The widths with respect to the radiative decays f 0(980) → ργ and a 0(980) → ωγ were calculated within the local Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model. The contributions of both quark and meson loops were taken into account. The latter and the former play a dominant role for the radiative decays of, respectively, the f 0(980) and the a 0(980) meson.  相似文献

The two-photon decay widths of scalar mesons σ(600), f 0(980) and a 0(980) as well a 0 → ju(ω)γ and f 0 → ju(ω)γ are calculated in the framework of the local Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model. The contributions of the quark loops (Hartree-Fock approximation) and the meson loops (next 1/N c -approximation where N c is the number of colors) are taken into account. The values of these contributions, as we show, are of the same order of magnitude. For the f 0 decay the K-loop contribution plays the dominant role. The results for two-gamma decays are in satisfactory agreement with modern experimental data. The predictions for a 0 → ju(ω)γ and f 0 → ju(ω)γ widths are given.  相似文献

We use a non-perturbative approach which combines coupled channel Lippmann-Schwinger equations with meson-meson potentials provided by the lowest order chiral Lagrangian. By means of one parameter, a cut off in the momentum of the loop integrals, which results of the order of 1 GeV, we obtain singularities in the S-wave amplitudes corresponding to the σ, f0 and a0 resonances. The ππππ, phase shifts and inelasticities in the T = 0 scalar channel are well reproduced as well as the π0η and mass distributions in the T = 1 channel. Furthermore, the total and partial strong decay widths of the f0 and a0 resonances are properly reproduced. The results seem to indicate that chiral symmetry constraints at low energy and unitarity in coupled channels is the basic information contained in the meson-meson interaction below GeV.  相似文献

We consider near-threshold a 0(980)-meson production in πN and NN collisions. An effective Lagrangian approach with one-pion exchange is applied to analyze different contributions to the cross section for different isospin channels. The Reggeon exchange mechanism is also evaluated for comparison. The results from πN reactions are used to calculate the contribution of the a 0 meson to the cross sections and invariant mass distributions of the reactions and ppppK + K . It is found that the experimental observation of a 0 + mesons in the reaction is much more promising than the observation of a 0 0 mesons in the reaction ppppK + K . Effects of isospin violation in the reactions pNda 0, pd3He(3H)a 0, and dd4Hea 0, which are induced by a 0(980)-f 0(980) mixing, are also analyzed. On the basis of the decay couplings f 0ππ, K , ηη, ηη′ found earlier in the study of analytical (IJ PC =00++) amplitude in the mass range 450–1900 MeV, we analyze the quark-gluonium content of the resonances f 0(980), f 0(1300), f 0(1500), and f 0(1750) and the broad state f 0(1420 −70 +150 ). The K-matrix technique used in the analysis makes it possible to evaluate the quark-gluonium content both for the states with switched-off decay channels (bare states, f 0 bare ) and for the real resonances. We observe a significant change in the quark-gluonium composition in the evolution from bare states to real resonances, which is due to the mixing of states in the transitions f 0(m 1) → real mesons → f 0 (m 2) responsible for the decay processes as well. For f 0(980), the analysis confirmed the dominance of q component, thus proving the n /s composition found in the study of the radiative decays. For the mesons f 0(1300), f 0(1500), and f 0(1750), the hadronic decays do not allow one to determine uniquely the n , s , and gluonium components, providing relative percentage only. The analysis shows that the broad state f 0(1420 −70 +150 ) can mix with the flavor singlet q component only, which is consistent with gluonium origin of the broad resonance. The branching ratios and photon spectra of the rare processes ρ(ω) → π 0 π 0 γ, ρ(ω) → ηπ 0 γ are calculated in the framework of the standard local quark Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model. Three types of diagrams are considered: the quark box and the pole diagrams with scalar (σ, α 0(980)) and vector (ρ, ω) mesons. The obtained estimates for the widths of the processes ρ(ω) → π 0 π 0 γ are in satisfactory agreement with existing experimental data. Predictions are made for the widths of the processes ρ(ω) → ηπ 0 γ. The text was submitted by the authors in English.  相似文献

