以前设计合成的基于香豆素氨基硫脲衍生物的传感器分子L能在含水介质中单一选择性比色识别铜离子. 鉴于铜离子能与氰根离子(CN-)结合形成稳定的配合物, 在以前工作基础上, 研究了L与铜离子形成的配合物对CN-的连续识别性能. 结果表明, L与Cu2+能形成稳定的绿色配合物CuL2, 该配合物能专一选择性高灵敏度比色识别水中的 CN-. 在CuL2的DMSO/H2O (V:V=3:1) HEPES (N-2-羟乙基哌嗪-N'-2-乙磺酸)的缓冲体系(pH=7.0)中分别加入F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, AcO-, HSO4-, ClO4-, N3-, SO42-, NO3-, SCN-和CN-等阴离子的水溶液后, 只有CN-的加入使得溶液颜色由绿色变为无色, 同时在紫外光谱中, CuL2在446 nm处的最大吸收峰消失, 这一识别过程不受其它阴离子的干扰. CuL2对CN-的裸眼最低检测限为8.0×10-6 mol/L, 紫外光谱检测限为4.0×10-7 mol/L (0.4 μmol·L-1), 低于世界卫生组织规定的正常饮用水中CN-的含量标准(<1.9 μmol·L-1). 结果表明CuL2是一种良好的CN-比色识别受体, 在含水介质中对CN-具有选择性好、灵敏度高以及抗干扰强的性能. 制备了基于CuL2的CN-检测试纸, 该试纸可以方便快捷的检测水中的CN-.  相似文献

研究了[Ru(phen)2(H2biim)](PF6)2(1)与各种阴离子之间的选择性作用, 发现配合物1与Cl-, Br-, I-, NO3-, HSO4-和H2PO4-阴离子之间存在氢键作用. OAc-阴离子与配合物1作用, 由于强的氢键作用使H2biim上的一个H转移到OAc-上, 使配合物1脱去一个质子, 形成{[Ru(phen)2(H2biim)](OAc)}结合体, 溶液颜色由黄色变为橙棕色. 由于F-能形成非常稳定的HF2-, 配合物1逐步脱去2个质子, 溶液颜色由黄色变为紫色, 因此可作为裸眼检测阴离子的识别剂.  相似文献

合成了一种新型的,能在含水介质中比色荧光双通道单一选择性识别CN-的传感器分子1-羟基萘甲叉酰肼乙基-3-羟基萘甲叉酰肼甲基苯并咪唑溴鎓盐(J1)。 在J1的DMSO/H2O (体积比3:2)HEPES 的缓冲体系(pH=7.2)中分别加入F-、Cl-、Br-、I-、AcO-、HSO4-、ClO4-、H2PO4-、SCN-和CN-等阴离子后,只有CN-的加入会使得溶液颜色发生明显的变化,由无色变为深黄色。 相应地在J1的DMSO/H2O (体积比4:1)HEPES的缓冲体系(pH=7.2)中加入CN-,溶液发出明亮的黄色荧光。 这一识别过程,不会受到其它阴离子的干扰。 紫外-可见光谱的最低检测限为1.57×10-7 mol/L,检测线性范围为3.875×10-4~2.15×10-2 mol/L。 荧光光谱的最低检测限为4.63×10-6 mol/L,检测线性范围为0.8×10-4~1.60×10-3 mol/L。 此结果表明,J1是一种良好的用于识别 CN-的化学传感器,在含水介质中对CN-具有选择性好、灵敏度高以及抗干扰性强的识别性能。 与此同时,基于J1对于CN-的高选择性识别我们制备了CN-的检测试纸,该试纸能够方便、快捷、准确地检测水中的CN-。  相似文献

以甲醇为溶剂,2-羟基-1-萘甲醛和2-氨甲基吡啶1∶1结合生成了一种简单的希夫碱增强型荧光探针(L)。该探针在DMSO∶H2O(3∶2,V/V)的水溶液中加入CN-后,荧光可增强8倍,线性范围为0~120×10-5M,通过核磁滴定证明此作用机理为CN-的去质子化作用。此外,通过荧光共聚焦成像,化合物L可高效选择性地检测人体SiHa癌细胞中的CN-。  相似文献

