A novel 1-benzhydryl piperazine derivative 1-benzhydryl-4-(2-nitro-benzenesulfonyl)-piperazine was synthesized by the nucleophilic substitution of 1-benzhydryl piperazine with 2-nitro-benzenesulfonyl chloride. The product obtained was characterized spectroscopically and finally confirmed by X-ray diffraction study. The title compound, C23H23N3O4S crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with cell parameters a = 13.1120(9) Å, b = 21.4990(9) Å, c = 16.655(1) Å, β = 111.352(2)°, Z = 8, and V = 4372.7(4) Å. The structure reveals that the piperazine ring is in a chair conformation. The geometry around the S atom is distorted tetrahedral. There is a large discrepancy in the bond angles around the piperazine N atoms. The structure is stablized by C–H···O type intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

Four Ag(I) coordination polymers, formulated as [Ag(L1)(tpa)0.5] n (1), {[Ag(L2)(ndc)0.5]·0.5H2ndc} n (2), [Ag(L3)0.5(ndc)0.5] n (3) and {[Ag(L3)]·H3bptc} n (4) (L1 = 4,4′-bis(pyrazole-1-ylmethyl)-biphenyl, L2 = 4,4′-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-ylmethyl)-biphenyl, L3 = 1,4-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, H2tpa = terephthalic acid, H2ndc = 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid, H4bptc = 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid), have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Complex 1 features the rare binodal (4,4)-connected 2D 4,4L10 topological network with a point symbol of {32·4.62·7}2{32·62·72}. Complex 2 has a folded ladder-like chain structure, which is further extended into a 3D supramolecular network via O–H···O hydrogen bonding and π···π stacking interactions. Complexes 3 and 4 both possess 1D zigzag chain structures. Complex 3 is further extended into a binodal (3,4)-connected network with the point symbol of {4.84·10}{62·82}2 by Ag···O weak interactions, while complex 4 is further connected through O–H···O hydrogen bonding and π···π interactions to afford a 2D supramolecular structure. The photoluminescence spectra and photocatalytic properties of these complexes for degradation of methylene blue and methyl orange are reported.  相似文献

One new trinuclear nickel(II) cluster with a Ni3(μ 3-OH) core was synthesized by the method of in situ one pot synthesis. The complex [Ni3(μ 3-OH)(cpza)3]Cl2·H2O (1) (where Hcpza is N-(4-cyano-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)acetamide) was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods, elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy and Hirshfeld surface analysis. For complex 1, the crystal structure is extended into 3D structure through N–H···O and O–H···Cl hydrogen bonds. According to the 3D Hirshfeld surface and 2D fingerprint plots, the main interactions in the cluster are the H···H, N···H and O···H contacts.  相似文献

The coordination compound [ZnCl2(Phtz)2] has been synthesized by the reaction of ZnCl2 with phthalazine (Phtz, L, C8H6N2) in an ethanol solution. Its crystal structure has been determined: crystals are triclinic, space group P 0000000, a = 7.346(1) Å, b = 8.095(1) Å, c = 14.275(1) Å, α = 85.63(1)°, β = 75.75(1)°, γ = 88.43(1)°, V = 820.4(2) Å3, ρcalc = 1.605 g/cm3, Z = 2. The zinc atom is tetrahedrally coordinated to two crystallographically nonequivalent chlorine atoms and two nitrogen atoms of the ligands L (Zn(1)–N(1), 2.036(4) Å; Zn(1)–N(3), 2.043(4) Å; Zn(1)–Cl(1), 2.225(2) Å; Zn(1)–Cl(2), 2.220(2) Å; angles NZnN, 106.1(2)°; ClZnCl, 116.47(7)°). The complexes are combined into a 1D supramolecular structure by nonclassical hydrogen bonds C–H···Cl and π–π-stacking interaction between centrosymmetric pairs of aromatic rings of one of the independent ligands. The compounds [CdI2(Phtz)] and [HgBr2(Phtz)] have also been synthesized, and their luminescent properties have been studied.  相似文献

