We provide a counterexample to some recent publications concerning the existence of the mild solutions of the non-local evolution equations, and indicate that in the study of the non-local evolution equations, the operators from which the mild solutions may be derived are in general not compact, thus those fixed point theorems requiring the compactness of the operators are not applicable.  相似文献

In this article, the second-order nonlinear impulsive evolution differential equations with time-varying generating operators is considered. Constructing evolution systems generated by time-varying operator matrix, we introduce suitable mild solution of the second-order nonlinear impulsive evolution differential equations. The existence and uniqueness of the mild solutions and the continuous dependence on initial value are proved. The existence of the optimal controls for a Lagrange problem of the systems governed by the second-order nonlinear impulsive evolution equations is also presented. In this paper we introduce the notion of semigroups of locally Lipschitz operators which provide us with mild solutions to the Cauchy problem for semilinear evolution equations, and characterize such semigroups of locally Lipschitz operators. This notion of the semigroups is derived from the well-posedness concept of the initial-boundary value problem for differential equations whose solution operators are not quasi-contractive even in a local sense but locally Lipschitz continuous with respect to their initial data. The result obtained is applied to the initial-boundary value problem for the complex Ginzburg–Landau equation.  相似文献

In this paper we prove the existence of mild and classical solutions of delay integrodifferential equation and delay integrodifferential evolution equations with nonlocal condition in Banach spaces. The regularity solutions of integrodifferential evolution equations interconnected with viscoelastic material is derived to guarantee the stabilization. The results are established by using the resolvent operators and the fixed point principles. Finally, an example is given to show the potential of the proposed techniques.  相似文献

In this article we consider the spectral properties of a class of non-local operators that arise from the study of non-local reaction-diffusion equations. Such equations are used to model a variety of physical and biological systems with examples ranging from Ohmic heating to population dynamics. The operators studied here are bounded perturbations of linear (local) differential operators. The non-local perturbation is in the form of an integral term. It is shown here that the spectral properties of these non-local operators can differ considerably from those of their local counterpart. Multiplicities of eigenvalues are studied and new oscillation results for the associated eigenfunctions are presented. These results highlight problems with certain similar results and provide an alternative formulation. Finally, the stability of steady states of associated non-local reaction-diffusion equations is discussed.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to give a deterministic characterization of the uniform observability property of linear differential equations with multiplicative white noise in infinite dimensions. We also investigate the properties of a class of perturbed evolution operators and we used these properties to give a new representation of the covariance operators associated to the mild solutions of the investigated stochastic differential equations. The obtained results play an important role in obtaining necessary and sufficient conditions for the stochastic uniform observability property.  相似文献

Our results are obtained using a recent nonlinear alternative due to Avramescu for sum of compact and contraction operators in Fréchet spaces, combined with the semigroup theory.  相似文献

We study a class of degenerate convection-diffusion equations with a fractional non-linear diffusion term. This class is a new, but natural, generalization of local degenerate convection-diffusion equations, and include anomalous diffusion equations, fractional conservation laws, fractional porous medium equations, and new fractional degenerate equations as special cases. We define weak entropy solutions and prove well-posedness under weak regularity assumptions on the solutions, e.g. uniqueness is obtained in the class of bounded integrable solutions. Then we introduce a new monotone conservative numerical scheme and prove convergence toward the entropy solution in the class of bounded integrable BV functions. The well-posedness results are then extended to non-local terms based on general Lévy operators, connections to some fully non-linear HJB equations are established, and finally, some numerical experiments are included to give the reader an idea about the qualitative behavior of solutions of these new equations.  相似文献

In this paper we prove existence, and study the asymptotic behavior of mild solutions of a class of semi-linear equations of evolution which are characterized by the fact that the associated homogeneous linear problem “generates” a strongly continuous semi-group of compact operators. A few numerical methods for linear evolution equations are developed and analyzed in this paper. These fourth order exponential methods reproduce the exact solutions for equations with time-independent evolution operators. For highly oscillatory problems with evolution operators that vary slowly in time, these methods are often more efficient than the traditional methods, since large step sizes can be used. The methods developed in this paper are also conservative for equations such as the Schrödinger equation, where the evolution operator is skew-selfadjoint.  相似文献

A general stability and convergence theorem is established for generalized solutions of a family of nonlinear evolution equations with non-local diffusion in one space dimension. As the first application we justify the motion by crystalline energy as a limit of regularized problems. As the sec-ond application we show the convergence of crystalline algorithm for general curvature flow equations. Our general results are also important to explain that geometric evolution of crystals depends continuously on temperature even if facets appear.  相似文献

Abstract

In this work, we shall investigate solution (strong, weak and mild) processes and relevant properties of stochastic convolutions for a class of stochastic retarded differential equations in Hilbert spaces. We introduce a strongly continuous one-parameter family of bounded linear operators which will completely describe the corresponding deterministic systematical dynamics with time delays. This family, which constitutes the fundamental solutions (Green's operators) of our stochastic retarded systems, is applied subsequently to define mild solutions of the stochastic retarded differential equations considered. The relations among strong, weak and mild solutions are explored. By virtue of a strong solution approximation method, Burkholder–Davis–Gundy's type of inequalities for stochastic convolutions are established.  相似文献

By taking as a “prototype problem” a one-delay linear autonomous system of delay differential equations we present the problem of computing the characteristic roots of a retarded functional differential equation as an eigenvalue problem for a derivative operator with non-local boundary conditions given by the particular system considered. This theory can be enlarged to more general classes of functional equations such as neutral delay equations, age-structured population models and mixed-type functional differential equations.It is thus relevant to have a numerical technique to approximate the eigenvalues of derivative operators under non-local boundary conditions. In this paper we propose to discretize such operators by pseudospectral techniques and turn the original eigenvalue problem into a matrix eigenvalue problem. This approach is shown to be particularly efficient due to the well-known “spectral accuracy” convergence of pseudospectral methods. Numerical examples are given.  相似文献

In this paper we characterize the existence and uniqueness of periodic solutions of inhomogeneous abstract delay equations and establish maximal regularity results for strong solutions. The conditions are obtained in terms of R-boundedness of linear operators determined by the equations and Lp- Fourier multipliers. In this paper, we study the existence and uniqueness of mild solutions of neutral stochastic evolution equations with infinite delay and Poisson jumps in real separable Hilbert spaces. We study the continuous dependence of solutions on the initial value. The nonlinear term in our equations are not assumed to Lipschitz continuous.
