A series of novel bivalent metal complexes M(L1)2 and M(L2)2 where M = Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II) and L1 = 2-((benzo [d] thiazol-6-ylimino)methyl)-4-bromophenol [BTEMBP], L2 = 1-((benzo [d] thiazol-6-ylimino)methyl) naphthalen-2-ol [BTEMNAPP] were synthesized. All the compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, SEM, Mass, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, UV–Vis, IR, ESR, spectral data and magnetic susceptibility measurements. Based on the analytical and spectral data four-coordinated square planar geometry is assigned to all the complexes. DNA binding properties of these complexes have been investigated by electronic absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence and viscosity measurements. It is observed that these binary complexes strongly bind to calf thymus DNA by an intercalation mode. DNA cleavage efficacy of these complexes was tested in presence of H2O2 and UV light by gel electrophoresis and found that all the complexes showed better nuclease activity. Finally the compounds were screened for antibacterial activity against few pathogens and found that the complexes have potent biocidal activity than their free ligands.  相似文献

With the aid of an improved projective approach and a linear variable separation method,new types of variable separation solutions (including solitary wave solutions,periodic wave solutions,and rational function solutions)with arbitrary functions for (2 1)-dimensional Korteweg-de Vries system are derived.Usually,in terms of solitary wave solutions and rational function solutions,one can find some important localized excitations.However,based on the derived periodic wave solution in this paper,we find that some novel and significant localized coherent excitations such as dromions,peakons,stochastic fractal patterns,regular fractal patterns,chaotic line soliton patterns as well as chaotic patterns exist in the KdV system as considering appropriate boundary conditions and/or initial qualifications.  相似文献

A new cryptand compound carrying 2-hydroxy-1-naphthylidene Schiff base moiety (3) was designed and synthesized by reaction of the corresponding macrobicyclic amine compound (1) and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde (2). The influence of metal cations such as Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Fe2+,Co2+, Mn2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, Al3+ and Pb2+ on the spectroscopic properties of the new fluoroionophore was investigated in acetonitrile-dichloromethane solution (9.5/0.5) by means of absorption and emission spectrometry. The blue shifts on the fluorescence spectrum were observed for all metal cations at 504nm. At the same time the fluorescence spectrum of the ligand showed quenching in the intensity of the signal at 504 nm for all metal cations except for Zn2+. Interaction of Co2+ with the ligand caused quenching of naphtyl fluorescence higher than 84%. The method showed good selectivity and sensitivity for Co2+ with respect to other metal cations with linear range and detection limit of 1.5 × 10−7 to 3.3 × 10−6M and 4.8 × 10−8M respectively.  相似文献

在微乳体系(十六烷基三甲基溴化氨/水/戊烷/戊醇)协助下,采用钼酸钠和硝酸镧通过微乳反应制备了具有不同微结构的La2(MoO4)3。在表面活性剂CTAB浓度由0.2 mol/L增加到0.4 mol/L的过程中,La2-( MoO4)3的结构由蚕蛹状逐渐转变成近球形。经800℃煅烧处理4 h后的La2( MoO4)3∶Eu3+材料通过396 nm紫外光激发,发射出由5 D0→7 F2的受迫电偶极跃迁产生的波长为617 nm红光,且当Eu3+掺杂摩尔分数达到20%时,发光强度达到最大。  相似文献

We have studied high-resolution angle-resolved and photon-polarization dependent photoemission from chlorine adsorbed on Cu(OOl) and Cu(111). Chlorine forms a c(2 × 2) saturation overlayer on Cu(OO1) and adsorbs dissociatively as revealed by LEED and XPS. Several two-dimensional energy bands on Cu(001)c(2 × 2)-Cl could be iden along the \?gG M? and \?gG M? lines of the surface Brillouin zone, their respective mirror symmetry and their orbital character could be determined. An interpretation of these bands is given in terms of the interaction of the ordered overlayers with particular substrate bulk bands. Besides the appearance of adsorbate-induced two-dimensional bands drastic changes are resolved in the substrate d-band emission region. These can be explained almost exclusively by surface umklapp processes involving reciprocal lattice vectors of the ordered adsorbate mesh. Supplementary studies of the Cu(111) (√3 × √3)R30°-Cl system support our ideas. We discuss some important implications of our results for the interpretation of angle-resolved photoenussion spectra from ordered adsorbate layers.  相似文献
