)(CO)Mo(eta(1)-CH(2)Ph) (3). Complex 2 was found to react with disubstituted silanes H(2)SiRR' (RR' = Me(2), Et(2), MePh, and Ph(2)) to form toluene and the silylene complexes Cp(dmpe)Mo(H)(SiRR') (4a: RR' = Me(2); 4b: RR' = Et(2); 4c: RR' = MePh; 4d: RR' = Ph(2)). Reactions of 2 with monosubstituted silanes H(3)SiR (R = Ph, Mes, Mes = 2,4,6-trimethylphenyl) produced rare examples of hydrosilylene complexes Cp(dmpe)Mo(H)Si(H)R (5a: R = Ph; 5b: R = Mes; 5c: R = CH(2)Ph). Reactivity of complexes 4a-c and 5a-d is dominated by 1,2-hydride migration from metal to silicon, and these complexes possess H.Si bonding interactions, as supported by spectroscopic and structural data. For example, the J(HSi) coupling constants in these species range in value from 30 to 48 Hz and are larger than would be expected in the absence of H.Si bonding. A neutron diffraction study on a single crystal of diethylsilylene complex 4b unequivocally determined the hydride ligand to be in a bridging position across the molybdenum-silicon bond (Mo-H 1.85(1) A, Si-H 1.68(1) A). The synthesis and reactivity properties of these complexes are described in detail.  相似文献

Treatment of trans-[PtCl4(RCN)2] (R = Me, Et, Ph, NEt2) with 2 equiv of the amidine PhC(=NH)NHPh in a suspension of MeCN (R = Me), CHCl3 (R = Et, Ph), or in CHCl3 solution (R = NEt2) results in the formation of the imidoylamidine complexes trans-[PtCl4{NH=C(R)N=C(Ph)NHPh}2] (1-4) isolated in good yields (66-84%). The reaction of soluble complexes 3 and 4 with 2 equiv of Ph3P=CHCO2Me in CH2Cl2 (40 degrees C, 5 h) leads to dehydrochlorination resulting in a chelate ring closure to furnish the platinum(IV) chelates [PtCl2{NH=C(R)NC(Ph)=NPh}2] (R = Ph, 5; R = NEt2, 6), accordingly, and the phosphonium salt [Ph3PCH2CO2Me]Cl. Treatment of 5 with 3 equiv of Ph3P=CHCO2Me at 50 degrees C for 5 d resulted in only a 30% conversion to the corresponding Pt(II) complex [Pt{NH=C(NEt2)NC(Ph)=NPh}2] (15). The reduction can be achieved within several minutes, when Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2 in CDCl3 is used. When the platinum(II) complex trans-[PtCl2(RCN)2] is reacted with 2 equiv of the amidine, the imidoylamidinato complexes [PtCl(RCN){NH=C(R)NC(Ph)=NHPh}] (8-11) and [PhC(=NH)NHPh] x HCl (7) are formed. The reaction of trans-[PtCl2(RCN)2] with 4 equiv of the amidine under a prolonged reaction time or treatment of [PtCl(RCN){NH=C(R)NC(Ph)=NHPh}] (8-11) with 2 more equiv of the amidine yields the complex bearing two chelate rings [Pt{NH=C(R)NC(Ph)=NHPh}2] (12-15). The treatment of cis-[PtCl2(RCN)2] (R = Me, Et) with the amidine gives ca. 50-60% yield of [PtCl2{NH=C(R)NHC(Ph)=NHPh}] (16 and 17). All of the platinum compounds were characterized by elemental analyses; FAB mass spectrometry; IR spectroscopy; 1H, 13C{1H}, and 195Pt NMR spectroscopies, and four of them (4, 6, 8, and 15) were also characterized by X-ray crystallography. The coupling of the Pt-bound nitriles and the amidine is metal-mediated insofar as RCN and PhC(=NH)NHPh do not react in the absence of the metal centers in conditions more drastic than those of the observed reactions. The nitrile-amidine coupling reported in this work constitutes a route to the synthesis of imidoylamidine complexes, some of them exhibiting luminescent properties.  相似文献