设计合成了基于萘酰亚胺-咪唑鎓的受体分子1和2,通过荧光发射光谱研究了受体分子1和2对阴离子F-、Cl-、Br-、I-、AcO-、HSO-4、H2PO-4、NO-3、ClO-4的识别性能。 研究发现,在受体分子1和2的乙腈溶液(5.0×10-6 mol/L)中加入10倍化学计量的H2PO-4时,受体分子1的荧光猝灭率高达98%,受体分子2的荧光猝灭率仅为24%。 表明具有多重识别位点的受体分子1在构型上与H2PO-4更匹配,可作为H2PO-4的荧光关闭型(turn-off)探针。 受体分子1与H2PO-4的结合比为1∶1,结合常数为(1.25±0.11)×105 L/mol,检出限为6.90×10-6 mol/L。  相似文献

设计合成了一个基于竞争配位机理识别CN-离子的荧光传感分子S4,首先向该受体的含水溶液中加入Cu2+离子使体系荧光猝灭,形成新的配位组装传感器S4-Cu。当向传感器S4-Cu的DMSO/H2O(V∶V=1∶1,HEPES缓冲溶液,pH=7.2)溶液中加入CN-离子时荧光打开,而其它离子都没有响应。此外,该传感器S4-Cu可以作为可循环使用的CN-离子探针,这个性质使S4-Cu作为一个CN-控制的荧光开关和IMP逻辑门。接着通过ESI-MS、红外以及DFT理论计算等探讨了该识别过程,提出了可能的识别机理。最后还制备了基于该传感器来检测CN-离子的试纸,能够快捷、便利地检测含水体系中的CN-离子,这在简便、快速地检测CN-离子方面具有一定的应用前景。  相似文献

设计并合成了1,8-二(2-吡咯酰胺)-3,6-二氯咔唑化合物(1), 利用X射线单晶衍射研究了该化合物的固态结构. 利用荧光和紫外-可见光谱技术及1H NMR滴定法研究了其对阴离子的识别. 研究结果表明, 化合物1对H2PO4-离子有较强的识别能力, 且对H2PO4-离子有明显的荧光增强效应, 可用来识别H2PO4-离子. 同时1H NMR滴定结果显示, 化合物1在阴离子识别过程中发生了构型转化.  相似文献

设计并合成了一种新型长链烷氧基酰腙衍生物1-(2,4-二硝基苯基)-2-(4-(十四烷氧基)亚苄基)肼R,系统研究了受体R对9种阴离子(F-、Cl-、Br-、I-、HSO-4、NO-3、ClO-4、H2PO-4、Ac-)的紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)及裸眼识别性能。 结果表明,该受体在二甲基亚砜(DMSO)体系中对F-、Ac-和H2PO-4表现出良好的UV-Vis及裸眼识别能力。 此外,在H2O/DMSO(体积比1∶9)体系中可对F-实现单一UV-Vis及裸眼识别,且检出限可达7.02×10-7 mol/L,同时制备了受体R对阴离子的检测试纸,Job曲线表明受体与阴离子形成1∶1型配合物。 F-离子的识别机理为“氢键型”响应识别现象。  相似文献

设计合成了3种新型间苯二甲酰腙类化合物,利用UV-Vis及1H NMR考察了其与F-、Cl-、Br-、I-、CH3COO-、HSO4-、H2PO4-、ClO4-阴离子的相互作用。结果表明,主体分子4a(双对硝基苯并呋喃甲醛间苯二甲酰腙)在DMSO溶液中对F-和CH3COO-有显著识别效果,溶液颜色由黄色变为深黄色和棕红色。通过1H NMR滴定及质子溶剂效应进一步证明,主体分子与阴离子之间是以氢键作用方式相结合。Job曲线表明,主客体间形成1:1型氢键络合物。基于实验结果,探讨了主客体间形状和大小匹配对识别能力的影响以及主客体之间的识别模式。  相似文献

