研制了高功率超宽带脉冲辐射实验装置。该装置主要由脉冲充电电源、超宽带脉冲产生装置、超宽带脉冲发射天线三部分组成。达到的主要指标为:脉冲电源输出电压600 kV、重复频率100 Hz;脉冲压缩输出峰值功率约10 GW、脉宽1.2 ns;在辐射天线轴上220 m处,辐射峰值电场16.1 kV/m、等效辐射功率0.42×1012 W;辐射场E面方向图半功率宽度为8°,H面方向图半功率宽度为9°。 相似文献

利用超材料概念,通过在接地面上蚀刻条形缝隙图案,并引入"八木"天线中的反射器和引向器的设计思想,设计并且制作了一种超宽带强定向型贴片天线.仿真结果表明,天线相对带宽为65.3%(6.9—13.6 GHz),带内回波损耗均在-10 d B以下,整个频段内天线的增益均在4.4 d Bi以上.由于接地板上蚀刻的超材料结构的左手特性影响了天线介质基底的等效媒质参数,天线电磁场的传播方向被改变,天线辐射场主要集中在水平方向而不是传统贴片天线的垂直方向.在传统的贴片天线上引入反射器和引向器增强了天线的方向性.实验结果与仿真结果有较好的一致性. 相似文献

提出利用超材料吸波体减缩波导缝隙阵列天线带内雷达散射截面的设计方法. 设计具有超薄(厚度仅为0.01λ, λ为吸波体中心频率对应波长)、无表面损耗层和高吸波率的超材料吸波体, 将其加载到波导缝隙天线E面方向辐射缝隙间的金属表面上, 并与辐射缝隙保持一定的间距. 该加载方式没有破坏天线的口径馈电振幅分布, 并利用超材料吸波体对电磁波的强吸收特性降低了天线阵的结构模式项散射. 仿真和实验结果表明, 加载超材料吸波体后天线阵的反射系数、增益、波瓣宽度保持不变, 在x极化和y极化条件下, 波导缝隙阵列天线的带内雷达散射截面减缩量均在6 dB 以上, 且在-25°-+25°范围内天线雷达散射截面均有明显的减缩, 鼻锥方向减缩超过10 dB. 该研究成果对阵列天线雷达散射截面减缩具有重要的借鉴意义和工程应用价值. 相似文献

A dielectric grating leaky wave antenna with a substrate consisted of left handed material (LHM) is presented in this paper,
the case where the n = −1 space harmonic of TM mode radiating into the space is carefully investigated through the improved
perturbation analysis, which tremendously simplifies the analysis procedure with good calculation accuracy and brings considerable
physical insight into the overall behavior of the dielectric grating antenna. It has been found that the new leaky wave antenna
is of larger leakage constant than that of the traditional antenna with substrate of the right handed material (RHM). As a
result the dimension of the antenna could be largely reduced, which is of practical significance for some applications. Extensive
numerical results of the radiation characteristics are given to establish useful guidelines for the design of the new grating

为了减小馈线损耗和方便天线旋转,设计了超宽带Cassegrain双反射面天线系统。采用FEKO数值模拟软件在0.2~1.5 GHz频率范围内模拟了不同副反射面直径的4.5 m双反射面天线(焦径比为0.4)的辐射增益,并与相同口径和焦径比的前馈式反射面天线进行了比较。模拟结果表明:当双曲副反射面直径为70 cm,焦距为22.5 cm时,在0.2~1.0 GHz频率范围内,双反射面天线增益比前馈式抛物面天线高1~2 dB;在1.1~1.5 GHz频率范围内,双反射面天线增益比前馈式抛物面天线小1~2 dB。选择直径为70 cm、焦距为22.5 cm的双曲副面与TEM喇叭和4.5 m抛物面组成双反射面天线系统,分别用960 ps和3 ns脉宽的单极脉冲源对天线进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:用960 ps和3 ns脉宽的单极脉冲激励,Cassegrain双反射面天线在70 m轴上远场辐射场波形峰峰值分别为前馈式反射面天线的158%和162%。 相似文献

针对单馈源超宽带抛物面天线波束较窄的问题,设计了一种宽波束双馈源超宽带抛物面天线。该抛物面天线是由一个普通的抛物面从中间对称分式,并在中间以平板连接而成的。馈源采用改进型平面TEM喇叭天线,同轴垂直馈电方式。两个馈源分别置于抛物面的两个焦点上。并利用时域有限差分数值方法分析了该天线的辐射性能。通过改变抛物面的结构,调节双馈源与天线主轴的夹角等方法可以有效改善天线的辐射性能。结果表明,所设计的宽波束双馈源抛物面天线可以在远区更宽的空间上形成峰值功率比较均匀的电磁脉冲,在不降低峰值功率的前提下有效地增加了波束的宽度;在抛物面天线两边进行少量切割不会对辐射场产生明显影响,节省了空间。 相似文献