[PtCl2(RCN)2] (1a R=CH2CO2Me, 1b R=CH2Cl) prepared upon EtCN replacement at [PtCl2(EtCN)2] by the appropriate organonitrile, react with a cyclic nitrone -O-+N=CHCH2CH2C(Me)2, under mild conditions, to give, in an unprecedented single-pot synthesis involving spontaneous N-O bond cleavage, the ketoimino complexes trans-[PtCl2[RC(=O)N=CN(H)C(Me)2-CH2CH2]2 (2a, 2b) with two (pyrrolidin-2-ylidene)amino ligands. The analogous 2c (R=Et) and 2d (R=Ph) are formed by treatment with H2, in the absence of any added catalyst, of the Delta4-1,2,4-oxadiazoline complexes trans-[PtCl2[N=C(R)ONC(Me)2CH2CH2CH]2] (3a R=Et, 3b R=Ph) derived from the [2 + 3]-cycloaddition of the cyclic nitrone with the appropriate organonitrile complex of type 1. The compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H, (13C and 195Pt NMR spectroscopies, FAB mass spectrometry and X-ray structure analyses for 2a and 2d.  相似文献

To learn more about the bleaching action of pulps by (hydroxymethyl)phosphines, lignin chromophores, such as the alpha,beta-unsaturated aromatic aldehydes, sinapaldehyde, coniferylaldehyde, and coumaraldehyde, were reacted with the tertiary phosphines R2R'P [R = R' = Me, Et, (CH2)3OH, iPr, cyclo-C6H11, (CH2)2CN; R = Me or Et, R' = Ph; R = Ph, R' = Me, m-NaSO3-C6H4] in water at room temperature under argon. In all cases, initial nucleophilic attack of the phosphine occurs at the activated C=C bond to form a zwitterionic monophosphonium species. With the phosphines PR3 [R = Me, Et, (CH2)3OH] and with R2R'P (R = Me or Et, R' = Ph), the zwitterion undergoes self-condensation to give a bisphosphonium zwitterion that can react with aqueous HCl to form the corresponding dichloride salts (as a mixture of R,R- and S,S-enantiomers); X-ray structures are presented for the bisphosphonium chlorides synthesized from the Et3P and Me3P reactions with sinapaldehyde. With the more bulky phosphines, iPr3P, MePPh2, (cyclo-C6H11)3P, and Na[Ph2P(m-SO3-C6H4)], only an equilibrium of the monophosphonium zwitterion with the reactant aldehyde is observed. The weakly nucleophilic [NC(CH2)2]3P does not react with sinapaldehyde. An analysis of some exceptional 1H NMR data within the prochiral phosphorus centers of the bisphosphonium chlorides is also presented.  相似文献

A novel method is reported for generation of the difficult-to-obtain (imine)Pt(II) compounds that involves reduction of the corresponding readily available Pt(IV)-based imines by carbonyl-stabilized phosphorus ylides, Ph3P=CHCO2R, in nonaqueous media. The reaction between neutral (imino)Pt(IV) compounds [PtCl4[NH=C(Me)ON=CR1R2]2] [R1R2 = Me2, (CH2)4, (CH2)5, (Me)C(Me)=NOH], [PtCl4[NH=C(Me)ONR2]2] (R = Me, Et, CH2Ph), (R1 = H; R2 = Ph or C6H4Me; R3 = Me) as well as anionic-type platinum(IV) complexes (Ph3PCH2Ph)[PtCl5[NH=C(Me)ON=CR2]] [R2 = Me2, (CH2)4, (CH2)5] and 1 equiv of Ph3P=CHCO2R (R = Me, Et) proceeds under mild conditions (ca. 4 h, room temperature) to give selectively the platinum(II) products (in good to excellent isolated yields) without further reduction of the platinum center. All thus prepared compounds (excluding previously described Delta4-1,2,4-oxadiazoline complexes) were characterized by elemental analyses, FAB mass spectrometry, IR and 1H, 13C[1H], 31P[1H] and 195Pt NMR spectroscopies, and X-ray single-crystal diffractometry, the latter for [PtCl2[NH=C(Me)ON=CMe2]2] [crystal system tetragonal, space group P4(2)/n (No. 86), a = b = 10.5050(10) A, c = 15.916(3) A] and (Ph3PCH2CO2Me)[PtCl3(NCMe)] [crystal system orthorhombic, space group Pna2(1) (No. 33), a = 19.661(7) A, b = 12.486(4) A, c = 10.149(3) A]. The reaction is also extended to a variety of other Pt(II)/Pt(IV) couples, and the ylides Ph3P=CHCO2R are introduced as mild and selective reducing agents of wide applicability for the conversion of Pt(IV) to Pt(II) species in nonaqueous media, a route that is especially useful in the case of compounds that cannot be prepared directly from Pt(II) precursors, and for the generation of systematic series of Pt(II)/Pt(IV) complexes for biological studies.  相似文献