A Maleamide bridged carbazole receptor was designed and synthesized, the interactions between the receptor and anions, such as Ac-, H2PO4-, OH-, F-, Cl-, Br- and I- in DMSO were investigated by UV-Vis spectroscopy and 1H NMR titration. The results of UV-Vis spectral studies indicate that interactions existed between receptor and anions, which induced remarkable color changes. The 1H NMR titration indicated amide moiety of the receptor was deprontonated first when a small quantity of anions such as Ac-, H2PO4-, F- were added; however, the carbazole N―H was gradually deprontonated upon the addition of anions.  相似文献

设计合成了2种新型N-芳基香豆素甲基酮缩氨基硫脲受体分子S1和S2, 利用紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱考察了其对Fe3+, Hg2+, Ag+, Ca2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Pb2+, Cd2+, Ni2+, Cr3+和Mg2+等阳离子的识别作用. 结果表明, 当加入Cu2+时, 溶液颜色立刻由无色变为黄色, 而加入其它阳离子则无变化, 从而实现了对Cu2+的裸眼检测, 具有专一选择性比色识别效果. 通过计算可知, 受体分子S2对Cu2+的络合常数大于S1, 且主客体间形成1: 1的配合物. 受体分子S2对Cu2+的检出限为2.0×10-7 mol/L, 稳定常数Ks=1.02×105 L/mol. 另外, 在EDTA存在时, 配合物可以释放出Cu2+, 与EDTA结合, 表现出对Cu2+的"off-on"模式.  相似文献

A novel colorimetric sensor based on 8-hydroxy quinoline-5-azo-4'-nitrobenzene (1) was prepared and used for recognizing anions. 1 and its metal complex (1.Co) were found to show response to anions such as CH(3)CO(2)(-), H(2)PO(4)(-), HSO(4)(-), F(-) and dramatic color changes were observed. The selectivity and sensitivity of 1 and 1.Co for sensing anions were different, which was in the order of CH(3)CO(2)(-)>F(-)>H(2)PO(4)(-)>HSO(4)(-) for 1 and H(2)PO(4)(-)>HSO(4)(-)>CH(3)CO(2)(-) approximately F(-) for 1.Co, respectively. In CH(3)CN, sensor 1.Co exhibited excellent specificity toward H(2)PO(4)(-), and the color variety was dependent on the concentration of H(2)PO(4)(-) which was attributed to anion structure and stability of anionic complex (1-anion), metal complex (1-Co) and inorganic complex (Co-anion).  相似文献

设计合成了对硝基苯偶氮酚类化合物,比较了α-萘酚、8-羟基喹啉和苯酚等3类偶氮硝基苯衍生物的吸收光谱及其阴离子配合物稳定性的差异.研究表明,α-萘酚、8-羟基喹啉和苯酚等3个含酚羟基的偶氮硝基苯化合物均可识别阴离子客体,产生显著的光谱和颜色变化,实现了裸眼检测阴离子.就同一主体分子而言,主-客体配合物的稳定常数大小依次为AcO->F->H2PO-4>Cl-,与阴离子碱性强弱顺序一致;而不同主体分子对同一阴离子亲和力的大小顺序为:α-萘酚>8-羟基喹啉>苯酚,亲和力的大小与主体分子中电子供体的给电子能力和主体分子共轭体系的大小相关.  相似文献

