We calculate the binding energies of Ni, Cu, Xe, Cs, Pt, Au, Np, Pu isotope chains using two interaction parameter sets NL-3 and NL-Z, and compared the relative errors of the even-even nuclei with those of odd-even nuclei and odd-odd nuclei. We find that the errors of binding energy of odd-even and odd-odd nuclei are not bigger than the one of even-even nuclei. The result shows that comparing with even-even nuclei, there is no systematic error and approximation in the calculations of the binding energy of odd-even and odd-odd nuclei with relativistic mean-field theory. In addition, the result is explained theoretically.  相似文献

根据Audi等编评的最新核数据表, 对Z≥84, N≥128的核的α衰变实验寿命用Viola-Seaborg公式进行最小方差拟合, 得到一套新参数. 用新拟合参数计算的偶偶核的衰变寿命与实验寿命很好地符合, 平均偏差1.3倍.而对奇A和奇奇核理论寿命与实验寿命相差较远. 考虑到处于基态时奇A和奇奇核与偶偶核的主要区别在于自旋和宇称, 对Viola-Seaborg公式做了推广. 在公式中引入了离心势垒(即α粒子轨道角动量)对衰变寿命的影响. 由推广公式计算的奇A和奇奇核的寿命与实验寿命平均偏差2.5倍,最大偏差5—6倍.  相似文献

回顾了对远离β稳定线奇特核性质的理论研究现状,并用相对论平均场理论研究了远离β稳定线奇特核的性质.包括轻核的中子晕和质子晕、远离β稳定线核的壳效应和超重核的性质等.The present situation of studies on exotic nuclei far from the β stable line is simply reviewed and then the relativistic mean field study on these nuclei has been carried out. Imaging of cell nuclei plays a critical role in cancer diagnosis and prognosis. To image noninvasively cell nuclei in vivo without staining, we developed UV photoacoustic microscopy (UV-PAM), in which 266 nm wavelength UV light excites unlabeled DNA and RNA in cell nuclei to produce photoacoustic waves. We applied UV-PAM to ex vivo imaging of cell nuclei in a mouse lip and a mouse small intestine and to in vivo imaging of the cell nuclei in the mouse skin. The UV-PAM images of unstained cell nuclei match the optical micrographs of the histologically stained cell nuclei. Given intrinsic optical contrast and high spatial resolution, in vivo label-free UV-PAM has potential for unique biological and clinical application.  相似文献

Fast helium nuclei emitted in interactions between heavy cosmic ray nuclei (12≦Z≦26) and photoemulsion nuclei at energies >1 GeV/nucleon have been studied. Comparisons with interactions where the incident particles are protons, pions or light nuclei reveal some characteristic features of nucleus-nucleus interactions. The frequency of fast target helium nuclei is much larger and the high energy tail of the energy spectrum of these helium nuclei is more pronounced in nucleus-nucleus interactions than in proton-nucleus and pion-nucleus interactions. The number of helium nuclei emitted depends on the size and disintegration of the interacting nuclei. In order to explain our experimental data several possible production mechanisms have to be considered. Some characteristics of the emission of multiply-charged projectile fragments have-also been studied.  相似文献

Transverse-momentum distributions of doubly charged fragments of sulfur and lead nuclei having energies of 200 and 160 GeV per nucleon and interacting with nuclei in a track emulsion were investigated. No trace of compression or heating of nuclear matter in the interaction of these nuclei with track-emulsion nuclei was revealed experimentally. Transverse momenta of fragments of relativistic nuclei were found to obey a normal distribution that corresponds to a degenerate momentum distribution of nucleons in the ground state of a nucleus before its interaction with a track-emulsion nucleus. There is no piece of evidence that fragments of relativistic nuclei originate from some excited state of an intermediate nucleus. This picture of the fragmentation of relativistic nuclei complies with the naive parton model proposed by Feynman and Gribov. In summary, the fragmentation of relativistic nuclei at energies of 160 and 200 GeV per nucleon is cold and fast.  相似文献

The fusion/capture cross sections between various deformed nuclei are calculated. It is shown that quadrupole and hexadecapole deformations of heavy nuclei are important for evaluating the barrier height, capture well depth, and fusion/capture cross sections of heavy nuclei. It is found that calculations of the capture cross section of two heavy deformed nuclei must be performed with averaging over all possible mutual orientations of the colliding nuclei.  相似文献

Magnetic dipole and electric quadrupole moments are discussed in nuclei near doubly-closed shell nuclei (the T1 nuclei) and in nuclei along series of single-closed shell nuclei (plus of minus a few nucleons) (the In odd-mass and odd-odd nuclei). We discuss the “additivity” rules for nuclear moments. We also address the EO moment: the liquid drop model and the shell-model are discussed and compared to measurements of nuclear radii in the Ca, Sn and Pb region. In the latter region, the importance of intruder states across the Z=82 proton closed shell is emphasized.  相似文献