Cubane-type clusters [Fe(4)S(4)(SR*)(4)](2-) containing chiral thiolate ligands with R* = CH(Me)Ph (1), CH(2)CH(Me)Et (2), and CH(2)CH(OH)CH(2)OH (3) have been prepared by ligand substitution in the reaction systems [Fe(4)S(4)(SEt)(4)]/R*SH (1-3, acetonitrile) and [Fe(4)S(4)Cl(4)](2-)/NaSR*(3, Me(2)SO). Reactions with successive equivalents of thiol or thiolate generate the species [Fe(4)S(4)L(4-n)(SR*)(n)](2-) (L = SEt, Cl) with n = 1-4. Clusters 1 and 2 were prepared with racemic thiols leading to the possible formation of one enantiomeric pair (n = 1) and seven diastereomers and their enantiomers (n = 2-4). Reactions were monitored by isotropically shifted (1)H NMR spectra in acetonitrile or Me(2)SO. In systems affording 1 and 2 as final products, individual mixed-ligand species could not be detected. However, crystallization of (Et(4)N)(2)[1] afforded 1-[SS(RS)(RS)] in which two sites are disordered because of occupancy of R and S ligands. Similarly, (Et(4)N)(2)[2] led to 2-[SSSS], a consequence of spontaneous resolution upon crystallization. The clusters 3-[RRRR] and 3-[SSSS] were obtained from enantiomerically pure thiols. Successive reactions lead to detection of species with n = 1-4 by appearance of four pairs of diastereotopic SCH(2) signals in both acetonitrile and Me(2)SO reaction systems. Identical spectra were obtained with racemic, R-(-), and S-(+) thiols, indicating that ligand-ligand interactions are too weak to allow detection of diastereomers (e.g., [SSSS] vs [SSRR]). The stability of 3 in Me(2)SO/H(2)O media is described.  相似文献

Treatment of nickel acetate Ni(OAc)2.4H2O with 2 equiv of various 3-iminoisoindolin-1-ones in a suspension of RCN in the presence of triethanolamine leads to the formation of the nickel 1,3,5-triazapentadienato complexes [Ni{NHC(R)NC(C6R1R2R3R4CON)}2] (1-17) isolated in good 50-83% yields. The reaction proceeds under relatively mild conditions (from 5 to 7 h at 25-115 degrees C, depending on the boiling point of the nitrile) and has a general character insofar as it was successfully conducted with various nitriles RCN bearing donor (R = Me, Et, Prn, Pri, Bun), weak donor (R = CH2Ph, CH2C6H4OMe-p), acceptor (R = CH2Cl), and strong acceptor (R = CCl3) groups R of different steric hindrance and also with the nonsubstituted iminoisoindolinone (3-iminoisoindolin-1-one) or the iminoisoindolinones bearing donor methyl (3-imino-5-methylisoindolin-1-one) or acceptor fluoro (4,5,6,7-tetrafluoro-3-iminoisoindolin-1-one) groups in the benzene ring.  相似文献