The title compound 1, cis-[diiodo(1R,2R)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane-κNN′]platinum(II), a precursor of a novel platinum-based anticancer complex, was synthesized. High purity (>99%) was determined by HPLC–UV/VIS and its structure was characterized by LC–ESI–MS, FT-IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The molecules of the title compound interact via N–H···I and C–H···I intermolecular (ultra)-long hydrogen–iodine (acceptor) bonds (distances up to 3.1 Å). The crystal structure of the title compound 1 was compared to the structure calculated on the basis of density function theory (DFT). The calculated and measured data varied by a maximum of 0.09 Å in bond lengths and the maximum deviation between the compared angles were less than 2°. Experimentally measured bond lengths in the crystal were observed to be reduced when compared to the theoretical calculation. This was caused by both steric requirements of individual structural units and the presence of hydrogen bonds in real sample, which were confirmed by FT-IR (new bands as well as the band shifts to lower wavelengths).  相似文献

Three cobalt(II) coordination polymers {[Co(L1)(nda)(H2O)2]·2H2O} n (1), [Co(L2)(tbi)(H2O)] n (2) and [Co(L2)(bpdc)(H2O)] n (3) (L1 = 1,3-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazol-1-yl)-2-propanol, L2 = 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)-2-propanol, H2nda = 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid, H2tbi = 5-tert-butyl isophthalic acid and H2bpdc = 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylic acid) were synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. Complex 1 exhibits a 1D loop-like structure, which is further extended into a 3D 3,3,4T31 network through two O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. Complex 2 displays a 1D ladder-like chain, arranged into a 2D supramolecular network with 3,3,4L34 topology via classical O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions, whereas complex 3 features a 2D 3,4L13 layer structure and further assembles into a 3D framework with a twofold interpenetrating sqc65 topology through O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. The fluorescence and catalytic properties of these complexes for the degradation of Congo red in a Fenton-like process have been investigated.  相似文献

Two Co(II) coordination polymers (CPs), namely [Co(L1)(DCTP)]n (1) and [Co(L2)(DCTP)]n (2) [L1?=?1,4-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazol-1-yl)butane, L2?=?1,5-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazol-1-yl)pentane, H2DCTP?=?2,5-dichloroterephthalic acid] were synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and infrared spectroscopy. CP 1 has a 2D (4,4) corrugated sheet structure, which is further extended into a 2D double layer by C–H···O weak hydrogen bonding interactions, while CP 2 displays a 2D layer with hcb network, which is assembled into a 3D supramolecular framework through C–H···O hydrogen bonding. Both CPs exhibited promising photocatalytic activities for the degradation of methylene blue under UV irradiation. In addition, the thermal stabilities and the luminescence properties of both CPs have been investigated.  相似文献

Chemical preparation of the bis(aqua) iron(III) metalloporphyrin [FeIII(TClPP)(H2O)2](SO3CF3)·2(Pnz)·3/4(C6H12)·2H2O (TClPP?=?TClPP?=?5,10,15,20-tetra(para-chlorophenyl)porphyrinato and Pnz?=?phenazine) coordination complex (I) was made. The crystal structure of (I) was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction and elucidated by Hirshfeld surface approach. Magnetic, spectroscopic and electrochemical properties were also reported and discussed. The mean equatorial distance (Fe–Np) between the iron(III) atom and porphyrin nitrogen atoms is appropriate to a high-spin (S?=?5/2) iron(III) complex. The high-spin state is also confirmed by both magnetic and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy data. The repetitive building unit of the crystal structure provides [FeIII(TClPP)(H2O)2]+ ion complexes, two non-coordinated Pnz molecules and two water molecules which are interconnected by O–H···O/N/Cl, C–H···O/F/Cl hydrogen bonds, and by C–X···π, C–H···π and ππ stacking intermolecular contacts, forming a 3D supramolecular network. The role and nature of these intermolecular interactions were quantitatively analysed by 3D Hirshfeld surface analysis and associated 2D fingerprint plots. Cyclic voltammetry measurements indicate a one-electron reversible reduction wave with an E1/2 (Fe(III)/Fe(II) half-potential value of ?0.24 V, which confirms the high-spin S?=?5/2 state of the studied complex.  相似文献

