Selected β-diketones bearing unsaturated derivatives have been demonstrated to undergo homo-metathesis and cross-metathesis with selected olefins in the presence of Grubbs catalysts. The reactions led to respective homo- and cross-metathesis products mainly with good yields and selectivities.   相似文献

Three 2-(benzimidazol-2-yl)-3-hydroxychromone derivatives were synthesized. Their spectroscopic and fluorescent properties, due to excited state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) from OH to carbonyl, were studied. Theoretical possibility of an alternative intramolecular H-bonding and experimental evidence for such behavior are discussed.   相似文献

The nucleophilic displacement of two nitro groups in 3,4-bis(3-nitrofurazan-4-yl)furoxan with ammonia, primary aliphatic amines and hydrazine leads to formation of a novel heterocyclic system, 7H-tris[1,2,5]oxadiazolo[3,4-b:3′,4′-d:3″,4″-f]azepine. The reaction of compound 1 with secondary aliphatic amines proceeds in a typical way for nitrofurazans when the nitro-group in the starting compound is substituted by RR’N-group.   相似文献

By the reaction of 2-methyl-furan-3-carboxylic acid hydrazide with isothiocyanates, 1-[(2-methyl-furan-3-yl)carbonyl]-4-substituted thiosemicarbazides 1 were obtained. Further cyclization with 2% NaOH led to the formation of 3-(2-methyl-furan-3-yl)-4-substituted-Δ2-1,2,4-triazoline-5-thiones 2. The pharmacological effects of 2 on the central nervous system in mice were investigated. Strong antinociceptive properties of the investigated derivatives were observed in a wide range of doses.   相似文献

One-pot, three-component condensation of 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde derivatives, primary amines with alkyl isocyanides is reported. N-alkyl-2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2-iminoacetamide derivatives are generated presumably via the preliminary formation of N, N′-disubstituted benzo[b]furan-2,3-diamines and subsequent oxidation with molecular oxygen.   相似文献

Benzimidazole, benzimidazoles diversely substituted at position 2, and 5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole have been alkylated at N 1 with ketonic Mannich bases derived from acetophenones, acetylnaphthalenes, 2-acetylthiophene and 1-tetralone to afford a series of novel 1-(3-oxopropyl)benzimidazoles. The reduction of these transamination products with NaBH4 in methanol produced the corresponding 1-(3-hydroxypropyl)benzimidazoles in excellent yields.   相似文献

Ionic liquid-functionalized mesoporous materials exhibited high catalytic activity in versatile organic reactions, such as cycloaddition of carbon dioxide (CO2) with epoxide, aza-Michael addition of amines to α, β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds, and the Biginelli reaction of aldehyde, ethyl acetoacetate and urea. Recycling of the catalyst in these reactions could be carried out and the catalyst used at least five times without significant loss in activity.   相似文献

In this paper the procedure for the preparation of inclusion complexes of amlodipine besylate with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and 2-hydrohypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HPβ-CD) and their structural characterization was described. Molecular inclusion complexes of amlodipine besylate are prepared by the coprecipitation method and characterised by the application of spectroscopic methods FTIR, 1H-NMR and XRD. The photosensitivity of amlodipine besylate in the inclusion complexes was also determined with respect to uncomplexed agent. DSC curves indicate the loss of the clear peak due to melting of amlodipine besylate at about 200°C, while on XR diffractograms certain reflections are lost belonging to amlodipine besylate in complexes. This indicates its inclusion in the vacancies of the host. The inclusion of amlodipine besylate with cyclodextrins increases the stability, i.e. decreases the photosensitivity of amlodipine besylate.   相似文献

This was the main reaction (1→7) when the starting amine bore either a chlorine or methoxy group at the para position (1b–c). Two new long-chain carboxylic acids (1, 2) bearing strong fluorescent group pyrene as ligands for Self-Assembled Monolayers (SAMs) have been synthesized. The multistep targeted synthesis is accomplished by use of Pyren-1-yl methylamine hydrochloride and employing simplified synthetic protocols. Compound 2 contains a chiral center purposely introduced along the atom chain in order to make it suitable for chiro-optical studies of the resulting SAMs.   相似文献

9-Bromo-7,12-dihydroindolo[3,2-d][1]benzazepin-6-ylhydrazine was reacted with 2-acetylpyridine to give a Schiff base as a potential tridentate ligand. The reaction of this ligand with gallium chloride afforded complexes of 1:1 and 2:1 stoichiometry. The results of X-ray diffraction studies of the ligand and both gallium complexes are reported and compared with the data for a related gallium complex with a Schiff base obtained from 9-bromo-7,12-dihydroindolo[3,2-d][1]benzazepin-6-ylhydrazine and 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde.   相似文献

Borneol is a monoterpene that is a part of traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine. (−) borneol reacted with methanesulfonyl chloride in THF/pyridine to afford the new 1,7,7-trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-yl methane sulfonate derivative in excellent yield. The product is characterized by H1NMR, C13NMR, mass spectroscopy as well as elemental analysis and its structure was identified by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The packing of 1,7,7-trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-yl methanesulfonate exhibits the non-classical C-H···O hydrogen bonding in C(4) and R2 2(8) chain and ring motifs as structural determinants. This was also confirmed by the analysis of Hirshfeld surfaces. The 1,7,7-trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-yl methane sulfonate antimicrobial activity was tested and compared with its parent (−) borneol against three different pathogens. Particularly, 1,7,7-trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-yl methane sulfonate showed high sensitivity, compared to Chloramphenicol reference material, against Escherichia coli.   相似文献

A series of novel nitro-substituted ortho-analogs of POPOP was synthesized. Like the most of the other known compounds of this class, the synthesized molecules demonstrate high Stokes shift fluorescence emission owing to the planarization of their molecules at electronic excitation. Significant fluorescence quenching in polar solvents was described as the “energy gap law” action rather than the specific effect of the dialkylamino group excited state twisting.   相似文献

A series of new dimeric surfactants, twin-tailed gemini surfactants, 2(12)-s-2(12), were successfully prepared and characterized, and their monolayer films investigated by the measurement of surface pressure-area (π-A) and surface pressure-time (π-t) isotherms at the air/water interface by a Langmuir film balance. Compared to their monomeric counterparts, their collapse pressure (γcollapse) is smaller, whilst all the molecular area parameters are larger. The limited area (Alimited) and the initial area (Ainitial) of these twin-tailed gemini surfactants change with increasing spacer length s, and the surface pressure decreases with increasing time. It was also found that the higher the initial surface pressure, the larger the attenuation.   相似文献

A geometry and SCF convergence study of Hartree-Fock calculations using the 6-31G* basis set is carried out on the set of all possible diatomic molecules formed from atoms with Z≤36. The addition of formylphenylboronic acid derivatives to thiourea and ethyl acetoacetate proceeds in the presence of an additional Lewis acid catalyst to give the corresponding 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-(thio)ones (Biginelli products) in moderate yield. Compounds were tested for antifungal activity against pure cultures of Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Candida albicans and Saccharomyces cerevisiae but, unfortunately, none showed any appreciable activity.   相似文献
