以化学法合成Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)1-xAlxO2系列正极材料(0≤x≤0.1);用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和充放电仪研究系列产物的晶体微观结构、表面形貌以及电化学性能,研究不同Al含量参杂对材料性能的影响。结果表明,合成的材料均属于六方晶系,R3m空间群,保持α-NaFeO2层状结构相;Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)0.95Al0.05O2的首次放电容量166.30 mA·h/g,在2.5~4.5 V区间60次循环后比容量衰竭率为4.43%。通过对比Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)0.95Al0.05O2和Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2的电极阻抗,分析它们的电化学循环机理,可知掺杂Al后的正极材料适合大倍率放电。  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶方法制备了LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料,研究了不同掺杂量的Y对于LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2材料结构和性能的影响。研究发现,掺杂量〉1%后Y不能很好地融入材料的晶格之中。电化学性能测试结果表明,少量Y的掺杂(1%~3%)可以明显改善LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2材料的循环性能。  相似文献

报道了用化学共沉淀法制备掺杂Ca、Ni、Nb、Mn钛酸铅超细陶瓷粉末的方法。制得的粉料化学式为:Pb0.75Ca0.25[(Ni1/3Nb2/3)0.08Ti0.912Mn0.008]O3,粒径小于0.1μm,所有的掺杂元素均能定量掺入。  相似文献

采用共沉淀-高温固相烧结法在900oC空气中煅烧,合成了层状复合掺杂型正极材料Li(Ni0.5Co0.2Mn0.3)1-2xTixNbxO2(x=0,0.002,0.005,0.01,0.02).通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和电化学测试等观察与研究掺杂元素对Li(Ni0.5Co0.2Mn0.3)O2的形貌结构和电化学性能的影响.结果表明,适量Ti、Nb掺入Li(Ni0.5Co0.2Mn0.3)O2,降低了材料的阳离子混排程度,且晶胞参数随着掺杂量的增加而增加.与未掺杂材料相比,Ti-Nb复合掺杂的样品具有更好的电性能和高温性能.当x=0.005时,材料的综合性能最好,方型铝壳电池3.0~4.2 V电位区间首次1C放电比容165.9 mAh.g-1,常温循环100周期容量保持率96.5%,55oC循环300周期容量保持率为92.6%,80oC/6 h高温存储后冷却2 h电池厚度膨胀率9.8%.  相似文献

通过共沉淀法与固相法相结合制备了掺锌的高稳定性Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)1-xZnxO2(x=0,0.02,0.05)正极材料.循环伏安(CV)曲线表明Zn掺杂使氧化峰与还原峰的电势差减小到0.09 V,电化学阻抗谱(EIS)曲线表明Zn掺杂使电极的阻抗从266Ω减小到102Ω. Li+嵌入扩散系数从1.20×10-11 cm2·s-1增大到2.54×10-11 cm2· s-1. Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)0.98Zn0.02O2正极材料以0.3C充放电在较高的截止电压(4.6 V)下比其他两种材料的电化学循环性能更稳定,其第二周的放电比容量为176.2 mAh·g-1,室温下循环100周后容量几乎没衰减;高温(55°C)下充放电循环100周,其放电比容量平均每周仅衰减0.20%,远小于其他两种正极材料(LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2平均每周衰减0.54%;Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)0.95Zn0.05O2平均每周衰减0.38%). Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)0.98Zn0.02O2正极材料以3C充放电时其放电比容量可达142 mAh·g-1,高于其他两种正极材料.电化学稳定性的提高归因于Zn掺杂后减小了电极的极化和阻抗,增大了锂离子扩散系数  相似文献

采用柠檬酸配合法制备了系列La1-xCaxMn O3+δ(x=0,0.03,0.05,0.07,0.1,0.15,0.2)催化剂,采用低温N2物理吸附,氢程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、氧程序升温脱附(O2-TPD),X-射线衍射(XRD)和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了其物理化学性质,并考察了甲烷催化燃烧活性.结果表明,当Ca摩尔掺杂量为0.1时,催化活性最好.XRD和BET表征结果表明Ca可以进入钙钛矿结构中,Ca掺杂对催化剂的比表面积无显著影响.H2-TPR和XPS表征结果表明Ca掺杂增加了Mn4+的含量.O2-TPD表征结果表明适量Ca掺杂可以降低晶格氧脱出温度.Mn4+具有较强氧化性,因此提高了催化活性,但随着Ca掺杂量增加,催化剂表面吸附氧含量有所减少,表明气相中氧难以迅速补充消耗的晶格氧,Ca掺杂量继续增加又会使催化活性有所下降.依据反应机理,Ca掺杂一方面可以促进Mn4+含量增加,有利于催化活性;另一方面会使催化剂表面吸附氧含量有所下降,降低了催化活性.  相似文献

