A new 4-chlorobenzoic acid bridge Co(Ⅱ) complex [Co2(2,2(')-bpy)2(μ-L)2(L)2(μ- H2O)] (HL = 4-chlorobenzoic acid) has been obtained by hydrothermal synthesis, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis shows that it crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 22.537(5), b = 16.212(3),c = 15.306(3)(A), β= 124.37(3)°, V = 4616.1(16) (A)3, Mr = 1070.45, Dc = 1.540 g/cm3, Z = 4, μ = 1.012 mm-1, F(000) = 2176, the final R = 0.0338 and Wr = 0.0810. The title complex is composed of dinuclear [Co2(2,2(')-bpy)2(μ-L)2(L)2(μ-H2O)] molecules. Each Co(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine ligand, three oxygen atoms from three 4-chlorobenzoic ions and another oxygen atom from one water molecule. The two Co(Ⅱ) atoms are connected by two 4-chlorobenzoic ions and one bridged water molecule. The dinuclear molecules are interlinked by hydrogen bond and π-π stacking interactions into a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

Each Co(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine ligand,three oxygen atoms from three 4-chlorobenzoic ions and another oxygen atom from one water molecule. The two Co(Ⅱ) atoms are connected by two 4-chlorobenzoic ions and one bridged water molecule. The dinuclear molecules are interlinked by hydrogen bond and π-π stacking interactions into a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Cu(phen)(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)]n has been synthesized by reacting 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and Cu(Ⅱ) perchlorate and its structure was characterized. Crystal data for this complex: tetragonal, space group I41, a = 2.0293(3), b = 2.0293(3), c = 1.3758(2) nm, α =β= γ = 90°, V= 5.6657(13) nm3, Dc= 1.379 g/cm3, Z = 8, μ(MoKa) = 0.815 mm-1, Mr = 588.14, F(000) = 2456, S = 1.047, R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.1053. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring Cu(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by one bridging-chelating 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic group, forming a one-dimensional chain structure. Each Cu(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid molecules and one oxygen atom from one water molecule, giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

A novel Mn(Ⅱ) complex Mn2(phen)2(p-MBA)4(H2O) has been hydrothermally synthesized by the reaction of p-methyl benzoic acid (p-MBA) with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen). Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a= 2.3328(3), b =1.5549(2), c = 1.5557(2) nm, β = 121.726(2)°, V= 4.7997(11) nm^3, Mr = 1028.85, Dc = 1.424 g/cm^3, Z = 4, F(000) = 2128, μ(MoKa) = 0.590mm^-1, GOOF = 1.060, R = 0.0333 and wR = 0.0767. In the crystal, each Mn(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from one o-phenanthroline molecule, three oxygen atoms from three p-methyl benzoic acids and one oxygen atom from one water molecule, giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Two neighboring Mn(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by two p-methyl benzoic acid groups and one water molecule, and their end positions are respectively coordinated by one 1,10-phenanthroline and one p-methyl benzoic acid molecule, giving a binuclear cage structure, of which the Mn(Ⅱ)…Mn(Ⅱ) distance is 0.3502 nm.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Mn(NAAh(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)4], has been synthesized with a-naphthaleneacetic acid, 4,4′-bipy and manganese(Ⅱ) sulfate as raw materials. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 1.1421(2), b = 1.6337(3), c = 0.94177(19) nm, β = 112.15(3)°, V = 1.6275(6) nm^3, De = 1.407 g/cm^3, Z = 2, μ(MoKa) = 0.467 mm^-1, F(000) = 722, S = 1.007, R= 0.0412 and wR = 0.1022. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring manganese(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by one 4,4′-bipy molecule, and the whole complex molecule forms a one-dimensional chain structure. Each manganese(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two oxygen atoms of two a-naphthaleneacetic acid molecules, two nitrogen atoms of two 4,4′-bipy molecules and two oxygen atoms from two water molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. A one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Co(Ⅱ)(C6H5CH--CHCOOH)2(4,4'- bipy)(H20)5]n has been synthesized with cinnamylic acid, 4,4'-bipy and cobaltous chloride as raw materials. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 1.1481(3), b = 1.1230(2), c = 1.1759(3) nm, β = 97.054(4)^o, V= 1.5046(6) nm^3, Mr= 617.50, Dc = 1.363 g/cm^3, Z = 2, ,u(MoKa) = 0.627 mm^-1, F(000) = 646, S = 1.062, R 0.0443 and wR = 0.1178. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring cobalt(ID ions are linked together by one 4,4'-bipy, and the whole complex molecule adopts a one-dimensional chain structure. Each cobalt(H) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from two 4,4'-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from four water molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The electrochemical properties were analyzed by combining with the crystal structure.  相似文献