In this study, a new bidentate Schiff base ligand (L) entitled as N,N’-bis(dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine and its mercury complexes were synthesized. The Schiff base ligand and its complexes were characterized using FT-IR, 1H-, 13C-NMR spectroscopy, molar conductivity and electronic spectral study. Regarding physical and spectral data, the general formula for the complexes was suggested as HgLX2 (L = Schiff base ligand and X = Cl?, Br?, I?, SCN?, N3 ?). For structural identification of these complexes, crystal structure of mercury iodide complex was analyzed as typical one. In the structure of this complex, Hg ion is surrounded by 2 iodide ions and 2 N atoms from the Schiff base ligand to form a four-coordinated mercury complex in triclinic system with space group of P 1. Angular index (τ 4) value was evaluated equal to 0.85, so the geometry around the mercury ion in this complex can be described as trigonal pyramid. A layered supramolecular structure for HgLI2 complex is stabilized by C–H···I and C–H···π interactions in solid state. DFT study on the ligand and its complexes was also carried out, and then some calculated and experimental structural parameters of HgLI2 were compared. Thermal behaviors of the titled compounds were investigated by thermogravimetric analyses. Furthermore, biological properties of the ligand and its complexes were examined against some Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria and also against 2 fungi. Finally, the interaction of the ligand and its complexes with DNA was investigated by electrophoresis method.  相似文献

The crystal structure of an antimony(III) fluoride complex of the composition (C5H12NO2)SbF4·H2O (I) involving a cation of α-amino isovaleric acid (DL-valine, Val) is determined. Crystals are monoclinic: a = 12.2024(2) Å, b = 6.1636(1) Å, c = 15.5167(3) Å, Z = 4, space group P21/c. The structure is formed of DL-valinium (C5H12NO2)+ cations, complex [SbF4]nn? anions having a polymeric chain structure, and crystallization water molecules. The [SbF4]nn? complex anions consist of trigonal SbF4E bipyramids joined together by asymmetric bridging Sb–F(3)···Sb bonds. The structural units are organized into a threedimensional framework via N–H···F, N–H···O, and O–H···F hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

We describe the preparation and crystal structures of the ionic complexes [Cu(bipy)2{ONC(CN)2}]CF3SO3 (1b), [Cu(phen)2{ONC(CN)2}]PF6 (2p) and [Cu(bipy)2{ONC(CN)2}]PF6 (2b). In the complex cations [Cu(L)2{ONC(CN)2}]+ (L is 2,2′-bipyridine (bipy) or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen)) the two molecules of bipy or phen coordinate to the copper atom through two nitrogen atoms along with the oxygen atom of the nitrosodicyanomethanide anion, ONC(CN) 2 ? , to form a {CuN4O} chromophore with a distorted square pyramidal coordination sphere in (1b) and (2b) and a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry in (2p). The basal plane in (1b) and (2b) is formed by an oxygen atom coordinated at the Cu1–O1 distance of 1.990(2) and 2.002(2) Å, respectively, and three nitrogen atoms coordinated to the copper atom at similar distances with the average of 2.01(2) and 2.00(3) Å, respectively. The axial position is occupied by the fourth N atom at the longer distance of 2.222(2) and 2.185(2) Å, respectively. The trifluoromethanesulfonate anion (triflate), CF3SO 3 ? , in (1b) might be considered as very weakly coordinated in the opposite axial position (Cu1–O2 = 2.719(2) Å). The equatorial plane in (2p) is formed by an oxygen atom coordinated at the Cu1–O1 distance of 1.975(3) Å, and two nitrogen atoms from different phen molecules coordinated to the copper atom at the same distance within 2 σ with the average distance of 2.124(2) Å. The axial positions are occupied by remaining two nitrogen atoms coordinated at shorter distance (average Cu–N = 1.99(3) Å). The hexafluorophosphate anions, PF 6 ? , in (2p) and (2b) remain uncoordinated. Besides the ionic forces, the structures of (2p) and (2b) may be stabilized by very weak C–H···F whereas the structure of (1b) by very weak C–H···F, C–H···O and C–H···N hydrogen bonds. The structural–spectral correlations are also discussed.  相似文献