The exclusive weak decay of Λ b Λ γ and Λ b Λ l + l are investigated in the Appelquist–Cheng–Dobrescu model, which is an extension of the standard model in the presence of universal extra dimensions. Employing the transition form factors obtained in the light-cone sum rules, we analyze how the invariant-mass distribution, the forward–backward asymmetry and the polarization asymmetry of the Λ baryon of these decay modes can be used to constrain the only additional free parameter with respect to the standard model, namely, the radius, R, of the extra dimension. Our results indicate that the Kaluza–Klein modes can lead to approximately 25% suppression of the branching ratio of Λ b Λ γ; however, their contributions can bring about 10% enhancement to the decay rate of Λ b Λ l + l . It is shown that in the present scenario the zero position of the forward–backward asymmetry of Λ b Λ μ + μ is sensitive to the compactification parameter R, while the measurement of polarizations of Λ baryon in the Λ b decays are not a useful tool to provide any valuable information for the universal extra-dimension model.  相似文献

The decays η → 3π 0 and ηπ 0 π + π are considered within the isobar model. It is shown that, in order to explain the branching ratio and the shape of the Dalitz plot for the decay η′ → 3π 0, it is sufficient to take into account the contributions of the σ and a 0 mesons. The inclusion of the σ meson is necessary for reproducing the shape of the distribution over the Dalitz plot. The branching ratio for the decay η′ → π 0 π + π is obtained. The predictions for the distributions over the Dalitz plot for this decay are presented. These predictions depend strongly on model parameters.  相似文献

An analysis is presented of inclusiveπ 0 production inZ 0 decays measured with the DELPHI detector. At low energies,π 0 decays are reconstructed by using pairs of converted photons and combinations of converted photons and photons reconstructed in the barrel electromagnetic calorimeter (HPC). At high energies (up to ) the excellent granularity of the HPC is exploited to search for two-photon substructures in single showers. The inclusive differential cross section is measured as a function of energy forqq andbb events. The number ofπ 0’s per hadronicZ 0 event isN(π 0)/Z had 0 =9.2±0.2(stat)±1.0(syst) and forbb events the number ofπ 0’s is N(π 0)/bb=10.1±0.4(stat)±1.1(syst). The ratio of the number ofπ 0’s inbb events to hadronicZ 0 events is less affected by the systematic errors and is found to be 1.09±0.05±0.01. The measuredπ 0 cross sections are compared with the predictions of different parton shower models. For hadronic events, the peak position in theξ p=ln(1/xp) distribution isξ* p =3.90 −0.14 +0.24 . The average number ofπ 0’s from the decay of primary B hadrons is found to be N(Bπ 0 X)/B hadron=2.78±0.15(stat)±0.60(syst).  相似文献

Proton-halo breakup behavior in the \begin{document}$ \varepsilon_0\to 0 $\end{document} limit (where \begin{document}$ \varepsilon_0 $\end{document} is the ground-state binding energy) is studied around the Coulomb barrier in the \begin{document}$ ^8{\rm{B}}+{}^{58}{\rm{Ni}} $\end{document} reaction for the first time. For practical purposes, apart from the experimental \begin{document}$ ^8{\rm{B}} $\end{document} binding energy of 137 keV, three more arbitrarily chosen values (1, 0.1, 0.01 keV) are considered. It is first shown that the Coulomb barrier between the core and the proton prevents the \begin{document}$ ^7{\rm{Be}}+p $\end{document} system from reaching the state of an open proton-halo system, which, among other factors, would require the ground-state wave function to extend to infinity in the asymptotic region, as \begin{document}$ \varepsilon_0\to 0 $\end{document}. The elastic scattering cross section, which depends on the density of the ground-state wave function, is found to have a negligible dependence on the binding energy in this limit. The total, Coulomb and nuclear breakup cross sections are all reported to increase significantly from \begin{document}$ \varepsilon_0 = 137 $\end{document} to 1.0 keV, and converge to their maximum values as \begin{document}$ \varepsilon_0\to 0 $\end{document}. This increase is mainly understood as coming from a longer tail of the ground-state wave function for \begin{document}$ \varepsilon_0\leqslant 1.0 $\end{document} keV, compared to that for \begin{document}$ \varepsilon_0 = 137 $\end{document} keV. It is also found that the effect of the continuum-continuum couplings is to slightly delay the convergence of the breakup cross section. The analysis of the reaction cross section indicates a convergence of all the breakup observables as \begin{document}$ \varepsilon_0\to 0 $\end{document}. These results provide a better sense of the dependence of the breakup process on the breakup threshold.  相似文献

