Abstract

A series of novel (4′-tosyl) piperidin-4-yl containing α-aminophosphonates were synthesized by a one-pot reaction, efficiently catalyzed by magnesium perchlorate, under solvent-free conditions from 1-tosylpiperidin-4-one, substituted aromatic amines, and diethyl phosphite (DEP). The synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR, and HRMS spectroscopy. A single-crystal X-ray structure of diethyl 4-(2-chlorophenyl) amino-1-(4’-methylbezenesulfonyl) piperidin-4-yl-phosphonate (2a) was obtained, and some of the title compounds displayed insecticidal activities against Plutella xylostella.

Crystalline phosphorus ylides are obtained in nearly quantitative yields from the addition reaction between triphenylphosphine, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and imidazolidine-2-thione. A dynamic NMR effect is observed in the 1 H NMR spectrum of the stabilized ylide obtained from dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (Δ G = 66.6 kJmol?1 ) and is attributed to restricted rotation around the carbon–carbon partial double bond resulting from the conjugation of the ylide moiety with the adjacent carbonyl group.  相似文献

Abstract

We investigated the mechanism of the reaction of paraformaldehyde with phosphorus trichloride in the presence of carboxylic acids (acetic, propanoic, and formic). Our results revealed that bisphosphonic acids were obtained without the use of water. The structures of the reaction products were studied by 1D and 2D homonuclear and heteronuclear 1H-, 13C-, 31P- NMR spectroscopy.

Abstract

Under specific basic conditions, the glucosaminoglycans heparin and heparan sulfate, containing α-L-iduronic acid 2-O-sulfate, undergo selective epoxidation between C-2 and C-3 of this residue, with formation of a residue of 2,3-anhydro-α-L-guluronic acid. The epoxidation reaction was studied by means of 13C NMR and optical rotation measurements. The optical rotation values correlate well with the composition of the reaction products as determined by 13C NMR, thus indicating that the heparin- or heparan-like character of both natural and semisynthetic polysaccharides can be easily determined also through optical rotation measurements.  相似文献

The reaction of N1-tosylamidrazones with tris(dimethylamino)phosphine and P,P-dichlorophenylphosphine oxide provides respectively a convenient access to the new 3-(dimethylamino)-1,2,4,3-triazaphospholines and 1,2,4,3-triazaphosphlines-3-oxide. The structure of all obtained products is confirmed by NMR (1 H, 31 P, 13C) and IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of 12-aryl-8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthene-11-thiones were synthesized by the reaction of substituted 12-aryl-8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthene-11-ones with Lawesson's Reagent in toluene under standard reaction conditions. All synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, NMR (1H and 13C), and mass spectra. Moreover, 2D-NMR (HOMOCOSY, HSQC, and HMBC) studies were also performed for compound 10b. The synthesized compounds were also screened for their antibacterial activities.

Abstract

New N,S-disubstituted naphthoquinones were synthesized by reactions of S- and N-nucleophiles with 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone. 2-(Hexadecylthio)-3-(phenylamino)-naphthalene-1,4-dione 5a was synthesized by reaction of 2-chloro-3-(phenylamino)-naphthalene-1,4-dione 3a with hexadecanethiol 4a. The structures of the new synthesized naphthoquinone derivatives were determined by micro analyses and spectroscopic methods (FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, and UV/Vis.). Photo- and electrochemical properties of selected compounds were investigated by using fluorescence spectroscopy and the cyclovoltammetry method.  相似文献

The reaction of the sulfur donor Schiff base ligand, 7-nitro-3-(indolin-2-one) hydrazinecarbo-thioamide, with phenyldihydroxyboron in benzene, palladium(II)chloride, and platinum(II) chloride, in ethanol, gave the mononuclear tetracoordinated and hexacoordinated complexes. The Schiff base ligand coordinated to the boron atom in 1:1 and 1:2 molar ratios and to the palladium and platinum metals in only 1:2 molar ratios in the presence of an acidic and basic medium. Tentative structural conclusions are drawn for reaction products based upon elemental analysis, electrical conductance, and spectral (electronic, infrared, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, and 11 B NMR) data. The antifertility activity of the ligand and its nonmetal/metal complexes are discussed with a comparative study in an effective manner.  相似文献

Abstract

A one-pot synthetic strategy was developed for the synthesis of heterocyclic 1,4,2-oxazaphosphinanes via a three component Kabachnik-Fields reaction of 2-aminophenol, diphenyl H-phosphonate and carbonyl compounds. Through this newly developed method, 12 organophosphorus heterocycles and 2 related chrysin derivatives were synthesized with high yields. The target compounds were characterized by 1H, 31P and 13C NMR and MS.  相似文献

Abstract

The dibenzo[d,g][1,3,6,2]dioxathiasilocin derivatives 3a-f were prepared by the reaction of the thiobisphenols 1a-b with the corresponding dichlorosilanes 2a-e using triethylamine as an acid acceptor. The free energy of activation for ring inversion of the 2,4,8,10-tetra-tert-butyl-substituted 3a was determined by variable temperature 1H NMR to be 13.9 kcal/mol. The 1H NMR spectral data of 3a requires that the ring conformer possess a σ plane of symmetry passing through the silicon and bridging sulfur atoms. In the variable temperature 1H NMR spectra of the 2,4,8,10-tetramethyl-substituted 3b no evidence was observed for the slowing of ring inversion at-55oC, suggesting that the energy of activation for ring inversion is less than 10.9 kcal/mol. The 1H NMR spectral data of 3e-f indicates the presence of equilibrating conformational isomers. The results of this study supports the suggestion that steric factors are a major contributor to the barrier of ring inversion for the dibenzo-[d, g][1,3,6,2]dioxathiasilocin ring system.  相似文献

Abstract

Two synthetic methods leading to β-iminophosphonates, phosphineoxides, and sulfides 2 are reported. The first method involves the reaction of imines with chlorophosphines and phosphites followed by oxidation or sulfurization. The second one utilizes the reaction of imines with diethylchlorophosphate and thiophosphate. The stereochemistry of the obtained products is discussed, and their structure is confirmed by NMR (1H, 31P, 13C) and IR spectroscopies, and by mass spectrometry.

