Abstract

A short library of symmetrical bis-imines has been constructed efficiently from the reaction between dialdehydes and mono amines or diamines and mono aldehydes under microwave irradiation catalyzed by p-toluenesulphonic acid. The methodology is associated with shorter reaction time, good yields and simple workup.  相似文献

Abstract

An efficient one-step synthesis of branched functionalized benzenoid compounds from aryl methyl ketones mediated by SOCl2/EtOH is described; some novel C 3-symmetrical molecules were prepared with satisfactory yields. 4H-Pyrimido[2,1-b ]benzothiazole-2-thiomethyl-3-cyano-4-one (3) has been prepared by the reaction of 2-amino benzothiazole (1) with ethyl-2-cyano-3,3-bismethyl thio acrylate (2) in the presence of dimethyl formamide and anhydrous potassium carbonate. Abstract

An efficient, simple, and environmentally benign procedure for the one-pot synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidine-2-(1H) thione derivatives that entails the three-component condensation of appropriate aryl aldehydes, β-dicarbonyls, and thiourea in the presence of catalytic amount of tungstate sulfuric acid under solvent-free conditions was reported. This method has many advantages including excellent yields, short reaction time, and simple work-up procedure.

Abstract

In view of the significance of studying the effect of heat on organic compounds especially those containing nitrogen and/or sulfur, six substituted α-(N-aryl) benzyl aryl sulfides (4–9) were prepared and subjected to thermolysis at 200°C.

Surveying of the reaction products showed the formation of amines, benzylidene amines, sulfides, disulfides, dibenzyl, stilbene, benzthiazole, benzimidazole, tetraphenyl thiophene as principle products in variable ratios according to the type of the starting sulfide.

A mechanism involving the homolytic cleavage of the C[sbnd]S and the C[sbnd]N bond is suggested to rationalize the thermolysis products.  相似文献

Abstract

Non-thermal, solvent-free condensation of several aryl methyl ketones with amines and elemental sulfur is efficiently conducted using ultrasonic irradiation within short time periods. Consequently, various thioacetamides are conveniently synthesized. Similar experiments at controlled temperature (25 ± 1° C) resulted in comparable yields, showing the promotional role of ultrasound irradiation in the progress of the reaction.

An exceedingly and highly efficient procedure has been described for the synthesis of substituted N‐3‐diaryl‐1,8‐naphthyridin‐2‐amines by the reaction of 2‐chloro‐3‐aryl‐1,8‐naphthyridines with various anilines in the presence of N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone and K2CO3 under thermal green solvent‐free conditions. The significant features of this green reaction include very good yields in purity, simple experimental, short reaction time, easy workability, and avoidance of toxic solvents. All synthesized compounds have been evaluated for their antibacterial activity.  相似文献

The facilitative effect of some P-, N-, S-, and O-donor ligands in the reaction of arylcoppers with acetone O-(mesitylenesulfonyl)oxime was examined to develop a synthesis method for functionalized primary aryl amines under mild reaction conditions. Our research showed that electrophilic amination of monoaryl coppers with ketoximes can be facilitated using appropriate ligand to supply significant increase in the yield. Also, we have seen that this ligand-facilitated method is applicable in terms of arylcopper and ketoxime type and allows synthesis of primary aryl amines in good to high yields easily at room temperature in very short reaction time.  相似文献

Abstract

A simple and efficient procedure has been developed for the preparation of aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes by a one-pot condensation of 2-naphthol and aryl aldehydes, in the presence of mesoporous zirconia modified with tungstophosphoric acid (ZrTPA60BT100), to be used as a heterogeneous catalyst in a solvent-free medium using conventional heating. The present approach offers the advantages of clean reaction, simple methodology, short reaction time, and high yield. The reaction work-up is very simple and the catalyst can be easily separated from the reaction mixture and reused several times in subsequent reactions without appreciable loss of the catalytic activity.  相似文献

Abstract

The rapid and very simple conjugate addition of thiols to α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds under solvent-free conditions in the presence of catalytic amount of lithium hydroxide at room temperature is reported. The reaction of aryl, alkyl, aliphatic, and hindered thiols with chalcone, enone, and nitrostyrene gave the corresponding Michael adducts with significant advantages, such as high conversions, short reaction time, mild reaction conditions, low cost, simple catalyst, and high to quantitative yields with excellent chemoselectivity.

