The synthesis of M(PR3)2Cl2 (M = Pd and Pt, R = alkyl or aryl) front K2MCl4 (in H2O) and PR3 (in CH2Cl2) was promoted by the addition of phase-transfer catalysts (PTC). The greater the amount of PTC used, the more quickly the reaction completed. 31P NMR spectra of some M(PR3)2Cl2 in the presence of free PR3 were measured; these NMR resulls were used to explain problems encountered during the preparations. 相似文献

Abstract Four different series of N,N-dimethylaminoalkylchalcogenolates, viz. Me2NCH2 CH2E?, Me2NCH(Me)CH2E?, Me2NCH2CH(Me)E?, and Me2NCH2CH2CH2E? (E = S, Se, Te), (referred as E∩N) have been synthesized and characterized. Their reactions with palladium(II) and platinum(II) precursors have been explored. Complexes of the general formula, [MCl(E∩N)]n, [MCl(E∩N)2]n, [MCl(E∩N)(PR3)], [M2Cl2(μ-E∩N)2(PR3)2], [M2(μ-E∩N)2(P∩P)2]2+, etc. have been isolated. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR (1H, 13C, 31P, 77Se, 125Te, 195Pt), UV-vis, and FAB mass spectral data. A weak absorption in the electronic spectra of [MCl(E∩N)(PR3)] has been attributed to metal mediated ligand-to-ligand charge transfer and showed pronounced chalcogen dependence being red shifted on moving from S → Se → Te. Structures of several complexes have been established by X-ray diffraction analyses. Thermal behavior of some of these complexes has been investigated by TGA. 相似文献

Several novel organotin(IV) complexes with formula SnCl2(CH3)2(X)2, X = C6H5C(O)NHP(O)(NC4H8)2 (1), C6H5C(O)NHP(O)(NC5H10)2 (2), C6H5C(O)NHP(O)[N(CH3)(C6H11)]2 (3), C6H5C(O)NHP(O)[NH-C(CH3)3]2 (4) were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures have been determined for each of the four compounds. Compound 1 exists in the form of two symmetrically independent molecules in the crystalline state due to differences in their similar torsion angles. In all of the four structures there are intramolecular -Sn-Cl?H-N- hydrogen bonds, in addition to weak C-H?O and C-H?Cl hydrogen bonds. Both 1H and 13C NMR spectra show the coupling of 119/117Sn nuclei with methyl proton and carbon atoms. The δ(31P) of these complexes are in upfields with respect to their corresponding reported ligands. The spectroscopic and structural properties of these complexes were compared with those corresponding ligands. 相似文献

Several palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes analogous to oxaliplatin, bearing the enantiomerically pure (1R,2R)‐(?)‐1,2‐diaminocyclohexane (DACH) ligand, of the general formula {MX2[(1R,2R)‐DACH]}, where M = Pd or Pt, X (COO)2, CH2(COO)2, , , {1,1′‐C5H8(CH2COO)2}, [1,1′‐C6H10(CH2COO)2], [1,1′‐(COO)2ferrocene], , , , MeCOO and Me3CCOO, were synthesized. All the complexes prepared were characterized physicochemically and spectroscopically. Cis-[MLCl2] complexes of di-(2-pyridyl)pyrimidin-2-ylsulfanylmethane ligand (L), where M = Pd (1), and M = Pt (2) have been synthesized. Reaction of 1 with L in presence of Na[BF4] and hot acetonitrile produced the complex [PdL2](BF4)2 (3). Complexes 1-3 and ligand L have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and NMR spectroscopy. Crystal structures of 1, 3 and L were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, showing nonplanar structures with the pyridinic rings twisted around the bridging carbon and the ipso carbon bonds. 1 and 3 displayed a bidentate coordination of L to the palladium atom with the formation of six-membered chelate rings, where the local geometry at palladium atom was distorted square planar. In 3 the palladium atom was coordinated to two dipyridyl ligands through two of the pyridinic nitrogen atoms to form a cationic complex stabilized by two tetrafluoroborate counter-ions. 相似文献