Single crystals of 1-cyclohexylpiperazine-1,4-diium dichromate(VI), (C10H22N2)[Cr2O7], were obtained by slow evaporation at room temperature from an aqueous solution of potassium dichromate, hydrochloric acid and 1-cyclohexylpiperazine. (C10H22N2)[Cr2O7] is triclinic (P\(\bar 1\)) with a = 10.351(2) Å, b = 12.766(3) Å, c = 6.111(1) Å, α = 91.50(2)°, β = 104.26(3)°, γ = 94.91(2)°, V = 778.8(3) Å3, and Z = 2. The structure determination performed from single crystal X-ray diffraction data leads to R1/wR2 reliability factors of 0.032/0.078. The asymmetric unit of the title salt C10H22N22+·Cr2O72?, consists of one 1-cyclohexylpiperazine-1,4-diium dication and one dichromate dianion. These entities are linked together by N–H···O hydrogen bonds to form {(C10H22N2)[Cr2O7]}n infinite chains lying parallel to the (100) plane and running along the c axis. The intermolecular N–H···O hydrogen bonds link these chains into a two-dimensional network structure consolidated through C–H···O weak interactions.  相似文献

Two new manganese(III) complexes, [MnIIIL1(Dca)(MeOH)] (I) and [MnIIIL2(N3)2] (II), where L1 and L2 are the dianionic form of N,N'-3,4-chlorophenylene-bis(5-methylsalicylaldimine) (H2L1) and N,N'-3,4-nitrophenylene-bis(5-methylsalicylaldimine) (H2L2), respectively, and Dca is dicyanoamide, have been synthesized and characterized. The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV-Vis spectra, molar conductivity, and single crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files nos. 1054200 (I), 1054336 (II)). The Mn atoms in the structures are in octahedral coordination. In the crystal structure of complex I, molecules are linked through intermolecular O–H···N hydrogen bonds to form 1D chains running along the x axis. In both complexes, there exist π···π interactions among molecules. The complexes and the Schiff bases were assayed for antibacterial activities against three Gram-positive bacterial strains (B. subtilis, S. aureus, and St. faecalis) and three Gram-negative bacterial strains (E. coli, P. aeruginosa, and E. cloacae) by MTT method.  相似文献

The structure and EPR spectra of copper(II) complexes with bis(salicylidene)hydrozones of N-benzoyl-L-aspartic and N-benzoyl-L-glutamic acids have been described. The compounds have been studied by chemical and thermal analyses, IR spectroscopy, and EPR spectroscopy. The molecular and crystal structure of the copper(II) complex with bis(salicylidene)hydrozone of N-benzoyl-L-aspartic acid (H4L) of composition [Cu2L · 2Py] · 2CH3OH · H2O has been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 10.3316(7) Å, b = 16.7552(9) Å,c = 11.0137(6) Å, β = 105.758(3)°, space group P21, Z = 2. The complex has a polymeric structure composed of alternating copper-containing binuclear fragments bound to each other either via phenoxy bridges or via an aliphatic spacer (the Cu…Cu distances are 3.471 Å and 8.939 Å, respectively). The EPR spectra of the solutions of the complexes under study shows an isotropic signal comprising seven HFS lines due to two equivalent copper nuclei with the spin Hamiltonian parameters g = 2.115–2.122 and a Cu = (36.1–36.9) × 10?4 cm?1, which indicates the reaization of weak exchange coupling of the paramagnetic centers.  相似文献