The tetranuclear cubane-like complex, [NiL(EtOH)]4·0.5EtOH (1) with tridentate Schiff base ligand (H2L= 2-Hydroxymethyl-N-salicylideneaniline) has been synthesized and its crystal structure and spectroscopic properties have been studied. The complex consists of a tetranuclear (NiO)4 cubane core, of which four nickel(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by μ3-alkoxide group and each nickel(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated to three μ3-alkoxide oxygen atoms, one imino nitrogen atom and one phenoxide oxygen atom from Schiff base ligand, and further ligated by one EtOH molecule, completing a distorted octahedral geometry.  相似文献

A dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex[Cu2(TATP)2(L-Leu)2(CIO4)2]2·2H2Owas synthesized and characterized, where, TATP=1,4,8,9-tetraazatriphenylene, and L-Leu=L-leucinate. The complex was crystallized in the triclinic space group P1, with two independent molecules in a unit cell. Two Cu(Ⅱ) ions in each complex [Cu2(TATP)2(L-Leu)2(CIO4)2] molecule were found to be in different coordination geometries, i.e., Cu2 or Cu4 of a distorted square-pyramidal geometry coordinated with two nitrogens of TATP, the amino nitrogen and one carboxylate oxygen of L-Leu and one oxygen of perchlorate, and Cul or Cu3 with an octahedral geometry coordinated with the above stated similar coordinated atoms, and another carboxylate oxygen of L-Leu coordinating to Cu2 or Cu4. The complex can interact with CT-DNA by an intercalative mode and cleave pBR322 DNA in the presence of ascorbate.  相似文献

The mixed ligand complex of cobalt with dibutylphosphate (HDBP) and pyridine has been synthesized. Elemental analysis yields the result that the formula of this compound is Co(DBP)_2·3Py·CHCl_3 (Py=pyridine). The thermal analsyis, visible spectra and magnetic properties of it have been studied as well. Single crystal structural analysis shows that the crystal is triclinic with space group P and the unit cell parameters are as follows:a=14.490(10), α=90.37(4)°,b=15.721(7), β=96.04(5)°,c=20.109(12), γ=105.63(4)°.The final R factor is 0.0773. Two Co atoms are connected by two bridging DBP groups to form a dinuclear molecule [Co(DBP)_2·3Py]_2 which has a C_s, symmetry. Each cell contains two dinuclear molecules and four chloroform molecules. The cobalt is coordinated in an octahedral arrangement by three oxygen atoms and three nitrogen atoms, of which one oxygen atom comes from a monodentate DBP group, two oxygen atoms from two bridging DBP groups, and the three nitrogen atoms from the three pyridi  相似文献

The title compound [Cu2(μ2-dppm)2(MeCN)2(μ2-MeCN)](ClO4)2·MeCN (dppm = bis(diphenylphosphino)methane) has been prepared and characterized. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/n,with a = 11.904(6),b = 20.755(11),c = 24.744(13)A,β = 98.226(12)°,C58H56Cl2Cu2N4O8P4,Mr = 1258.93,V = 6051(5) A^3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.382 g/cm^3,μ = 9.52 mm^-1,F(000) = 2592,R = 0.0533 and wR = 0.1295 for 6175 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Each Cu(I) center is tetrahedrally coordinated by two phosphine atoms from two bridging dppm ligands,one nitrogen atom from a terminally coordinated acetonitrile molecule,and another nitrogen atom from a μ2-acetonitrile molecule. The two Cu(I) centers are bridged by two dppm ligands as well as a unique acetonitrile molecule. The full molecule exhibits a 'chair-like' configuration. This dinuclear complex exhibits intense or middle photoluminescence at room temperature in the solid state or actonitrile solution at 486 nm.  相似文献