A novel type of heterocycle, viz., 2,3a-disubstituted 5,6-dihydro-3aH-[1,3]oxazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]oxadiazoles, was generated by an intermolecular PtII-mediated 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition (1,3-DCA) between the oxazoline N-oxide C(Me)2CH2OC(R)=N+(O-) (R = Me, Et) and coordinated nitriles in the complexes trans/cis-[PtCl2(R'CN)2] [R' = Me, Et, CH2Ph, Ph, N(C5H10)]. The reaction is unknown for free RCN and oxazoline N-oxides, but under PtII-mediated conditions, it proceeds smoothly (CH2Cl2, 20-25 degrees C, 18-20 h) and gives pure complexes [PtCl2{N=C(R')ONC(R)OCH2CMe2}2] [R/R' = Me/Me, 1; Me/Et, 2; Me/CH2Ph, 3; Me/Ph, 4; Me/N(C5H10), 5; Et/Me, 6; Et/Et, 7; Et/CH2Ph, 8; Et/Ph, 9; Et/N(C5H10), 10] in 42-84% yields after column chromatography. Compounds 1-10 were characterized by elemental analyses (C, H, N), FAB+-MS, IR, and 1H and 13C{1H} NMR spectroscopies, and X-ray diffraction (for 1, 2, 5, and 9). With the exception of benzonitrile complexes, 1,3-DCA of oxazoline N-oxides to the PtII-ligated nitriles occurred diastereoselectively and afforded mixtures of enantiomers. Depending on the substituents on nitriles, asymmetric atoms in both of the formed heterocyclic ligands have the same (SS/RR) or different (SR/RS) configurations. The heterocyclic ligands were liberated from 1-4 and 6-9 by treatment with excess ethane-1,2-diamine (en) in CH2Cl2 for 1 day at 20-25 degrees C (for R' = Me, Et, CH2Ph) and at 50 degrees C (for R' = Ph) to achieve the free organic species and the well-known [Pt(en)2](Cl)2; the products were separated, and 2,3a-disubstituted 5,6-dihydro-3aH-[1,3]oxazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]oxadiazoles (11-18) were characterized by ESI+-MS and 1H and 13C{1H} NMR spectroscopies.  相似文献

The nitrile ligands in trans-[PtX2(PhCN)2] (X = Cl, Br, I) undergo sequential 1,3 dipolar cycloadditions with nitrones R1R2C=N+(Me)-O(-) (R1 = H, R2 = Ph; R1 = CO2Et, R2 = CH2CO2Et) to selectively form the Delta4-1,2,4-oxadiazoline complexes trans-[PtX2(PhCN) (N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CR1R2)] or trans-[PtX2(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CR1R2)2] in high yields. The reactivity of the mixed ligand complexes trans-[PtX2(PhCN)(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CR1R2)] towards oxidation and ligand substitution was studied in more detail. Oxidation with Cl2 or Br2 provides the Pt(IV) species trans-[PtX2Y2(PhCN)(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CH(Ph))] (X, Y = Cl, Br). The mixed halide complex (X = Cl, Y = Br) undergoes halide scrambling in solution to form trans-[PtX(4-n)Yn(PhCN)(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CH(Ph))] as a statistical mixture. Ligand substitution in trans-[PtCl2(PhCN)(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CR1R2)] allows for selective replacement of the coordinated nitrile by nitrogen heterocycles such as pyridine, DMAP or 1-benzyl-2-methylimidazole to produce mixed ligand Pt(II) complexes of the type trans- [PtX2(heterocycle)(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CR1R2)]. All compounds were characterised by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, IR and 1H, 13C and 195Pt NMR spectroscopy. Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis of (R,S)-trans-[PtBr2(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CH(Ph))2] and trans-[PtCl2(C5H5N)(N=C(Ph)-O-N(Me)-CH(Ph))] confirms the molecular structure and the trans configuration of the heterocycles relative to each other.  相似文献

