New phenolic constituents from the fruit juice of Phyllanthus emblica   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
Six new phenolic constituents, L-malic acid 2-O- (1), mucic acid 2-O- (5), mucic acid 1,4-lactone 2-O- (6), 5-O- (8), 3-O- (10), and 3,5-di-O- (11) gallates, were isolated from the fruit juice of Phyllanthus emblica together with their methyl esters (2-4, 7, 9), and their structures were determined by spectral and chemical methods. Compounds 5, 6, and 8, the major phenolic constituents of the juice, were present as an equilibrium mixture in aqueous solution.  相似文献

从云南丽江产民间药物大花红景天(Rhodiola crenulata)根的乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物, 经化学方法和光谱数据分析, 10个化合物结构鉴定为: 山奈酚(1), 山奈酚7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(2), 大花红景天苷(3), 草质素7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(4), 草质素7-O-(3"-O-β-D-葡萄糖基)-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5), 大花红景天素(6),鞣花酸(7), 红景天苷(8), 没食子酸(9), 没食子酸乙酯(10)。其中化合物1, 2,3, 6, 7是首次从大花红景天中得到, 化合物3-为一新的山奈酚苷, 用13^C NMR,1^H-1^H COSY, 13^C-1^H COSY谱确证6为一种结构罕见的黄酮醇与苯丙素结合而成的化合物。  相似文献

细穗玄参(Scrofella chinensis Maxim)为玄科细穗玄参属独种植物,它是我国特有种,被用作传统中药.从细穗玄参全草中分离并鉴定了7个化合物.利用光谱(MS、NMR、UV)和化学方法分别鉴定为对苯酚(t),对甲氧基苯甲酸(2),5,7,3'-三羟基-4-甲氧基黄酮(3),3,7-二羟基5,4'-二甲氧基黄酮(4),5,6,7-三羟基-4'-甲氧基黄酮(5),熊果甙(6),玉叶金花糖甙酸(7).7个化合物均为首次从该植物中发现.  相似文献

对西沙仙掌藻Halimeda xishaensis样品进行化学成分研究,从中分离得到了三个化合物,其结构通过MS、NMR及X射线单晶衍射等波谱方法进行鉴定,确定结构为:1-正二十三碳酸甘油酯(Ⅰ),豆甾-4-烯-3β,6β-二醇(Ⅱ),丁四醇(Ⅲ);对此样品的进一步研究正在进行中.  相似文献

本文测定了天然茯苓、发酵茯苓、药性发酵茯苓和复合药性发酵茯苓的多糖、总糖、氨基酸和微量元素的含量。研究结果表明不同茯苓的化学成分有较大差异,探讨了上述差异产生的原因。上述研究为茯苓相关保健食品和药品的开发提供了科学依据和参考。  相似文献

A new acylated apigenin glucoside (apigenin-7-O-(6'-butyryl-beta-glucopyranoside) (1) was isolated from the methanolic extract of the leaves of Phyllanthus emblica L. (Euphorbiaceae) together with the known compounds; gallic acid (2), methyl gallate (3), 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloylglucose (4) and luteolin-4'-O-neohesperiodoside (5). Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies ((1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, DEPT, HSQC, HMBC).  相似文献

Four new aromatic compounds have been isolated from the fruits of Cordia latifolia (Boreginaceae) bearing a common basic skeleton but differing in the side chain. 海洋药物具有显著的药理稳定性和强效性,毒副作用相对较小,对防治癌症、艾滋病、心脑血管病、老年病等疑难杂症具有独特的作用,已成为开发新药、特效药的主要方向之一。长枝沙菜(Hyphea Charoides Lamx.)属红藻门沙菜科,其微量元素含量丰富。本文首次对长枝沙菜的化学成分进行了研究,从中分离得到神经酰胺和甾醇两类具有较强生理活性的物质。  相似文献

采用各种柱色谱法从厚皮树(Lannea coromandelica)树皮的78%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物。通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定为:槲皮素-3-O-芸香糖苷(1),豆甾-4-烯-6β-醇-3-酮(2),蒲公英赛酮(3),蒲公英赛醇(4),乙酰蒲公英赛醇(5),5α-豆甾烷-3,6-二酮(6),β-谷甾醇(7),β-胡萝卜苷(8),香草醛(9)。除了化合物(7),其他化合物都是从该植物中首次分离得到。  相似文献

Fifty-eight phenolic compounds isolated from Phyllanthus emblica were screened and compared for their in vitro and in vivo antioxidant properties, as well as hyaluronidase (HAase) inhibitory activities. Among them, 20 compounds showed to be promising antioxidants due to the stronger scavenging activity in both DPPH radical and Danio rerio reactive oxygen species assays, while nine compounds were potential HAase inhibitors with 100-fold stronger activities than that of the positive control, DSCG. Two new acylated flavanone glycosides, (S)-eriodictyol 7-O-(6"-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) and (S)-eriodictyol 7-O-(6"-O-galloyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2) were isolated from the leaves and branches of Phyllanthus emblica together with a new phenolic glycoside, 2-(2-methylbutyryl)phloroglucinol 1-O-(6"-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), as well as 22 known compounds. 景洪哥纳香为蕃荔枝科哥纳香属植物,主要分布在我国云南省。为了从该属植物中寻长新类型的抗肿瘤化合物,我们通过药理筛选,发现哥纳香根的醇提取物对人肿瘤细胞培养系有较强的素毒性。以生物活性跟踪为手段,指导分离景洪哥纳香根的醇提取物,得到38个化合物,通过光谱学及化学方法,确定其中两个化合物是新化合物,分别命名为哥纳香醌及哥纳香呋喃并呋喃酮丙亚基化物。  相似文献

从罗汉松科植物竹柏(Podocarpus nagi(thunb.)Zoll.ct Mor.ex Zoll.)种子中分得七种成分。根据理化性质、波谱数据及化学反应鉴定为竹柏内酯A(1)、1-去氧-2α-羟基竹柏内酯A(3)、竹柏内酯苷A(4)、柳杉酚(5)、β-谷甾醇及蔗糖, 其中4是新化合物, 5是首次从该植物中分得。生物试验表明, 二萜双内酯化合物1-3具有较强的细胞毒作用, 4 无效。对2及3进行了结构改造, 提示了它们的构效关系。  相似文献

Three pyrrololactam alkaloids have been isolated from the marine sponge Phacellia fusca Schmidt collected from the South China Sea, and their structures were determined as 1–3 , on the grounds of spectral data.