The synthesis of iodine(I) complexes with either benzoimidazole or carbazole-derived sp2 N-containing Lewis bases is described, as well as their corresponding silver(I) complexes. The addition of elemental iodine to the linear two-coordinate Ag(I) complexes produces iodine(I) complexes with a three-center four-electron (3c–4e) [N−I−N]+ bond. The 1H and 1H-15N HMBC NMR studies unambiguously confirm the formation of the complexes in all cases via the [N−Ag−N]+→[N−I−N]+ cation exchange, with the 15N NMR chemical shift change between 94 to 111 ppm when compared to the free ligand. The single crystal X-ray crystallographic studies on eight I+ complexes revealed highly symmetrical [N−I−N]+ bonds with I−N bond distances of 2.21–2.26 Å and N−I−N angles of 177–180°, whilst some of the corresponding Ag+ complexes showed a clear deviation from linearity with N−Ag−N angles of ca. 150° and Ag−N bond distances of 2.09–2.18 Å. 相似文献

Complexes of Pd(II) with aminobutyric acid AmH = NH2CH(CH2CH3)COOH, namely, trans-[Pd(AmH)2Cl2] with monodentate (via the NH2 group) AmH ligands and cis-, trans-Pd(Am)2 with bidentate (via NH2 and COO groups) ligands have been synthesized for the first time. Elemental analysis and IR and NMR spectroscopy were used to identify the synthesized compounds. The NMR spectra of the Pd(II) complexes were interpreted by comparing them with the NMR spectra of the analogous complexes of Pt(II). For Pt(II) and Pd(II) complexes with aminobutyric acid used as examples, an approach to identification of diastereomer bis-aminoacid complexes in specimens with racemic aminoacids by NMR spectroscopy is demonstrated. 相似文献

The first use of methyl 2-pyridyl ketoxime (mepaoH) in homometallic lanthanide(III) [Ln(III)] chemistry is described. The 1:2 reactions of Ln(NO3)3·nH2O (Ln = Nd, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy; n = 5, 6) and mepaoH in MeCN have provided access to complexes [Ln2(O2CMe)4(NO3)2(mepaoH)2] (Ln = Nd, 1; Ln = Eu, 2; Ln = Gd, 3; Ln = Tb, 4; Ln = Dy, 5); the acetato ligands derive from the LnIII—mediated hydrolysis of MeCN. The 1:1 and 1:2 reactions between Dy(O2CMe)3·4H2O and mepaoH in MeOH/MeCN led to the all-acetato complex [Dy2(O2CMe)6(mepaoH)2] (6). Treatment of 6 with one equivalent of HNO3 gave 5. The structures of 1, 5, and 6 were solved by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy provide strong evidence that 2–4 display similar structural characteristics with 1 and 5. The structures of 1–5 consist of dinuclear molecules in which the two LnIII centers are bridged by two bidentate bridging (η1:η1:μ2) and two chelating-bridging (η1:η2:μ2) acetate groups. The LnIII atoms are each chelated by a N,N’-bidentate mepaoH ligand and a near-symmetrical bidentate nitrato group. The molecular structure of 6 is similar to that of 5, the main difference being the presence of two chelating acetato groups in the former instead of the two chelating nitrato groups in the latter. The geometry of the 9-coordinate LnIII centers in 1, 5 and 6 can be best described as a muffin-type (MFF-9). The 3D lattices of the isomorphous 1 and 5 are built through H-bonding, π⋯π stacking and C-H⋯π interactions, while the 3D architecture of 6 is stabilized by H bonds. The IR spectra of the complexes are discussed in terms of the coordination modes of the organic and inorganic ligands involved. The Eu(III) complex 2 displays a red, metal-ion centered emission in the solid state; the TbIII atom in solid 4 emits light in the same region with the ligand. Magnetic susceptibility studies in the 2.0–300 K range reveal weak antiferromagnetic intramolecular GdIII…GdIII exchange interactions in 3; the J value is −0.09(1) cm−1 based on the spin Hamiltonian Ĥ = −J(ŜGd1·ŜGd2). 相似文献