The reaction between the platinum(IV) complex trans-[PtCl(4)(EtCN)(2)] and the amino alcohols NH(2)CH(2)CH(2)OH, NH(2)CH(2)CH(Me)OH-(R)-(-), NH(2)CH(Ph)CH(2)OH-(R)-(-), NH(2)CH(Et)CH(2)OH-(R)-(-), NH(2)CH(Et)CH(2)OH-(S)-(+), and NH(2)CH(Pr(n)())CH(2)OH proceeds rapidly at room temperature in CH(2)Cl(2) to furnish the amidine complexes [PtCl(4)(HN=C(Et)NH(arcraise;)OH)(2)] (1-6) in good yield (70-80%). The related reaction between the platinum(II) complex trans-[PtCl(2)(EtCN)(2)] and monoethanolamine in a molar ratio of 1:2 in CH(2)Cl(2) results in the addition of 4 equiv of NH(2)CH(2)CH(2)OH per mole of complex to give [Pt(HN=C(Et)NHCH(2)CH(2)OH)(2)(NH(2)CH(2)CH(2)OH)(2)](2+) (7). Formulation of 1-6 is based upon satisfactory C, H, N elemental analyses, electrospray mass spectrometry, IR spectroscopy, and (1)H, (13)C((1)H), (15)N, and (195)Pt NMR spectroscopies, while the structures of trans-[PtCl(4)((Z)-NH=C(Et)NHCH(2)CH(2)OH)(2)] (1), trans-[PtCl(4)((Z)-NH=C(Et)NHCH(2)CH(Me)OH-(R)-(-))(2)] (2), and trans-[PtCl(4)((Z)-NH=C(Et)NHCH(Et)CH(2)OH-(R)-(-))(2)] (4) were determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The Z-amidine configuration of the ligands is preserved in CDCl(3) solutions as confirmed by gradient-enhanced (15)N,(1)H-HMQC spectroscopy and NOE experiments. The amidines, formed upon Pt(IV)-mediated nitrile-amino alcohol coupling, were liberated from their platinum(IV) complexes 1, 3, and 4 by reaction with Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)PPh(2) (dppe) giving free NH=C(Et)NHCHRCH(2)OH (R = H 8, Et 9, Ph 10), with the substituents R of different types, and dppe oxides; the P-containing species were identified by (31)P((1)H) NMR spectroscopy. NOESY spectroscopy indicates that the liberated amidines retained the same configuration relative to the C=N double bond, i.e., syn-(H,Et)-NH=C(Et)NHCHRCH(2)OH. The liberated hydroxo-functionalized amidines 8-10 were converted into oxazolines (11-13) in the presence of a catalytic amount of ZnCl(2). A similar catalytic effect has also been reached using anhydrous MSO(4) (M = Cu, Co, Cd), CdCl(2), and AlCl(3).  相似文献

Factors affecting the coordination mode of an amidato group on aluminum will be presented. The reaction of N-tert-butylalkylacetamide ((t)BuNHCR([double bond]O)) with 1.1 molar equiv of Me(3)Al in refluxing hexane affords a pentacoordinated, dimeric compound [Me(2)Al[eta(2)-(t)BuNC(R)(mu(2)-O)]](2) (3, R = p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4); 4, R = 2,6-F,F-C(6)H(3); 5, R = Me; 6, R = CF(3); 7, R = p-F(3)C-C(6)H(4)). However, in the presence of 2.2 molar equiv of Me(3)Al, N-tert-butyl-4-tert-butylbenzamide ((t)BuNHC(p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4))([double bond]O in refluxing hexane gives [Me(2)Al[eta(2)-(t)BuNC(p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4))(mu(2)-O)]AlMe(3)], 8. In contrast, the reaction of R'NHCR' '([double bond]O) with 1 molar equiv of R(3)Al at room temperature produces tetracoordinated, dimeric, eight-membered ring aluminum compounds [R(2)Al[mu,eta(2)-R'NC(R' ')O]](2) (9, R = Me, R' = 2,6-(i)Pr, (i)()Pr-C(6)H(3), R' ' = Ph; 10, R = Me, R' = (i)Bu, R' ' = Ph; 11, R = Et, R' = Bn, R' ' = Ph; 12, R = Me, R' = Ph, R' ' = CF(3); 13, R = Me, R' = Bn, R' ' = CF(3)). On the other hand, 4'-chlorobenzanilide ((p-Cl-C(6)H(4))NHCPh([double bond]O)) reacts with R(3)Al to produce trimeric, twelve-membered ring aluminum compounds [R(2)Al[mu, eta(2)-(p-Cl-C(6)H(4))NC(Ph)O]](3) (14, R = Me; 15, R = Et). Furthermore, the reaction of 2'-methoxybenzanilide with 1 molar equiv of Me(3)Al in hexane yields a dinuclear aluminum complex [Me(2)Al(o-OMe-Ph)NC(Ph)(O)AlMe(3)], 16.  相似文献

