Abstract

A novel series of pyrazole derivatives containing substituted phenylsulfinyl/sulfonyl group have been synthesized via the oxidation of intermediate pyrazole sulfoether with H2O2 in acetic acid. The novel compounds were characterized by melting point, 1H NMR, FT-IR, MS, and elemental analysis or HRMS. The biological activity results showed that most of the title compounds exhibit significant fungicidal activities against Alternaria solani Sorauer, Phytophthora capsici, and Corynespora cassiicola.

以4-氰基苯酚和2-氯丙酸乙酯(或2-氯乙酸甲酯)为起始原料进行反应,得到2-(4-(1H-四唑-5-基)苯氧基)丙酸/乙酸酯,进而发生Huisgen反应合成了一系列新型1,3,4-噁二唑类标题化合物,其结构经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,IR,MS及元素分析或高分辨质谱得到表征和确认.用X射线衍射测定了化合物3q的晶体结构.初步生物活性测试结果表明,含有较小体积取代基的噁二唑化合物3c和3d在200μg/mL测试浓度下对水稻KARI酶分别具有94.5%和83.1%的抑制活性.化合物3p在100μg/mL浓度下对双子叶油菜(Brassica campestris)胚根生长抑制率可达82.4%.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (C12H10ClN7OS,Mr=335.78) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic,space group P1 with a=8.4093(11),b=9.4430(12),c=11.1454(14),α=95.508(2),β=111.366(2),γ=115.259(2)°,V=711.42(16) 3,Z=2,Dc=1.568 g/cm3,F(000)=344,μ(MoKα)=0.428 mm-1,the final R=0.0476 and wR=0.1243 for 2353 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The dihedral angles between the pyridine and triazole,thiazole and triazole,and pyridine and thiazole rings are 69.2(1),9.2(1) and 72.7(1)o,respectively. Intramolecular C(8)-H(8B)…O(1) and N(5)-H(5A)…N(4) as well as intermolecular C(5)-H(5)…S(1),C(3)-H(3)…N(6) and N(5)-H(5A)…N(1) hydrogen bonds together with weak C-H…π hydrogen-bonding and π-π stacking interactions contribute to the stability of the structure. There is also evidence for significant electron delocalization in the triazolyl system.  相似文献

The title compound, 3-[2-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-ethyl]-5-methyl-4-hydroxyl-4-methyl- 7-methylsulfanyl-3,4-dihydro-pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidine-8-carbonitrile, has been prepared and dete- mined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.8754(8), b = 10.2617(12), c = 13.3491(16) , α = 93.163(2), β = 96.704(2), γ = 102.421(2)°, V = 910.35(19) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 370.44, Dc = 1.351 g/cm3, μ = 0.203 mm-1, F(000) = 388, the final R = 0.0573 and wR = 0.1497. X-ray analysis reveals that the pyridine and pyrimidine rings are almost coplanar.  相似文献

The title compound N-(2,6-difluorobenzoyl)-N'-[5-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl]urea(C17H9F5N4O2S, Mr = 428.34) has been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-l,3,4-thiadiazole with 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isocyanate, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 10.7316(13), b = 10.5617(13), c = 16.037(2) (A), β =106.408(2)°, V= 1743.6(4) (A)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.632 g/cm3, μ = 0.260 mm-1, F(000) = 864, the final R = 0.0599 and wR = 0.1420 for 3467 observed reflections with I > 2o(Ⅰ). The urea group, which adopts a planar configuration mediated by the intramolecular N-H…O hydrogen bond, is nearly coplanar with the thiadiazole and 4-trifluoromethylbenzene rings. The title compound was found to exhibit good fungicidal activity against Rhizoctonia solani and Botrytis cinerea.  相似文献

利用3-巯基-4-氨基-5-取代-1,2,4-三唑和2-氯甲基-5-取代-苯并咪唑在氢氧化钠溶液中反应,得到17个3-(5-H/CH3-苯并咪唑-2-亚甲硫基)-5-取代-[1,2,4]三唑-4-胺衍生物.所有目标化合物经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱确定结构;采用溶液法得到化合物3f与Co2+形成的配合物,通过X射线单晶衍射确定结构.初步的生物活性测试结果表明,所合成的化合物对小麦芽鞘和绿豆发芽有着较好的生长调节作用;化合物3d,3i对金黄色葡萄球菌具有一定的抑制作用.  相似文献