The reaction of palladium(II) acetate with acyclic amino acids in acetone/water yields square planar bis-chelated palladium amino acid complexes that exhibit interesting non-covalent interactions. In all cases, complexes were examined by multiple spectroscopic techniques, especially HRMS (high resolution mass spectrometry), IR (infrared spectroscopy), and 1H NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) spectroscopy. In some cases, suitable crystals for single crystal X-ray diffraction were able to be grown and the molecular structure was obtained. The molecular geometries of the products are discussed. Except for the alanine complex, all complexes incorporate water molecules into the extended lattice and exhibit N-H···O and/or O···(HOH)···O hydrogen bonding interactions. The non-covalent interactions are discussed in terms of the extended lattice structures exhibited by the structures. 相似文献

Abstract Interaction of PdCl2 in chloroform with bis(phosphine sulfides) Ph2P(S)?X?P(S)Ph2 (X?CH2, C(CH3)2, CH2CH2, NH, S, and SCH2S) has been studied. The synthetic, spectroscopic, and biological studies of some new palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes derived from biologically active sulfur donor ligands 1H-indol-2,3-dione benzothiazoline (Bzt 1 H) and 5-nitro-1H-indol-2,3-dione benzothiazoline (Bzt 2 H) have been described. The reactions were carried out in 1:2 molar ratios. The authenticity of the benzothiazolines and their complexes has been established on the basis of elemental analyses; molecular weight determinations; and IR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, and UV spectral studies. Based on IR and 1 H NMR spectral studies, a square-planar structure has been assigned to these complexes. Studies were conducted to assess the comparative growth inhibiting potential of the synthesized complexes against the benzothiazolines for a variety of fungal and bacterial strains. The studies demonstrate that the ligands and complexes possess antimicrobial properties. Further, it was noted that the growth-inhibiting potential of the complexes is greater than the parent benzothiazolines. 相似文献

Coordination reactions of N-(2-thienylmethylidene)aniline derivatives, L, with PdCl2 or [PdCl4]2? in ethanol yield stable complexes of the type trans-(L)2PdCl2 with the azomethine nitrogen atoms as σ donors. These are not readily convertible to othor-palladated complexes. An X-ray crystallographic study of the complex (L2)2PdCl2 reveals a centrosymmetric geometry. The structure is in the triclinic space group $ {\rm P}\bar 1 $ with a = 8.633(2) Å, b = 12.759(3) Å, c = 8.398(2) Å, α = 96.65(5)°, β = 111.47(5)*, γ= 101.28(6)°, and Z = 1. The final R factor is 0.043 (Rw = 0.044) for 2396 observed reflections. There is no real bonding between a thiophene sulfur atom and a central palladium ion. However, a long distance interaction between S and Pd does exist. 相似文献

The fluorescent properties, structure, and electronic structure of the ground and excited singlet and triplet electronic states of the cis and trans forms of 4,5-dihydro-2-(2-furyl)oxazole, 4,4-dihydro-2-(2-thienyl)oxazole, 2-(2-furyl)oxazole (FO), and 2-(2-thienyl)oxazole (TO) have been studied. The orbital nature of the lower excited singlet and triplet states has been studied by the semiempirical INDO/S (valence approximation) and PPP/S ( approximation) methods. It was shown that for FO and TO molecules the lower triplet state is of the * type, for which delocalization of the electronic excitation on atoms is characteristic. In the singlet excitation state inversion was observed of the energy levels of the delocalized * states and n* states localized over several bonds (for the free TO and FO molecules the lower excited singlet states S1* were assigned to * and n* types respectively). Owing to the low position of the T
* and T
n* levels relative to the singlet level of * type, the rate constant for intercombination conversion is greater than the rate constant for radiative decay. Consequently an efficient population of the triplet states of the molecules occurs under conditions of electronic-vibrational excitation. The direction of reactions during synthesis was compared with the localization indices in the ground state for electrophilic, nucleophilic, and radical substitution, and also with the excitation localization numbers L for a wide selection of electronically excited states. It was concluded that the change in the structure of the azole molecule on replacing an O atom by an S atom, or on changing from a partially hydrogenated to a heteroaromatic system, was the main reason for the change of all the spectral parameters characterizing the electronic-vibrational or the spin-orbital interaction of the most reactive groups of atoms in the molecular structure. 相似文献

