The reactions of 2-, 3-, and 4-(1-vinylpyrrol-2-yl)pyridines with methyl iodide afford the corresponding quaternary salts. Analysis of their 1H and 13C NMR spectra showed that the quaternization of the nitrogen atom considerably enhances the -acceptor effect of the pyridine ring on the pyrrole ring and on the vinyl group. 1-Methyl-2-(1-vinylpyrrol-2-yl)pyridinium iodide contains no weak intramolecular C--H...N hydrogen bond present in the starting compound.  相似文献

Nitropyrazoles     
The structures of substitutedN-aminonitropyrazoles and 1- and 2-amino-4-nitro-1,2,3-triazoles as well as the site of protonation of 1-aminopyrazole were determined based on the1H,13C, and15N (14N) NMR spectra. The13C NMR spectra were recorded under conditions of13C-{1H,14N} triple resonance. Effects of substituents in the pyrazole ring on the13C and14N chemical shifts were studied. The13C,1H and15N,1H spin-spin coupling constants, obtained using techniques of [1H]13C and [1H]15N polarization transfer (SPT, INEPT), were measured, fully assigned, and discussed.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The assignment of the signals for the H and C atoms of four diastereomers (without their separation) of 2-(1-aminoethyl)bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane (1) and its hydrochloride (2) (the antiviral drug deitiforin) was performed for the first time by two-dimensional 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The effects of the substituent at position 2 of norbornane on the chemical shifts of the -, -, and -carbon atoms of the bicycle were examined using the increments for alkanes. The changes in the chemical shifts of the C(6) and C(7) atoms are substantially larger than those for the other C atoms, which made it possible to identify the exo and endo forms. Each of these forms exists as a mixture of two diastereomers. The effect of the positive charge of the N atom on the -protons, which are closely spaced, but separated by a number of covalent bonds, was considered on going from amine 1 to hydrochloride 2. Based on significant changes in shielding of these H atoms, the configurations of the asymmetric center in the CHMe(NH2) substituent of the diastereomers were established.  相似文献

Summary Variable temperature1H NMR experiments of 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-phenyl-3H-1,5-benzodiazepine (5a) and its derivatives5d and5e were carried out in order to investigate the conformational behaviour of these compounds. The G* values for the ring inversion barriers of5a and5d areca. 52 kJ/mol,i.e. they do not differ significantly as compared to analogous compounds without phenolic OH group(s). This indicates that the hydrogen bond has not to be opened during the inversion process. In5e the barrier is about 2–3 kJ/mol higher which can be explained by steric interference between the additional methoxy group and the H-3 atoms during ring inversion.15N NMR data which can be discussed in terms of hydrogen bond strength support this interpretation.
Untersuchung des Konformationsgleichgewichtes einiger 2-(2-Hydroxyphenyl)-4-aryl-3H-1,5-benzodiazepine mit Hilfe der1H- und15N-NMR-Spektroskopie
Zusammenfassung Es wurden1H-NMR-Experimente mit 2-(2-Hydroxyphenyl)-4-aryl-3H-1,5-benzodiazepin (5a) und seinen Derivaten5d und5e bei unterschiedlichen Temperaturen durchgeführt. Die G*-Werte für die Ring-Inversion von5a und5d betragenca. 52 kJ/mol, d.h. sie sind gegenüber Verbindungen ohne eine phenolische OH-Gruppe kaum verändert. Das zeigt an, daß die Wasserstoffbrückenbindung während der Inversion nicht geöffnet werden muß. In5e ist die Barriere um ungefähr 2–3 kJ/mol höher, was durch eine sterische Wechselwirkung zwischen der zusätzlichen Methoxygruppe und den H-3-Atomen während der Inversion erklärt werden kann.15N-NMR-Daten können als Hinweise auf die Stärke der Wasserstoffbrückenbindung interpretiert werden.

