A Trihydrated complex of benzimidazole copper(Ⅱ) sulfate [(C7H6N2)4CuSO4]·3H2O was synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal structure of this compound is built up of six solvated water molecules and two dissimilar copper ions identified as Cu1 and Cu2. The coordination geometry of copper(Ⅱ) is a slightly distorted square pyramid. The four equivalent tertiary nitrogen atoms of the benzimidazole ligand form an equatorial plane, while the oxygen atoms of sulfato occupy the axial site. In the solid state, the title compound forms a three dimensional network structure via hydrogen bonds. The benzimidazole, sulfato ion and H2O moieties are connected by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The (EPR) spectrum shows axial symmetry with g⊥=2.039 and g∥=2.285. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility shows that there is a weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the neighboring copper(Ⅱ) ions.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex was measured, in which the two zinc atoms with coordination polyhedron of distorted tetragonal pyramid (TP) are bridged by an imidazolate in the apical position of the TP forming a dimer. The isomorphous [(trien)Cu(im)Zn(trien)](ClO4)3·H2O complex was doped in the title complex and the recorded single-crystal ESR spectra by fitting gave two sets of the principal values of g and A tensors, which were assigned to the physically distinct sites of the two magnetically equivalent molecules in the unit cell. Lattice distortion at the Cu(II) ion sites and the bonding parameters of Cu(II) ions are further calculated, and the bonding nature of Cu(II) ions is discussed.  相似文献

The title complex, [Co2 (bpdc)2 (bim)4 ]n (bpdc = biphenyl-2,2′-dicarboxylate dianion, bim = benzimidazole), was synthesized in a aqueous solution and its crystal structure was determined by means of X-ray diffraction. There are two different coordinated Co( Ⅱ ) centers in the complex. The Co1 center has a deformed trigonal-bipyramidal geometry, while the Co2 center possesses a tetrahedral geometry. In addition, the two different coordination modes of bpdc ligands act as two kinds of bridges to link Col and Co2, resulting in a catena chain.  相似文献

The reaction of PdCl2 in water with 2-hydroxypropane-1, 3-diaminetetraacetic acid (HPDTA) gave the complex Pd (C11H16N2O9)·1. 5H2O, which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction data show that Pd ( Ⅱ ) is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and two car-boxylic oxygen atoms. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic space group Pc with a = 1. 1240(2), b=1. 1183(2), c=1. 2597(3) nm, β=96. 33(2)°V=1. 5737(6) nm3, Z = 4, R= 0.038. The pentanuclear complex, [Cu5(SIP)2(HSIP)2(H2O)18](H2O)5 (H3SIP=5-sulfoi-sophthalic acid), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of CuCl2 with NaH2SIP at 160 ℃, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and IR spectrum. The crystal of the complex crystallizes in a trielinic system, space group P1, with a = 7.0018(5), b = 11.9725(8), c = 19.0424(13) A, α = 78.8540(10), β = 85.1710(10),γ = 83.6080(10)~, V = 1553.24(19) A3, Z = 1, C32H60O51S4Cu5, Mr= 1706.74, Dc= 1.825 g/cm3,μ = 1.937 mm-1, F(000) = 869, the final R = 0.0709 and wR = 0.1503 for 4235 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The five Cu2+ ions are connected by two symmetry-related tridentate SIP3- ligands and charge-balanced by two monodentate HSIP2- ligands, giving a discrete pentanuclear structure. The pentanuclear copper molecules are linked by hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. The temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility data revealed weak ferromagnetic magnetic interactions between the Cu2+ ions.  相似文献

A dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex[Cu2(TATP)2(L-Leu)2(CIO4)2]2·2H2Owas synthesized and characterized, where, TATP=1,4,8,9-tetraazatriphenylene, and L-Leu=L-leucinate. The complex was crystallized in the triclinic space group P1, with two independent molecules in a unit cell. Two Cu(Ⅱ) ions in each complex [Cu2(TATP)2(L-Leu)2(CIO4)2] molecule were found to be in different coordination geometries, i.e., Cu2 or Cu4 of a distorted square-pyramidal geometry coordinated with two nitrogens of TATP, the amino nitrogen and one carboxylate oxygen of L-Leu and one oxygen of perchlorate, and Cul or Cu3 with an octahedral geometry coordinated with the above stated similar coordinated atoms, and another carboxylate oxygen of L-Leu coordinating to Cu2 or Cu4. The complex can interact with CT-DNA by an intercalative mode and cleave pBR322 DNA in the presence of ascorbate.  相似文献

A one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Cu(phen)(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)]n has been synthesized by reacting 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and Cu(Ⅱ) perchlorate and its structure was characterized. Crystal data for this complex: tetragonal, space group I41, a = 2.0293(3), b = 2.0293(3), c = 1.3758(2) nm, α =β= γ = 90°, V= 5.6657(13) nm3, Dc= 1.379 g/cm3, Z = 8, μ(MoKa) = 0.815 mm-1, Mr = 588.14, F(000) = 2456, S = 1.047, R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.1053. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring Cu(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by one bridging-chelating 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic group, forming a one-dimensional chain structure. Each Cu(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid molecules and one oxygen atom from one water molecule, giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry. A new cobalt( Ⅱ ) complex [Co(μ-phth)(imi)2]n (phth = o-phthalato, imi = imidazole)has been synthesized by the reaction of CoCl2 with disodium o-phthalate and imidazole. The crystal structure of the compound has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group Pn with a = 8.405(1), b = 9.995(1), c = 9.996(2) (A),β= 104.479(2),V= 813.0(2) (A)3, Dc= 1.467 g/cm3, C14H12N4O4Co, Mr= 359.21, F(000) = 366,μ = 1.079 mm-1, Z = 2, R = 0.0483 and wR = 0.1209 for 1583 observed reflections (Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ)). In the title complex, the Co(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by o-phthalate ligands in a bidentate mode, producing a zigzag infinite chain structure. Each four-coordinated cobalt( Ⅱ ) center was coordinated by two oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms to give a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The chains are linked by hydrogen bonds between oxygen atoms belonging to carboxylate groups and hydrogen atoms of imidazole molecules, forming an unusual two-dimensional coordination polymer.  相似文献

