The group carbohydrate composition of the bulbs ofUngernia trisphaera has been studied. The homogeneous ungeromannan-Tr, acetylated in the native state, has been isolated. On the basis of the results of periodate oxidation, methylation, partial hydrolysis, and IR and13C NMR spectroscopy, it has been shown that ungeromannan-Tr consists of a linear polymer D-mannopyranose with -(1 4)-glycosidic bonds.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. Summary The UV spectra in concentrated sulfuric acid of hederagenin and oleanolic acid and their glycosides has been studied. For analytical purposes it is proposed to use the extremum at a wavelength of 405 nm, which is distinguished by constancy of position and intensity of absorption for the genins and their glycosides.A spectrophotometric method is proposed for the determination of the triterpene glycosides in a preparation from the bulbs ofLeontice ewersmannii Bge.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. From the WSPS-I of the bulbs with roots ofJuno drepanophylla, 15 fractions have been isolated by fractionation on DEAE-cellulose. Fractions 1 and 2 together made up 53% of the total weight of the fractions. Fraction 1 proved to be homogeneous on ultracentrifugation, on passage through Sepharose-4B, and on high-pressure LC. The results of the analysis of the methylated product of fraction 1 differed little from those for the initial polysaccharide.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. A mannan having a linear structure and containing -1 4-bound D-mannopyranose residues in the chain has been isolated from the bulbs ofUngernia oligostroma M. Pop et Vved. X-ray and electron microscope studies have been made of the mannan and its derivatives. From the x-radiographic point of view the mannan and its derivatives are amorphous. At the supermolecular level the mannan possesses an amorphous finely disperse structure with loose packing of the particles. In the acylated mannan a tendency to the formation of the characteristic laminar structure elements are observed. Such laminae may be fairly thin (down to a thickness of 0.1–0.3 µm).Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Uzbek SSR Academy of Sciences, Tashkent. The carbohydrate compositions of all the organs ofAllium suvorovii Rgl have been determined and it has been established that the bulk of the fructose accumulates in its bulbs. The dynamics of the accumulation of glucofructans in the bulbs has been studied and it has been found that this accumulation is a maximum in the dormancy stage.  相似文献

Summary The leaves ofFraxinus mandschurica Rupr. and the bark ofF. potamophila Herd. have yielded esculetin, fraxinol, and a new coumarin C10H8O5, mp 228–230°C which we have called isofraxetin. On the basis of NMR and UV spectroscopy it has been established that isofraxetin is 5,7-dihydroxy-7-methoxycoumarin.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR. A microcolumn HPLC fingerprint method has been developed for the epigeal organs ofFerula kuhistanica andF. tenuisecta. The possibility has been shown of control by the microcolumn HPLC method of the qualitative and quantitative yields of ferutinin in the initial plant raw material and in preparations extracted from it, and also at each stage of the isolation of the desired product. The method is universal and does not depend on species and chemical composition of the plant.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences, Tashkent. Summary 1. Pectic acid contains galacturonic acid (78–83%) and, chemically linked with it, the monosaccharides D-galactose, L-arabinose, L-rhamnose, and substance (VIII) and (IX).2. By fractionating the polysaccharide complex of the leavesof Plantago major L. on a DEAE-cellulose column it has been shown that it consists of pectic acid (80–82%), and free galactoraban (5–6%) and galactan (4–5%).Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, Vol. 1, No. 6, pp. 369–372, 1965.We have used Kertesz's nomenclature of pectic compounds [4].  相似文献

The dynamics of the accumulation of alkaloids in the epigeal part ofAconitum karakolicum according to vegetation periods has been studied. It has been established that the highest content of alkaloids is found in the early period. On separating the combined alkaloids, the aporphine alkaloid isoboldine has been isolated from this plant for the first time and a new base has been obtained — napelline N-oxide, the structure of which has been shown on the basis of the results of a study of spectral characteristics and direct transition to napelline.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. The alkaloid composition of young shoots and leaves ofBerberis heteropoda Schrenk has been studied. In addition to known alkaloids, two new ones have been isolated — N-methyldihydroberberine and 8-oxoberberrubine, the structures of which were established by chemical transformations and a study of spectral properties. Of known alkaloids, berbamunine, aromoline, glaucine, thalicmidine, isocorydine, and reticuline have been found in this plant for the first time. Pseudopalmitine and laudanosine have been found for the first time in plants of the genusBerberis.Andizhan State Medical Institute.
