宁波市饮用水中重金属污染物镉健康风险评价   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对宁波市区内36个监测点的饮用水中Cd的质量浓度进行了调查研究,并应用目前美国环保局推荐的健康风险评价模型对各区饮用水中Cd所引起的健康风险度作了初步评价。结果表明,宁波市区镉的平均质量浓度范围为0~3.2μg/L;通过饮水途径所引起的致癌健康风险中Cd在邱隘的致癌风险最大(8.7×10-6.a-1),但低于国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的通过饮水途径最大可接受风险水平(5×10-5.a-1)。由于邱隘地区饮用水中的镉风险度相对较高,因此应优先对其进行管理。总体来说,Cd的个人年风险在10-6水平,所以宁波市通过饮水所引起的慢性镉暴露不会对暴露人群引起健康危害。  相似文献

对宁波市区内36个样点的饮用水中Fe,Zn,Cu的质量浓度进行了调查研究,并应用目前美国环保局推荐的健康风险评价模型对各区饮用水中Fe,Zn,Cu所引起的健康风险度作了初步评价。结果表明,宁波市区Fe,Zn,Cu的平均质量浓度范围分别为Fe 35~809μg/L,Zn51~1 147μg/L,Cu 14~98μg/L;通过饮水途径所引起的非致癌健康风险中Zn在邱隘(样点)的致癌年风险最大(1.7×10-5),但低于国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的通过饮水途径最大可接受年风险水平(5×10-5),Cu,Fe的年风险水平(10-8~10-9)均远低于ICRP推荐的最大可接受风险水平。因此与Fe,Cu相比,Zn为主要的风险污染物,应进行优先管理。  相似文献

为了解西南某典型山地煤矿区周边农田土壤、农作物重金属的富集情况及对当地人群健康的影响程度,采集矿区周边农田土壤样品和对应的农作物样品,测定重金属Cr、Mn、Zn、As、Pb的含量。运用Nemero指数法、潜在风险指数法对土壤重金属的污染程度进行评价;采用靶标危害系数法(THQ)评价农作物重金属对人体的健康风险。结果显示,Cr、Mn、Zn、As、Pb分别是背景值的1.81、1.90、2.89、1.30、0.86倍,处于轻度污染级别,轻微危害程度。农作物重金属Cr、Pb和As含量的超标情况较严重,Zn的含量超标相对较小。各农作物富集的重金属对人体的健康风险大小为:高粱>玉米>白菜>葱>辣椒。农作物重金属对儿童健康的危害均达到了慢性中毒;对成人健康的影响,高粱处于慢性中毒,其它农作物重金属处于产生较大影响的危害程度。农作物重金属与土壤重金属的相关性分析表明,农作物重金属的含量与土壤重金属全量并无线性关系;各重金属在农作物中的转移能力不同;Pb,As在农作物中的转移能力较大,而Cr相对较小。鉴于矿区重金属的富集情况,应尽快采取修复治理措施,为保证当地人群健康,建议当地居民不再食用和种植富集重金属严重的高粱、玉米农作物。  相似文献

为了解泰安市城区土壤重金属污染特征,对采集的30件土壤样品中6种重金属含量进行测定,利用单因子污染指数法、内梅罗综合污染指数法、地累积指数法和潜在生态风险指数法开展污染状况评价。结果表明:土壤中As、Cd、Cu、Pb、Hg、Ni的平均含量分别为6.72、0.066、20.33、18.19、0.031和19.92 mg.kg-1,其中As、Cd、Cu、Pb、Ni的平均含量均低于泰安市和山东省土壤背景值,Hg的平均含量略高于泰安市土壤背景值,变异系数大于0.6,其含量受人类活动影响较大,空间分布差异性较大;除Hg的单因子污染指数为1.03,严重污染、中度污染、轻微污染和无污染采样点数量占比分别为3%、7%、23%和67%,其他重金属单因子污染指数平均值小于1,为无污染状态;重金属内梅罗综合污染指数平均为1.58~1.64,整体属于轻污染水平;土壤重金属累积较轻,多数为无污染状态,Hg的最大地累积指数为1.29,达中等-强污染(3级);综合生态风险指数RI的范围为39.96~191.81,平均值为77.60,综合生态风险等级为轻微,为低生态风险区,Hg为引起风险的主要因子;Cu、Ni含量较低,富集主要受土壤母质和自然过程的控制;Pb、Cd、As主要来源于自然背景因素,部分受人类活动影响;Hg的污染来源于化肥、塑料地膜和含重金属的无机农药使用,受农业活动和居民生活影响较大。  相似文献