Crystal data for this complex are as follows: monoclinic, space group P2Jc, a = 7.7713(7), b = 27.478(3), c = 13.2621(13)/1,, fl = 100.6940(10), V= 2782.8(5) A3, Dc = 1.722 g/cm3, Z = 4, p = 1.61 mm-1, F(000) = 1472, the final R = 0.0363 and wR = 0.0933. In the crystal structure, the whole molecule consists of two cooper ions, two H2L, one 2,2"-bipy molecule and six water molecules. Each central copper ion is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two H2L and one water molecule, two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipy molecule and two H2L, giving a distorted tetragonal pyramidal geometry. One novel binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex [Cu 2 (Hpt) 2 (CO 3) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ]·H 2 O with copper carbonate and 3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole (Hpt) was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR and X-ray diffraction analysis.The complex crystallizes in triclinic,space group P2 1 /n with a=0.6862(1),b=0.7805(1),c=1.1983(2) nm,α=72.03(2),β=107.72(3),γ=75.28(2)o,V=0.5884 nm 3,D c=2.105 g/cm 3,Z=1,F(000)=357,GOOF=1.041,the final R=0.01859 and wR=0.04348.The whole molecule is composed of two cooper ions,two Hpt molecules,two carbonate and three water molecules,forming a binuclear structure.The crystal structure shows that the cooper ion is coordinated with three nitrogen atoms from two Hpt molecules,two oxygen atoms from one carbonic acid and one water molecule,forming a distorted square pyramidal geometry.The TG analysis result shows that the title complex is stable under 131.0 ℃.  相似文献

One novel complex Mn2(phen)2(p-CBA)4(H2O) has been hydrothermally syn- thesized from p-chlorobenzoic acid (p-CBA), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and anhydrous man- ganese(Ⅱ) sulfate and then characterized. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a = 2.3416(3), b = 1.5604(2), c =1.5605(2) nm, β = 121.048(2)o, V = 4.8849(12) nm3, Dc = 1.510 g/cm3, Mr = 555.26, Z = 8, μ = 0.798 mm-1, F(000) = 2256, GOOF = 1.032, the final R = 0.0393 and wR = 0.0816. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring manganese(Ⅱ ) ions are linked together by two bridge-chelating p-chlorobenzoic groups and one bridging water molecule, forming a cage structure with the Mn–Mn bond distance of 0.3512 nm. Each manganese(Ⅱ ) ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and four oxygen atoms from three p-chlorobenzoic acid anions and one water molecule, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Two complexes CuLCl(H2O) 1 and Ni(L)2 2 (HL = 2-carboxy-1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The structure of 1 has a monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 7.985(2), b = 16.067(3), c = 9.694(2) A, β = 98.189(30)°, V= 1231.0(4) A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.836 g/cm^3,μ =1.998 mm^-1, F(000) = 684, the final R = 0.0301 and wR = 0.0810. The structure of 2 (C26H14N4NiO10) adopts an orthorhombic system, space group Pbea with a = 9.410(2), b = 23.2410(5), c = 23.8680(5) A, V = 5219.9(18) A^3, Z = 8, Mr = 601.12, Dc = 1,530 g/cm^3,μ = 0.809 mm^-1, F(000) = 2448, the final R = 0.0448 and wR = 0.1427. The Cu center of complex 1 exhibits a square pyramidal coordination environment with one oxygen and two nitrogen atoms from deprotonated 2-carboxy-1,10-phenanthroline, one oxygen atom from water and one chloride ion. The Ni center of complex 2 assumes a distorted octahedral coordination geometry consisting of two oxygen atoms and four nitrogen atoms of two deprotonated 2-carboxy-1,10-phenanthroline molecules. Supramolecular assembly has been found via noncovalent bonds, such as hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with α = 13.0430(13), b = 21.014(2), c = 7.5151(7) ?, β = 102.319(2)o, V = 2012.4(3) A3, Dc = 1.529 g/cm3, Z = 4, F(000) = 964, GOOF = 1.051, the final R= 0.0457 and wR= 0.0974. The crystal structure shows that the cobalt ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from one MNA molecule and three water molecules together with two nitrogen atoms from the 2,2'-bipyridine molecule, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The thermal stabilityand electrochemical properties have studied in this paper.  相似文献
