The Coniglio-Stanley-Klein model is a random bond percolation process between the occupied sites of a lattice gas in thermal equilibrium. Our Monte Carlo simulation for 403 and 603 simple cubic lattices determines at which bond thresholdp Bc , as a function of temperatureT and concentrationx of occupied sites, an infinite network of active bonds connects occupied sites. The curvesp Bc (x, T) depend only slightly onT whereas they cross over if plotted as a function of the field conjugate tox. Except close toT c we find 1/p Bc to be approximated well by a linear function ofx, in the whole interval between the thresholdx c (T) of interacting site percolation atp Bc =1 and the random bond percolation limitx=1 atp Bc =0.248±0.001. Thisx c (T) varied between 0.22 forT=0.96 (coexistence curve) and 0.3117±0.0003 forT= (random site percolation). At the critical point (T=T andx=1/2) we confirmed quite accurately the predictionp Bc =1-exp(–2J/k B T c ) of Coniglio and Klein. As a byproduct we found 0.89±0.01 for the critical exponent of the correlation length in random percolation.  相似文献

In our paper, we study the effect of hydrostatic pressure on the magnetic and insulator–metal transitions of La0.67Pb0.33Co0.1Mn0.9O2.97 manganite. The insulator–metal transition does not coincide with the magnetic transition in this ceramic. The compound undergoes the paramagnetic–ferromagnetic phase transition at T C=260 K and the insulator–metal transition at T p=184?K at ambient pressure. We have found that both characteristic temperatures T C and T p increase with increasing hydrostatic pressure with Δ T Cp=11.2 K/GPa and Δ T pp=20.1 K/GPa, respectively.  相似文献

Epitaxial La0.2Nd0.4Ca0.4MnO3 thin films have been deposited at 800°C on LaAlO3 substrate using pulsed laser deposition technique. The structural and magnetotransport properties of the films have been studied. The sharp peak in the temperature dependence of the resistance corresponding to metal-to-insulator transition (T p) has been observed at a temperature of T p=82 K, 97 K and 110 K for 0 Oe, 20 kOe and 40 kOe magnetic fields, respectively. The film exhibits a large nearly temperature-independent magnetoresistance around 99% in the temperature regime below T p. The zero field-cooled (ZFC) and field-cooled (FC) magnetization data at 50 Oe shows irreversibility between the ZFC and FC close to the ferromagnetic transition temperature T c=250 K. The ZFC temperature data of the film displays ferromagnetic behavior for higher temperature regime T c=250 K>T>T p=82 K, and a decrease in magnetization with decreasing temperature up to 5 K below 82 K exhibiting a sort of antiferromagnetic behavior in the low temperature regime (T<82 K=T p=T N).  相似文献

采用三台可调谐激光实施孤立实激发,分三步将处于基态的Ba原子激发到6p1/2nd(J=1,3)和6p3/2nd(J=1,3)自电离态上,获得了分别从6snd1D2(n=7—15)和6snd3D2(n=7—12) 激发而得到的6p1/2nd(J=1,3)和6p3/2nd (J=1,3)自电离光谱,重点对主量子数n较低的自电离态进行了实验研究. 通过光谱的线形拟合得到了上述能级的位置和宽度等数据,进而获得了量子亏损和约化宽度等信息. 通过对不同系列的自电离光谱的分析和比较,详细讨论了这些自电离态的光谱特征及其复杂光谱结构的成因. 关键词: 孤立实激发 组态相互作用 自电离态  相似文献

We investigate forward scattering induced by a powerful single mode dye laser interacting with excited neon systems. We present experimental data obtained with the three transitions: 1s 4(J=1)-2p 3(J=0), 1s 2(J=1)-2p 1(J=0), and 1s 5(J=2)-2p 4(J=2). The lineshape dependences on the gas pressure, the laser power and the laser field fluctuations are discussed in the context of published theories. Our data resemble the calculated lineshapes in which fluctuations in the interaction processes between atoms and laser fields are taken into account. In atomic systems having more complex level degeneracies [1s 5(J=2)-2p 4(J=2)] signal structures expected from higher order nonlinear coherences can occur. To theoretically reproduce these lineshapes a simple J=1J=0 model is fully appropriate provided that the level with J=1 has a narrow width.  相似文献

利用多模压缩态理论研究了第种强度不等的非对称两态叠加多模叠加态光场|Ψ(ab)〉q的等阶N次方H压缩特性.结果发现:1)当腔模总数q与压缩阶数N的乘积取偶数,亦即qN=2p时,无论p=2m(m=1,2,3,…,…),还是p=2m+1(m=0,1,2,3,…,…),只要各模的初始相位差(φj(a)j(b))、态间的初始相位差(θnq(aR)nq(bR))及光子干涉项的幅度 1Rj(a)Rj(b)等分别满足一定的条件,则态|Ψ||(ab)〉q的第一和第二正交分量总可分别呈现出周期性变化的等阶N次方H压缩效应.2)当qN=2pp=2m+1(m=0,1,2,3,…,…)时,若构成态|Ψ(ab)〉q的两个不同的量子光场态中各对应模的强度(即平均光子数)和初始相位相等,亦即Rj(a)=Rj(b)和φj(a)j(b)(j=1,2,3,…,q),则态|Ψ(ab)〉q可呈现出“等阶N次方H压缩简并”现象.  相似文献