对温州市横阳支江水的监测数据,利用风险评价模型进行了风险评价。结果表明,由非致癌物饮水途径健康危害的总风险值处在10^-8~10^-9水平,风险水平均远低于国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的通过饮水途径最大可接受风险水平(5×10^-5a^-1),因此通过饮水途径所引起的慢性非致癌物暴露不会对暴露人群引起健康危害。砷对暴露人群所导致的致癌风险在10^-5a^-1水平,风险水平均接近于国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的通过饮水途径最大可接受风险水平,因此,应优先对砷进行管理。最后探讨了生态风险评价中存在的问题和尚需进一步研究的工作。  相似文献

通过北江干流水体沉积物重金属含量,研究其典型污染物的潜在生态风险。采集了北江干流韶关至清远段7份沉积物样品,经混酸消解后,以电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定沉积物中重金属含量,并对沉积物重金属分布特征进行了分析。同时利用Hakanson的潜在生态危害指数(RI)评价模式,对北江干流沉积物重金属生态风险进行了评价。评价结果表明,北江干流沉积物中重金属综合生态危害程度均表现为很高级别,其生态危害因子Pb、Cd已成为北江干流突发性水污染事故潜在预警因子。  相似文献

摘要:为了研究冶炼厂下风向烟囱降尘对农田土壤重金属污染影响程度,以济源市某一冶炼厂工业烟囱下风向降尘覆盖农田土壤为研究对象,依次对距离该厂烟囱大约为750m-3000m的7个农田研究区(P1-P7)土壤中重金属(Hg、As、Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn、Ni、Cr、)含量进行污染状况分析,采用了单项潜在生态风险指数法和综合潜在生态风险指数法对冶炼厂下风向烟囱降尘土壤中重金属的潜在生态风险进行评价。结果表明:在3 km2研究区域范围内,距离冶炼厂越近土壤重金属含量越高,Pb、Cd为重度污染,超过了《土壤环境质量农用地土壤污染风险管控标准》(GB15618-2018)农用地土壤污染风险管制值的1.2倍,距离冶炼厂烟囱下风向P1区土壤中重金属As、Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn超过土壤环境质量农用地土壤风险筛选值,Cd 在浓度值均超过农用土壤污染风险管制值1.8倍,As元素平均浓度值超农用土壤污染风险管制值1.7倍,Pb、Cu和Zn污染较严重,Cd、Hg对综合指数(RI)贡献值较大分别为68.63和22.4。单项潜在生态风险指数评价结果显示Cd存在极严重的潜在生态风险,Pb、Cu存在较严重潜在生态风险,冶炼厂下风向土壤中综合潜在生态风险指数评价显示,冶炼厂下风向降尘土壤重金属具有较强的生态风险。  相似文献

为研究黔产市售鱼腥草中铅、镉、铬、砷4种重金属的含量水平及其膳食健康风险水平。以贵州贵阳(GY)、遵义(ZY)、铜仁(TR)、安顺(AS)、毕节(BJ)、六盘水(LPS)、黔东南(QDN)、黔西南(QXN)、黔南(QN)等9个市(州)市售鱼腥草为研究对象,利用微波消解处理样品,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定样品中的4种重金属含量,利用单因子污染指数法、内梅罗综合污染指数法对重金属的污染程度进行评价,利用目标危害系数法进行膳食风险评估。结果显示,鱼腥草中Pb含量为0.084~0.12 mg/kg, Cd含量为0.041~0.068 mg/kg, Cr含量为0.076~0.43 mg/kg, As含量为0.074~0.14 mg/kg。TR、QDN、ZY市售鱼腥草Pb的单项污染指数均大于1,9个市(州)市售鱼腥草Cd、Cr、As的单项污染指数均小于1。不同市(州)市售鱼腥草的内梅罗综合污染指数大小次序为1>TR>QDN>ZY>AS>GY>BJ>QXN>0.7≥QN>LPS。单一重金属的膳食健康风险指数(THQ)总体上...  相似文献