Abstract

A new method for the solid‐phase synthesis of N‐aryl‐N′‐carboalkoxy guanidines is described. Aromatic amines were reacted with Fmoc‐isothiocyanate to provide Fmoc‐thioureas, which were coupled with Rink amide resin to provide the corresponding resin‐bound Fmoc‐guanidines. Subsequent Mitsunobu alkylation with a variety of alcohols delivered N‐aryl‐N′ carboalkoxy guanidines in good to high purity after resin cleavage.  相似文献

Herein, we report an efficient synthesis of N-nitrosamines from cyclic, aliphatic, benzylic, and aromatic secondary amines via a novel straightforward, efficient, and mild chemical process using sodium nitrite and Oxone in methanol as a solvent at 0–5?°C. Solid–liquid phase‐transfer conditions were employed for the first time in the Thorpe reaction to synthesize 4‐amino‐1‐aryl‐3,5‐substituted‐1H‐pyrazoles 3. Aryl amines were diazotized and coupled with various active methylene compounds such as cyano acetamide, cyanoacetophenone, malononitrile, and ethyl cyanoacetate, resulting into α‐arylhydrazononitriles 1. 以1-肼羰亚甲基-2-三氟甲基苯并[d]咪唑(1)为原料, 与芳基异硫氰酸酯在无水乙醇中反应得酰氨基硫脲2a2d, 继而在氢氧化钠水溶液中合环得4,5-二氢-3-(2-三氟甲基苯并[d]咪唑-1-亚甲基)-4-芳基-1,2,4-三唑-5-硫酮(3a3d), 然后分别采用超声辐射法和常规加热法与四种胺反应合成了16个未见报道的Mannich碱4a4d, 5a5d, 6a6d7a7d. 与常规加热法对比, 超声辐射法具有操作简单, 反应时间短, 条件温和, 产率高, 副反应少等优点, 为此类化合物的合成提供了一种有效的新方法. 目标化合物的结构经元素分析, IR和1H NMR确证.  相似文献

Abstract

An efficient and operationally simple method for the preparation of phenylvinyl-1,2-diamines by the Rh(II)-catalyzed C–N coupling of 1-sulfonyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles with secondary amines (e.g., N-aryl glycine esters, diarylamines or 1-phenyl-2-(p-tolylamino)ethanone) via the 1,3-insertion of Rh(II)-azavinyl carbenes into sp 3 N-H bond process has been developed. The optimized conditions tolerate various functional groups and afford the diverse (Z)-phenylvinyl-1,2-diamines in good to excellent yields with high regioselectivity. The method was also successfully extended to the synthesis of functional tertiary amines having a Z configuration of the (1-aryl-2-(sulfonamido)vinyl) substituent and two aryl groups.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of a series of 2,3‐disubstituted‐2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐ones is described via one‐pot condensation reaction of isatoic anhydride, aryl aldehydes, and primary amines using a Brønsted acidic ionic liquid, [Hmim][NO3], as a catalyst and medium. Abstract

An efficient, versatile, and environmentally benign method for the synthesis of dithiocarbamates under solvent-free conditions is reported. The Michael addition of electron-deficient alkenes with alkyl or aryl amines and CS2 in the presence of OH?/silica in a one-pot three-component reaction protocol gave the corresponding dithiocarbamates in good to excellent yields. This method is suitable for a wide range of amines and a variety of Michael acceptors in solvent-free conditions. Abstract

The reported rearrangement of N-nitrosodichloroacetamides provides a practicalmethod for converting primary amines into primary alcohols. The reaction sequence is operationally simple, requires only a single purification, and is compatible with a number of common functional groups. Mechanistic studies of the nitrosylation and rearrangement reactions illustrate the increased utility of dichloroacetamides compared to various other amides for this transformation.  相似文献

A simple and reliable reaction protocol for the clean, fast, and high-yielding synthesis of various N-arylated amines derived from reactions of aryl halides with various (also sterically hindered) amines under transition metal-free reaction conditions is presented. Dioxane and KN(Si(CH3)3)2 were found to be the ideal solvent and base for this transformation. The conversion rates and yields observed are excellent and in the majority of the reactions performed significantly higher than that obtained in their catalyzed versions. Furthermore, the selective synthesis of 6-halopyridin-2-amines and asymmetric pyridine-2,6-diamines (derived from consecutive reactions of 2,6-dibromopyridine and 2,6-dichloropyridine, respectively, with different amines) is possible in almost quantitative yields (relative to 2,6-dihalopyridine) within very short reaction times. Purification of the 6-halopyridin-2-amine intermediates is not necessary, allowing the synthesis of pyridine-2,6-diamines in ‘one-pot’. However, catalysts are in many cases not required to efficiently and selectively couple aryl halides with amines, making transition metal-free versions of the Buchwald-Hartwig reaction extremely attractive for the synthesis of N-arylated amines with substrates containing substituents on the aryl halide, which either promote regioselectivity and/or do not require regioselective aminations.  相似文献

Abstract

An efficient, atom-economic, one-pot protocol has been developed for the synthesis of highly functionalized dihydropyridines via four-component reactions of aromatic aldehydes, arylamines, malononitrile, and dimethylacetylenedicarboxylate in the presence of sodium hydroxide in ethanol. This domino reaction proceeded smoothly in good to excellent yields and offered several advantages, including short reaction time, simple experimental procedure, and applicability to a broad range of substrates.