Schloegl’s second model for autocatalysis on a hypercubic lattice of dimension d≥2 involves: (i) spontaneous annihilation of particles at lattice sites with rate p; and (ii) autocatalytic creation of particles at vacant sites at a rate proportional to the number of diagonal pairs of particles on neighboring sites. Kinetic Monte Carlo simulations for a d=3 cubic lattice reveal a discontinuous transition from a populated state to a vacuum state as p increases above p=p e . However, stationary points, p=p eq (≤p e ), for planar interfaces separating these states depend on interface orientation. Our focus is on analysis of interface dynamics via discrete reaction-diffusion equations (dRDE’s) obtained from mean-field type approximations to the exact master equations for spatially inhomogeneous states. These dRDE can display propagation failure absent due to fluctuations in the stochastic model. However, accounting for this anomaly, dRDE analysis elucidates exact behavior with quantitative accuracy for higher-level approximations.  相似文献

报告由不同脉冲宽度(半高宽,FWHM)和不同载波-包络相位(CEP,Φ)的激光产生的高次谐波辐射能量输出时间特性即发射特性的研究结果. 计算表明,由宽度为几个周期的激光产生的高次谐波辐射的截止能量明显低于由无限长脉冲宽度激光产生的截止能量ωmax=3.17Up+Ip(其中ωmax为光子角频率,UpIp分别为激光有质动力势和原子的电离能). 例如,由两周期(FWHM),Φ=15°的激光产生的高次谐波辐射的截止能量为ωmax=2.90Up+Ip,此时发射特性单脉冲(即分布单脉冲)具有最大的能量带宽0.86Up. 脉冲中心位置的载波相位和时间宽度分别为0.94rad(弧度)和1.29rad. 而该激光脉冲在Φ=-75°时能产生截止能量为ωmax=2.70Up+Ip,最大能量带宽为0.70Up的双分布脉冲,其中心位置分别为-0.58rad和2.43rad,宽度分别为1.22rad和1.33rad. 随着激光脉冲宽度的增加,分布单脉冲的能量带宽比时间宽度下降得更快. 对于一定宽度的激光脉冲,所产生的分布单脉冲的能量带宽和时间宽度的CEP依赖性显示出180°的周期结构. 利用这个有趣的特点,在实验上可以通过调节CEP来选择分布脉冲的能量参数,也可用来定位和控制阿秒脉冲的时间参数. 理论分析指出,只要选择合适的阿秒X射线能量带宽,CEP不稳定性对于光电子谱和测量结果的影响将大为降低,甚至在最大程度上消除这种影响. 这些研究结果不仅有助于在物理上深入了解高次谐波辐射的动力学过程,而且对于进一步在实验上优化和选择阿秒单脉冲和双脉冲具有重要的参考和指导意义. 关键词: 高次谐波产生 鞍点方法 谐波发射特性 分布脉冲  相似文献

The behavior of the nonlinear Cahn-Hilliard equation for asymmetric systems,c t =2c+Bc 2+c 3-2 c) within the unstable subspinodal region is explored. Energy considerations and amplitude equation methods are employed. Evidence is given for a transition from periodically structuredspinodal behavior to nucleation behavior somewhere within the traditional spinodal. It is shown that a dimension-invariant form for fractal dimension D of random systems (where d is Euclidean dimension of the embedding space) is in good agreement with results of numerical simulations performed by different authors for critical (p=p c ) and subcritical (p<p c ) percolation, for lattice animals, and for different aggregation processes. Abstruct The algebra describing a shock measure in the asymmetric simple exclusion model, seen from a second class particle, has finite-dimensional representations if and only if the asymmetry parameterp of the model and the left and right asymptotic densitiesp ± of the shock satisfy [(1−p)/p] r =p (1−p +)/p +(1−p ) for some integerr≥1; the minimal dimension of the representation is then 2r. Let p≥2, n 1⋅⋅⋅n p be positive integers and be independent planar Brownian motions started uniformly on the boundary of the unit circle. We define a p-fold intersection exponent ς p (n 1,…,n p ), as the exponential rate of decay of the probability that the packets , i=1,…,p, have no joint intersection. The case p=2 is well-known and, following two decades of numerical and mathematical activity, Lawler et al. (Acta Math. 187:275–308, 2001) rigorously identified precise values for these exponents. The exponents have not been investigated so far for p>2. We present an extensive mathematical and numerical study, leading to an exact formula in the case n 1=1, n 2=2, and several interesting conjectures for other cases.  相似文献