Reactions of 2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)phenol (1) and SnPh3Cl, SnPh2Cl2 and SnCl4 were investigated. One tetracoordinated triphenyltin(IV) compound: triphenyltin-2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)phenolate] (3) and its adducts: [O → Sn] dimethylsulfoxide triphenyltin-[2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)phenolate] (4), [O → Sn] aqua triphenyltin-[2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)phenolate] (5) [O → Sn] ethanol triphenyltin-[2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)phenolate] (6), [N → Sn] pyridine triphenyltin-[2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)phenolate] (7), where 1 acts as a monodentate ligand bound through the phenol oxygen, were obtained. In the pentacoordinated compounds 4-7, the tin atom has tbp geometry. The three phenyl groups are in equatorial positions, whereas the benzimidazole and the Lewis base are in apical positions. Two hexacoordinated tin compounds: diphenyltin-bis[2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl-κN)phenolate-κO] (8), dichlorotin-bis[2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl-κN)phenolate-κO] (9) bearing two bidentate ligands are reported. The coplanar ligands in 8 and 9 form six membered rings by oxygen and nitrogen coordination. The tin geometry is all-trans octahedral. In 8 the two phenyl groups, and in 9 the two chlorine atoms are perpendicular to the plane of the ligands. Compounds were identified in solution mainly by 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR and in the solid state by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

2-(1-Alkoxyimino-2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)-5-trimethylsilylfurans were synthesized by the condensation of 2-(trifluoroacetyl)-5-trimethylsilylfuran with alkoxyamines. According to 1H and 19F NMR spectroscopic data, the alkoxyimino group in the E-isomers descreens the H-3 and H-4 protons of the furan ring more strongly than in the Z-isomers, shifting their signals downfield. The rotational barriers between the configurational isomers of two structurally related push–pull 4-oxothiazolidines, differing in the number of exocyclic CC bonds, have been determined by dynamic 1H NMR spectroscopy. The equilibrium mixture of (5-ethoxycarbonylmethyl-4-oxothiazolidin-2-ylidene)-1-phenylethanone (1a) in CDCl3 at room temperature to 333 K consists of the E- and Z-isomers which are separated by an energy barrier ΔG# 98.5 kJ/mol (at 298 K). The variable-temperature 1H NMR data for the isomerization of ethyl (5-ethoxycarbonylmethylidene-4-oxothiazolidin-2-ylidene)ethanoate (2b) in DMSO-d6, possessing the two exocyclic CC bonds at the C(2)- and C(5)-positions, indicate that the rotational barrier ΔG# separating the (2E,5Z)-2b and (2Z,5Z)-2b isomers is 100.2 kJ/mol (at 298 K). In a polar solvent-dependent equilibrium the major (2Z,5Z)-form (>90%) is stabilized by the intermolecular resonance-assisted hydrogen bonding and strong 1,5-type S · · · O interactions within the SCCCO entity. The 13C NMR ΔδC(2)C(2′) values, ranging from 58 to 69 ppm in 1ad and 49-58 ppm in 2ad, correlate with the degree of the push-pull character of the exocyclic C(2)C(2′) bond, which increases with the electron withdrawing ability of the substituents at the vinylic C(2′) position in the following order: COPh COEt > CONHPh > CONHCH2CH2Ph. The decrease of the ΔδC(2)C(2′) values in 2ad has been discussed for the first time in terms of an estimation of the electron donor capacity of the S fragment on the polarization of the CC bonds.  相似文献