A penta-coordinated Cu(Ⅱ) complex with 1,4-diazacycloheptane (DACH),[Cu(DACH)2(H2O)]Cl2(1),has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction,IR spectra, elemental analyses, thermal analyses,UV-Vis and ESR techniques.Complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic crystal system,Pbcn space group with a=1.6075(4),b=1.0539(3),c=0.9195(3)nm,V=1.5578(7)nm^3,Mr=352.79,Z=4,Dc=1.487g/cm^3,final R=0.0451 and wR=0.1294.The structure of 1 indicates that the central Cu(Ⅱ) atom is penta-coordinated by four nitrogen aboms of two DACH moieties at the equatorial positions and a water molecule at the axis position. The coordination geometry of Cu(Ⅱ) could be considered as an approximately ideal square-pyramidal environment. Both DACH rings arrange in cis-form and are predominantly in the boat-boat conformation (80%) with some disorder to the chair-chair conformation (20%).The Cl^- anions are hydrogen bonded with the nitrogen donors of the DACH rings and the oxygen donor of the coordinated H2O molecule to form a one-dimensional zigzag linear structure. The solution behaviors of 1 are also discussed in detail by Uvvis and ESR technique.  相似文献

Self-assembly of Ag(Ⅰ) nitrate, 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (bpp) and phthalic acid monopotassium salt (KHphth) in CH3OH-H2O solution produced the title complex,{[Ag(bpp)]2(Hphth)(NO3)·(H2O)2}n, which was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and photoluminescent spectrum. Single-crystal X-ray analysis revealed that the complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with α =15.4174(5), b = 8.6398(2), c = 25.2466(8) (A), β = 91.072(1)°, V = 3362.34(17) (A)3, Z = 4,C34H37N5O9Ag2, Mr = 875.43, Dc = 1.729 g/cm3, μ = 1.228 mm-1, F(000) = 1768, the final R =0.0749 and wR = 0.1580 for 5754 reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Ag atom is coordinated by two N atoms from two bpp molecules in an approximately linear geometry. The Ag(Ⅰ) ions are linked by the bpp molecules to form one-dimensional zigzag chains propagating along the c axis. The Hphth-and nitrate counter-ions are bridged by solvent water molecules through hydrogen bonds to generate a one-dimensional chain extending along the b axis. Electrostatic interactions between cations and anions, extensive hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions are responsible for the three-dimensional supramolecular structure. In the solid state, the compound exhibits blue photoluminescence with the maximum at 436 nm upon excitation at 344 nm.  相似文献

A new dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex with imino nitroxide radicals [Cu2(NO3)2(IM-1'-MeBzlm)2(dca)2] (IM-1'-MeBzlm = 2-{2'-[(1'-methyl)benzimidazolyl]}-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimi-dazoline-1-oxyl, dca = dicyanamide anion) has been prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in triclinie, space group P1, with a =9.440(5), b = 10.124(6), c = 11.603(7)(A°), α= 102.904(7),β = 94.033(6), γ= 104.299(7)°,C34H40Cu2N16O8, Mr= 927.90, V= 1038.2(10) (A°)3, Z = 1, Dc=1.484 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 1.093 mm-1,F(000) = 478, R = 0.0609 and wR = 0.1512 for 2889 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray analysis reveals that two Cu(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by two dicyanamides to form a centrosymmetric Cu(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) dinuclear entity. Every Cu(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated with a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry and IM-1'-MeBzlm ligand coordinates to the metal ion with the κ2 N(1'-MeBzlm), O(IM) mode to avoid steric hindrance with the methyl group in the complex. Meanwhile, the molecules are linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds, leading to a 1-D chain structure. Moreover, such chains are further linked by π-π stacking interactions to form a 2-D network structure. Magnetic measurement demonstrates that the intramolecular exchange couplings between Cu(Ⅱ) ion and the IM-1'-MeBzlm are ferromagnetic with J = 12.46 cm-1, where the spin Hamitonian is defined as H= -2JS1S2 within the complex.  相似文献

The complexes of [Cu(bpy)(H2O)(CBA)2]n 1 and [Cu(phen)(H2O)(CBA)2]·H2O 2 based on p-cyanobenzoic acid(HCBA) have been synthesized in aqueous ethanolic solution at room temperature. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies demonstrated that complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic and complex 2 is of triclinic system. The results indicate the complex 1 shows a 1D chain structure bridged by two carboxylic oxygen atoms from CBA–, and complex 2 is a mononuclear structure. Through intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π...π stacking interactions, the complexes are assembled into supramolecular structures. Complex 1 has been characterized by magnetic measurements. The magnetic measurement indicates that weak ferromagnetic interaction(zJ= 0.038(5)) between the Cu2+ ions is dominant in the structure. The IR spectrum and results of thermal and elemental analyses are also presented.  相似文献
