以草酸电解液制备的高度有序的纳米级多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)为模板,采用交流电化学沉积工艺合成了Co/AAO纳米有序阵列复合结构。分别研究了AAO模板和Co/AAO结构的光致发光和光吸收特性。结果表明,AAO模板在350~550nm范围内存在较强的光致发光带,其峰位在395nm处;Co/AAO纳米有序阵列复合结构的光致发射峰位亦在395nm处,且发光峰强度随Co沉积量的增加而迅速减弱。实验发现,Co/AAO纳米有序阵列复合结构的光吸收边从近紫外至近红外的波段范围内发生大幅度红移,最大红移量甚至超过380nm。文章定性分析并解释了Co/AAO纳米有序阵列复合结构吸收边大幅度红移及其光发射峰位不变、而峰强减弱的主要原因。 相似文献

用热蒸发和磁控溅射的物理镀膜方法和溶胶-凝胶化学涂布的方法相结合制备了有机和无机复合纳米光学变色薄膜。光学变色薄膜为多层薄膜,当有自然光进入光学变色薄膜时,随着入射光和视角的变化在薄膜上可以看到明显的光变色效果。这种薄膜可以单独或与油墨组合作为一种新颖的防伪材料。根据多层复合膜光干涉原理经设计和计算确定薄膜为PET/Cr/介质/Al膜系结构。介质分别是有机高聚物和SiO2。SiO2是多孔纳米材料,用溶胶-凝胶方法制备,通过调节催化和凝胶的方式和条件,折射率在1.15~1.45之间。介绍了制作方法和薄膜特性。 相似文献

Ni、Co/AAO纳米有序阵列复合结构光吸收特性的比较研究 总被引:2,自引:3,他引:2
在多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板中分别沉积金属镍(Ni)、钴(Co),制备了Ni/AAO和Co/AAO纳米有序阵列复合结构,对其光吸收特性进行了比较研究。实验结果表明.相同结构参量的模板中,Ni、Co纳米粒子的表观形状随沉积时间的变化规律基本一致.但Co/AAO及Ni/AAO复合结构的光吸收特性却有较大差异。Ni/AAO复合结构表现出间接带隙半导体的光学特征.而Co/AAO复合结构具有直接带隙半导体的光学特征。同时,随金属沉积量的增加,Ni/AAO吸收边的红移量仅约为13nm.而Co/AAO复合结构的吸收边红移量却超过了80nm。用Maxwell-Garnett(M-G)理论分析了导致二者光吸收特性存在较大差异的主要原因。 相似文献

采用水热腐蚀技术在单晶硅衬底上制备出一种新的硅微米/纳米结构复合体系——硅纳米孔柱阵列(Si-NPA),并对其表面形貌、结构及光学特性进行研究.Si-NPA的结构复合性体现为 在微米和纳米两个尺度上形成了三个分明的结构层次,即微米尺度的硅柱阵列结构、硅柱上 的纳米多孔结构以及组成孔壁的硅纳米晶粒.积分光反射谱和荧光光谱测试表明,Si-NPA具 有良好的光吸收和光致发光特性.依据Si-NPA积分反射谱的实验数据,采用Kramers-Kronig 变换关系计算得到了Si-NPA的复折射率和复介电函数、吸收系数等光学常数,并由此讨论了 Si-NPA相对于单晶硅的光学特性发生显著变化的原因.最后,通过分析Si-NPA的光吸收系数 与入射光子能量之间的关系,揭示出Si-NPA具有直接带隙半导体的电子结构特征,而且理论 计算得到的Si-NPA的带隙能与其光致发光谱的峰位能很好符合.

用电化学法制备了高度有序的多孔阳极氧化铝模板, 选用CoSO4和CuSO4的混合溶液为电解液,用交流电化学沉积法在多孔阳极氧化铝的柱形微孔内制备铜钴合金纳米线有序阵列.分别用扫描电镜(SEM),X 射线衍射仪(XRD)对多孔氧化铝模板和纳米线阵列的微观形貌和结构进行分析.结果显示,制备的合金纳米线表面光滑、均匀,纳米线中的晶粒在长过程中有(111) 晶面的择优取向.用UV3101分光光度计测试了铜钴合金多孔铝复合结构的透射光谱及偏振光谱表明,合金纳米复合结构在可见及近红外波段具有良好的透射比和消光比;铜钴合金纳米复合结构的确能够改善单一金属的特性,比如在近红外光区,其消光比(30 dB)优于铜纳米复合结构(17 dB). 相似文献

Ni–P/AAO nano-array composite structure assemblies with Ni and P grown in the pores of anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membranes
were prepared by electroless deposition. The results of SEM, TEM and SAED show that as-deposited Ni–P nanowires have an amorphous
structure and a few nanocrystallites form after annealing. The optical absorption spectra reveal that, as the annealing temperature
increases, the absorption band edge of the Ni–P/AAO composite structure is obviously blue shifted, which is attributed to
a decrease of the internal pressure after heat treatment. Meanwhile, the annealed Ni–P/AAO nano-array composite structure
exhibits the absorption behavior of a direct band gap semiconductor. Details of this behavior are discussed together with