A series of 3-(2-phenyl-6-(2-thienyl)-4-pyridyl)hydroquinolin-2-ones 4a–o were synthesized in high yields by a one–pot cyclocondensation reaction under Kröhnke's reaction conditions using 2-chloro-3-formyl quinoline 1a–c, 2-acetyl thiophene 2, and various N-phenacylpyridinium bromides 3a–e in a mixture of ammonium acetate and acetic acid by microwave irradiation. All the compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectral analysis. These compounds have been screened for their antimicrobial activities.

Abstract

A new (E)-pyrene-1-carbaldehyde O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl oxime 3 was synthesized for the detection of chemical warfare nerve agents, O-isopropyl methylphosphonofluoridate (GB) and O-pinacolyl methylphosphonofluoridate (GD). 1H NMR spectrum showed that the tert-butyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS) group was deprotected using TBAF and the oximate supernucleophile was made. Upon addition of chemical warfare agents (GB and GD) (50 mol%), the reaction was completely finished within 5 min and also the color change of reaction mixture was observed under a hand-held UV lamp with the naked eye.  相似文献

Abstract

The synthesis of new naphthopyranotriazolopyrimidines phosphonates 4a–i in good yields (74%–93%) has been accomplished via Michaelis–Arbusov rearrangement by the reaction of trialkyl phosphite with naphthopyranotriazolopyrimidines chloride 3a–e, which were obtained from α-functionalized iminoethers 1 in two steps. The synthesized compounds 4a–i were completely characterized by IR, 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR and HRMS.

Abstract

Nanoparticles supply an environmentally friendly procedure for the synthesis of pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidines by the one-pot three-component condensation reaction of thiobarbituric acid and malononitrile with pyrrol-2-carboxaldehyde. The catalyst could be easily recovered using an external magnet and reused for six cycles with almost consistent activity. A facile synthesis of a new series of cyclic and acyclic nucleosides of pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidines derivatives was performed. The synthesis of poly heterocyclic compounds starting from pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidines derivatives was achieved. Structures of the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed on the bases of elemental analyses and spectral data (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectra). Compound 6 exhibited the most potent biological activity.  相似文献

Abstract

Organophosphorus compounds such as 6H-dibenzo[c,e][1,2]oxaphosphinine 6-oxide (DOPO, 1) and its derivatives are important and versatile compounds for a broad field of applications. However, a thorough spectral assignment is often subordinate to its chemical properties. This article presents and unambiguously attributes the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of DOPO (1), selected products yielded from the Atherton–Todd reaction (2–4), DOPO-HQ (5) as well as sulfur derivatives (6–7) via a set of 1D- and 2D-NMR experiments. The complex P-C and P-H coupling patterns are discussed and compared with the derivatives possessing different chemical environments around the phosphorus atom. In addition, we compared our results with density functional theory calculations. Even though the prediction of NMR data of organophosphorus compounds via molecular modeling is limited, this study presents a method that yields good results for this class of heterocycles. This knowledge should help to quickly assign NMR spectroscopic data of other DOPO (1) derivatives and can be extrapolated to organophosphorus compounds in general.

A bidesmosidic triterpene saponin, flaccidoside II, which was isolated from Di Wu, a Chinese folk medicine from dry rhizome of Anemone flaccida Fr. Schmidt, was efficiently synthesized in a convergent approach. We employed two glycosyl trichloroacetimidate donors in a one-pot reaction as a key step.

Abstract

The synthesis of two novel bis-aminophosphonates bearing anthracene rings – bis[N- methyl(diethoxyphosphonyl)-1-(9-anthryl)]benzidine (3) and 4,4′-bis[N-methyl(diethoxy-phosphonyl)-1-(9-anthryl)]diaminodiphenylmethane (4) – via the Kabachnik–Fields reaction is reported. The compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, TLC, IR, NMR (1H, 13C, 31P) and fluorescent spectra. The reaction leads to a mixture of the two possible forms (meso and racemic), with predominant formation of one of the diastereomers. The recrystallized compounds 3 and 4 consist of only one diastereomer. A racemization at the chiral centers and a cleavage of the C-P bond are observed in the alkaline hydrolysis of the new compound 4 and three previously described aminophosphonate derivatives 57.

Abstract

13C kinetic isotope effect (KIE) was determined by means of 13C NMR for the carbonyl atom in 2-nitrobenzaldehyde in its reaction with 2H-2-oxo-5,5-dimethyl-4-phenyl-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane in acetonitrile at 25°C. The observed isotope effect k12/k13 = 1.0238 ± 0.0031 evidences that the formation of the P?C bond in the Pudovik reaction catalyzed by triethylamine is less advanced than the π-bond breakage of the aldehyde carbonyl group.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of novel pyrazolyl-containing α-aminophosphonates were synthesized by one-pot reaction from 4-formylpyrazole, substituted aromatic amines, and dialkylphosphites. The synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, and IR spectroscopy. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction data of compounds 4a and 5b were obtained, and some of these compounds showed inhibitory effect on eggplant-infecting Botrytis cinerea.