Unsteady three-dimensional numerical simulation on a single spinning detonation in a circular tube are presented in order to understand the effects of energy release of the mixture on the detonation structure. Overall structures of the spinning detonations such as the shock structure around the spin head, the long pressure trail, and the track angle on the wall are not affected by these effects because they depend on the specific heat ratio of the products which has approximately a constant value. The calculated averaged detonation velocities on the symmetry axis during one cycle decrease inversely with an exponential curve to become the value lower than the CJ detonation velocity. Those for p0 = 0.1 MPa and p0 = 0.01 MPa become approximately 0.98 DCJ and 0.92 DCJ, respectively, because the energy release in the CJ state for p0 = 0.01 MPa is 10% lower than that for p0 = 0.1 MPa. The state of gas behind the head of spinning detonation is also evaluated by the classical oblique shock theory and equilibrium calculation by using the track angle, shock wave angle, and detonation velocity in order to compare with the present and other researcher’s numerical results. The effects of the energy release in the mixture are large on the strength of the transverse detonation.  相似文献

We study the threshold θ bootstrap percolation model on the homogeneous tree with degree b+1, 2≤θb, and initial density p. It is known that there exists a nontrivial critical value for p, which we call p f , such that a) for p>p f , the final bootstrapped configuration is fully occupied for almost every initial configuration, and b) if p<p f , then for almost every initial configuration, the final bootstrapped configuration has density of occupied vertices less than 1. In this paper, we establish the existence of a distinct critical value for p, p c , such that 0<p c <p f , with the following properties: 1) if pp c , then for almost every initial configuration there is no infinite cluster of occupied vertices in the final bootstrapped configuration; 2) if p>p c , then for almost every initial configuration there are infinite clusters of occupied vertices in the final bootstrapped configuration. Moreover, we show that 3) for p<p c , the distribution of the occupied cluster size in the final bootstrapped configuration has an exponential tail; 4) at p=p c , the expected occupied cluster size in the final bootstrapped configuration is infinite; 5) the probability of percolation of occupied vertices in the final bootstrapped configuration is continuous on [0,p f ] and analytic on (p c ,p f ), admitting an analytic continuation from the right at p c and, only in the case θ=b, also from the left at p f . The light cone QCD sum rules are derived for the K * Kπ coupling g K * Kπ and the ρππ coupling g ρππ. The contribution from the excited states and the continuum is subtracted cleanly through the double Borel transform with respect to the two external momenta, p 1 2, p 2 2= (pq)2. The laser parameters such as threshold current density and characteristic temperature of GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs quantum-cascade lasers (QCLs) with x=0.45 are superior compared to QCLs with x=0.33. This improvement is usually attributed to smaller leakage currents due to the higher conduction band offset for x=0.45, since the QCLs for the two barrier compositions are designed in such a way that the population ratios ρp for the laser levels are the same. The experimental investigation of undoped GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs quantum-cascade structures reveals a significantly smaller value of ρp for x=0.33 than the calculated one, while for x=0.45 it agrees with it. In the framework of a linear rate equation model, we estimate the effect of the experimentally observed reduction of ρp on the threshold current density. We conclude that the increased threshold current density for x=0.33 has to be attributed to both, a larger leakage current and a reduced population ratio.  相似文献

We examine bootstrap percolation on a regular (b+1)-ary tree with initial law given by Bernoulli(p). The sites are updated according to the usual rule: a vacant site becomes occupied if it has at least θ occupied neighbors, occupied sites remain occupied forever. It is known that, when b>θ≥2, the limiting density q=q(p) of occupied sites exhibits a jump at some p T=p T(b,θ)∈(0,1) from q T:=q(p T)<1 to q(p)=1 when p>p T. We investigate the metastable behavior associated with this transition. Explicitly, we pick p=p T+h with h>0 and show that, as h 0, the system lingers around the “critical” state for time order h −1/2 and then passes to fully occupied state in time O(1). The law of the entire configuration observed when the occupation density is q∈(q T,1) converges, as h 0, to a well-defined measure.  相似文献

Energy levels of the odd-parity 6pnd J=2 Rydberg states of atomic lead are analyzed by the multichannel quantum defect theory (MQDT) with previous experimental energy levels. The obtained. Using these parameters, admixture coefficients for each level are calculated to designate the level denotations. The results show that strong channel mixings exist for the levels near the 6pnd (3/2)[5/2]2 0 and 6p6d (3/2)[3/2]2 0 pertubers. The five-channel model different from that in literature is used to predict 21 energy positions of 6pnd (1/2)[3/2]2 0 levels and to determine the denotations of all the 6pnd J=2 Rydberg states under 59788 cm−1 for Pb I.  相似文献