Ag/Al2O3 nano-array composite structures were obtained by alternating current (AC) electrodeposition of Ag into the pores of anodic alumina membrane (AAM). The ordered wire-grid structure of Ag nanowires formed along a preferential direction, typically 20 nm in diameter, was fabricated. XRD revealed that Ag2O is also preserved in the pores of AAM. Optical properties of Ag/Al2O3 prepared at different annealing temperatures were measured by using spectrometer. Transmission spectra indicate that the transmittance of Ag/Al2O3 increases obviously with the increasing of annealing temperature. Polarization spectra indicate that Ag/Al2O3 has good polarization in the range of 900–2000 nm, and the extinction ratio increases with the increasing of the annealing temperature or incident angle. 相似文献

采用等离子体增强化学气相沉积类金刚石(DLC)薄膜、高真空磁控溅射镀膜设备溅射Ag靶的方法制备了不同厚度Ag、DLC层的DLC/Ag/DLC多层膜,分别用紫外可见分光光度计、四探针测试仪对样品的光学性能、电学性能进行了测试.结果表明,随着Ag层厚度的增加,DLC/Ag/DLC多层膜透射率先增后减,外层DLC薄膜和内层DLC薄膜对透射率影响基本一致,随着厚度增加透射率先增后减,在内外层厚度为40 nm,Ag夹层厚度为16 nm时,DLC(30 nm)/Ag(16 nm)/DLC(40 nm)膜在550 nm处的透射率高达94.4%,电气指数高达112.4 ×10-3Ω-1,远远超过现有透明导电膜的电气指数(FTC≈20×10-3Ω-1). 相似文献

Co/Al2O3 nano-array composite structure assemblies with Co grown in the pores of an anodic alumina membrane (AAM) were obtained by alternating current electrodeposition. X-ray diffraction pattern results show that a mixture of face-centred cubic and hexagonal-close-packed structures, with a preferred (100) direction, co-exists in the Co nanowires. The transmission electron microscopy image reveals that the nanowires are both very regular and uniform, with an average diameter of about 20 nm. The transmission ratio of Co/Al2O3 composite in the near-IR and mid-IR wavebands decreases with the increasing of the electrodeposition time, while it rises with the increasing of the pore-widening time. The Co/Al2O3 composite has good polarization in the near-IR waveband, and its extinction ratio increases significantly when extending the electrodeposition time. 根据多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)薄膜的实验透射谱(200—2500nm),采用极值包络线算法确定其光学常数,并由此较精确地计算出AAO薄膜样品在该波段的光学常数.结果表明,多孔氧化铝薄膜表现出直接带隙(能隙约4.5eV)半导体的光学特性,且其光学常数与制样中的重要工艺参数阳极氧化电压有显著的相关性,即随阳极氧化电压的增加,AAO薄膜的厚度、折射率和光学能隙变大,消光系数减小.同时,计算得到的薄膜厚度与实测值相吻合,则说明计算结果和实验值是自洽的.

Free space optics (FSO) is a promising communication technique for various types of services in the optical access network. Single beam FSO system in tropical rainy weather is vulnerable to atmospheric rain attenuation, so it is necessary to have precise power law parameters of rain attenuation in tropical regions. In this study, the power law parameters k, and α are estimated as 2.03 and 0.74, respectively for the FSO applications in tropical South-East Asian weather. These parameters were evaluated by using least square mean equation (LSME) method with Levenberg–Marquardt optimization based on the one year collected heavy rain data. The obtained parameter values for tropical weather are contributed to improve link performance for high-speed networks. 相似文献

Nano metal-particle dispersed glasses are the attractive candidates for nonlinear optical material applications.Au/SiO 2 nano-composite thin films with 3 vol% to 65 vol% Au are prepared by inductively coupled plasma sputtering.Au particles as perfect spheres with diameters between 10 nm and 30 nm are uniformly dispersed in the SiO 2 matrix.Optical absorption peaks due to the surface plasmon resonance of Au particles are observed.The absorption property is enhanced with the increase of Au content,showing a maximum value in the films with 37 vol% Au.The absorption curves of the Au/SiO 2 thin films with 3 vol% to 37 vol% Au accord well with the theoretical optical absorption spectra obtained from Mie resonance theory.Increasing Au content over 37 vol% results in the partial connection of Au particles,whereby the intensity of the absorption peak is weakened and ultimately replaced by the optical absorption of the bulk.The band gap decreases with Au content increasing from 3 vol% to 37 vol % but increases as Au content further increases. 相似文献