We report the synthesis, characterization, and photophysical properties of a series of organic receptors and their corresponding ReI and RuII metal complexes as anion probes featuring bis(sulfonamide) interacting sites incorporating highly chromophoric pi-conjugated quinoxaline moieties. The interactions with various anions were extensively investigated. These probe molecules are capable of recognizing F-, OAc-, CN-, and H2PO4- with different sensitivities. The probe-anion interactions can be easily visualized via naked-eye colorimetric or luminescent responses. Probe 1 has the weakest acidic sulfonamide N-H protons and therefore simply forms hydrogen-bonding complexes with F-, OAc-, CN-, and H2PO4-. Probe 2 undergoes a stepwise process with the addition of F- and OAc-: formation of a hydrogen-bound complex followed by sulfonamide N-H deprotonation. Direct sulfonamide N-H deprotonation occurs upon the addition of CN-, while only a hydrogen-bound complex forms with the H2PO4- ion for probe 2 in a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solution. Similar probe-anion interactions occur in probe 3 with the addition of F-, CN-, or H2PO4-. However, only a genuine hydrogen-bound complex forms in the presence of the OAc- ion in a DMSO solution of probe 3 because of the subtle difference in the pKa values of sulfonamide N-H protons when probes 2 and 3 are compared. Coordination of probe 1 to a ReI center or probe 2 to a RuII center increases the intrinsic acidity of sulfonamide N-H protons and results in an enhanced sensitivity to anions.  相似文献

A novel acetate selective anion sensor 3 based on azophenol and mercapto thiadiazole had been designed and synthesized. Sensor 3 behaves a single selectivity and sensitivity in the recognition for AcO(-) anion over other anions such as F(-), Cl(-), Br(-), I(-), H(2)PO(4)(-), HSO(4)(-) and ClO(4)(-) by naked-eyes and UV-vis spectra changes in aqueous solution (H(2)O/DMSO, 5:5, v/v). The color of the solution containing sensor 3 had an obvious change from colorless to orange only after the addition of AcO(-) in aqueous solution while other anions did not cause obvious color change. (1)H NMR titration results revealed that the binding process includes two steps: (i) hydrogen bonding interactions (for small quantities of acetate) and (ii) proton transfer between the sensor 3 and the coordinated anion (for high quantities of acetate). The association constant K(a) was 7.35×10(3) M(-1). The detection limitation of AcO(-) with the sensor 3 was 1.0×10(-6) mol L(-1).  相似文献

A structurally simple colorimetric sensor, N-4-nitrobenzene-N'-1'-anthraquinone-thiourea (1), for anions was synthesized and characterized by (1)H NMR, ESI mass and IR methods. In acetonitrile, the addition of F(-) changed 1 solution from colorless to yellow. In the presence of other anions such as CH(3)CO(2)(-), H(2)PO(4)(-), HSO(4)(-) and Cl(-), however, the absorption spectrum of 1 was slightly red shifted with no obvious color changes observed. The association constants of anionic complexes followed the order of F(-)>CH(3)CO(2)(-)>H(2)PO(4)(-)>HSO(4)(-)>Cl(-)>Br(-), which was different from the order of anion basicity. AM1 calculation results indicated that the most stable configuration of 1 existed in the Z-E-conformation with a six-membered ring via intramolecular hydrogen bond. This made thiourea moiety of 1 in an unfavorable conformation to bond with oxygen-anionic substrates such as CH(3)CO(2)(-) and H(2)PO(4)(-), thus leading to a high selectivity and sensitivity for the detection of F(-).  相似文献

A new series of bisthiosemicarbazone derivative receptors(1,2 and 3)have been synthesized by simple steps ingood yields.Their anion recognition properties were studied by UV-Vis and ~1H NMR spectroscopy.The resultshowed that the receptors 1,2 and 3 all had a better selectivity to F~-,CH_3COO~- and H_2PO_4~-,but no evidentbinding with Cl~-,Br~-,I~-,NO_3~- and HSO_4~-.Upon addition of the three anions to the receptors in DMSO,thesolution acquired a color change from colorless to dark yellow that can be observed by the naked-eyes,thus the re-ceptors can act as fluoride ion sensors even in the presence of other halide ions.The data showed that it was regularthat the three receptors had different binding ability with the three anions.For the same anion,the association con-stants followed the trend:receptor 1>3>2.The UV-Vis data indicates that a 1:1 stoichiometry complex isformed through hydrogen bonding interactions between compound 1,2 or 3 and anions.  相似文献