The title compound trans-4-[(5-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)-3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyra-zol-4-yl)methyleneamino]-1,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydropyrazol-3-one 3 (C28H23Cl2N5O2, Mr = 532.41) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.9438(4), b = 11.6065(5), c = 14.2215(6) , α = 112.566(1), β = 92.324(2), γ = 102.91(1)o, V = 1315.65(10) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.344 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.282 mm-1, λ = 0.71073 , F(000) = 552, the final R = 0.0587 and wR = 0.1578 for 5071 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the product is a thermodynamically stable trans isomer. Intra-and intermolecular C(12)-H(12)···O(1) and C(28)-H(28)···O(1)#1 hydrogen bonds were observed in the title compound.  相似文献

以2-氨基-5-取代-1,3,4-噻二唑为起始原料,设计合成16个含1,3,4-噻二唑取代基的中间体4a~4p,进而使其在POCl3及DMF作用下反应得到16个3-取代-1-(5-芳基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基)-1H-吡唑-4-甲醛化合物5a~5p,所合成的32个化合物均为新化合物。 采用溶液结晶法获得化合物5a晶体,通过X射线单晶衍射测得该晶体属于三斜晶系,P-1空间群。 借助 IR、1H NMR、元素分析等技术手段对合成的所有化合物结构进行了表征。 利用微量稀释法测试了化合物5a~5p的抑菌活性,结果表明,部分化合物对金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑制作用,在相同条件下化合物5h的抑菌活性最好,抑菌率达到65.30%。  相似文献

The new title compound 2-methoxy-benzoic acid 2-oxo-3-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenyl)-1-oxa-spiro[4.4]non-3-en-4-yl ester(3,C25H26O5) has been synthesized by the condensation reaction of 4-hydroxy-3-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenyl)-1-oxa-spiro[4.4]non-3-en-2-one(2) with 2-methoxylben-zoyl chloride,and characterized by 1H NMR and MS spectra.Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal is of monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 10.6945(7),b = 12.8176(7),c = 16.4223(10) ,β = 103.5665(17)o,V = 2188.3(2) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.234 g/cm3,F(000) = 864.000,μ = 0.085 mm-1,the final R = 0.0520 and wR = 0.1132 for 2732 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).In the crystal structure,the C(1)-C(2)(1.478 ) bond is significantly shorter than the normal single C-C bond(1.53 ),suggesting that the carbonyl group on C(1) has formed a conjugated system with a double bond on C(2) and C(12).  相似文献

The title compound 4-(5-((2,4-dichlorobenzyl)thio)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)pyridine(C20H14Cl2N4S) was synthesized, and its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, MS, elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.885(5), b = 8.597(2), c = 16.144(5) A, β = 114.505(4)o, V = 1879.8(10) A3, Z = 8 and R = 0.0320 for 3108 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has activities against Stemphylium lycopersici(Enjoji) Yamamoto, Fusarium oxysporum. sp. cucumebrium, and Botrytis cinerea with inhibitory to be 53.57%, 66.67% and 24.44%, respectively.  相似文献

A novel benzisothiazolin-3-one derivative, 2-(benzo[d]isothiazol-3-yloxy)-N-(3-cyano-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazol-5-yl) acetamide(8), was synthesized from the initial compound benzo[d]isothiazol-3(2H)-one(BIT) 1 and 4-fluoroaniline 3. The structure of the target compound 8 was determined by elemental analyses, IR and 1H NMR. The single crystals of intermediate compound 6 and the target compound 8 were obtained and determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The preliminary biological activity was also evaluated and the results showed the target compound exhibited a good anti-microbial activity.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (C18H18N4O, Mr = 306.36) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with α = 4.783(0), b = 13.577(1), c = 13.830(1) A, α = 63.581(2), β = 88.326(2), γ = 86.161(2)°, V= 802.5(1) A3, Z= 2, Dc = 1.268 g/cm^3, F(000) = 324, μ(MoKa) = 0.082 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0497 and wR = 0.1199 for 3094 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The dihedral angles between the phenyl (C(1)-C(4)-(6)) and triazole, the phenyl (C(13)-C(15)-C(18)) and triazole, and the two phenyl rings are 7.9(1), 69.9(1) and 67.8(1)°, respectively. Strong C-H…π interaction joins molecules into a chain along the c axis and contributes to the stability of the structure. Preliminary bioassay results show that the title compound possesses excellent and selective fungicidal activity against Colletotrichum gossypii but displays moderate to weak insecticidal activity against aphides.  相似文献