Summary The conformation and relative configuration of [1-(2H-azirin-2-yl)alkyl]phosphonates (2) has been established by thorough investigation of some characteristic representatives of the series by1H,13C,15N, and31P NMR spectroscopy. It is shown that the chemical shift of the proton located to the phosphonate group can be used as a criterion for the discrimination and stereochemical assignment of diastereoisomers. According to the1H and13C NMR spectral data, the vinyl group in 1-vinyl-2-formylimidazole and 1-vinyl-2-formylbenzimidazole istrans-oriented with respect to the formyl fragment, while the carbonyl group occupies theanti-position with respect to the N atom of pyridine cycle. A synthesis of [10]paracyclophane (Pc) and its organometallic complexes, Pc·Cr(CO)3, [PcMn(CO)3]+BF4 , (PcRuC5Me5)+·PF6 , (PcRhC5Me5)2+(BF4 )2, and PcCo4(CO)9 has been carried out. The1H NMR spectra of mononuclear complexes of neutral Cr and monocationic derivatives of Mn and Ru have been examined. 6-Coordination with a transition metal atom causes a decrease in the ring -current which is exhibited as a downfield displacement of the resonance signals from the protons of the --CH2 groups in relation to those of free Pc. In the monocationic complexes the deshielding action of the positive charge is also added to this effect. In the1H NMR spectrum of the cluster PcCo4(CO)9 the resonance signals from the --CH2 protons are shifted upfield in relation to the Pc signals. Reactions of equimolar quantities of potassium 2-{[(2Z)-3-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-butenylidene]amino}acetate, with R n SnX4?n (R: benzyl– and n=2 or 3) in methanol yielded products of compositions LHSn(PhCH2)3 and LSn(PhCH2)2, respectively. The complexes were characterized by microanalysis, IR, NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopy. A full characterization of the structure of the complex, tribenzyl{2-{[(2Z)-3-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-butenylidene]amino}acetato}tin(IV), was carried out by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The compound exists as centrosymmetric dimers in which two ligand molecules bridge the two tin centres. Each of the tin atoms in the dimeric unit is five coordinate in an approximately trigonal bipyramidal configuration, with carbon atoms in the equatorial positions and oxygen atoms arranged axially.  相似文献

Reactions of sodium 5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-olates (LH, where the aryl group is an R-substituted phenyl ring such that for L1H: R = H; L2H: R = 2′-CH3; L3H: R = 3′-CH3; L4H: R = 4′-CH3; L5H: R = 4′-OCH3 and L6H: R = 4′-OC2H5) with Ph3SnCl in a 1:1 molar ratio yielded complexes of composition Ph3SnL. The complexes have been characterized by 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR, IR and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopic techniques in combination with elemental analyses. The crystal structures of Ph3SnL1 · 0.5C6H6 (1), Ph3SnL2 (2), Ph3SnL5 · C6H6 (5) and Ph3SnL6 · 0.5C6H6 (6) were determined. The results of the X-ray studies indicated that the benzene solvated compounds 1, 5 and 6 are distorted square pyramid, with one of the phenyl C atoms in the apex while the ligand arrangement around central Sn atom in 2 is distorted trigonal-bipyramidal, with a phenyl C and the oxinato N atoms in axial positions.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structures of series of 1-aryl-1,4-dihydro-3(2H)-isoquinolinones (1-7) have been determined. Lactame heterocyclic ring possesses more or less deformed boat conformation in all examined structures. The aryl substituent adopts the equatorial position in the structures 1-3 and the axial one in 5-7. In the structure of 4, due to extremely flattened heterocyclic ring, aryl substituent location can be named as bisectional. In all solved structures the molecules are joined into the dimers via two N-H?O hydrogen bonds. At the same time, 1H NMR studies in DMSO-d6 solutions were accomplished and profound analysis of 2J, 3J, and 5J coupling constants have shown that in isoquinolinone system the heterocyclic ring adopts the boat conformation in all investigated compounds. The stereochemical orientations of the phenyl ring at C1 do not depend on the nature of the substituent but, exclusively, on the mode of substitution. However, three forms of undulated laktam heterocyclic ring conformation in respect of 1-aryl substituent positions were confirmed by calculation (conformational analysis).  相似文献