1100 ℃合成La2/3Ca1/3Mn1-xCuxO3低场庞磁电阻效应   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:3  
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La2/3Ca1/3Mn1-xCuxO3系列样品.实验研究了系列样品的电输运性质、高温导电机制和低场磁电阻效应.结果发现样品高温下导电遵从Mott变程跳跃机制;在0.3 T的磁场下,绝缘体-金属转变附近磁电阻(MR0=[R(H=0)-R(H)]/R(H=0))由没有掺杂时的2%增加到4%Cu掺杂时的80%;实验同时发现与颗粒晶界有关的磁电阻也有实质性的提高.实验结果表明少量的Cu掺杂可以大大提高低场磁电阻效应.  相似文献

通过在硝酸钇水溶液浸渍并焙烧的简单工艺, 在LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2材料表面包覆了一层Y2O3. 采用X射线衍射(XRD), 扫描电子显微镜(SEM), 透射电子显微镜(TEM), 循环伏安(CV)和恒流充放电对包覆和未包覆的LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2进行了测试分析. 结果表明, Y2O3包覆并没有改变LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2的晶体结构, 只存在于LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2的表面; 与未包覆的材料相比, Y2O3包覆后的材料在高电位下具有更好的容量保持率和放电容量. CV测试表明, 包覆层的存在有效抑制了材料层状结构的转变及电极与电解液的负反应.  相似文献

The vaporization of DyI3(s) was investigated in the temperature range between 833 and 1053 K by the use of Knudsen effusion mass spectrometry. The ions DyI2+, DyI3+, Dy2I4+, Dy2I5+, Dy3I7+, and Dy3I8+ were detected in the mass spectrum of the equilibrium vapor. The gaseous species DyI3, (DyI3)2, and (DyI3)3 were identified and their partial pressures determined. Enthalpies and entropies of sublimation resulted according to the second- and third-law methods. The following sublimation enthalpies at 298 K were determined for the gaseous species given in brackets: 274.8±8.2 kJ mol−1 [DyI3], 356.0±11.3 kJ mol−1 [(DyI3)2], and 436.6±14.6 kJ mol−1 [(DyI3)3]. The enthalpy changes of the dissociation reactions (DyI3)2=2 DyI3 and (DyI3)3=3 DyI3 were obtained as ΔdH°(298)=193.3±5.6 and 390.3±13.0 kJ mol−1, respectively.  相似文献

共沸蒸馏法制备高性能LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2正极材料   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
三元复合氧化物镍钴锰酸锂(LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2)因兼有LiNiO2和LiCoO2的优点,被认为是最有可能取代LiCoO2的新型正极材料而受到广泛关注.本文采用一种改进的共沉淀方法合成了LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2,以共沸蒸馏干燥前驱物.结果表明,共沸干燥法最终得到的产物比普通干燥法得到的产物具有更高的比容量、更好的循环性能以及更优的倍率性能.究其原因,可归结为共沸干燥得到的样品颗粒更小,且粒径分布更均匀,球形度高,比表面积大,促进了锂离子的扩散,因而提高了其电化学性能.  相似文献

The phase diagrams of the systems CsN3/Zn(N3)2 and KN3/Zn(N3)2 have been obtained employing the microscopic technique ofL. Kofler andA. Kofler. Within the system CsN3/Zn(N3)2 three eutectics at 148°C, 142°C, and 210°C were found. Besides Cs2Zn(N3)4, melting incongruently in the interval 153°C to 170°C, there exist two further compounds of the most probable composition Cs3Zn2(N3)7 and CsZn2(N3)5, melting congruently at 170°C and 210°C, resp. In the system KN3/Zn(N3)2 there exist two eutectics at 203°C and 172°C and two compounds, one of them, i.e. K2Zn(N3)4, melting congruently at 206°C, the other one, with composition KZn3(N3)7 or KZn4(N3)9, melting incongruently at 210°C.