Within the framework of perturbative QCD factorization, we investigate the nonfactorizable contributions to the factorization-forbidden quasi-two-body decays \begin{document}$ B_{(s)}\rightarrow h\chi_{c0}\rightarrow h\pi^+\pi^-(K^+K^-) $\end{document} with \begin{document}$ h=\pi, K $\end{document}. We compare our predicted branching ratios for the \begin{document}$ B_{(s)}\rightarrow K\chi_{c0}\rightarrow K\pi^+\pi^-(K^+K^-) $\end{document} decay with available experiment data as well as predictions by other theoretical studies. The branching ratios of these decays are consistent with data and other theoretical predictions. However, in the Cabibbo-suppressed decays \begin{document}$ B_{(s)}\rightarrow h\chi_{c0}\rightarrow h\pi^+\pi^-(K^+K^-) $\end{document} with \begin{document}$ h=\bar{K}^0,\pi $\end{document}, the values of the branching ratios are of the order of \begin{document}$ 10^{-7} $\end{document} and \begin{document}$ 10^{-8} $\end{document}. The ratio \begin{document}$ R_{\chi_{c0}} $\end{document} between the decays \begin{document}$B^+\rightarrow $\end{document}\begin{document}$ \pi^+\chi_{c0}\rightarrow \pi^+\pi^+\pi^-$\end{document} and \begin{document}$ B^+\rightarrow K^+\chi_{c0}\rightarrow K^+\pi^+\pi^- $\end{document} and the distribution of branching ratios for different decay modes in invariant mass are considered in this study.  相似文献

The nature of the X(3872) enhancement is analyzed in the framework of the Resonance-Spectrum Expansion, by studying it as a regular J PC =1++ charmonium state, though strongly influenced and shifted by open-charm decay channels. The observed but Okubo–Zweig–Iizuka-forbidden ρ 0 J/ψ and ωJ/ψ channels are coupled as well, but effectively smeared out by using complex ρ 0 and ω masses, in order to account for their physical widths, followed by a rigorous algebraic procedure to restore unitarity. A very delicate interplay between the D 0 D ∗0, ρ 0 J/ψ, and ωJ/ψ channels is observed. The data clearly suggest that the X(3872) is a very narrow axial-vector c[`(c)]c\bar{c} resonance, with a pole at or slightly below the D 0 D ∗0 threshold.  相似文献

The B c J/ψ π, η c π decays are studied with the perturbative QCD approach. It is found that the form factors and for the B c J/ψ, η c transitions and the branching ratios are sensitive to the parameters ω, v, f J/ψ and , where ω and v are the parameters of the charmonium wave functions for a Coulomb potential and the harmonic-oscillator potential, respectively, and f J/ψ and are the decay constants of the J/ψ and η c mesons, respectively. The large branching ratios and the clear signals of the final states make the B c J/ψ π, η c π decays the prospective channels for measurements at the hadron colliders.  相似文献

Radiative decays π 0(π 0′) → γ + γ, π 0′ρ 0(ω) + γ, ρ 0′(ω′) → π 0 + γ, ρ 0′(ω′) → π 0′ + γ, and some processes of π 0′ production at lepton colliders are considered in the framework of the nonlocal SU(2) × SU(2) Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model. Mixing of the radially excited and the ground meson states is taken into account. Numerical results for the decay and production processes are presented.  相似文献

Extensive dynamical \begin{document}$N/D$\end{document} calculations are conducted in the study of \begin{document}$S_{11}$\end{document} channel low energy \begin{document}$\pi N$\end{document} scatterings, based on various phenomenological model inputs of left cuts at the tree level. The subtleties of the singular behavior of the partial wave amplitude, at the origin of the complex \begin{document}$s$\end{document} plane, are analysed in detail. Furthermore, it is found that the dispersion representation for the phase shift, \begin{document}$\delta$\end{document}, must be modified in the case of \begin{document}$\pi N$\end{document} scatterings. An additional contribution from the dispersion integral exists, which approximately cancels the contribution of the two virtual poles located near the end points of the segment cut, induced by \begin{document}$u$\end{document} channel nucleon exchanges. With limited reliance on the details of the dynamical inputs, the subthreshold resonance \begin{document}$N^*(890)$\end{document} survives.  相似文献

The near-infrared absorption spectrum of He2 has been recorded in the range of 12 090–13 300 cm−1 using the optical heterodyne concentration modulation spectroscopy. Fifty-nine He2 spectral lines were assigned to the (1, 0), (2, 0), (3, 1) and (4, 2) bands in the c3Σg+a3Σu+ system and a non-linear least-squares fitting was performed to get the improved molecular constants for the levels (υ = 1, 3 and 4) in the upper electronic state.  相似文献