The reactions of 2-hydroxy-2-polyfluoroalkylchroman-4-ones with hydroxylamine yield, through 2-isoxazolines as intermediate products, 3-(2-hydroxyaryl)-5-polyfluoroalkylisoxazoles. Analogous reactions with 2-polyfluoroalkylchromones afford -diketone monooximes, which in an acidic medium undergo cyclodehydration into 5-(2-hydroxyaryl)-3-polyfluoroalkylisoxazoles. The structures of regioisomeric 3- and 5-polyfluoroalkylisoxazoles were determined using 1H, 19F, and 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The triphenyltin(IV) complexes of 4-[((E)-1-{2-hydroxy-5-[(E)-2-(2-carboxyphenyl)-1-diazenyl]phenyl}methylidene)amino]aryls (aryls = 4-CH3, 4-Br, 4-Cl, 4-OCH3) have been synthesized and characterized by 1H-, 13C-, 119Sn-NMR, ESI mass spectrometry, IR and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopic techniques in combination with elemental analysis. The crystal structures of a representative carboxylate ligand (aryl = 4-CH3) and three Sn complexes, viz., polymeric (Ph3Sn[O2CC6H4{NN(C6H3-4-OH(C(H)NC6H4X-4))}-o])n (X = Me (1) and Br (2)) and dimeric (Ph3Sn[O2CC6H4{NN(C6H3-4-OH(C(H)NC6H4X-4))}-o])2 (X = OMe (4)) complexes are reported. The coordination environment in each complex is trigonal bipyramidal trans-Ph3SnO2. A single zwitterionic carboxylate ligand bridges adjacent Sn atoms via the carboxylate and phenoxide O atoms.  相似文献

A series of cis-bis{5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolinolato}diphenyltin(IV) complexes have been synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR, ESI-MS, IR and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopic techniques in combination with elemental analysis. The structures of a ligand L6H (i.e., 5-[(E)-2-(4-ethoxyphenyl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-ol) and three diphenyltin(IV) complexes, viz., Ph2Sn(L1)2 · (CH3)2CO (1), Ph2Sn(L4)2 (4) and Ph2Sn(L5)2 (5) (L = 5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-ol: aryl = phenyl - (L1H); 4′-methylphenyl - (L4H) and 4′-bromophenyl - (L5H)) were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. In general, the complexes were found to adopt a distorted cis-octahedral arrangement around the tin atom. These complexes retain their solid-state structure in non-coordinating solvent as evidenced by 119Sn NMR spectroscopic results. The in vitro cytotoxicity of 1 is reported and compared with Ph2Sn(Ox)2 (Ox = deprotonated quinolin-8-ol) against seven well characterized human tumor cell lines.  相似文献

It has been found that malonodinitrile and 2-(6-R1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)acetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine undergo hetarylation by 5,6-dichloro-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitrile at the active methylene group to give the triethylammonium salt of 2-(3-chloro-5,6-dicyano-2-pyrazinyl)malononitrile or 5-chloro-6-cyano(6-R1-4-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-quinazolylidene)methyl-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitriles. Reaction of these with primary amines leads to annelation of the pyrrole ring at the pyrazine [b] edge to give 6-amino-5-R-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3,7-tricarbonitriles and 6-amino-5-R2-7-(6-R1-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles respectively.  相似文献

Orbicoside, a new lanostane glycoside and the first from plants of the Astragalus genus, was isolated from the aerial organs of Astragalus orbiculatus Ledeb. (Leguminosae). It has the structure 23,24-lanost-9(11)-en- 3,7,16,19,23,24,25-heptaol 3-O--D-xylopyranoside. The structure of orbicoside was established using PMR and 13C NMR, which were interpreted using DEPT and 2D NMR spectroscopies 1H-1H COSY, HSQC, and HMBC.  相似文献

The structure of azimexone (3), the product of the reaction of 2-cyanoaziridine with acetone, was confirmed on the basis of1H and13C NMR spectra. The formation of this product is accounted for by the -aziridinoalkylating action of an intermediate containing a good leaving iminoyloxy group. Similar reactions were observed for 1-chloromethylaziridine and a 1-aziridinylmethylammonium salt (6), but not for 1-methoxymethylaziridine (7) and 1-aziridinemethanol.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk.