In the presence of Co(PPh3)2I2, PPh3, water, and zinc powder, the reaction of alkynes (R1CCR2: R1 = Ph, R2 = Me (1a); R1 = Ph, R2 = Ph (1b); R1 = Et, R2 = Et (1c); R1 = Ph, R2 = (CH2)3OH (1d); R1 = CO2Et, R2 = Ph (1e); R1 = CO2Me, R2 = (CH2)4CH3 (1f); R1 = CO2Et, R2 = SiMe3 (1g)) with alkenes having an electron-withdrawing substituent (CH2=CHR: R = CO2Bu (2a), CN (2b), SO2Ph (2c) and CO2Me (2d)) proceeded smoothly in acetonitrile to give the corresponding reductive coupling products (R1HC=CR2CH2CH2R, 3a-j) in fair to excellent yields. This reductive coupling is highly regio- and stereoselective; only one isomer was observed for each reaction. The results of an isotope-labeling experiment using D2O (99%) to replace normal water for the reductive coupling of vinyl phenyl sulfone 2c with alkyne 1a revealed that the product is E-Ph(D)C=CMeCH2CH(D)SO2Ph deuterated at the olefinic proton and one of the protons of the alpha-methylene group in 84 and 96%, respectively. Possible mechanisms for this highly regio- and stereoselective ene-yne catalytic reaction are proposed.  相似文献

The reactions of Zr(NR(2))(4) (1, R = Me; 2, R = Et) with an asymmetrical tridentate pincer type pyrrole ligand precursor [C(4)H(2)NH(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))] and treatment of the derivatives with either PhNCS or PhNCO have been carried out and characterized. Reacting Zr(NR(2))(4) (1, R = Me; 2, R = Et) with [C(4)H(2)NH(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))] generates Zr[C(4)H(2)N(2-CH(2)N(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))](NR(2))(2) (3, R = Me; 4, R = Et) in high yield along with the elimination of 2 equiv of dimethylamine or diethylamine, respectively. Interestingly, while changing the solvent from Et(2)O to CH(2)Cl(2), the complex Zr[C(4)H(2)N(2-CH(2)N(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))][C(4)H(2)N(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))]Cl (5) is produced by undergoing C-Cl bond cleavage. Furthermore, reaction of either 3 or 4 with 1 or 2 equiv of PhNCS or PhNCO yields Zr[C(4)H(2)N(2-CH(2)N(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))](NMe(2))[PhNC(NMe(2))S] (6), Zr[C(4)H(2)N(2-CH(2)N(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))](NEt(2))[PhNC(NEt(2))O] (7) and Zr[C(4)H(2)N(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))][PhNC(NEt(2))O](3) (8), respectively. All the aforementioned complexes were characterized by (1)H and (13)C NMR spectrometry and the molecular structures of 5, 6, and 8 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffractometry. Complexes 4, 5, and 7 initiated the ethylene polymerization in the presence of MAO as the co-catalyst.  相似文献

The reactions of dialkyl sulfones [R(2)SO(2): R = Me, Et, Ph, R(2)=-(CH(2))(4)-] with the metal tetrachlorides of Group 4 [MCl(4): M = Ti, Zr, Hf] give different products mainly depending on the sulfone/M molar ratio. Compounds of formula [M(2)Cl(8)(R(2)SO(2))(2)][M = Ti, R(2)=-(CH(2))(4)-; M = Zr, R = Et, R = Ph] and [MCl(4)(R(2)SO(2))(2)](sulfone/M = 2)[M = Ti, R = Me; M = Zr, R = Me, R = Ph, R(2)=-(CH(2))(4)-; M = Hf, R = Me, R(2)=-(CH(2))(4)-] have been obtained. By X-ray diffraction methods the dinuclear titanium and zirconium adducts, [Ti(2)Cl(8)(mu-sulfolane-O,O')(2)] and [Zr(2)Cl(8)(mu-Ph(2)SO(2)-O,O')(2)] have been established to contain bridging sulfone and hexacoordinated metal centres, while the mononuclear zirconium complex [ZrCl(4)(Me(2)SO(2))(2)] has cis-monodentate sulfones in a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The reaction between TiCl(4) and sulfolane (tetrahydrothiophene 1,1-dioxide) in SOCl(2) affords the 1:1 adduct independent of the sulfone/Ti molar ratio. Ligand-exchange and inter-conversion between mononuclear and dinuclear species have been observed by NMR, while the spectral features of the SO(2) moiety have been assigned by IR- and Raman spectroscopies.  相似文献

