The reaction of 2(5H)-furanone with aqueous hydrogen peroxide in media of pH within the range 1-8 have been studied in the absence of catalysts for the first time. It was discovered that at pH 3 to 8 2(5H)-furanone was almost quantitatively converted into succinic acid and reduction of the acidity of the medium facilitates the reaction. A possible scheme is considered for the conversions of 2(5H)-furanone under the reaction conditions.  相似文献

在Et3N作为碱的温和条件下,5-(S)-孟氧基-3,4-二卤-2(5H)-呋喃酮与芳香胺4-硝基邻苯二胺发生串联的Michael加成―消除反应,生成了新的含有苯环结构的5-孟氧基-4-氨基-3-卤-2(5H)-呋喃酮类化合物。新化合物的结构通过紫外―可见光谱(UV-Vis)、红外光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)和元素分析等表征证实。该多环结构卤代2(5H)-呋喃酮化合物的合成,能为某些多官能团的结构复杂的2(5H)-呋喃酮化合物的合成提供新途径。  相似文献

标题化合物C14H16O4的晶体结构用X-射线单晶衍射法测定。晶体属三斜晶系,P空间群,晶胞参数a =8.696(2), b=8.943(2) , c=9.379(2) ?, ( = 69.28(3), ( =76.67(3), ( =80.28(3)o, V=660.8(3) ? 3, Z=2, Mr=248.28, Dx=1.248 g/cm3, F(000)=264, μ(MoK()=0.0851 mm—1。晶体结构用直接法解出,经全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正,最终的偏离因子为R=0.061, wR=0.089。标题化合物有2个环:呋喃酮环和苯环。由C(1),C(2),C(3),C(4),O(4)构成的五元呋喃酮环的5个原子较好地处于1个平面上,平均偏差为0.0078?。O(2),O(3) 两个原子与呋喃酮环共平面。呋喃酮环和苯环之间的两面角为79.39o。  相似文献

In this paper, stereocontrolled tandem Michael addition-elimination reaction of the novel chiral source, 5-(l-menthyloxy)-3,4-dichloro-2(5H)-furanone, with various thiols and amines has been investigated. A series of new enantiomerically pure compounds, 5–(l-menthyloxy)-4-substituted-3-chloro-2(5H)-furanones, were obtained in good yields with d. e. ? 98% under mild conditions.  相似文献

在氟化钾作催化剂和四氢呋喃作溶剂的条件下,研究了系列脂肪胺亲核试剂与5-烷氧基-3,4-二卤-2(5H)-呋喃酮发生的反应,通过旋光度,UV-Vis,IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS,元素分析和X射线单晶衍射等表征方法对产物进行结构表征,发现通常情况下发生预期的串联迈克尔加成-消除反应,合成了13个新的β-胺基-2(5H)-呋喃酮.但是,空间位阻较大的二环己基胺与5-烷氧基-3,4-二卤-2(5H)-呋喃酮反应时,却得到了4个异常的2(5H)-呋喃酮开环产物,其可能是经开环重排反应的机理得到的.  相似文献

Data on the synthesis of 2(5H)-furanone by the oxidation of furfural with aqueous hydrogen peroxide under the conditions of autocatalysis by the accumulating acids and also in the presence of catalytic amounts of Cr(VI) and Mo(VI) compounds are presented. Some transformations of 2(5H)-furanone in aqueous solutions are studied: hydrolysis, oxidation by potassium permanganate, complex formation with the ions of certain d-metals.  相似文献

在THF溶液中合成了标题化合物3-氯-4-二苄胺基-5-甲氧基-2(5H)-呋喃酮,并用FT-IR、UV-Vis、1HNMR、13C NMR、MS、元素分析和X-射线衍射等进行了表征。结果表明此化合物属正交晶系,空间群为Pbca,晶胞参数为:a=15.891(16),b=11.126(11),c=19.778(19),α=β=γ=90°,V=3497(6)3,Z=8,Dc=1.306Mg/m3,μ=0.234 mm-1,F(000)=1440。在化合物的分子结构中,两个苯环几乎垂直于呋喃酮平面,且它们与呋喃酮平面的两面角分别为89.38°和88.19°。  相似文献