The present study was conducted to investigate heavy metal (Cu, Co, Cr, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn and Cd) concentrations of drinking water (surface water and groundwater) samples in Kohistan region, northern Pakistan. Furthermore, the study aimed to ascertain potential health risk of heavy metal (HM) concentrations to local population. HM concentrations were analyzed by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer (Perkin Elmer, AAS-PEA-700) and were compared with permissible limits set by Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (Pak EPA) and World Health Organization (WHO). Based on HM concentrations the health risk assessment like chronic daily intake (CDI) and hazard quotient (HQ) was calculated. The values for CDI were found in the order of Zn > Cu > Mn > Pb > Cr > Ni > Cd > Co and the values of HQ were < 1 for all HM in drinking water samples indicating no health risk. Furthermore, multivariate statistical analysis like one-way ANOVA, inter-metal correlation, cluster analysis (CA) and principal component analysis (PCA) results revealed that geogenic and anthropogenic activities were major sources of water contamination in Kohistan region.  相似文献

为研究黔产市售绿茶中重金属的含量分布特征及健康风险,以五个生产加工地的黔产市售绿茶为研究对象,分析其9种重金属(Pb、Cr、Cd、Hg、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ni和As)含量,利用美国环境保护署(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型进行人体重金属的健康风险评价。结果表明,五种茶叶中Cr、Cd、Pb、Hg、Cu和As含量均低于国家限量标准。黔产市售绿茶的重金属浸出率大小次序为Zn>Mn>Hg>As>Cd>Pb>Cr>Cu>Ni。健康风险评价结果表明,五个产地的绿茶中重金属通过饮茶途径所产生的健康危害个人年风险大小次序为Cd>As>Mn>Ni>Cr>Hg>Pb>Zn>Cu,茶叶中重金属通过饮茶途径所产生的个人健康危害年风险总和为4.33×10-6~5.73×10-6 a-1,均低于USEPA和ICRP推荐的最大可接受风险水平,表明重金属引起的健康危害极小,其对暴露人群造成的健康危害可忽略不计,绿茶中重金属均处于安全范围内。  相似文献

A quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe extraction approach and gas chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry with programmed temperature vaporization sampling technology were used to determine fungicide quintozene and its hazardous impurity hexachlorobenzene (HCB) in Panax notoginseng root, which is commonly used as a rare traditional Chinese medicine worldwide. The mean recoveries were in the ranges of 94–125 and 84–119% for quintozene and HCB with relative standard deviations of 6.2–16.1% at three concentrations: 0.01, 0.1 and 1 mg kg?1. Heavy metals arsenic, cadmium, copper and lead were simultaneously detected by an inductively coupled plasma–mass spectrometry approach after digestion with nitric acid. The above methods were used to analyze 50 samples of P. notoginseng roots collected at markets and planting bases from the special local producing areas, namely, Honghe, Kunming and Wenshan in Yunnan province, China. Quintozene and HCB in root samples were determined at <0.0015–1.50 and <0.0015–0.125 mg kg?1. In the 50 samples, 28, 16, 56, 6 and 2% exceeded the maximum permissible levels in medicinal plants (WM/T2‐2004) for quintozene, arsenic, cadmium, lead and copper. The results showed that the method is robust and suitable for measuring quintozene, its hazardous impurity and heavy metals in P. notoginseng roots.  相似文献

