Several studies have identified specific signalling functions for inositol polyphosphates (IPs) in different cell types and have led to the accumulation of new information regarding their cellular roles as well as new insights into their cellular production. These studies have revealed that interaction of IPs with several proteins is critical for stabilization of protein complexes and for modulation of enzymatic activity. This has not only revealed their importance in regulation of several cellular processes but it has also highlighted the possibility of new pharmacological interventions in multiple diseases, including cancer. In this review, we describe some of the intracellular roles of IPs and we discuss the pharmacological opportunities that modulation of IPs levels can provide.  相似文献

低酸度淋洗液离子色谱法测定多聚磷酸盐   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在国产阴离子分离柱上采用含钙和镁离子的淋洗液,由于Ca^2+和Mg^2+与复杂的多聚磷酸根离子形成螯合物而提高了淋洗能力,加快了分析速度,大大降低了淋洗液的酸度和盐浓度,对几种工业三聚磷酸钠样品进行了测定,与化学法相比,相对误差小于1.5%,加入回收率在99%-109%之间。  相似文献

A spectrophotometric detector for high-performance liquid chromatography of inorganic polyphosphates such as orthophosphate, diphosphate and triphosphate is described. Abstract

The on-line coupling system of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and flow injection analysis (FIA) was developed for the rapid separation and sensitive detection of inorganic polyphosphates. Effects of gradient elution conditions on the chromatographic behavior were studied. The column temperature as well as a chloride concentration gradient were found to be very effective for the improvement of resolution(1). To minimize analysis time and to maximize resolution, the gradient elution conditions were optimized by use of a computer-assisted retention prediction system(2). More than 35 kinds of inorganic polyphosphates could be separated completely within 200 min under the optimum conditions as shown in Fig. 1.  相似文献

多聚磷酸盐在水产品中的快速分解影响其准确测定.用沸水破坏使多聚磷酸盐分解的物质,并用三氯甲烷去除水产品中蛋白质等杂质,离子色谱准确测定多聚磷酸盐各组分的量.实验中采用淋洗液自动发生器产生的KOH溶液作为流动相,保护柱和分离柱采用Ionpac AG11-HC和Ionpac AS11-HC抑制电导检测,可以较好地分离所检测焦磷酸根和三偏磷酸根.该方法操作简单,检出限为10 mg/kg,当水产品中添加多聚磷酸盐标准物质浓度达到10~1000 mg/kg范围时,回收率在70%~110%之间,相对标准偏差小于12% .  相似文献

Abstract

The gasophase method of polyphosphate (PPh) synthesis through the reaction between gaseous P4O10 or mixture P4O10-activator and surface of polyoxides was developed. The methods of investigation were: IR- and Laser-mass-spectro-scopy, photocolorimetry, X-ray analyse, gravimetry, gel-sol-fraction, and others. The synthesis characteristics of the mono- or polyoxide (MgO, Al2O3, CaO, SiO2, TiO2, MnO2 and other ceramics) systems have been investigated. The structure and physical properties of synthesis products, possibility of their modification by thermo- and photochemical influences, and surface anisotropy of composition have been evaluated. The reaction has diffusion nature. Anisotropy determines the peculiarities of the products properties and modification possibility. The results of the investigations allow us to consider the macromolecular structure of glasslike polyphosphates as chains, which consist of various regularly placed components (ROC), e.g. for Mg-, Al-, Mn- or Ti-PPh tetracyclophosphate is ROC as to Si-PPH-it is copolymer with structure ROC in the form of Si-pyropnosphate. PPh structure and the degree of PPh sewing synthesized on polyoxide ceramic surface have been determined mostly by the composition of ceramics. Thus PPh is presented by polytetracyclophosphate of aluminium and by pyrophosphate, of silicon on “Al2O3-ceramic” surface (Al203 + SiO2). The chains sewing takes place by the mechanism of substitution (by atoms of Mg, Al, Si) or introduction (Ca, zn). The present method has been applied for protection of ceramics by thin films and other coatings, soldering and obtaining composite materials.  相似文献

This work is a review of the results of biomedical studies of polymer devices (films, fibers, microparticles, 3D implants) made from resorbable PHAs synthesized by the bacterium Wautersia (Ralstonia) eutropha B5786, using the technology developed at the Institute of Biophysics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Two types of PHAs – polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) and a hydroxybutyrate/hydroxyvalerate copolymer (PHB/PHV) – have been proven to be biocompatible in vitro in cultures of fibroblasts, endothelial cells, hepatocytes, and osteoblasts, and in short- and long-duration experiments on animals. Polymer films and membranes have been found to be usable as scaffolds for functioning cells and monofilament suture fibers – for stitching muscular-fascial wounds and in abdominal surgery. Ectopic bone formation assay and experiments with the model of segmental osteotomy showed that 3D PHB and PHB/HA implants can be used for reparative osteogenesis. The paper reports beneficial results of using polymers to repair bone defects in oral surgery.  相似文献