为了深入探索5-烷氧基-3,4-二卤-2(5H)-呋喃酮与胺类试剂发生的反应,进一步在氟化钾作催化剂和四氢呋喃作溶剂的条件下,研究了其与系列不饱和胺的反应,通过旋光度,UV-Vis,IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS,元素分析和X射线单晶衍射等表征方法对产物进行结构表征,发现大多数情况下发生预期的串联迈克尔加成-消除反应,得到了16个新的β-胺基-2(5H)-呋喃酮化合物.当不饱和胺为空间位阻较大的2,5-二甲基-3-吡咯啉时,与位阻较大的5-孟氧基-3,4-二卤-2(5H)-呋喃酮反应只是生成异常的2(5H)-呋喃酮开环产物,而与位阻较小的5-甲氧基-3,4-二卤-2(5H)-呋喃酮反应则既有正常的β-胺基-2(5H)-呋喃酮产物,也有经开环重排反应的机理得到的异构体产物.后者表明,底物的位阻大小也是影响反应的因素,甚至导致同时存在竞争反应.  相似文献

以糠醛为原料,经氧化、醚化和重结晶制得5-甲氧基-3,4-二溴-2(5H)-呋喃酮(4); 4与哌嗪经Michael加成消除反应制得5-甲氧基-4-哌嗪基-3-溴-2(5H)-呋喃酮(5); 5与取代磺酰氯经磺酰化反应合成了7 个新型的含哌嗪-磺酰胺的2(5H)-呋喃酮类化合物(7a~7g),其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR和HR-MS表征。初步的生物活性研究(MTT法)表明,7a~7g均能显著抑制人宫颈癌Hela细胞的增殖,其中5-甲氧基-4-(对乙酰氨基苯磺酰基-哌嗪基)-3-溴-2(5H)-呋喃酮(7f)的抑制活性最佳,其IC50为0.03 μM(24 h)。  相似文献

The HeI photoelectron (PE) spectra of both 2(5H) furanone and its trans-chair-dimenc-compound (t-c-DFN) are reported.The assignment of the PES bands is made on the basis of band shapes,the PES results of the molecules which have the similar atomic groups,and the restricted Hartree-Fock (RHF) calculations for the molecules studied.From the results of both PES experimental and theoretical calculations,it is proved that the ionization potential (IPs) of the HOMO for the dimenc-compound is lower than that of the HOMO for the monomer.And the total energy computed for the t-c-DFN is the lowest in the four possible configurations of dimeric-compounds of 2(5H) furanone Therefore the synthesis of t-c-DFN is also the easiest.  相似文献

The condensation of pyridinecarbaldehydes with 3-cyano-4,5,5-trimethyl-2(5H)-furanone and 3-cyano-4,6,6-trimethyl-5,6-dihydro-2(2H)-pyranone leads to the formation of the products of crotonic condensation and compounds of the Michael adduct type. A model investigation of the mechanism by the semiempirical AM1 quantum-chemical method for the case of the reaction of 3-pyridinecarbaldehyde with 3-cyano-4,5,5-trimethyl-2(5H)-furanone showed that the products can be formed in parallel from one and the same intermediate compound.  相似文献

The interesting bioactivities of 2(5H)-furanone, 1,2,3-triazole, and amino acid derivatives have promoted their combination into one multifunctional molecule. The symmetrical bis-1,2,3-triazoles and mono-1,2,3-triazoles with one free azide group are synthesized respectively by controlling the molar ratio of reactants, N-[5-alkoxy-2(5H)-furanonyl] amino acid propargyl ester and 1,4-diazidobutane. The unsymmetrical bis-1,2,3-triazoles are afforded by the subsequent reaction of mono-1,2,3-triazoles with other terminal alkynes with good to excellent yields in a short time under the same mild “click” reaction conditions. The 32 new compounds obtained in the reactions are characterized by Fourier transform infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. Because of the diversity of four or five basic units in molecule, this methodology provides easy access to different chiral 2(5H)-furanone compounds with polyheterocyclic structure, especially with unsymmetrical bis-1,2,3-triazole moiety. Importantly, a simple approach is provided for the synthesis of unsymmetrical bis-1,2,3-triazoles using common diazides.  相似文献