A series of mononuclear [M(EAr)2(dppe)] [M = Pd, Pt; E = Se, Te; Ar = phenyl, 2-thienyl; dppe = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane] complexes has been prepared in good yields by the reactions of [MCl2(dppe)] and corresponding ArE− with a special emphasis on the aryltellurolato palladium and -platinum complexes for which the existing structural information is virtually non-existent. The complexes have crystallized in five isomorphic groups: (1) [Pd(SePh)2(dppe)] and [Pt(SePh)2(dppe)], (2) [Pd(TePh)2(dppe)] and [Pt(TePh)2(dppe)], (3) [Pd(SeTh)2(dppe)], (4) [Pt(SeTh)2(dppe)] and [Pd(TeTh)2(dppe)], and (5) [Pt(TePh)2(dppe)]. In addition, solvated [Pd(TePh)2(dppe)] · CH3OH and [Pd(TeTh)2(dppe)] · 1/2CH2Cl2 could be isolated and structurally characterized. The metal atom in each complex exhibits an approximate square-planar coordination. The Pd-Se, Pt-Se, Pd-Te, and Pt-Te bonds span a range of 2.4350(7)-2.4828(7) Å, 2.442(1)-2.511(1) Å, 2.5871(7)-2.6704(8) Å, and 2.6053(6)-2.6594(9) Å, respectively, and the respective Pd-P and Pt-P bond distances are 2.265(2)-2.295(2) Å and 2.247(2)-2.270(2) Å. The orientation of the arylchalcogenolato ligands with respect to the M(E2)(P2) plane has been found to depend on the E-M-E bond angle. The NMR spectroscopic information indicates the formation of only cis-[M(EAr)2(dppe)] complexes in solution. The trends in the 31P, 77Se, 125Te, and 195Pt chemical shifts expectedly depend on the nature of metal, chalcogen, and aryl group. Each trend can be considered independently of other factors. The 77Se or 125Te resonances appear as second-order multiplets in case of palladium and platinum complexes, respectively. Spectral simulation has yielded all relevant coupling constants. 相似文献

Redox reactions of the sandwich jn5-(Ph)Ind]2Ni complex (1) (where (Ph)Ind is the 2-plrenylindenyl anion) in CH2CI2 and of the bent-sandwich (5-(Plr)Ind]2ZrCl2 complex (2) in THF have been studied by low-temperature cyclic voltammetry. Complex ( undergoes quasi-reversible two-step oxidation to cation i+ and dication 12+, which are stable at room temperature within the cyclic voltammetry time scale. Two-electron reduction of complex 1 is irreversible up to -50 °C, and this process is accompanied by destruction of the sandwich structure of the complex. Redaction of complex 2 is described by the conventional scheme for bent-sandwich complexes. According to this scheme, further one-electron reduction of radical anion 2- generates dianion 22–, which eliminates two CI– ions to afford bisindcnyl sandwich complex (5-(Ph)lnd]2Zr (3). This complex is stable at T < -45 °C within the cyclic voltammetry time scale and is capable of undergoing one-electron reduction to the corresponding radical anion 3-. The synthesis and characterization of a tetranuclear Pt complex, cis-trans-cis-trans tetra[μ-2,6-diethynyl-4-nitroaniline-bis(tri(p-tolyl)phosphine) platinum(II)], namely [L2Pt-DENA]4 with L = tri-p-tolylphosphine, is reported. The complex was obtained by the dehydrohalogenative condensation of 2,6-diethynyl-4-nitroaniline (DENA) with cis-[dichlorobis(tri(p-tolyl)phosphine)platinum(II)]. The single crystal structure determination of [L2Pt-DENA]4 indicated the formation of a neutral molecular cycle with four alternating platinum units in cis and trans configurations, all bridged with DENA spacers with the presence of solvent (toluene) crystallization molecules. A twisted tetranuclear cyclic feature was identified. The formation of intermolecular stacks of the tetranuclear complex in solution was assessed by means of nuclear Overhauser enhancement spectroscopy (NOESY) and rotating frame Overhauser effect spectroscopy (ROESY) characterizations. 相似文献