Organoselenium compounds have already been reported to be good anticarcinogenic candidates. A new selenoquinazoline derivative, 2,4-bis(selenomethyl)quinazoline (compound 1), has been synthesized, spectroscopically characterized and its crystal structure has been studied. An intermolecular coupling between C2 and \( {\text{H}}_{5}^{\prime } \) in the Heteronuclear Multiple Bond Correlation (HMBC) experiment has been observed. Assuming that the head-to-tail overlap of parallel molecules (as identified by X-ray diffraction) remains in solution to give bimolecular entities, the π–π interaction enables heteronuclear coupling between the former atoms with a three-bond distance [C2···(π–π)···\( {\text{C}}_{5}^{\prime } \)\( {\text{H}}_{5}^{\prime } \)]. The crystal structure of compound 1 has been solved by X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P?1. Unit cell parameters are a = 7.4969(7) Å, b = 8.7008(8) Å, c = 10.1666(9) Å, α = 110.215(2)°, β = 90.354(2)°, γ = 115.017(1)°. Linear chains in crystals of compound 1 are generated by C–H···Se and Se···Se bonds between molecules. Furthermore, head-to-tail overlap of parallel molecules, in which π–π interactions can occur, is observed. Compound 1 exhibited a cytotoxic effect in all of the evaluated tumoral cell lines and showed a higher cytotoxic effect in colon and breast cancer cell lines than etoposide, which was used as a reference compound.  相似文献

A novel layered supramolecular compound [Ni(L)(TPHA)]·8H2O, containing two-dimensional (2D) water clusters and terephthalato-bridged ligand, where L = 1,3,6,9,11,14-hexaazatricyclo[12.2.1.16,9] octadecane, TPHA = terephthalate dianion, has been synthesized and structurally characterized by spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The complex is neutral, in which the nickel(II) ions are bridged by the TPHA to form a one-dimensional (1D) infinite chain structure, and containing the eight-member water cluster. The presence of octameric water clusters have effectively increased the 1D coordination polymer to a three-dimensional layered structure. Every water cluster is connected strongly by a O–H···O hydrogen bond (range of the bonds between 2.724 and 3.056 Å). The complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.788(3), b = 13.030(4), c = 11.646(4) Å, and β = 104.551(5)°.  相似文献

Two crystalline polymorphic forms of α-(N-benzoxazolin-2-one)acetic acid (BAA) are prepared by changing the temperature of its crystallization from solution in ethanol. Crystallographic data of the α-form are determined: a = 12.7769(17) Å, b = 8.2574(9) Å, c = 16.7390(19) Å, β = 105.087(13)°, space group C2/c, V = 1705.2(4) Å3, and Z = 8, while those of β form are a = 5.2854(4) Å, b = 5.9880(4) Å, c = 13.4509(5) Å, β = 94.666(4)°, space group P21, V = 424.30(4) Å3, and Z = 2. It is found that BAA molecules of the α form combine into infinite one-dimensional chains arranged along axis b by means of O?H···O and C?H···O hydrogen bonds, and these chains are crosslinked via C?H···O hydrogen bonds to form a threedimensional structure. The β form has another system of hydrogen bonds, one of which is bifurcated (O4···O2, O4···O3), and the π–π-interactions between the benzoxazolinone fragments of BAA molecules combined into a chain also arranged along axis b are observed. Calorimetric analysis shows that the polymorphic transition from the α form to the β form occurs at 129°C.  相似文献

The single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of the title compound, C14H14N2O, reveals that an interesting intermolecular or extended structure (hydrogen-bonded polymeric zigzag chains) is formed by linking its monomer units with O–H···N type intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 5.8151(5) Å, b = 18.106(1) Å, c = 11.515(1) Å  and β = 96.891(7)°. In order to understand better its structural aspects in solid state, quantum chemical (PM3) calculations were performed on a part of the extended structure of the title compound containing ten monomers. To determine in vacuo conformational flexibility of the compound, molecular energy profile of the title compound was obtained with respect to a selected torsional degree of freedom and the pedal angle varied from ?180° to +180° in every 10°. The results from the computational study suggest that hydrogen-bonding properties in the crystal lattice is fundamental in determining the crystallographically observed conformation of the title compound.  相似文献

One new trinuclear Fe(III) cluster with a Fe3(μ 3-O) core was synthesized by the method of hydrothermal synthesis. The complex [Fe3(μ 3-O)(pmta)6(H2O)3]FeCl4·2H2O (1) (where Hpmta is 5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid) was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods, elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, fluorescence and Hirshfeld surface analysis. For complex 1, the crystal structure is extended into 3D structure through N–H···O and O–H···O hydrogen bonds. According to the 3D Hirshfeld surface and 2D fingerprint plots, the main interactions in the cluster are the H···H, N···H and C···H contacts.  相似文献