Soil pollution with heavy metals due to discharge of untreated urban and industrial wastewater is a major threat to ecological integrity and human well-being. The presenting study aimed to determine human health risks associated via food chain contamination of heavy metals routing from irrigation of urban and industrial wastewater. Irrigated water, soil and vegetables were analyzed for Cr2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Pb2+, Cd2+, Mn2+ and Zn2+; transfer factor (TF), daily intake of metals (DIM) and health risk index (HRI) were also calculated. Cr2+, Pb2+ and Cd2+ in vegetables cultivated by wastewater exceeded the permissible limits (European Union, 2002) while TF was lower for all metals except Co2+ and HRI was found to be maximum for Spinacia oleracea (2.42 mg/kg) and Brassica campestris (2.22 mg/kg) cultivated by wastewater. S. oleracea, B. campestris, Coriandrum sativum posed a severe health risk with respect to Cd and Mn.  相似文献

云南阳宗海砷污染事件引起社会广泛关注.为了解事件发生后阳宗海砷污染水平及变化趋势,分别于2008年12月、2009年2月、5月及9月四次采样,研究了阳宗海湖水、底泥、周边井水、土壤、农作物及水生生物中的砷含量及其变化趋势.研究结果显示:湖水平均砷浓度分别为176.9、147.3、159.3和161.1μg/L(算术平均),底泥平均浓度分别为32.87、62.41、62.99和46.96μg/g(算术平均).阳宗海湖水砷浓度经历了先升后降再到平稳的变化过程,底泥砷含量迅速升高后缓慢下降,湖水和底泥间砷交换还在进行.阳宗海附近土壤中砷最高浓度为23.33μg/g,未超过国家土壤环境质量三级标准.大米、玉米、花椰菜、小油菜等农作物可食用部分中砷的最高值为0.35μg/g,均未超过国家无公害食品标准.水生植物中砷水平大多在100~200μg/g之间,最高为苦草,砷含量超过300μg/g,说明该植物对砷有一定的富集能力.虾、鱼类等可食用水生动物砷浓度范围为1.52~11.4μg/g.  相似文献

There is an increasing need to address the potential risks arising from combined exposures to multiple residues from pesticides in the diet. Pesticide residue-related pollution is a problem that arises because of the increased use of pesticides in agriculture to meet the growing demands of food production. In this study, pesticide residue data were obtained based on an optimized extraction method. For this purpose, we established a method based on qu ick, e asy, ch eap, e ffective, r ugged, and s afe (QuEChERS) extraction for simultaneous determination of imidacloprid (IMI) and acetamiprid (ACT) in pistachio nuts. The parameters influencing the QuEChERS method were the sample-to-water ratio and adsorbent amounts. As a result, both were optimized to improve the recovery of the analytes as well as the clean-up efficiency of the pistachio matrix. Our results indicated that a freeze-out step and use of primary and secondary amines as an adsorbent led to much cleaner chromatograms with lower baseline drift, without using graphitized carbon black and C18-based adsorbent, which reduced both cost and time of analysis. Following extraction, the pesticide residues were separated and quantified by reverse-phase HPLC. For validation purposes, recovery studies were carried out using a concentration range from 20 to 2500 μg/L at nine levels. The suitable linearity, precision, and accuracy were obtained with HPLC–UV with recoveries of 70.37%–89.80% for IMI and 81.05%–113.57% for ACT, with relative standard deviations <12%. The validated method was successfully applied to the analysis of pistachio samples collected from a field trial to estimate maximum residue limits. There was no significant health risk for consumers via pistachio consumption.  相似文献

ZnO nanoparticles (ZnO-NP) were prepared by a facile precipitation technique using di-isopropyl amine as precipitating agent. The morpho-structure and porosity of the as-prepared nano-powder were investigated by FT-IR analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and BET analysis. By drop-casting, a composite film was deposited to obtain ZnO-NP-Nafion/GCE modified electrode. The modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and square wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV) for the detection of Pb2+, Cd2+, Cu2+, and Fe3+, and it was successfully applied for the detection of Pb2+ and Cu2+ in real water samples.  相似文献