Linear triphenol H3[RO3] (2,6-bis(3-tert-butyl-5-methyl-2-hydroxybenzyl)-4-R-phenol; R = Me, tBu) was found to undergo selective mono-deprotonation and mono-O-methylation. Deprotonation of H3[RO3] with 1 equiv of nBuLi resulted in the formation of Li{H2[RO3]}(Et2O)2 (R = Me (1a), tBu (1b)), in which the central phenol unit was lithiated. Treatment of H3[RO3] with methyl p-toluenesulfonate in the presence of K2CO3 in CH3CN gave the corresponding anisol-diphenol H2[RO2O] (2,6-bis(3-tert-butyl-5-methyl-2-hydroxybenzyl)-4-R-anisole; R = Me (2a), tBu (2b)). Reaction of H2[RO2O] with 2 equiv of nBuLi gave the dilithiated derivatives Li2[RO2O]. The lithium salts were reacted with ZrCl4 in toluene/THF to obtain the dichloride complex [RO2O]ZrCl2(thf) (R = Me (3a), tBu (3b)). 3b underwent dimerization along with a loss of THF to generate {[tBuO2O]ZrCl2}2 (4), whereas 4 was dissolved in THF to regenerate the monomer 3b. Alkylation of 3 with MeMgBr, PhCH2MgCl, and Me3SiCH2MgCl gave [MeO2O]ZrMe2(thf) (5), [RO2O]Zr(CH2Ph)2 (R = Me (6a), tBu (6b)), and [tBuO2O]Zr(CH2SiMe3)2 (7), respectively. Reaction of 3b with LiBHEt3 produced the hydride-bridged dimer [Li2(thf)4Cl]{[tBuO3]Zr}2(micro-H)3} (8), in which demethylation of the dianionic [tBuO2O] ligand took place to give the trianionic [tBuO3] ligand. The X-ray crystal structures of 1b, 2a, 3a, 4, 6a, and 7 were reported.  相似文献

Reactions of [Fe(TPFPP)] (TPFPP = meso-tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrinato dianion) with diazo compounds N(2)C(Ph)R (R = Ph, CO(2)Et, CO(2)CH(2)CH=CH(2)) afforded [Fe(TPFPP)(C(Ph)R)] (R = Ph (1), CO(2)Et (2), CO(2)CH(2)CH=CH(2) (3)) in 65-70% yields. Treatment of 1 with N-methylimidazole (MeIm) gave the adduct [Fe(TPFPP)(CPh(2))(MeIm)] (4) in 65% yield. These new iron porphyrin carbene complexes were characterized by NMR and UV-vis spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and elemental analyses. X-ray crystal structure determinations of 1.0.5C(6)H(6).0.5CH(2)Cl(2) and 4 reveal Fe=CPh(2) bond lengths of 1.767(3) (1) and 1.827(5) A (4), together with large ruffling distortions of the TPFPP macrocycle. Complexes 2 and 4 are reactive toward styrene, affording the corresponding cyclopropanes in 82 and 53% yields, respectively. Complex 1 is an active catalyst for both intermolecular cyclopropanation of styrenes with ethyl diazoacetate and intramolecular cyclopropanation of allylic diazoacetates. Reactions of 2 and 4 with cyclohexene or cumene produced allylic or benzylic C-H insertion products in up to 83% yield.  相似文献