We develop a method for calculation of the total reaction cross sections induced by the halo nuclei and stable. nuclei. This approach is based on the Glauber theory, which is valid for nuclear reactions at high energies. It is extended for nuclear reactions at low energies and intermediate energies by including both the quantum correction and Coulomb correction under the assumption of the effective nuclear density distribution. The calculated results of the total reaction cross section induced by stable nuclei agree well with 30 experimental data within 10 percent accuracy. The comparison between the numerical results and 20 experimental data for the total nuclear reaction cross section induced by the neutron halo nuclei and the proton halo nuclei indicates a satisfactory agreement after considering the halo structure of these nuclei, which implies quite different mean fields for the nuclear reactions induced by halo nuclei and stable nuclei. The halo nucleon distributions and the root-mean-square radii of these nuclei can be extracted from the above comparison based on the improved Glauber model, which indicates clearly the halo structures of these nuclei. Especially,it is clear to see that the medium correction of the nucleon-nucleon collision has little effect on the total reaction cross sections induced by the halo nuclei due to the very weak binding and the very extended density distribution.  相似文献

Electromagnetic interactions of high-energy nuclei in ultraperipheral collisions are considered. Such collisions, which take place without any overlap of nuclear densities, can be considered as irradiation of nuclei by intense photon beams with a broad energy spectrum. This leads to several unusual phenomena, such as mutual electromagnetic excitation of nuclei, including exotic double and triple excitations of giant resonances, and multifragmentation of nuclei. The RELDIS model is presented, which describes fragmentation of nuclei and meson production by equivalent photons. It is shown that the RHIC and LHC colliders provide unique opportunities to study electromagnetic interactions of ultrarelativistic nuclei. The cross sections calculated by the RELDIS model are used in the method of monitoring the LHC luminosity on the basis of neutron emission rates, as well as to simulate interactions of beam nuclei with LHC construction elements.  相似文献

The study of cluster structures in light nuclei is extending to the heavy nuclei in these years. As for the stable N = Z nuclei, from the lighter 8Be, 12C nuclei to the heavier 20Ne and even the 40Ca and 44Ti medium nuclei, the α cluster structures have been well studied and confirmed. In heavy nuclei, due to the dominated mean field, the existence of α cluster structure is not clear as light nuclei but some clues were found for indicating the core+α cluster structure in some nuclei, in particular, the 208Pb+α structure in 212Po. We review some recent progress about the theoretical and experimental explorations of the α-clustering effects in heavy nuclei. We also discuss the possible α cluster structure of heavy nuclei from the view of α decay.  相似文献

Cavitation cluster dynamics after the passage of a single pressure wave is studied for different concentrations of artificial cavitation nuclei (30 to 3x10(5) nuclei/ml). With increasing concentration of cavitation nuclei the lifetime of the cavitation cluster is prolonged. Additionally, it is found that the spatial extent of the cluster decreases with higher nuclei concentration. The experimental data for concentrations less than 400 nuclei/ml are compared to simulations with a Rayleigh-Plesset-type equation, taking into account bubble-bubble interaction. For higher concentrations (more than 1000 nuclei/ml) the observed radial cluster dynamics is compared with calculations from an axisymmetric cavity-collapse model.  相似文献

利用激光扫描共聚焦显微技术和碱性单细胞凝胶电泳技术对经过离子注入后的黑松花粉粒内细胞核的直接损伤效应进行了观察鉴定。 研究结果表明, 离子注入后可以直接损伤细胞核结构, 导致细胞核裂解。 细胞核的损伤程度与注入离子的剂量密切相关, 即细胞核DNA分子的损伤程度随着注入离子剂量的增加而提高。 The damage of pollen nuclei of Pinus thunbergii induced directly by ion implantation were measured by the laser confocal microscopy technique and the single cell gel electrophoresis test. The results showed that ion implantation caused the nuclei structure to be damaged, leading to the nuclei degradation. The results of statistical analysis showed that the damage grade of nuclei was very correlative with the ion dosage. The damage degree of DNA in the nuclei at the level of single cells was increased with the increase of the ion implantation dose.  相似文献

Calculations of equilibrium properties of dense matter predict that at subnuclear densities nuclei can be rodlike or slablike. To investigate whether transitions between phases with nonspherical nuclei can occur during the collapse of a star, we perform quantum molecular dynamic simulations of the compression of dense matter. We have succeeded in simulating the transitions between rodlike and slablike nuclei and between slablike nuclei and cylindrical bubbles. Our results strongly suggest that nonspherical nuclei can be formed in the inner cores of collapsing stars.  相似文献

We analyze in detail the numerical results of superheavy nuclei in deformed relativistic mean-field model and deformed Skyrme-Hartree-Fock model. The common points and differences of both models are systematically compared and discussed. Their consequences on the stability of superheavy nuclei are explored and explained. The theoreticalresults are compared with new data of superheavy nuclei from GSI and from Dubna and reasonable agreement is reached.Nuclear shell effect in superheavy region is analyzed and discussed. The spherical shell effect disappears in some cases due to the appearance of deformation or superdeformation in the ground states of nuclei, where valence nucleons occupysignificantly the intruder levels of nuclei. It is shown for the first time that the significant occupation of vaJence nucleons on the intruder states plays an important role for the ground state properties of superheavy nuclei. Nuclei are stable in the deformed or superdeformed configurations. We further point out that one cannot obtain the octupole deformation of even-even nuclei in the present relativistic mean-field model with the σ,ω and ρ mesons because there is no parityviolating interaction and the conservation of parity of even-even nuclei is a basic assumption of the present relativistic mean-field model.  相似文献
