Phosphatidylinositol (PI) is the biosynthetic precursor for seven phosphoinositides, important signaling lipids in cells. A membrane-permeant caged PI derivative featuring a photo-removable coumarinyl group masking the negative charge of the phosphate, as well as two enzymatically removable butyrate esters for increased lipophilicity and for preventing phosphate migration, were synthesized. Rapid cell entry and cellular labeling in fixed cells was demonstrated by a photo-cross-linkable diazirine followed by attachment of a fluorophore through click chemistry. Using this technique, we found that the multifunctional caged PI derivative resided predominantly at internal membranes but rapidly changed to the plasma membrane after uncaging. Accordingly, a preliminary proteomic analysis of the lipid–protein conjugates revealed that the two major PI transport proteins PITPα and β were prime targets of the photo-cross-linked PI derivative. 相似文献

Summary: Starch based stable hydrogels providing high swelling and water storing capacity are not only of certain interest for the cosmetics and hygiene industry but also have the potential to become an effective tool in combating desertification and supporting cultivation in many regions of the world. It has been found that strong water adsorbing covalent networks with free swelling capacity (FSC) of up to 190 g water/g hydrogel can be obtained by cross-linking low-substituted mono-starch phosphates (MSP) in a semi-dry process with di- and tricarboxylic acids such as succinic acid (SA), adipic acid (AA) or citric acid (CA). The linear behaviour over a wide frequency range of the rheological parameters G′ and G″ which were determined by using a shearing disc viscosimeter clearly reveal that the cross-linked starch phosphates are stable hydrogels having stronger elastic than viscous properties. 相似文献

The synthesis of transition metal phosphates in hot, concentrated phosphoric acid medium leads to highly crystalline materials and to increased condensation of the phosphate at higher temperatures. a = b = 11.170(6), c = 9.412(9) Å, trigonal P – 3c1, V = 1017(1) Å3, Z = 2, density = 2.669 mg/m3, R = 0.0581, GOF = 0.87 for 676 data points, was produced at 798 K from the heating of Cr2O3 in H3PO4 in a porcelain crucible. Abstract This work deals with the synthesis of condensed phosphates of Mn(II), Mn(III), and also their combinations with Na, Cs. The reaction of MnO2 with molten polyphosphoric acids, partially neutralized with carbonates of Na and Cs is used. In the course of reaction of MnO2 with molten polyphosphoric acids, Mn(IV) is reduced to Mn(III) or/and Mn(II). The ratio Mn(III)/Mn(II) depends on the conditions of synthesis (temperature, time, presence of oxidants or reductants etc.). By varying these parameters we obtained 7 new manganese phosphates and determined their structures. 相似文献

A simple and efficient one‐pot method is described for the synthesis of phosphoramidates/phosphates in excellent yields from dialkylphosphites and trichloroisocyanuric acid in acetonitrile and subsequent treatment with dialkyl amines/alcohols.