By replacing Mn in YCa3(MnO)3(BO3)4 with trivalent Al and Ga, two new borates with the compositions of YCa3(MO)3(BO3)4 (M=Al, Ga) were prepared by solid-state reaction. Structure refinements from X-ray powder diffraction data revealed that both of them are isostructural to gaudefroyite with a hexagonal space group P63/m. Cell parameters of a=10.38775(13)Å, c=5.69198(10)Å for the Al-containing compound and a=10.5167(3)Å, c=5.8146(2)Å for the Ga analog were obtained from the refinements. The structure is constituted of AlO6 or GaO6 octahedral chains interconnected by BO3 groups in the ab plane to form a Kagomé-type lattice, leaving trigonal and apatite-like tunnels. It is found that most rare-earth and Cr, Mn ions can be substituted into the Y3+ and M3+ sites, respectively, and the preference of rare-earth ions to locate in the trigonal tunnel is correlated to the sizes of the M3+ ions.  相似文献

The synthesis of the new compound, bis(trifluoromethyl)dicarbonate, CF3OC(O)OC(O)OCF3, is carried out by reduction of bis(trifluoromethyl)trioxidicarbonate with excess of CO at 0 °C. The product is characterized by IR, Raman, 13C and 19F NMR spectroscopy and its properties are compared with those of the other members of the series CF3OC(O)OxC(O)OCF3, x = 0-3. Single crystals are grown at −25 °C and the X-ray diffraction analysis shows the packing of syn-syn rotamers exhibiting C2 symmetry. DFT calculations predict this rotamer as the most stable one and also structural and vibrational data are predicted reasonably well.  相似文献

The influence of tris(trimethylsilyl) borate(TMSB) as an electrolyte additive on lithium ion cells have been studied using Li/Li Co_(1/3)Ni_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2 cells at a higher voltage,4.7 V versus Li/Li~+.1 wt% TMSB can dramatically reduce the capacity fading that occurs during cycling at room temperature(RT) and elevated temperature(60 °C).After 150 cycles at 1 C rate(1 C = 278 m Ah/g),the capacity retention of Li/Li Co_(1/3)Ni_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2 is up to near 72% in the electrolyte with TMSB added,while it is only about 35% in the baseline electrolyte.The electrochemical behaviors,the surface chemistry and structure of Li/Li Co_(1/3)Ni_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2 cathode are characterized with charge/discharge test,linear sweep voltammetry(LSV),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),thermal gravimetric analyses(TGA),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).These analysis results reveal that the addition of TMSB is able to protectively modify the electrode CEI film in a manner that suppresses electrolyte decomposition and degradation of electrode surface structure,even though at both a higher voltage of 4.7 V and an elevated temperature of 60 °C.  相似文献

The structures of two carbonylphosphine complexes of chromium were determined by X-ray analysis. cis-Tricarbonyltriphosphinechromium(0), [(CO)3(PH3)3Cr], crystallizes in space group P21/m with a = 6.90± 0.01, b = 11.29±0.02, c = 6.41±0.01 Å, β = 93.80±0.08°, Z=2. The structure was solved by conventional methods and refined by least squares (R1 = 0.056). The idealized octahedral molecule shows approximate C3v, symmetry. The mean CrP-distance is 2.346±40.003 Å. Pentacarbonylphosphinechromium, [(CO)5(PH3)Cr], crystallizes in spacegroup Pnma with a = 12.23±0.02, b = 11.33±0.02, c = 6.61 ±0.01 Å, Z = 4. Cell dimensions and structural parameters are very similar to those of hexacarbonylchromium(0). In the crystal the PH3 group is disordered over three mutually cis-positions of the coordination octahedron.  相似文献

An electronically conducting 3D network of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) was introduced into LiNi(1/3)Mn(1/3)Co(1/3)O(2) (LNMC) cathode material in a special nano/micro hierarchical structure. The rate test and cycling measurement showed that the hierarchical networks remarkably improve the high rate performance of LNMC electrode for lithium-ion batteries. The effect of RGO conducting networks on kinetic property was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and potentiostatic intermittent titration (PITT). The EIS results reveal that the RGO network greatly decreases the resistance of lithium batteries, especially the charge transfer resistance which can be attributed to the significantly improved conducting networks. The enhancement of apparent diffusion coefficient by the RGO conducting networks is shown by PITT. The power performance was found to be limited by the electrical conduction in the two-phase region, which can be greatly facilitated by the hierarchical RGO network together with carbon black. The as-obtained LNMC/RGO cathode exhibits an outstanding electrochemical property supporting the design idea of electronically conducting 3D networks for the high-energy and high-power lithium-ion batteries.  相似文献