研究了L-波段超荧光在光纤中的产生机理,设计了一种带光纤圈反射器的双级双程前向输出L-波段光源结构,通过对两级采用掺铒浓度不同的光纤并优化其长度及两级泵浦光功率,实验中获得了功率高达19.86mW(12.98dBm)、中心波长为1577.421nm的L-波段(1555-1620nm)超荧光光源。实现了低浓度掺铒光纤起诱导光及改善光谱的作用,高浓度光纤为主要发光源,采用光纤圈反射器提高了泵浦光的利用效率、光源的平坦度及稳定性。同时分析了结构中各个参量对光源各方面性能的影响,对光源的设计具有指导意义。 相似文献

characteristics of a metallic, large aspect ratio single walled
carbon nanotube antenna in the terahertz frequency region below 12.5
THz. The key features of terahertz pulse have been revealed on the
carbon nanotube antenna in comparison with conventional
photoconductive switching. The terahertz waveforms, radiation power
and their field distributions have been evaluated and are analysed.
The Fourier transformed spectra over the whole frequency range
demonstrate that the carbon nanotube antenna can be used as

For resolving the essential problem that the beam is too narrow in the application of the high-power UWB (Ultra-Wideband)
antenna with single-source, a novel wide-beam high-power parabolic antenna with dual-source has been designed, and the edge
of the paraboloid was cut in order to reduce the size of the antenna. Radiation properties of this proposed antenna are studied
with finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) numerical method. The radiation properties of the proposed antenna can be improved
by changing the structure of the parabolic antenna and adjusting the angle between the source and the axis of the antenna.
The result shows that the beam-width has been improved significantly under the precondition of maintaining the peak power,
and also the size of the antenna was minished by cutting the edge of the paraboloid. 相似文献

介绍了一套自行研制的高功率超宽谱电磁脉冲辐射场测量系统,该系统主要由TEM喇叭接收天线、同轴传输线、宽带示波器及微型计算机组成。其中,TEM喇叭上极板为等腰三角形金属板,顶角14°,高60 cm,下极板为80 cm×30 cm矩形金属板,两金属板间夹角为7°,采用同轴线直接馈电方式,馈电点高度1 mm。分析了测量系统的基本理论,采用时域有限差分和离散傅里叶变换相结合的方法对TEM喇叭接收天线的传递函数进行了计算,建立了信号衰减补偿方法。实测了抛物反射面脉冲辐射天线的辐射场,测得主轴上远区辐射场主脉冲波形与辐射天线的激励信号近似成微分关系,当激励信号的前后沿变快时,测得的辐射场也相应增大。测量结果表明,该系统能够反映脉冲辐射场的变化特性,具有良好的波形保真性和宽频带特性。 相似文献

针对大型双反射面天线尺寸过大、使用单一的时域方法无法单独模拟其远区辐射特性,以及使用单一的高频近似技术无法给出准确结果的局限,给出了用于大型双反射面天线时域辐射模拟的并行时域有限差分(PFDTD)-并行时域物理光学(PTDPO)混合方法。先创建两个用于并行计算的进程组,一个用于PFDTD计算,另一个用于PTDPO计算; 再根据PFDTD方法计算出双反射面天线馈源的近磁场,同时根据这些磁场使用基尔霍夫表面积分表达式(KSIR)并行计算出次反射面上及其附近的磁场,再使用KSIR并行计算出主反射面上的磁场; 最后使用PTDPO方法计算出双反射面天线的远区辐射场的瞬态响应。同时,还给出主反射面口径为40个波长的Cassegrain双反射面天线的算例,并对馈源相同而口径尺寸不同的双反射面天线进行近轴区的时域辐射模拟。 相似文献

Microwave ablation (MWA) is a cancer treatment method. The tumor tissue absorbs electromagnetic energy, which heats and kills it. A microwave ablation antenna plays a critical role in this process. Its radiation field must completely cover the tumor but not the healthy tissue. At present, the radiation pattern of most invasive ablation antennas is spherical. However, in the clinic, the shape of some tumors may be asymmetrical or the antenna cannot be inserted into the center of the tumor for some other reason. In order to solve these problems, a directional heating antenna for microwave ablation is proposed in this paper. The proposed antenna, operating at 2.45 GHz, consists of a monopole and a reflector. The feed is given by a substrate integrated coaxial line (SICL) and coplanar waveguide (CPW). The omnidirectional radiation field of the monopole is reflected by a reflector that is extended from the outer conductors of the SICL to form a directional radiation field. The impedance matching network is designed on SICL to match the antenna to 50 Ω . The antenna is fabricated using a mature printed circuit board (PCB). The reflection coefficient of the antenna in porcine liver tissue measured by a vector network analyzer shows good agreement with the simulations. Then, an ablation experiment in porcine liver is conducted with power of 10 W for 10 min, and the experimental results confirm the validity of the design. 相似文献
